Mimis is the best place ever for a manicure or pedicure. I informed Lee that I was a diabetic. Lee was very careful not to cause any injury to my feet. I stand all day on my feet on concrete for work an the bottoms of my feet get calloused. I get the $45 package that gives extra moisturizer on my heels, feet an toes. Lee massages my toes an feet. Applies mud mixture on my lower legs, rinses them off then applies moisturizer creams. The last step of this process is wrapping my legs with hot towels for five minutes. I go to Mimis every three weeks.

Mimis took great care of my 90 year old mother when they gave her a pedicure. They were gentle with her feet and legs. I recommend them to everyone.

My nails are pretty, but im not so happy. They arent quite smooth and even. They also told me $55. I gave a $5 tip to make it $60 and my bank account is showing $66. Not happy...

I brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. I showed the picture to the tech. He said no problem, we do it. I specifically asked if they done GEL NAIL TIPS. Built on my natural nails. He again said no problem, we do it. After struggling for almost 2 hours for him to remove existing nails, he then gets out the nail polish and proceeded to paint my raw nails. I had to stop him. Show him the picture again and he looked at another tech and she said you want tips?. I said GEL TIPS. LIKE THE PICTURE. she informed me that they dont do that. Wow. She then passed me off to 2 other techs to put on regular tips. No one even knew what a COFFIN TIP was. Again, I showed them a picture. Advised them how to do it. Still didnt get coffin shaped tips. Wow. A lot of money for something I dont like. Be careful if you visit. Even pictures dont work.

Made an appointment for last Tuesday to get my nails painted with gel polish and a pedi with gel polish. The lady ended up doing a manicure with gel polish and charged me $35 I paid a total of $90 and tipped $10 by Friday my nails were chipping which gel isn’t supposed to do I called they said I could come in and they’d fix it so a different lady took all the polish off and did them again and by Monday they looked like this😡 I will never go there again! I feel robbed!

All of tip technicians I have worked with were very very good. I am pretty picky about my fingernails and Ive never had a complaint they always look great

I asked if there was a wait, was told it was ok. So, Im guessing that meant yes? Wait wasnt terrible, especially once I remembered to turn the massage chair on. I really need to invest in one of the chairs. Nails look good, cant complain

They dont talk to you while getting your nails done, and if you dont watch theyll charge there own tip. I paid $40 for a fill... All I got was 1 color and my ring fingers had glitter on them. Their sheet with prices said $17 for a fill. I figured since I would have to pay a little over $17 since I did technically get 2 colors, but not $40!! I was talking about it at work and a lady I work with said that last time she went they charged their own tip on her card, even though she had already tipped her in cash. Needless to say I wont be going back, and if anyone ask if they should, Ill tell them NO WAY and explain why. I remember why I stopped coming here years ago!

I have tried countless nail salons in lebanon. Not one of them ever lived up to my expectations after visiting mimis. I wont go anywhere else because they are the best. You get the best pedicure for the money & my nails last longer when I go to them than they do when I go anywhere else.

I came here because I had heard good things. I was pretty happy until this last time. I got the dip nails and a pedicure. Was told my fingernails should last 4-5 weeks. However, after a week and a half my nails started looking terrible and one fell off. I had been out of town so didn’t get to go back until 2 1/2 weeks. They reluctantly fixed the broke nail but told me I would have to get a whole new set to “fix” my nails. He kept saying, “that’s what happens-grow out.” Then, she shows me a “regular” customer’s nails and said, “see how good hers look at two weeks!” I told her if mine looked like that in two weeks I would be happy! He finally told me if I brought receipt in he would give me $ back. So, just came to get my $ and now he says he won’t do it because it’s 2 1/2 weeks! I told him I knew he wouldn’t do it even though my nails started looking horrible after a week; which I told him but it might be 2 weeks now. My nails look terrible and I’m supposed to be able to go another 2 1/2 weeks!! I don’t care if it had been 1 week or 2, he should have refunded my $! Do not go here!!Update: Now in week 3 and most of my nails have popped off!

They cut ur toenails off wayyy too short n caused my toes to bleed. I dont recommend this nail spa to nobody!!!!

Ive gotten my nails dipped and also a gel manicure and both services have been wonderful. Very gentle ladies, nice clean and even polish, and long lasting manicures!

I went here today with my daughter, they were rough and I still had old nail polish under corners, where they used one cotton pad to remove dark nail polish and left smears of it everywhere. Also the bottom of my feet are not smooth and actually still have dead skin. I know yuck. But that is why a got a pedicure. Honestly I want my money back. Worst place I have ever been. Really zero stars but that is not a choice.

My first visit went ok. It was Saturday and busy... my pedi was great, but my nails could be better. 1)The shape wasnt what I asked, even though lady they to correct it. 2) Did not offered colors to choose. Just asked if I want Christmas, I agreed and end up with red nails. Color wasnt bad, but would like to see options. 3) Only have acrylic product...:( wish for gel powder...Will try one more time on not busy day...

I have been going there for years and i love them

I called and a gentleman answered and was told to get acrylic done AND with a diamond on both of my thumb nails AND two colors it would be $28, cool. It was a nice place, loved the design but the process of getting my nails was terrible. Went there they charged for 2 pin head sized diamonds to be $5 so I said forget that. I ended up paying $38 for the two colors after even explaining what the guy told me on the phone and they didnt bother to honor it just smiled in my face. I got the nails done on 10/29/18 and today is 11/2/18 and I already have three nails peeling off and can break at the smallest push. I will never get my nails done there again.

Waited over an hour, when I was told it would only be 20 minutes. Staff was extremely rude and never apologized. When I walked in no one said anything to me about services or welcomed me until I walked up to them and said something. Then when someone was about to do my pedicure they took a walk in that came in 30 mins after me 1st. I would NOT recommend this place. Awful service!

Notice they do not properly clean the bowls after each use. When water was running particles floating in tub. Had to refill with fresh water. Will not be going back.

Very relaxing nature in the salon, my friend and I did not have an appointment but they were able to take us right away and they did a wonderful job on our nails. Will be returning.

Wasnt a good experience whatsoever. I wanted the gel polish on my toes and also on my hand but they act like they didnt understand what I was saying after explaining myself about 4or 5 times. Im not from here Im actually from Nashville but Ive heard good things about this salon. After this experience I will not be returning.

Always busy, but they do a fantastic job!

Had a manicure done with the dip polish and needless to say I will NEVER come here again. The lady was so aggressive and extremely rude! My cuticles are completely ruined. And yes, she actually made me bleed and blamed it on me for moving when I was saying goodbye to someone. I give it two stars instead of one only because she got the nail color and shape right.

I rarely get my nails done but for special occasion, but Ive had them done alot. I tried out Memes Nails and it was a terrible experience. The man rushed on my nails and pushed me out the door before my nails were even done drying. Why he rushed me I have no idea, There was no one else in the place, but me. Wouldnt return.
