I went to get a cut at Caruso Brothers Barber Shop last week. Im very picky with my fade.I have only let 4 barbers cut me in 20+ years. Josie is AMAZING at her craft!!! My fade is on point.👌🏼And she shaped my beard to look way better than I had kept it before. All the lines are crisp. Walked out of her shop feeling like a million bucks. See you every 2 weeks from now on. I highly recommend checking this place out. You wont be disappointed.

I took my boys to this shop to get their crazy quarantine hair cut, they are two rambunctious boys age 5 and 7. Josie was so nice and understanding and she was able to talk to both of them in such a nice relaxing way they let her cut their hair without an issue!!!They got designs and loved her so much like she was family when by the time we leftWe are now going to be customers for lifeGreat hair cuts great patience and easy to sit and have a conversation with!

First off let me just say, I have had quality haircuts from this place. Josie does an amazing job...when the shop is actually open. Ive had 2 quality cuts from this place, and its a decent price, close in proximity. The problem is that the shop isnt always open during the hours listed. This is the 4th time Ive tried to get a haircut during the listed opening time, but no one is here. Its frustrating because I like this place! Personally for me, having an updated opening hours would be ideal. Ive got a busy schedule and I hate having my time wasted like this. Please update your hours, or open a Twitter letting us know of any schedule changes. Life happens I get it. But some consistency would be nice. Id be happy to update this review once the hours are fixed/steps made to improve on that end. An online appointment system would be great too!

Josie has always given me a great haircut and a pleasant experience whenever I have come in. I do know she had been running the shop on her own for a bit before it closed down due to COVID-19, and she did a fantastic job of it. Can’t wait to start coming back again!

This barber shop is the best around. I’ve been getting my haircut from Josie for 2 years now. She always takes the time to listen to what you want and always makes it perfect. I tried multiple barbers in the area but once I found Caruso Brothers I’ve never gone elsewhere. You won’t be disappointed with your experience. It doesn’t matter if you get Josie or RJ they will both get you looking your best!

Great cut, friendly barber shop with a old style environment feel. $18 for a men’s cut and a great one. 3 barbers on staff with nice hours. Opens early - walk ins welcome.

Best haircut in Pittsburgh!!! I have lived in Pittsburgh for 4 years trying to find a barber and cannot seem to find anyone until today. It took him 10 mins for hard part. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good hair cut!

Always a good cut here. Both barber’s I’ve had are quality and quick. Bonus: if it’s busy you can head next door to Korner Pub to grab a while-you-wait beer! Can’t recommend Caruso’s enough.

Standard haircut from a barber who was curiously unkempt in appearance. He was cunfriendly and unwelcoming in demeamor, said maybe eight words in total.My attempts to converse were met with silence so I got the message. With mixed feelings, I left a modest jeep-the-change tip. Maybe he was having a best day; on occasion we all do. But it was an unpleasant experience -- I cant recall another one like it -- so I wont be going back.Ive walked past a nearby barbershop in Dormont near the CVS. I was acknowledged there just walking by, and it seems like a happening place. I think I will take my business there.

Been going here for over 1.5 years. Josie and RJ both do a great job and would recommend either of them.

They go above and beyond to keep their customers satisfied. I remember I was running late to an appointment and they stayed open late just to make sure I got a fresh cut for a special function I had to attend.

My favorite hair cuts have come from this small classic barber shop. Mr. Caruso is a wonderful barber. The best.

Used to be good but now it’s very odd hours and you get turned away if you aren’t there an hour before they close. Irregular hours and just ok haircuts. Pass.

Called earlier to let dude know I was coming later in the afternoon, business hours are supposed to be from whatever till 1900. Closed at 1745 when we arrived. If you cant stick to the business hours you set how reliable are you really? My apologies if there was an emergency.
