This is an excellent place to rent a car. I rented a nissan versa and it was very clean and dependable. The staff was all so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely reccomend it to anyone.

I have bought two cars between Rick Hill Nissan and Rick Hill Auto credit. My mother and my grandparents have bought from them over the years as well. We are satisfied every time. They worked with me on my rates, my down payment, and when they noticed something was wrong with the car I chose they instantly offered me another vehicle for the same down payment. They have low mileage cars in good condition. I cant wait to buy my next vehicle from them. I live in Memphis now and whenever someone asked where to go I send them to Rick Hill!

They dont keep there word, they sell cars with hidden mechanical problems They dont honor there agreements, this is exactly why they are going out if business, an most people dont even attempt too make there payments. Simply because they are rude, an they dont honor there word. So, they dont get paid by most if there clients. They have too repo, because no one respects any staff that doesnt honor there own agreements.

I rented a car from here July 6,2017 everybody was great the price was great but when we picked the car up it was raining so the lady just did a quick walk around and we went on about our way well just returned the car July 17,2017 the lady that was checking the car in (same lady that checked it before we left) was going over the car with a fine tooth comb and there was 2 little maybe 1 inch tall pieces of plastic missing on the bottom of the bumper and now they are trying to make us pay $984 for a new bumper they are working with it and got it down to $200 for it but still how am I suppose if I done the damage or if it was like that when I picked it up. All in all I would go back and rent again but just gonna make sure to check the car over really good before I leave with it!

Could be better.We bought a vehicle not even a week ago and already had transmission issues.We were suppose to go today to get and get a new vehicle and check it out at the time they said and turns out they closed early and didnt have the decency to call us to let us know they were closing early even when they said theyd call and let us know

Cant say much about the sales department as I did not buy my Nissan kicks there however their service department is off the hook great. I had taken my car back to the dealership I bought it at due to a light coming on but they were unable to figure out the source. Then it happened again took it to Rick Hill and he was able to find out the problem and even loan me a riddle until my car was repaired. They expected it to take 2 days but they had it finished that same day.

I contacted this dealership about a advertised car, it was a stock photo. I just wanted to know the actual color of the car, after three attempts to find out. The dealership refused to give me information on the car unless I had an in depth conversation with them on the phone or in person. Unprofessional at best. The internet manager is very rude, and short. I believe they treated me poorly, on the assumption I had poor credit, and was desperate! I do not not have poor credit. I wanted to buy a used car with cash. They were close by, and seemed to have a relatively decent selection. I should have listen to my friend, he advised me that their reputation is sub par. Please do not deal with Rick Hill Auto-Credit! There are better options. Im only speaking about their used car, Lot! I cant give a review on the new-car lot, although Ive heard less than stellar comments as well.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with the guy named Joey at Rick Hill Nissan Auto Credit...if you have a car that you finance $10,000 on & your monthly Pmt ×30 months.. according to Joeys math would be $350.00..then he tried to tell me financing a vehicle that was $7,000 had monthly pmts ×30 months would be $400 a month...then when I politely ask him how that could be possible??of course..he really didnt want to discuss anything with me about buying a vehicle..so ..that was also confusing ...I thought that was why they have vehicles there is to actually sell them...He screamed at me & pointed toward the RICK HILL NISSAN sign out front & told me THATT MAN WHOS NAME IS ON THE SIGN OUT THERE IS WHO SAID THIS IS SO...the first vehicle..he quoted a price of$ 11,500..with 1,500 down pmt...that left $10,000 to be financed...the 2nd one..$11,000 with $4,000 down pmt...my math sez that leaves $7, 000...PLEASE TELL ME WHY THE ONE THAT ONLY HAS $7,000 left to finance will be a higher monthly payment ???when BOTH VEHICLES ARE FINANCED FOR 30 MONTHS???..Any customer with any sense AT ALLLL would... at the very least... question this... When I did...I got screamed at????I am Very very upset & spent time & money making 2 trips ...I definitely didnt expect to get treated like that by a salesman...I AM STILL IN SHOCK THAT HE ACTUALLY HAS A JOB THERE!!!!
