I’ve been coming to this salon for 10+ years and at the beginning it was the perfect.Now with all the new trends and techniques out there lucky nails can’t keep up.Also just want to point out PETER is probably the best one you can get to do nails because every time I go with him my nails last for weeks.Everyone else I’ve tried the gel litterly peels off 2 days later.The eyebrow service is good never had an issue with that. And the prices are fair I just hate the fact that I pay extra for gel then it comes off 48 hours later.I think they need to change up some things and get new pedicure chairs because they are so uncomfortable.We need new things and shapes and designs!

I called this morning and asked to make an appointment for 6 or 6:30 with Katie and was told that she would not be available until 7. I made the appointment but was running late so I called 3 times at 7 and nobody answered until 7:20.. when the man picked up the phone he was extremely rude. I apologized for the inconvenience of me being late however I leave for college in the morning so it was important that my nails were done tonight, I was already in the car on my way to the salon. He told me he wouldn’t take us and that they needed to clean the salon so they could go home, I asked him why he wouldn’t take us since he had just told me they take appointments until 7:30 and it was only 7:20 and instead of responding to my question he just hung up the phone

Very clean, beautiful inside. Staff are very friendly and fixed mistakes on my nails done by another shop with no hesitation. Had John doing my nails and he is amazing and so sweet. Did my nails so good I will be going back for sure. Little pricey but well well worth it. Very satisfied with this salon.

I get so many compliments after peter does my gel nails

Ive been coming here for a long time and I used to love it, but lately they overbook and are always late for scheduled appointments! They keep you waiting without an expected time, and its just unprofessional and inconsiderate. Ive tried three times now to get my nails done with out success. Seems like they are lacking in employees as well.

I was scheduled for a time and when I arrived there was five people in front of me. This was very disappointing. I won’t go back. They only seem to care about money. There always pushing for more expensive things that what I wanted.

Nice place, everything seemed clean and on the up and up. Make sure you tell them ahead of time if you are with a male, I didnt know when I booked us and it took twice as long as it should have

Very rude staff. I asked for a specific look I told them I would pay what ever the price they told me they could do it. Two different girls tried. It came out awful. When I told them to take them off they hurt me several times. Bad experience I’ll never go back !

I have been coming here since I was 14 years old and I adore the owners.. with that being said...I wish the guy who did my pedicure did a better job. Wasnt bad.. but it was ok.

All the nail techs there rush through your appointment, don’t take your time, the polish is always messy and if you get acrylics, they’ll be a lump on your nail. I once had a nail tech take my old acrylics off by shoving a fake nail underneath them and chipping them off little by little; didn’t even soak them. Only a few good techs there, the rest seem to just sit there and judge you.

Katie 💗 is by far my favorite. There’s always a 10-15 minute wait with an appointment but as with any nail salon. My nails always come out perfect. Break one? No problem. She’s on top of her nail game. Not to mention the friendly manner and small talk. 10/10. Everyone here takes their job seriously and makes sure you leave happy 😃

I really wish I had of read the reviews before coming here. I was looking to get my eyebrows done quickly as I had an event tonight & the nail salon i attempted before this one was busy. The salon is gorgeous and clean, the woman who did my eyebrows did a great job- on my brows (im very picky) however it seemed as though the customer service stopped after I asked her how she was doing today. I’m visiting the area and wanted to go in tomorrow for my nails & feet so I’m asking questions about their services as I’m a long nail kind of gal & not all salons do long nails well. She was very short in her responses to me. Then the kicker, $12 for eyebrows! Idk maybe i need to get around more, but coming from NYC/ NJ area $12 for eyebrows is EXPENSIVE. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done for way less and a much better customer service experience. I get being in a certain area, certain services are a little bit more pricey, but I’ve gone to salons in more premiere areas then this one & still paid less. Then as I attempted to give her my card to pay, she just stood there & stared at me, didn’t say anything or take it from my hand. So i placed it on the counter and slid in her direction. When I did this, her response was ‘We don’t take card for under $20’ that’s fine, but there should be a sign that says that from the beginning so that people are prepared & don’t have to withdraw money from their ATM & be charged a fee. Also, her response was as if I am supposed to know their card policy. You always ask how someone is paying and then follow up with informing them of your policy. I had already scheduled a nail appointment, but after my own kind of uneasiness after coming here & then reading the reviews regarding discrepancy in pricing, & poor customer service I have canceled my appointment. Even for myself, the salon is nice & clean, but customer service goes a long way. As well as pricing, if i’m getting charged $12 for eyebrows....I can only imagine how much a full set & a pedicure will cost & I have never paid over $100 for both & I have no plan to start now. Also, from reading the reviews if an establishment takes pride in their business & customer service they would at least reply to those who are leaving negative reviews. It lets patrons know that they are being heard, & that the establishment cares about having them as a customer. I gave 2 stars more for the fact that my eyebrows came out nice and how I like them, but read through the reviews before going here and then really just research other establishments & their reviews/response in comparison. You will notice the difference. & they’ll have to do better with pricing, i’m not from this area but for me it’s clear that they are taxing on al la carte services.

