Great place to get your nails (manicure, acrylics, pedicure) done. They can do designs (examples all around the store) or you can bring a photo and theyll get as close as possible. Gel nail polish drys before you go, and the beauticians dont rip up you nail beds like many other salons.Atmosphere is very chill. Everyone speaks English, but many have thick accents so be ready to listen closely (the masks make it harder) and be patient.Speaking of masks; facility is very clean, professional, and safe.

The lady she keep yankee my hand, she was drawling my nails for to long and made my nails burn, plus I want 5 color on my nails and they try to make meh pay 5 dallors for very color, when they did the acrylic it was all over my skin, when they put the nails polish on she had miss the side and the bottom of the nails and it just terrible and more . And my cousin nails have polish all over her nails and arylic ! (Mines is pink & my cousin is blue )

Went in planing to just get my nails polished and came out with a beautiful set! I’ve gotten so many compliments. She even kept me a little after closing to make them look perfect.

They are terrible my nails fell off 4 days later! i did nothing for them to fall off like that they were also so thin nd not smooth they had bumps all in them nd bubbles!! YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE!!!

This is a good walk-in salon. They do gel/solar/acrylic tips. Regular manicures and pedicures available full service. Plenty of colors to choose from and friendly staff and a family owned business.

Edit: took another star off because its been one day and another nail tip chipped. Of course its Saturday night after business hours and theyre not open again until Monday when Im working.Someone told me years ago to try Future Nails for a reasonably priced gel set. Didnt go until today and Im really disappointed. Got the dip on my fingernails and a regular pedicure. I got the older woman and she was very rough with the filing and cut me a few times. Didnt get a leg rub-down like I saw the male tech doing to the women he worked on, either. The edges are crooked and I even noted this but she didnt seem concerned about fixing it. One of my finger tips snapped off before I had even left the lot, and my toe polish was worn off by the time I got home. And yes, I waited a considerable amount of time before putting my loose flats on to go home. She (older lady) was very friendly though and fixed my nail when I came back in but I got a dirty look from the other workers. And its really hard to pay attention to the meh job theyre doing while theres a screaming child running around and bumping into things and interrupting the nail techs. Not worth the price, if Id known it would have been that expensive I would have gone to VIP3 nails for a more relaxed experience.

Will never go back here. I came as a walk in and received no greeting from the 4 people working there (I had to say hello first). There were no customers there. They were playing very obnoxious loud music and would only talk in their language. The employees that didnt have customers sat and watched separate loud videos on their phones the whole time. So annoying. Or would make phone calls and put it on speaker phone. And my nails did not turn out good at all. All different lengths. Will need to go to another salon to get them fixed.

Had an appointment at 11:30 am to get my nails done. By 1pm the nail tech was still working on another client. There was no sort of apology or any type of empathy for the fact that I sat in their salon for an hour and a half past my appointment time.Came here twice before, both times I did not like my nails. Pedicures are super sloppy and I had to coach the tech into shaping my nails. The only reason that I tried them again for a third time was that the person I had an appointment with was supposed to be “good”. Horrible service, I would not recommend.

This is the second time visintthis establishment and again I was disappointed. I selected a color only to see that the color in the swatch didnt match the color in the polish. The managers response was the sun changes the color of the swatch. And removed that nail color from the swatch and considered everything fixed. I wasted my $55 and I am convinced this is not the nail shop for me

This is second at this business the first time just a fill. It was ok. Went after pandemic they have inflated their prices$70 for a pedi with gel polish $55 for fill gel polish. 2 days later the stones are falling off. This place has taken advantage of pandemic and inflated prices

Yeah overbooked 2 o’clock so I ended up waiting and my full set was super thin they didn’t even last week they had three of them crack within 24 hours so I ended up going to a different nail salon so I spent $90 for nothing and it’s horrible do not go there

They did a bad job on my wifes nails. Not returning to this establishment. Its like they didnt care about the work they did. They just wanted to make money.

Wish I could give them 0 stars so I came here to get my nails done and had my 8 year old daughter with me the nail salon is full of toys everywhere because one of the workers kids is there while she works. My daughter had touched a toy and the lady told my daughter to put it done and don’t touch her granddaughters toy🙄 will never come back.

Nails were way to thick, I told the lady my nail was crooked and she tried to tell me it was my finger never had that problem at any other salon, and I kept telling her my nails were burning and she kept going over them ... never again

I love my nails. I got a full set of acrylics for a fair price and they look great. My service was excellent, and the people here are so nice! Will be coming back!

Got my nails done September 22nd and STILL don’t need a fill.

I’ve been going there and enduring the pain that I feel when NiNi does my nails and I haven’t said anything. But now, it’s gone too far. Last time l go there. She made one of my fingers bleed. She is very rough while doing nails. And she put the acrylic on crooked and it turned out looking not so good. Not a very friendly place in general.

