This is the best place to go through when you are doing anything that involves car documents. I just want to say that the man(respectfully) knows how to handle crowd. He is a very honest person. Very glad I found this place. I got a car from my cousin in the beginning of the month and had to basically sit on it due to all tag places being closed because of the shutdown. I found out Jacobys was open, gave them a call and the nice women working there set me up with an appointment and gave me details on everything to bring with me. The next day (today) I got the title transfered, registered and new tags. The process was a quick and easy curbside transaction. I was in and out within a half an hour. I walked into Jacobys on a busy Friday around 5pm. There was a line and a sign in sheet. Not ideal, but Richard was very knowlegable about his services and able to render them quickly and efficiently. I recently moved from IA to PA and I was really concerned about the registration and title transfer for my car. However, as soon as I found the website of Jacobys Auto Tags everything went really smoothly. Richard processed my new plate in a matter of minutes as well as the new title. He also recommended a place where I will be able to do my safety inspection and emissions on the same day to avoid problems. That was super helpful! Service was superb. I Would not recommend this place. Was over charged for services not once but twice. When told about it they gave a bogus excuse as to why and never refunded me my money. Was charged for on line processing fee and charged for messenger service. They charge for using a business check or credit card to pay. they also charge a bogus Clerical fee. ( just a added charge for doing nothing.). When confronted with this issue the clerk kept changing his story because it just wasnt adding up to make sense.

Rich was very efficient, and was able to resolve our car title issues quickly. His quality of service far exceeds the quality of service at other locations. The office was clean and bright. If I have future car title/registration matters, I will definitely return to this location!

I’m not usually the kind of guy to wait until the last minute to do things, but I’ve been putting off transferring the registration of my car from NJ to PA. Today I was determined to get it done, but first had to get my PA drivers license which took up a good portion of my Saturday. The next step was to get the title transferred over. I spotted Jacobys in my travels up and down 202 so thought that would be the spot to do it. I walked in the door at 2:55, not knowing they closed at 3, but Richard told me it was no problem and he would get me taken care of. Richard was able to switch my title over right away, he let me know all about the process, and was very helpful when i asked if he could recommend a place for me to get my inspection done. Thanks Richard for making a usually painful process easy and painless on a snowy Saturday afternoon. Jacobys has my highest of recommendations.
