Michelle and Henry operate a professional and well run salon! The services are high quality and they use great products. Michelle does all she can can to accommodate my busy schedule. I wouldn’t trust my nails with anyone else!

Never had my nails done before and this was a great first experience. I went to do a demo of what I thought I wanted my nails for my wedding to look like and Ill definitely be back for the real deal later!

It was my first time getting acrylic nails done in years and they did a fantastic job. Everything was clean, I didn’t have to wait long to get seated, she used a fresh emery board on me, and she took great care and didn’t cut or damage my skin or nails.

Dirty dirty dirty. Please educate yourself on proper nail care and avoid these types of places. They place non brand chemicals in old bottles so you think they are using high quality product. The “toaster oven” isn’t not sterilizing instruments and nail files need to be disposed of after every client. Please find a local nail tech who uses quality products and is concerned with cleanliness.

I try to go to Dream Nails every other week for a pedicure. Dennis is usually the person that does my pedicure; however today, Ken did it. Ken did a great job, as does Dennis, and any other technician that I’ve had before. Dream Nails is very clean, they have a great appointment and check in process. Overall, I give them very high marks, and will keep going back.Just note, I have been to other nail salons. I think Dream Nails does a fantastic job. It is clean, and the people are friendly there. There are other high-end spas that are much more expensive and personal; but in the end, I get the service, quality, and cleanliness I want.

I brought my girlfriend here before getting dinner 4 hours in advance. I had an appointment for 5:30, and we were sat waiting for 45 minutes. There was a 6 o’clock that got taken before use, and once we finally got seated I asked to speak to a manager and “Mr. Lee” claimed to be him. I explained to him the situation and asked why the 6 o’clock got seated before us- the 5:30. And he got extremely defensive and asked me to point out the people who got their nails done before us, and out of respect for them I chose not to point them out in front of everybody, and just said “this isn’t acceptable”, to which Mr.Lee replied with “you can leave then”. We stayed regardless because I didn’t want all that wasted time to go completely to waste, but I will never be taking my girlfriend here again. And we were late to dinner, so F*ck you Mr. Lee

I’m visiting from Columbus, Ohio and needed my nails done badly. We chose Dream Nails for my dip nails with extensions and I’m extremely happy with my service. My nail tech was Henry and he did a fantastic job on my nails and was very professional. My husband had a pedicure and is very picky but he was happy with his service as well. If I’m ever back in Pittsburgh and need my nails done, I’ll definitely go back to Dream Nails.

I love going here! I have been for years!Everyone is very friendly. They are willing to work with you to find the right color that works for you. I go with my best friend regularly, but also take my daughters, other family members and friends. I don’t go anywhere else in Pittsburgh!

The woman who did my nails today was amazing. I go with my husband, and they really do a good job on his in grown nails and callouses.

Nails ended up uneven and the owner didn’t understand what I wanted by “ drip nails “ I took my own flakes and he added the shops green flakes to charge me more . I also noticed he makes sure he doesn’t get to close to the cuticle so you come back sooner . When I Inquired further about the drip nail Lee couldn’t wait to get me out of there . like he felt threatened. ( his attitude shifted from lovely to ugly ) Like I was a pain and not going with the program. I repeatedly showed him pictures of what I wanted . 100 dollars later I got “ ok nails “ these were a splurge for my birthday and I left there feeling berated and cheated . I won’t go back .

This is the first pedicure I have ever received in my life.. I went to this establishment and now my nails are a dream! My technician her name was Laura . She was extremely professional and amazing! There are massage chairs with cool feelings while youre getting your nails done! I would rate this establishment to the highest level because of their professionalism and artistry doing nails. I had the best time of my life with my best friend Kim! So if youre in the Pittsburgh area I would highly suggest you come to salesmen and get a mani- pedi. Laura really nailed it today! I previously had another salon do my nails. It was so bad I knew to never go again. I searched the internet and Yelp for salons near me and started reading reviews. I found Dream Nails with excellent reviews and lots of photos to show their work. I went for the third time today. I am beyond happy with my nails. Debbie has done my nails every time. Henry and Michele are my favorite nail techs. I heard from others prior to coming here that it was previously owned by someone else and it has been better with Michele so if you were there in the past try again. 🙂

Tuesday is my fav technician there. This salon is very popular, so make an appointment ahead of time (walk-in, no same day appointments) for multiple services.