Got my eyebrows done here with no appointment and they look fabulous! Do make an appointment for nails, but this was spur of the moment and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for someone.

This place is terrible. I make an appointment every time I go, for no reason. Sit there for 45 minutes past my appointment time while others come in and are taken before me. Not to mention every time I have my nails done here I always end up with one or more broken before I go for my next fill. I will never return to Lucky Nails, it’s not worth it. Other salons in the area are much better!

My wife loves this place and she has also been to the Lee store awesome. We are staying at the Berkshire Mountain Lodge. Pittsfield Lucky nails store was awesome per my wife and you know how women are about there nails and bling.She was very excited 😁 She needed to get her nails spruced up a bit. And she was very happy about the service.

Me and my best friend went here to get our acrylic nails done. We had an awesome experience! My best friend saw Joe and she said he did a great job and did them exactly how they wanted them. My technician was also very great, although she did rush the process a little. There were only a little flaws about Lucky nails and the nail polish selection was one of them. Although they had a huge selection of nail polish, there werent many neutral colors, which were the colors I wanted. I ended up selecting a darker color and they still turned out awesome. Overall, me and my best friends experience was great!

Bad all around. They lied and overcharged me by about $20 for a gel set. I was pretty sure some of the girls that work there were laughing about it too. Nails were chunky and lifted in a week. Total waste of money. They did seem to be well staffed, but Id rather wait for a good job and honest pricing.

New to town I chose to get my nails done here, seemed reasonable priced. A not even a week later my nails are falling off along with gel peeling. Not shaped the way I asked and looks like I had them done three weeks ago... Never going back.

The workers are funny acting. Acting as if some peoples money is greener than others . I much rather drive 45 mins to Springfield than spent my money with people of color who dont know their people of color .I must say they have adapted to the Berkshires very well !!!

Just brought my nieces in for a girls day not only did they think I was a kid and they where very rude didnt listen to what one of my nieces wanted and her nails look bad they told next time they will give her what she wants like um no there will be no next time they told the price and then lied and I had employees attacking me about tips they didnt get from a worker that I gave it to to split it I was super embarrassed and will never go back or recommend them to anyone I know but thank you for making me feel less of a person lucky nails and for the worst first experience for my nieces

I wish I could rate this a negative 5 stars. My nails came out crooked, I very politely asked for them to be fixed 3 times. I went for a regular gel set and sat in the chair getting my nails done for over two hours. My finger was drilled with the file. Then I had other employees looking at my nails and apologizing to me. The manager then said “I will re shape them and not charge you I’m very sorry.” He re shaped them to the best of his abilities. At this point I was just over it and ready to get out of there. Then he said “you’re all set have a great day.” I left and was followed to my car being threatened that the police would be called on me for not paying and tipping. I paid $57 to be antagonized and embarrassed.I have been a loyal customer who never tips less than $15-20 at this establishment. I will not be returning.

My first impression was that it was very nice inside and they had a good amount of staff there. I called ahead of time to make sure someone had time for my full set of acrylics I needed and they told me to come right in. So After about 20 mins a guy points to his chair for me to sit and asks what I want(I had a picture and I told him pink) I did not get to see any colors besides the one he pulled out for me. He puts 2 tips on (while answering the phone) then left me sitting there without saying a word, another 10 mins goes by and he finally comes back (still on the phone) hands me my polish and points to a guy at another station and said he’ll help you show him the picture. Umm ok so I go to him and explain what I want several times(nothing complicated I just wanted some glitter)and showed him my pictures. He rushed through the process and was silent and awkward the whole time. He applied the polish which he got all over my cuticles and sides of my fingers then went to put the glitter on and used the tiny bit that was in the basically empty bottle. He didn’t apply cuticle oil or lotion after(which is the best part) didn’t ask if I liked them or anything. I paid way too much for the awful job he did. It’s been 3 days and they’re lifting. They’re too wide and chunky and uneven and the glitter isn’t blended out like it should be. They’re so terrible I felt the need to take the time to write this review. I will never ever go back and if anyone asks me for a nail salon I will tell them to go anywhere but lucky. 0 stars in my book.

The work they did was good but not really what I wanted. The ladies were pushy with products, upgrades, and their personal opinions on the symbolism of the item on my ring finger.... Anyhow as I said the job they did was nice but I wont come back here again.

Most of the staff is wonderful.some need refreshment course on what the menu says u r getting.ex(when it says 45 mins it should be).hot towels should be left on for more than 2 seconds and take off.some r too busy talking to each other than the customer.

The first time I went I had an appt and waited nearly 1 hour to be seen. The second time I waited nearly an hour and a half. The service is mediocre and the complete inability to take clients is awful. Never going back. I have never received such awful service in my life. The staff didn’t even care when I brought this up to them. They are so blatantly rude and when I FINALLY got my nails done they looked awful. I wish I could give negative stars because 1 is way too much. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.

Went in on a Saturday morning a little after 9am, asked if I could get a pedicure, explaining I didnt have an appointment. She never really answered me and just told me to sit down. I understand they were busy, I just wanted to know if I could get one and about what time. I waited a few moments and another lady came in, asking if she could get a pedicure, she also didnt have an appointment and was told 10:30. After she left I went up and asked about what time and was told very rudely she would tell me when I could get in when she could. I said that was fine but she didnt have to be so rude to me. I walked out and went to Lee Nails, much better service.