Staff was the only good thing. I went on Tuesday and got a manicure with just gel polish. Two days later they chipped and literally peeled right off. Do not go here unless you like wasting money. Gel polish should last more than 2 days.

Their customer service is horrible and they do not know what they are doing in there the older man was super rude i only went in there for one nail repair his application of the Acrylic was done wrong let alone the false nail is was putting on wasn’t staying glued their practice here was super unprofessional. They wanted to argue back and forth I just wanted one nail fixed. I told the lady that started to argue with me so you really expect me to let him keep doing something that I’m not satisfied with and you still want me to pay. So I asked him can he take what he did off and I’ll go else where he didn’t want to take the acrylic off that he applied and I was super unsatisfied if my nail is to get infected because of there bad practice we will have some issues. Please don’t go there they are bad for business. Customer service sucks badly and still want to try to take peoples money.

I simple ask what I want and they do it better than I pictured it in my head! I had a older women named Kim. She made me feel like I was at home. She also kept me talking and we got to know eachother. People might think its weird to talk to a stranger but know after that experience I mad a new friend. Everyone if you are looking for a place to go I suggest future nails!

First off I got my nails done for vacation. When you first go in to future nails do not go to the lady who sits at the first table to the left!!!! Sorry if your reading this women but you ruined my nails. And I’m not being over dramatic I got acrylic nails and the first 2 days one of them broke off. By the end of the week 3 of my nails broke off. On top of them braking off when the women did my nails my cuticles were bleeding! Yes BLEEDING. That is not okay. When I came back from my vacation (1 week) I took all the rest of my nails off and my nails took 3 months to fully recover, this was in August it is now the end of October and my nails are still very weak and flimsy. Everyone else in the shop does a pretty decent job, but that women... haha never again!!

I used to get solar nails done there years ago they were not bad but they took way to long to do my nails! The nails looked very professional & lasted 2 weeks back then!

Got completely ripped of by the nail tech. I wanted a full set and my toes simply PAINTED. got told they didnt offer that service and made me paid for a whole Pedi and full set. For 75 dollar and let me tell you. My full set was absolutely trash

Ive been coming here for years and over time it has deteriorated. First they are unfriendly. They talk to each other in Chinese the whole time which to me is rude and unprofessional. Second they bring their kids and let them run around feels like a nail shop in a daycare center. Lastly every time I go they cut my cuticle and make me bleed and not to mention there is an extra charge for every little thing. I used to get my nails done with designs on every nail for 35 now its around 55. Im iso a new nail shop.

Never coming back they didnt take there time my polish is a mess. I felt like I was in a day care center with kids running around I dont mind that but, when the workers are being disturbed while working and messing up me and me friends nails and cutting our fingers thats an issue!!

Been going here since I was 11 yrs old I am now almost 16 I’ve loved them when I was younger lately I’ve been going to sangs in Brentwood for the past two years but I came in bc it was close to school as I was getting them done mice were running around in the back🤮it’s terrible now they talk about you in their language and raised the prices for whatever reason idk cause they sure ain’t using the money to keep it clean it’s more of a daycare then nail salon and it’s so unprofessional the girl I had doing my nails was watching her phone the entire time .

I had a wonderful experience for my first time at Future Nails. I asked for a full set acrylic with a coffin shape and Nancy did a beautiful job.

More expensive than most places... And the nail tecs only knew how to do limited styles the lady I had was really rough made my nails bleed.when she filed them.when I expressed my pain to her she did not care she would look at me and just continue! I usually would tip but she was awful and my nails were nothing to write home about she was the lady to the far left as soon as you walk in

Im unhappy ! It looks like there a week grown out .They didnt paint with gel polish to the cuticle and theres polish on my skin. They are very close to where I live so I tried them 3x and 2 of the 3 were bad 1 was ok. I will not go back. I would not recommend them.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. NOT ANY MORE!! only two people can actually do nails here and they are always booked! To the point where Nini doesn’t even do appointments any longer and Na is always booked a week in advance. They are the only two worth seeing!! TRUST ME! When you walk in you have to wait a considerable amount of time to be seen. There is an upcharge for just about everything. Nails end up sloppy, shaped weird, and just rushed! Sad to see this place go down hill they need some serious revamping. Just because they are family doesn’t mean they can do nails!! Hire some real talent instead of family members who do a bs job. The man and lady on the left will hurt you and make you bleed and have NO SYMPATHY while doing so. I’ll probably only get pedicures from here on out. Unless they get it together.

I am a new customer due to my lifelong shop closing. I was skeptical at first but Im in love ❤️. Everyone greets you at the door, family environment, and its very roomy. Susan is my new nail tech and she gets the job done!