This place seriously cranks out amazing work and works so well under pressure. It’s always a packed house!

PennsylvaniaIn effect as of: April 19, 2020Essential businesses must provide masks for their employees and require them to wear the masks, according to the order from Pennsylvanias Department of Health. Customers at these businesses must wear masks while on the premises or be denied entry. This is a brand new article from this year. I went there and got so disrespected because they are letting people in there using a mask as they wear it the play toy. For example they would put it on their face and take it on and off. They should be thinking about their customers. They have older people sometimes they go there and they should be thinking about them. I honestly they dont think about them. They should honestly think about other people in their shop too.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to! I’m always greeted by name as soon as I walk in and I never wait longer than a few minutes before I’m seated with my nail tech. She always does an AMAZING job. From start to finish she pays great attention to detail and made sure they looked perfect. She takes her time and I love that. The atmosphere in this place is fabulous as well. Clean and bright with spa touches. Absolutely love it! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I continuously go back every 2-3 weeks for fills and polish changes and every time it’s perfect!

Have only been here twice but have had nothing but the best experiences both times and will definitely be making this my go to nail salon. I’m currently very broke and on a budget but my nails were so grown out and my toe nails were very ugly and needed at least a little loving and that’s exactly what they got for such a good price. I stopped in on a Friday night after work and they were already pretty busy when I walked, which yea it’s annoying to wait, but it’s a good sign that a lot of people want to go there. The owner did such a great job of juggling multiple people at once multi tasking so people weren’t waiting too long. I overheard one woman who was getting a pedicure say to the girl doing her nails “oh you’re busy tonight if you don’t have time to do that you don’t have to.” And the girl responded “no we do first in first out with our customers” she knew this customer already waited a long time and there were plenty other customers waiting as well but wasn’t willing to rush her out of the chair and wanted to make sure provided the best service. I really appreciate that after convincing Ben I couldn’t be his sugar momma cuz how broke I really am, he didn’t try up-selling me anything and even when I said “oh forget it just give me the pedicure not just the polish change” he was like “honestly, you don’t even need it, unless you’re just wanting me to rub your legs down”. He is the best and you will never meet another man like him in your life (well at least working at a nail salon). He’s a little sassy (of course in the best way possible!) and really engages everyone in conversation. Had me laughing the whole time. Oh and also I’m an idiot and came ill prepared and forgot you can’t leave a tip on the card and he just said “don’t worry about it get me next time” and just walked away. This place really is great! It’s a cute little salon inside, the staff are seriously all so friendly and engaging, oh and I forgot to mention what great work they do! They seriously take so much time and put so much care into your nails so they turn out perfect.

I called ahead to see if they had time for a walk in for gels, which they did. I came in and was seated. I waited a little but before i was started on but it was okay because i knew i was a walk in. Probably waited for about 15 minutes. My gels were not in very good shape but the girl who did my nails took very good care of me. She did not make much small talk but thats okay because i dont really like small talk. Will definitely go again.

This is my home salon of over 3 years & i don’t trust anyone else to do my nails. They all take their time and do an amazing job. My acrylic always stays strong and never chips. Friendly, clean and nice environment.

I went for a full set. The man who did my nails did awful and I’m normally very passive about things. I called to get them fixed and went in and I was given attitude, I got an eye roll because I requested a woman. I was told i would be scheduled with Michelle but the man was insisting he could fix it. Again with eye rolls. From my personal experience, I don’t recommend because it’s a waste of money to catch poor attitude and a bad manicure

I got my nails done yesterday by Lee and it was a great experience. He was pleasant and really carefully worked on my gel manicure. Its the best one Ive gotten in a long time. Ill definitely be back soon!

Just got the best gel manicure! Binh always does the best to take his time and shape my nails exactly how I like them. It was very busy but I felt like he was focused on my needs while he was working. I highly recommend Dream Nails!
