The cut they give will bring you back but all the extras like hair washing is beyond the call of duty. This is my new barbershop. I stopped going to the barbershop like 5 years ago because the price and what you received didn’t add up and I just happened to be taking care of some business in the area and saw Sports Clips and said to myself don’t even worry about the price just go in there and enjoy the relaxation of a cut and so I’m looking at these 3 prices that was posted and they were all low, I didn’t know you could still get a cut for $27. You heard me right, $27 wow right. I just can’t say enough about Sport Clips, well this particular one anyway.

When my local barber moved, I tried following him out to the county. When I got there and realized I had to jump through hoops to get an appointment, I made a hasty decision and decided to come to sports clips about a half mile away from the barbershop. Its probably one of the best hasty decisions Ive ever taken. Theyre absolutely cool and easy going. Ive gotten great haircuts here. Chain hair places get a bad rap. Whether its true or not I wouldnt know because each time I come here, even if its a different person cutting my hair, Ive always been happy with the results. Ive also never had to wait more than 5 minutes even when I forget to make an appointment. I also go on a weekday in the afternoon, take that into account.

Great customer service . Good price for the mvp treatment. Mary there has been cutting my hair and shaping my beard for the last month and she does a great job.

I really appreciate their honoring veterans on Veterans day with a free haircut. I gave a nice tip to show my appreciation for the excellent haircut! I survived the COVID crisis to date with self help cuts. It was so nice to get the job done professionally this time!

They are fast and efficient, the shop is clean and the haircuts are to order meaning they keep a record of how you like your hair cut, and other details like trimming your eyebrows or sideburns, yesterday I was in and out of the shop in 15 minutes with a great hair cut.

Jane was my barber on the day I visited and OMG, she is the best I have met. Her attitude to work and to client was amazingly awesome

The girls were SUPER NICE.....and to be able to get in same day, when covid is floating around......bonus points to sport clips. Felt comfortable, of course the MVP treatment is where its at. The young lady who cut my hair was very quick and efficient.

My experience was just ehh. I took my four year old son, and I was excited to give him a manly hair cut experience like they show in the commercials. His cut turned out fine but the lady who cut his hair talked to another employee about her personal life the whole time. He didnt even get the hot towel finish I thought they were known for. Ill just keep cutting his hair myself.

The women there are great with my 14 year old son and my 5 year old son. There doing a good job keeping the place clean and with social distancing.

Considering that I waited 40 minutes and no one wanted to take me back to cut my hair this review doesnt deserve any stars. I was the last person in the store getting a haircut and no one still would take me back? Whats the point of doing online check in if your employees dont follow it?

Been going back there since the first time I went. Always getting my haircut exactly how I want, the staff is very nice and I’ve never had any issues I definitely recommend them.

Great service. Check in early online. Dont forget to confirm that check in. I did and wait times were an hour. No big my fault. They were very patient with the kids in the waiting area. That means a lot to busy moms. Plus everyone got a lollipop!!! Thanks again ladies see you soon.

Im sitting here with my son as I write this, hes 6 and hates getting his hair cut. He hasnt been to a barber in 4 years, he would only let my wife cut it. Ive been having Cheyann cut mine for a year now. Today I talked him into coming with me. He LOVED it. She was great with him. He cant wait to come back.

Went in today after a long time not visiting this spot. Now I see why we stopped going here. My dad and I got haircuts here and were charged $22 a piece for the full MVP experience, which both of us elected not to get because of our busy schedules. When asked about senior haircut discount price, the girl said the MVP charge was cheaper, which doesnt seem right to me; how can just a standard haircut cost more than MVP?? Also, in checking in, I logged into my account online, they had my dads name but not mine in the system when I was the one checking us both in. Overall a sub par experience.

Ive been here once and they did an excellent job but today was horrible I brought my son and myself and the woman who cut my sons hair was very nice with him bit Ive never seen a haircut ruined so bad that my wife cried. I had to drive all the way to laurel to get it fixed as for my hair another woman there cut it amd finished in 5 minutes she didnt ask about my hairline or whether to bring up my side burns she left long hairs all over where there was supposed to be a 3 with Clippers. As for everyone else the talk was so unprofessional it was unreal. Ill never bring my son or myself back again.

For someone with social anxieties not great. Not 100% in love with cut. Lots of uneven lines and lengths but Ive been locked up for two months. It was either this or do it myself.

Okay so the haircut wasn’t what I was expecting, I was expecting a fade but got somewhat what I could do at home. I rather liked the service after where you get a whole massage, body face and back and scalp( with shampoo of course). Felt great after.

My son received the absolute worst hair cut today from Sport Clips in Dundalk. DO NOT GO THERE FOR A HAIR CUT. I wish I could add photos to this review. I can’t believe they would allow him to walk out the door looking they was he did.

Theyre a name for nothing. Barbers there are not professional and got no skill at all. They didnt do a good job one time, went to another barber, then I was forced to go there again and it was even worse.- Advice: For special cuts, go to the local barbers. For simple cuts still go to local barbers because they literally dont follow simple instructions.

I like this place and the women cutting are are always nice, but every time I start to get a rapport with a hairstylist they end up leaving. I doubt this has anything to do with me personally, haha, its just inconvenient. But either way, the place is always clean and I rarely have to wait long. Also the MVP treatment is a nice touch!

Its one of the cheapest and best places to go. For your first visit for 16.00 you get the MVP.which is the hair cut, steam towel,massage shampoo, and back and shoulder massage you can beat it.

Assistant manager had a personal problem with me. Wrote me up twice and was told I didnt need to read the write up just sign it her name is cheyanne and most ignorant unprofessional person to be an assistant manager !

Not much I can say, I like the atmosphere and the mvp service but routinely I get subpar haircuts. Ive had to return 2 separate times to have the fade lined up correctly or to have the top cut evenly. I will say each time it was corrected without issue but I would prefer having it done right the first time. I have since switched to a barber and I am much happier with the end result. Just saying my experiences are not everyones so hope this helps.

Its way to expensive what used to be a 15 dollar haircut is now a 30 dollar haircut and thats not the mvp treatment they now charge 10 dollars for the red box. The girls can cut hair but the prices are way to much.

Place is a joke. My son, who is a young teenager, just left there with a haircut that would be an embarrassment to any licensed stylist. I would not refer to his stylist as anything but a butcher. Of course they cant fix it because he would have to have his head shaved due the chop job he received. My husband took him back and no one there is authorized to give him a refund, but they will put a note in his account for next time. LMAO, I will call Stevie Wonder next time because he may possibly work some magic rather than this curse you put on my son. One lesson learned for this young teenager....you get what you pay for! He also learned a lot about poor customer service. Bottom line, pay the price for someones artistic ability at a reliable salon or barber shop. I am sorry for others who have had the same experience. Last lesson, read reviews before taking the hit!

I got the top of the line haircut in which I should of got a hot towel on my face and massage, and hair washed, in which I got a haircut only and charge almost $40 for that only . Very disappointed wont be going back to this location ever !!
