Bliss is the only salon I use !!! I have been a faithful customer to joe for almost 4 years ! He never disappoints . He has amazing business he’s always so polite and funny always makes sure his customers are well taken care of and has always fixed an issue when it is brought to him !!!! His staff is also very friendly and makes you feel like your in a family setting !

This nail salon has the potential to be great but the customer service of some of the nail technicians is horrible. The technician definitely need training on how to interact with customers! Some of them lack training in their skills and needs to revisit cosmetology schooling. Joe is one of the better workers there and if he would teach his skills to his fellow coworkers the place may become better. I got gel polish today and the polish was not applied right so its not smooth, there is to many layers and it will lift shortly. The tech also did not clean up my nails to there was polish around my fingers. They look very sloppy! I know it is impossible to know how to do everything but if you are doing nails and you cant apply polish then you need to revisit the learning part of your skills. I am going back there tomorrow because I did not pay my money for this! I am a very unsatisfied customer!

BE AWARE THEY USE ILLEGAL NAIL ACRYLIC THAT CAN CAUSE HEALTH PROBLEMS PLEASE READ !!This business is horrible looks nice on the inside but they do not do a good job here the owner used to be very nice but is now rude and rushes everything he does, his wife is very nasty you tell her a mistake she made and walks away and leaves you sitting there for an hour with a crooked nail, also a lot of people in this area are not aware of this but after getting my nails done here and going to a private nail artist I see now in NY who is wonderful, was soaking my acrylic off she informed me this nail salon used a illegal cheaper nail acrylic called MMA don’t believe me do your research, it causes miscarriages with women from long term use, they are supposed to use a better quality acrylic called EMA but a lot of cheap salons use MMA because it’s cheaper to buy, DO RESEARCH & save yourself health issues in the future I now travel for my nails it’s very worth it, you will notice when getting this acrylic removed it’s sticky and hard to come off when being soaked.. EMA when being soaked off flakes and comes off easier just warning you spend your money somewhere else! God bless.

The service provided was ok, but they asked us to choose off menu at a certain price then pushed really hard to upsell the 9 year old with us- which was not appreciated at all. Never mind making fun of her and telling her she forgot to shave her legs ( which she is sensitive about) . Then promised to give her a flower on her toes for free even though she said no multiple times. At the end told us the menu prices were out of date and charged me more … I suspect for the flowers?? I was looking for my new salon- this won’t be it.

Haven’t been here in over a year but it is just like I remembered. Very clean, soothing and great pedicure. I choose the Bliss package and the hot stones and massage was great from my nail tech lady. I recommend Bliss based on my experiences here since they had open.

Called to make an appt and the owner said 3pm and I repeated the time back to her and she verified 3pm and that I could come a few minutes early if I wanted and I got there at 2:55 and she said she told me 2:45 when clearly she did NOT and scheduled someone else! Needless to say I will not be going back there again. Even if she did say 2:45 (which she did not)she should have still taken me - ridiculous service and this is why I take my business elsewhere.

I had an exciting experience..i got my toes, nails and eyebrows done for my birthday and they looked good. i wanted an appointment with Joe but he was overbooked because hes that good. hopefully i can get an appointment with him for my fill-in.

I went in and got a powder dip manicure(approx two weeks ago and my review is on FB, I did not think of posting here until now). The girl had to redo it because she did not dip my fingers enough so the color was thin and I could still see previous color on two of my nails. She did go back and dip my nails two more times which made the powder thick and she didn’t shave underneath the nail to thin that out. Also, I kept getting lint pieces in my nail which she got out but then when I got in my car I still had a piece of lint in the polish on my pinky nail. I really do not like to leave bad reviews but the tech that did my nails was physically in the building but I have no idea where she was mentally. Her phone kept going off and she was inattentive. There’s a few other things that I could mention but I’m not even going to go into it. I would like to give them another try because I know that everybody has a bad day but this tech had to redo my nails three times to fix little things. And to make matters worse this was my first time there and they came highly recommended. I am willing to update my review as appropriate but that would require them contacting me to see how we can make it right. I have photos but it does not seem to let me post them here.

Very friendly, willing to do my nails however I ask. Even when I want 10 different colors with designs, they never complain and they do whatever I want, however I want it. If I want something done that the person I have cant do, someone else will come over and assist. There is not a single thing they will not do for you while youre there. After your nails are done, they lotion and massage your hands. Prices are great too! I have not gone to another salon since I started using Bliss. I recommend them to everyone I see, and I get daily compliments on how great my nails look!! Would not go any place else ever again!! I recommend making an apt because the wait time is insane as they are always busy!!

Best nail spot in the Berkshires. Period. The Bliss pedicure is just that— 1 hour of complete bliss. There’s one especially wonderful part of the Bliss treatment (I want you to discover how incredible it is for yourself, you’ll know when it happens) that changed what I look for in a pedicure forever. Love this nail salon! Joe does an incredible job and the space is super cute and clean. However, they are always slammed so if you are looking to get in, you will have to call at least several days in advance - but so worth it🖤

The first time I came in my nails were wonderful! This second time someone different did my nails and my fingers are cut up and the nails overall don’t look awesome. It was a $30 gel fill but I was charged $40. Feeling a tad disappointed the second time around ☹️

Helen and Joe do an excellent job,never disappoint.Love the new salon,it’s calming,clean and fresh.The previous reviewer mentioned about not being able to schedule.While they are busy with newly being open, they most certainly take appointments,so if at all possible give a call when you know you want to go in and they will do their best to accommodate you. You won’t be disappointmented with your nails.

I love how calm and clean the environment was, they had so many nail colors to chose from as well. The staff was very professional and kind, and made sure I liked the color I picked out. I would recommend this place to anyone here in Pittsfield. I had a french manicure gel top with my ring finger covered with rhinestones.

I was in today, Franco did the best job! Very happy with the way my nails turned out.

Absolutely awesome place! My nail technician was super friendly and my nails came out perfect and just what I wanted if not more!

I have tried twice now and failed twice now to get my nails done here. Both times I was told nothing was available, without an offer to schedule me when they have availability. Its disappointing because the place looks clean and bright, and is much closer to my house than the Nail Studio in Lanesboro. If I could give 0 stars I would, since I have yet to sample the services. Since I cant, they get 2 stars because of how clean and bright it is. They need to hire more staff if they want to stay open.