I would rate no stars if I could! Ive gone here for years, but not anymore. I have tried to get a pedicure THREE TIMES this month; once with no appt, twice WITH an appt and each time I waited almost TWO HOURS. They dont care and Ive never encountered such rude people. Stay away! The staff has changed and the one time I actually got a pedicure in June, it looked awful. I got my annual gift certificate at Christmas from my husband, so I asked for a refund on the $64 left on it. They havent provided the services intended for the gift certificate, so they should be refunding my money, but they refused. When I call, they hang up in my face! I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get the pampering and attention you pay good money for! You wont get it here! They talk bad about their customers and make fun of them while talking in their own language. Hopefully I get my refund through the BBB. I highly recommend Lotus and The Clip Shop in Pittsfield!

Unethical in pricing and dishonest. They took advantage of my husband, added on extras without telling him and then charged him almost $100 for a pedicure! The manager did not handle the situation at all. She asked if the girl told my husband that there was an extra cost. When he replied no, she shrugged and walked away!! Very disappointed.

Dont plan on going back. Given that place 2 chances, first time nothing special. The guy doing my nails talked with a co-worker (in w/e language they were talking in) the entire time. Today I got a pedicure by a different guy, his shirt said Peter, who played with his phone while the water was filling up. Then starting my pedicure, stopped got his phone out, made a phone call, the person didnt answer, went back to my pedicure, then a minute later stopped and answered his phone. Never said much to me, when he did he whispered in broken english. He was looking around paying attention to everything else other than my pedicure. The only time I could clearly understand him was when my toes were drying and he said Pay me now. Gave him my credit card, he came back with slip, I signed it handing it back to him, then he just stood there awkwardly, not handing me back my credit card. I honestly dont think he was going to hand me my card until I gave him a tip. Not sure why I even gave him a monetary tip, he needed more professionalism advise as a tip.

Staff is always nice the place is clean and they did an amazing job on my full set of gel acrylics with the cats eye nail polish, they removed my old one and put on a fresh set and everything was $60

So I really liked this place, most of all I liked the way my nails looked after. I have gotten shellac many different places before and often he nail techs will put the polish up against the cuticle. So, when my nail grows even a little it pulls away from the cuticle, forms a jagged edge and snags on things. This is not the case when I went here.Yes, I think he girl doing my nails looked at my phone twice while she was doing it but did not spend a lot of time on it. Also, although she did not speak a lot of english and it was clearly not her first language, she did try to talk to me.My nails looked great leaving, and look great 2 weeks later.

Worst place ever will never return!!! My sister and I went had an appointment and they were a half hour late. Finally we were seated and the lady started bleeding and used the nail glue to close her cuts. Then I told her what I wanted over and over and she just kept saying yes and I ended up with misshapen nails that look horrible and to top that off the nail polish was see through wasn’t happy at all and still was charged 85 dollars. Beware of this place it’s a disappointment!!!’

I was just recently in here and got a mani-pedi. I had tammy. She seemed really distracted. While she prepared the foot tub, she left the water running and it almost over flowed. Another employee noticed as I was signaling them over but instead of fixing the water level, he drained my whole foot tub. At this point my feet are freezing after just having been in a hot foot bath. She returned about 10 mins later and noticed the tub was completely drained. She started laughing and saying oops. It was pretty funny but also kind of embarassing. So the experience was mostly good. The pedicure is always my favorite! However, she used gel on my nails and did them french but after just a day 5 nails already have chipped paint. The quality of their polish just seems really old and outdated. The polish display has been there since I was a kid and the polishes dont look like they ever change. Other than this, I dont feel the amount of money I paid is equal to the quality of how my nails came out. Disappointed and will be looking for a new place probably.

I like that they used a plastic covering in the pedicure chair tub but that was about it. The polish is already chipping and its been 3 days, but this isnt surprising as my toes were painted sloppily to begin with. Not worth it considering the pedicure was $41 not including tip.

Love this place! Got dropped off here by my fiance one day so he could go check out docks sporting good...was weary of trying a new place that I knew no one of going to (as we just moved in the area) Pleasant surpise...the girl who took care of me Helen was very friendly and took great care of me! My pedicure was SO relaxing! Ive been going there for the last two years now! And I must say she does the best Shallac manicure Ive ever had....I have gone to several other places and been extremely disappointed by their prices and it peeling off with in a week....I dont understand what Helen does differently but it never chips, peels or cracks and looks great up to 3 weeks (sometimes longer when I cant there) other than the regrowth of my nail....you would never know the Shallac was weeks old! I love the place and wont go anywhere else! Always relaxing environment when I go too....some other salons can be annoying, loud with rude people. ...not this place!

I went in for a full set of acrylics and when they were done there was exis acrylic all over my cuticles and when I went home I had to file the sides of them because the acrylic went over the sides of my nails and was starting to hurt I will never go there again for acrylics ever
