Tracy was my stylist today . It was my first time coming in and wanted some ash highlights on my box black died hair, so already coming in with a challenging task. Tracy was so professional and attentive to my request, she put the health of my hair first. Acheiving very closely to my wants of color while maintaining the integrity and health of my hair. The cut she did was better than my request and her attention and patience to detail was spot on. I absolutely love the outcome and have already sqeadule my next appointment!!! After 2 years here im Pittsfield I finally found my new salon. Very happy

Everyone is friendly and the ambiance is great. I’ve only had my hair done, but they offer many other services too! I’m glad I made the switch and started going there!

So pleased to have been referred to Tracy. My hair can be a little difficult to cut having many cowlicks, Tracys cuts are easy to work with. I was traveling 60 miles one way to Longmeadow MA to have a style & cut. Being a professional running my own business time was important. Now I just set my appointments a month in advance and its 10 minutes away my life is much better!

Tracy is a remarkable hair stylist. Ive recently moved, & yet I come back time after time because I cant find anyone that is in her league! Basically where my hairdresser goes, I go. Been with Colleen for about what.. 10 years? She’s seen me go through my hot topic stage and then some! Still amazing as usual and is the only person I’ll allow to do my hair.As for Indulgence, I’m always met with a smile and always energetically. They’re very kind, funny and nice! Reluctantly I have to give Indulgance 1 Star. I had my hair done last year and was very happy. The stylist did a blonde baylage. I returned to the same stylist for the exact same service with a very different result. I left with my hair darker than when I went in. Zero blonde at all! I messaged the stylist in the nicest way possible asking if there is any way we could add more. To my chagrin she was challenging me the entire time. I decided to call the owner since I sat for almost 4 hours and spent almost $300 with a very generous tip to not be happy with the result. The owner told me all she could do was give me a a bottle of shampoo to take the toner out AND she would leave it for me . Seriously! Never asked to see it or do the shampoo for me! So unprofessional and quite frankly bad business! Unfortunately I will not ever go there again.

Mariah does an amazing job every time! She is consistent, timely, and professional. She listens to what Im wanting and executes it perfectly! The whole salon is clean, relaxing, and all the staff is very friendly.

I went to Indulgence with my fourteen yr old daughter and a pic of how she wanted her hair (which was also a few days before homecoming) Hopeful it would look kinda like it. However, Marissa was amazing with her talent n knowledge not only was my daughter happy with her hair. It ended up looking EXACTLY like the pic. Thank you again, Marissa. I would rate our overall experience an 11 out of 10!

Shes helpful, sweet and the only person I let cut or color my hair. I cannot express to you how amazing she is at what she does.

After searching for the perfect hair salon in the Berkshires, I came across Indulgence after a friend referred me to a stylist there. As soon as you walk in, you know you’re about to be well taken care of—this place is kept so neat and the environment is always so positive and bubbly! As someone with super thick hair, it takes someone who not only has patience, but someone who loves doing what they do—that person is Mariah! All of my color appointments take 3-4 hours to achieve the look I’m going for, which she always comes through with in the end. My most recent appointment left me completely in awe as I didn’t think my hair could get as blonde as she got it! If you’re looking for someone who’s dedicated and careful with her work, please see Mariah and you will not regret it!

Ruined my hair, owner or stylist wouldn’t take responsibility for their bleach fail. Never got refunded after giving them hundreds of dollars. After expressing my frustrations on my personal Facebook, the owner took to her business Facebook page and posted a belittling status about me and how this was basically my fault, and then took it down. How unprofessional! Save your money and go else where because if you are not satisfied with your hair all they will offer to do is have someone else there fix it for you, and if you’re not comfortable with that you are SOL.

I received my first haircut at Indulgence Salon this week! My stylist was Tracy and she is fantastic. I hadt gotten a haircut in 11months prior.... Yup, you read that right. 11 months! This was partly because I have curly hair and was hesitant to hand my locks over to a stranger who may not have the experience or enthusiasum for curly hair cuts. However, that all changed when I looked up from my work desk one morning and noticed that my fellow curly coworker had gotten a haircut... and it looked really great. I inquired about her cut, and her recommendation is what brought me to Tracys chair. Tracy is so welcoming and friendly, and knows all about curls. She listened to my thoughts for my hair and invited the inspiration picture I brought along of the type of cut I was hoping to achieve. (Spoiler alert: She nailed it)! Tracy explained what she would like to do to accomplish my style goal and took the made sure to explain to me the technique she was using for my hair type. Tracy was pleasant, and engaging, making me feel at ease under her care. She also made it a point to be attentive to my needs, encouraging any type of feedback in order to produce the best result. In the same vein, I never felt that uncomfortable pressure of being pushed products. I felt free to browse and felt complete comfort to inquire when I wanted. I had such a great first experience at Indulgence Salon. The staff I encountered during my visit were extremely kind and accomodating... and my cut came out fantastic! I will absolutely be back, and definitely sooner this time!

I had my wedding hair and makeup at the salon. They were wonderful and accommaded myself and my 6 bridesmaids and were able to finish them in a tight time frame! I highly reccommend them for all wedding needs and services
