I love getting my nails done here! My mom and I go regularly, every 2 weeks for a few months now. we see the same 2 technicians, Tammy and Lan. The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful! They always do everything they can to make sure we are satisfied. Absolutely recommend!

My husband & I both got manicures here while in town for a short visit. The owner was super sweet & really went out of her way to get us both in by switching another clients appointment around that she had a great relationship with. My husband usually doesn’t have much to say but talked her ear off while she did his manicure.🤣 Another girl did my gel nails & both manicures were great. Very pleased! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! They were able to fit us in as a walk in on a thuraday afternoon. They are friendly and the few regulars that came in only had positive things to say. The price point is great for the service you receive.

Horrible! Not even from this state Just here on business and I can honestly say they gave me the absolute worst pedicure of my LIFE! It was literally over in 15 to 20 minutes. My feet weren’t scrubbed properly. She asked how short I wanted them cut and I said not short and she cut them as short as she could get them! Rushed the polishing and it looks sloppy. Left the establishment with polish on my feet instead of my toes. Never coming back! And I only paid without complaint because I’m out of town and of African American decent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RHAI ESTABLISHMENT!

They were very accommodating and they did a fantastic job on my nails and eyebrows. The ladies were super friendly. Ill definately go back.

Very expensive compared to other places. Never answered me when I asked about prices. $75 for a gel set....ouch. to top it off nails are not smooth. Very very dissatisfied.

Horrible!! My first time there, a pedi and gel fill cost me more than anywhere else I have ever been. It was the end of their workday, they rushed, no cuticle trim, no hand massage, leg massage was a joke. My nails are all bumpy and cuticles cracking from how close they used the dremel, going somewhere else to get them fixed, while I was there they were purposely ignoring a client who kept calling. If their experience was anything like mine I would be an angry client too.

Stay away from this horrible place. If only I could give zero stars. I went in here to get a manicure and a pedicure. One customer was leaving, another customer was about to be attended to and then there was me. Two workers and two customers. First of all the place is very run down and I should have known better. But I was relaxing on spring break and thought I would treat myself. The worker took me to the pedicure area, I didnt even get to soak my feet well. She was in such a rush for everything, mind you- there were only two customers. She hurried to cut my toe nails, didnt ask a question and in the process she cut my toe. Now Ive been nicked at a nail salon before...and it happens, but this time it was different. She steadily poured the blue stuff- sanitizer?! maybe? but my cut would.not.stop.bleeding. This was not just a little cut. I asked her to leave my feet and move to my hands (I know- Im dumb for not leaving immediately). While taking off my gel overlay she kept pausing to pour this blue stuff on my bleeding toe- and man this thing wouldnt stop. I saw her grab some glue and a little piece of paper towel- and disappear under the table. She wouldnt- I think. Then I felt a sting and pull my foot back. I screamed and asked her- are you GLUEING PAPER TOWEL TO MY TOE???? I hurried out of the salon and found the nearest emergency room to get it looked at and get a tetanus shot. While waiting for my Uber I took pics of my toe- all my toes were pretty fed up- she cut the nails so bad....it looked horrible. I even plucked a piece of paper towel and glue off my toe. This lady cut my flesh- not a small cut- but a small chunk of my toe. $331 later...hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone. If anyone knows how I can approach this please let me know. Owned by a warm, friendly Vietnamese couple, along with the tailor shop next door, I got a very good and relaxing mani-pedi at an average price, and really enjoyed the sense of community I found. Not fancy or uppity, just simple, plain, and a true pleasure. Do give it a try!
