Yes, you may.I had dip nails removed here & the lady was very rude and was not wanting to remove my nails. She removed my nails after another younger girl working there told her to. As she was filing my nails, she would toss my hands after she was done with that hand as if I am a piece of trash. She would pull my dip nails off so harshly that I had my own nail almost rip out. I left with a bleeding nail from there. I paid $10 for this which is a good price, but for the pain my nails, my cuticles, and skin went through after her work, I will never step foot here.I am sorry, I do not exactly remember the table number. But it was the second table or third table on the left side. Either number 3 or 5.

I went to Phil, he was great all around. Started on time & was able to create exactly what I wanted on my nails even though it was a difficult design. He’s perfect at getting the nails to look CLEAN. Perfectly shaped. He’s super cool to talk to too. Already booked my appointment to go back! Highly recommend.

Woman doing my nails was a bit aggressive doing my cuticles. Also my gel manicure had a lot of bubbles that were ignored. Not a horrible experience but also wouldnt recommend it.

I don’t recommend this place. The nail tech was overwhelmed, frustrated & rude. She was trying to do two customers at 1 time. My husband & I went in for a pedicures . We both sat next to each other . He was done before me. My feet sat in water for over 30 min without service so I just got up & left. I will never go there again. They don’t like black business. Beware. 🛑❌🚷👀Think twice before entering . Don’t let the little old lady with the blonde streaks in her hair do your nails 🛑❌🚷 Poor customer service 🤦🏾‍♀️

My friend and I came in for service on a Friday afternoon to both get pedicures and I also wanted a manicure. The nail tech that serviced me was rushing through my service because there was ONE other person that was walking in and waiting. Not only did my nails start cracking the next day, my whole cuticles started shredding on both of my hands. I also had to ask her to clean up my polish so that it wasn’t so sloppy. This is the worst $52 plus $8 tip I’ve spent in a long time.

Michelle did an amazing job with my nails. I got a full set with a sort of marbled design and I love how they turned out. Will definitely go back in the future.

Today was my first time going here! Robinson doesn’t have a lot of classy, high-end nail salons. This one by far exceeded my expectations. I booked my appointment with Phil - who did a TREMENDOUS job. Not only did I walk out with exactly what I wanted for my nails based on a picture I showed him, I found a salon I’ll be going to from now on. Don’t walk, RUN here for all your nail needs.

My first time going to this salon and Phil did my nails. I recommend him to anyone that wants perfect nails. His designs are crazy and he has a perfect coffin shape which is not easy to find.

Phil did a AMAZING job on my nails for valentines day, I have been getting my nails done for years and this by far the best place I have ever been to.

They allow walk ins. A little pricey. Went too fast for a delux pedicure. I took someone else. It only took 15 min. I didnt pay attention to what she was doing cuz i was not the one getting the pedicure. I still think it was too fast. There was no nail polish applied just reg delux. I wont go back.

I had hard gel japanese manicure done at exclusive salon 56st in NYC. When I came to Pittsburgh, Avalon Nails LLC and had PHIL work on my nails, he taught me a lot about gel and the whole process. He is amazing! He did a ten times better job than NYC. He is amazing. Detailed, artistic, really understand the craft. His techniques are years ahead of anything I had previously, i am just amazed. Super long lasting too. I am only coming here from now on!! Phil is the standard. Thank you Phil for the amazing work!!

Phil is the best nail artist that I’ve had do my nails. My nails are laid and slayed. I moved out of town and the first thing i needed was for him to bless my nails. I can’t find anyone even close to what he can do in NY. Very satisfied!!!

Phil is hands down one of the most talented nail technicians i have ever come across. He came highly recommended and i couldnt be happier with my bridal nails. The detail in them is unbelievable and the job itself is just sooo clean, he matched my wedding colors perfectly. Not only did he bring my vision to life but he created something even better than I had imagined. I wanted to say I do with my hands just to showcase my nails,lol. I cannot recommend him and his salon enough, not only were the services remarkable but they were also affordable. Book him ladies!

This is my wife’s review....Amazing work! My nails have never looked better, they did a beautiful job shaping them, which I always have problems with everywhere else, and the gel polish work is perfection! They were fast too, and pricing is very good.

I was just in this shop on Friday with my daughter. The shop is nice and clean however the techs did not speak to myself or my daughter other than to ask us what we wanted done, they spoke to each other in their language the entire time. I was told that they couldnt do short coffin style nails, to which I know that it can be done bc its done in many other shops. I was charged $5 extra to change the shape of my nail to which I didnt realize was something that was an extra charge. My cuticles were not pushed back and so now there is extra space that looks like my nail has grown out. That very night there was a chip out of the side of the one nail. Now today, 4 days later, I have another one that is chipped on the side and my middle fingernail snapped right off. I paid $45 plus a $5 tip for this?! Ive been getting my nails done regularly for the past 16yrs and this is just ridiculous.

