The picture doesn’t even show half of what’s wrong with this set but ladies and gents you can see for yourselves this is just a joke. As well as charged me $50 for the service and it was only a fill in.

They were polite, but overall the experience was not the best. I called and made an appt the day before. they said they had plenty available. Come in had to wait an hour just for a pedicure, then for them to start on my nails took 2 more hours! They rushed to get me done, but they sped so quickly that they kept niking my skin around my nails. You get what you paid for unfortunately because my dip nails didn’t even last a week. One of them came completely off then the others was chipping. Overall, dissatisfied.

I needed some pampering time for myself as I am going through a rough patch right now. When I walked into Cali Nails, I was greeted immediately and was shown how to check in. I sat in a massage chair while waiting for my turn. Not even five minutes later they called me up. Very friendly staff and very efficient. When I left, I left with a smile on my face.Thank you Cali Nails for brightening my day.

Showed a picture of coffin black tip acrylics and got EXACTLY what I wanted. The man was very nice, took his time, and was fantastic at his work.

Okay well I had great service & loved my nails 3 weeks ago when I got a full set (Pink & Whites). Went in today to get a fill & Pedi - well something went sideways - the lady was very nice and I thought she understood what I wanted... BUT by the end I had my nails soaked off and white tips put on halfway down my natural nail, bubbles in the clear coat & every tip was lifted away from my natural nail... I called and will go in to see how they plan to fix the issues... Will update ASAP

Today was me first time going to Cali nails. I’ve only ever been one place before. And to say I am amazed. He gave me exactly what I asked for and it only took an hour!! I came in at 10:40 and left by 11:40. I am very happy with their service!!

This is seriously like my favorite place to go. i go to the same guy every time, and he’s so sweet and does truly a good work on my nails. i’ve been going to this place for years, and you won’t be disappointed when you go.

Yesterday i went to Cali to get a full set really friendly and have always been towards me not even 3 hours later 2 of my nails popped off so today i called and they told me to come in. I get there and they told me to come back in 45 minutes so i leave and come back again i go to the service desk stand there for 10 minutes and nobody comes up to me so i decided to sit down. I was sitting there for 20 minutes and the lady has already pulled back two people who literally walked through the door both times she looks at me and doesn’t say a word! I’m livid! Never going back!

Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done. They did not do what they wanted. They told us $35 and it ended up costing $70. They took $10 off due to it taking almost 3 hours! 2 different people done the girls nails and I was not impressed!! I got the white tips done and they did not remove the extra nail nor the acrylic from under the nail. Alot of air bubbles. will not be going back to this place.

First time I was there was great. Second time the tech cut me 3 times and when I paid kept the change. $27!!!!

My daughter and I scheduled 1pm appointments, we were not seen until 2:15pm. She got a full set of nails which looked great. I got an acrylic pedicure. After they did not listen to what I was asking for several times, I then requested to speak to the manager. He had someone come over after another 30 minute wait. She poured the unused products that she started using on me back into the bottles to be reused. This is unsanitary and is cross contamination. They finally completed what I was asking for. We went to pay and we requested to pay individually. I was charged $70 for my pedicure and she was charged $50 for her nails. They put the total amount on my card. When I asked them to correct the mistake they stated, we cant fix it they will charge you extra. How am I responsible for paying for the mistakes that you made? I will never return to this salon, I was overcharged for the services, they were rude and do not correct their mistakes. Thats terrible customer service.

Instead of walking in I started making appointments with Linda because she does such a great job...Last month I made an appointment arrived 5mins early only to wait 45mins this time I made an appointment arrived 10mins early and got told to come back tomorrow(I live 25mins away)....I won’t ever go back again!!!!

People are getting a kick out of my 8 year olds nails. They need nails for young girls that fit better.

Jay is amazing the only person that will touch my nails seriously never lets me down always very entertaining and enthusiastic about his job and does amazing with my toddler as well very patient with the kids and very clean and doesnt break your pocket schedule with Jay you will not regret it !!

Rushed work. Crooked nails, different shapes and lengths. One hand received more coats of polish then the other. Hard points coming off the top of some nails. Wasnt worth the money and waiting over an hour.

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and fun. Give good pedicures and my nails always last 2-3 weeks.

Very unprofessional. They gave us one price and charged us $60 extra then the original price. We didnt get anything extra just paint. They didnt even get all the dead skin off of our feet. The guy that I myself had didnt speak to me really and made me pick a different color than what I wanted. I was trying to have the same one both my nails and toenails. He said no do another color for nails. We got no receipt. We tried to call and talk to the manager about it and they hung up on us twice. I would not recommend going there.

My daughter went and had her nails done for her Sweet 16 Birthday and within a Week The Damn Nails popped Off! They also Dug so deep in a couple of her nails and Made it Bleed and when the Nail Popped Off they still looked bloody! This isn’t the first time she has went and had them done! She was so upset she loved to get them done but now She doesn’t! So I will not Rate this Place!

I almost didn’t go for a pedicure here after reading the reviews. I am glad I went ahead and gave them a try. I did a deluxe pedicure and it was amazing. I never felt rushed and it was very relaxing. I will definitely be back.

They do not have enough staff to work the demand of the business. You are rushed and waiting awhile always. Ive received great service here from the two younger employees ( young guy and young girl), however, the older two employees (I think the owners) rush and miss or look over steps they should complete. My last visit they did not include a clear coat. I went back and hour later and told them, and I received no apology. They applied the clear coat very sloppy which caused me to have to get a fill a lot sooner than my normal monthly fill. I will try to avoid them moving forward.