I visited Avalon for the first time today and they did an incredible job. I’ve lived in the area for about two years and my nails have never turned out as nicely as they did when Phil did a custom set.Super friendly staff & clean shop too. I will definitely be a regular 😊

I just want to take the time to rave about Phil and Michelle and the whole staff at Avalon. If you’ve ever been to Avalon you know they are always busy no matter what day/time. I have been coming here since October and from day one I felt welcomed. They take the time to get to know you, they don’t just make small talk like you normally would get but they have realConversations with you, and that at least for me is so refreshing. To be able to walk into a salon and able to just relax and talk with someone without it feeling forced is something special they have! I know being in the service industry it is sometimes overwhelming, but at Avalon they never skip a beat. The pride and professionalism with every client is unbelievable. I got my nails done on Saturday, and Phil called me because he wasn’t happy with how they were and he had me come back in to fix them! That is just unheard of! What establishment has taken that initiative to make it right without you having to ask? That is just an example of the care, pride, and professionalism shown! THE BEST SALON AROUND!

I paid 77$ for service I didn’t like it. She did the pedicure and manicure in rush.The color on my feet came off after 2 hours. The worst place I ever been to. I don’t recommend it at all. She seemed like she doesn’t want to work. Bad experience

I will preface that I am low maintenance and never get my nails done. I was trying to do something for myself two weeks ago and got acrylics. I needed a fill today and went to Avalon. They said they had a 30 minute wait but it was actually 1 hour and 5 minutes. It wasn’t a big deal and I asked them to just take my acrylics off since I was low on time. The woman attempted to peel them which hurt a lot. When I told, she soaked and buffed which I thought was standard practice. She was looking away while buffing and tore my nail in half. It bled and as I explained how painful it was- she grabbed my hand and put it in acetone! She left it torn in half and told me it’d heal in a few days. I will never go back and now I have no intentions of ever getting acrylic again!

I usually pick this place to get my pedicures when in Robinson. They are very nice & friendly. The one young girl ( I wish I would have asked her name) has done my pedicure twice and I love when she does them. She takes her time and makes sure everything is the way it should be. This is where I will get my pedis from.now on.

I had a great experience at Avalon nails at the mall in Robinson! Phil did my nails and it was for my wedding and I wasnt disappointed. It was my first time there and I definitely left satisfied with my nails. Everyone there was very nice. I got a french ombre acrylic nail set. Love love love my nails.

My nail designer did such an amazing job doing my nails and he was so quick and friendly! 20/10 recommend getting your nails done here especially if you like intricate designs. I’ll never go to another nail salon other than this one again!

This literally was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my entire lifetime. The woman who gave me a pedicure was completely disinterested in engaging with me at all. She seemed completely miserable doing her job and never asked me what I thought of the pedicure and this is what it ended up looking like. I will never go back there again it was $30 I will never get back.

I was unable to go to my normal nail place, so I stopped in here. At the beginning the man doing my pedicure was very nice. But when it came time to pay he took my debit card and then came back and told me that I stole my card?! I showed him my ID and said that it is my card and asked him to try again. Instead of being nice about the embarrassing issue he mad a big scene and completely humiliated me. I tried calling the number on the back of the card and he stood there staring at me with his arms crossed while tapping his foot. The place was busy and people were staring at me which was even more embarrassing. All I had to do was simply call my boyfriend and have him pay over the phone. No big deal! But instead of understanding the embarrassing situation, This place just made it so much worse! To top it all off, while trying to call my bank the man had me move to a different seat (no big deal) but while I was moving I messed up a nail and he refused to fix it! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My overall experience was fine. I got a gel manicure for $32. There was virtually no wait and everything went smoothly but, the place is filthy. There is dust everywhere, the flooring is worn away in spots and the glass waterfall panels are broken leaving dirty mildew laden glass. I also dont think they used clean, sterilized tools on me.

I was not impressed when they didnt listen to what I was saying. She cut off my real nails to put tips on. Why would I want my real nails taken off? When I told him that I was dissatisfied with the service that they rendered they seemed that they didnt care. I will still charged full price. When i went back to try to get them to take the tips off and correct the issue they were unwilling make it right.

Good customer service, everyone was so nice. Now the nails, they were ok. Three broke the second day I had them, I don’t believe I was being too rough with them but who knows.

I’ve gotten my nails done hear multiple times the first time I ever got my nails done it was hear they looked fine (the peach ones) but I got BADLY cut the second time I went I got nails I kept telling her to go longer she kept in going shorther and shorter the (blue ones) and the last one were the (red yellow and orange ons) were perfect

I only went once because i desperately need a fill but the tech i got she said i needed a new set and i thought it would take forever. But she did them super fast and i thought my nails would turn out horrible for how fast she was doing them. I was pretty impressed how good they looked for how fast she did them.