I didnt get the guys name that did my nails. But he was FRIENDLY! We chatted about anime the whole time. His work is fantastic as well. My nails look divine.

I always love my time at Cali Nails. Linda, John, Tracie, and Jay are so courteous and professional. People continuously ask where I get my nails done and Im proud to say Cali Nails.

Very busy but they got me in and out in no time. Nails were beautiful afterwards. Lasted a month, and couldve kept them on even longer. No chips or breaks at all.

The lady that did my sisters pedicure was very nice, and friendly and actually spent time massaging my sisters legs and feet. She was super helpful with the nail polish selection as well. The man who did my pedicure however, was very quick, kind of just laid the hot towel on my legs instead of wrapping my legs like my sisters were. It felt rushed. Not my best experience with a nail salon.

This place is awful.. I wont recommend this to my worst enemy... Im so unsatidied w the service and my nails and my daughters.. we express how important it was to have them on point.. they did them very carelessly.. rushing through trying to work on several customers at a time.. letting anyone come in and rush to get them starting before finishing ours.. she didnt give me anything that I ask for kept suggesting at her way and ended up putting Shiny Nails on mine when I ask for Matte. All she can say is shes sorry.. I hated every second in this place.

My daughter’s gel manicure was painted on the skin of the nail and jagged file down. My big toe of nail was half cut and half there, so it looked jagged. Waited an hour to get seated. Will not come back.

Wouldnt even give it one star. Outcome was clean, and overpriced. My mother and I went, and she wanted regular acrylics and they gave her what they wanted. Some type of gel nails. The young gentleman had no idea what he was doing and took off the top layer of my actual nail and drew blood. To two of my fingers. Will NOT be going back. The oldest gentleman was quite funny, which was the only pleasant part of my trip.

The basic manicure with polish and basic pedicure ( and wax $5) with polish was $70. The price was cheaper last time ingot both with a full set of nails. Kinda confused.

Horrible! Nails all different lengths and shapes.. .didnt even cover my whole nail. Didnt trim my real nails before they started, two of my nails are so short my finger tips show over the nail. . Horrible horrible experience, and $50 wasted. .. Will never go back. . Trying to find somewhere else that will do a fill in and fix them!

We used them several times. My middle schooler got a set of acrylic nails, and they almost immediately fell off. We had to have 4 repaired. Then I dropped my 17 year old off and went to browse in the mall. She went in for a $25 set, and some how came out with a $45 set. It was her first time, and I take part of the blame, because I didnt know there was more than one kind. But we were left with the bill. She told them she didnt have enough money, so he said they would give her $10 off. I wasnt happy because I believe they took advantage. I let them know it when I got there. Her nails were beautiful, but she only left them on a month, so not worth it.

This place should be zero stars!! The one star is for the friendly staff. Powdered dipped nails should last three weeks. I had to go in there three times the first week they were done. The second time she painted the ones she repaired the wrong color. She told me to come back in and she would correct them, but charged me for her mistake. I will pay three times the price before I go back in there! If you are looking for quality over quantity stay away!

Went in tonight for a pedicure and gel polish. Was told it was going to be $45 dollars for both when I went to pay they told me it was $70. My friends and I even verified before we went in to make sure she said $45 and she repeated it again that’s how much it would be for both. They tried telling me I misunderstood the price but somehow I was there with two other friends that heard the exact same thing I heard. Also, the woman doing my pedicure did a terrible job. I had also picked the same color for my toes and my nails and for some reason they don’t match. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m very disappointed.

This place does not do a good job I got a medi pedi and they do not fit the nail to your finger and they put them on crucked and they just dont care about what you think this is the second time going there and the experience both time were bad. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

I Walked in to this establishment, was asked what I needed. It was my nieces 10th birthday and I hoped to get her a manicure. I was told to come back in an hour. Okay. No problem. I took her to Starbucks and Walked around the mall. (ALL MY PARENTS KNOW THIS IS JUST EXTRA SPENDINGS ON TOP) So after an hour and 10 minutes I came back. The male who had originally told me an hour now told someone else to tell me come back in another 2 hours. Now I am irritated because I have been lied to and treated as if oh well screw yalls time, cant you see we are busy! Neverrrr returning! Why waste my money I earn to spend with those who earn those without a care for having a nasty attitude and a bad reputation!

Went with my mother in law and had an ok experience. Pedicure was okay, but he didn’t even remove the dead skin off of my heals. They didn’t even start on my mother in laws nails until I was half way done with my mani and pedi. Understaffed. While working on my acrylics the man rushed and didn’t even cover the nail completely in acrylic, I had to tell him to add more acrylic (I’m not even licensed), and he even dropped super glue all over my finger and failed to remove it. the length is off on both hands, one hand is longer than the other and the shape is quite different on one hand too. My nail polish application was sloppy, and rushed and I have left over nail polish on my skin. At the end of an acrylic application or ANY manicure I typically get oil put on my cuticles and he failed to do that as well. Didn’t clear coat my nails until I was almost done drying. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

Their sign advertises $38 for mani and pedi, even asked the older woman the cost to verify. She said $40 for mani and pedi, there were two of us, only one of us got gel nails and regular polish on our feet, they charged me $98! The younger guy just kept saying, “you got gel”, I will not go back!!

Rushed and kept switching out people. Did not do nails right there is a gap between my nail and cutical. You can see the tip because he didn’t cover it all the way. They rushed and were not completely sanitary. And way over priced.
