First time at Holly Oak services and I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly and courteous .I had work done on my trucks front end and Curt the technician explained what he found along with what he repaired. Holly Oak is fortunate to have such an experienced person on their team. They looked over the complete truck with pictures detailing their findings. I feel good that my truck is safe and will definitely be back to Holly Oak.

Took my truck in for diagnosis, they helped me understand the issues and worked with me on the right solution for my needs.

I dropped off my daughters vehicle, because it was making a whistling sound. I thought it may be a problem with the Turbo or the intake value. The check engine light never came on, so I was stumped, Holly Oak checked it out and found that it was a clamp on the catalytic converter, saved me $1000 plus.

First let me say that I never let a garage work on my vehicles but I had no choice in the matter. Because I was stuck on route 202 and my car wouldn’t start the tow truck driver was polite and on time when other tow company’s could not keep there promise on time frame. my car would not start the next day I got the car back so I called and they came and pick up my car and the next day my car was fixed no charge!!! They honor their warranty real customer no bull.

They fixed what was wrong with my car but now my dashboard looks like a Christmas tree. I already had my airbag light constantly on, now I have other lights on. Plus, I got slapped with a big bill. I’m getting a new car. SMH

I cannot speak highly enough about Holly Oak Service Center. As a single women, I was always told to watch out for auto mechanics they will rip you off. I have been disappointed in so many of the automobile mechanics I went to so why would Holly Oak be any different? At Holly Oak they tell you what is wrong but also take the time to explain it to you without feeling rushed. They will also explain the options you would have for a repair and the costs associated with it. They also do their best to get your car done, if possible, in one day. I know its never good to have your car break down but its good to know that when I break down, I can call Holly Oak and they will tow my car at anytime, any day to their shop. I have been a client for roughly 5 years and cannot recommend them enough!

My car stopped on me and I called Holly Oak Towing for a tow. The person that answered was polite and professional. I was assured that it would be 30 minutes or less before the tow truck arrived at my location. 22 minutes later the tow truck arrived. The driver was polite and professional. The price of the tow was extremely inexpensive. I hope to never break down again but I’m glad that Holly Oak was there when I needed them. I will use them without hesitation if needed.

I had my car towed in and didnt notice but all of my cosplay and Larping equipment was in my trunk.I needed to be King James the IV at 7am the following morning. So I made a call and within minutes a kind gentleman named Robert who works the front desk came down to help me get my attire out of the rear of my car.I noticed how broad his shoulders were and asked him if he wanted to play a necromancer in our big show out in Lancaster the next morning. Without hesitation Rob said yes.We won 🏆 first place and Rob will forever be now known as Roberto the soul sucking ghoul from Claymont whos lived a 1000 lives.Long name but Roberto was happy to call it his own.Will definitely be using Holly Oak for all my future endeavors. Decent people, expected weekend used to rack up storage fees to be much higher. On another note, they only accept cash (fishy I know) and parking is limited due to all the vehicles stored¿. We got our vehicle at only 100+ more from Fri-Mon so 3stars it is, thanks for not up charging more than necessary!

Holly Oak is a great place for vehicle service by specialized mechanics who know what theyre doing and tell you exactly what you need, all at a fair and reasonable cost and timeframe for repairs. Skip the dealer service centers and glamorous repair shops that overexaggerate what work you need done and overcharge for their services.

They really were excellent. They were able to pick me up when I broke down the day before Thanksgiving and then fixed my car quickly and for a very reasonable price. They also worked with me to accommodate my work schedule for the pickup. They were great.

I have been a customer of Hollyoak for approx 17 years. I only take my vehicles to Hollyoak. Great customer service all the employees are pleasant, professional and courteous.

Excellent service. The driver arrived very timely. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He took very good care of towing my car home, which was almost 50 miles away. His truck is very modern and clean inside.

The towing service was excellent and fast, and the service provider was very professional and pleasant. He drove 75 miles down to our designated collision center, the service was completed within 1.5 hours after we contacted the roadside service.They also provide car maintenance service. We definitely will go for other car services in the future.

The price they have was inhumane and I feel like they took my oil from my vehicle before they returned it not a good experience

I was recently involved in an accident and the police called Holly Oak towing. The driver Brian was extremely helpful, explained everything that was going to happen to my vehicle and even offered to give me a ride home.We went to their yard to recover the personal items from my vehicle and the person at the front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. The individual who took us to our car was very courteous and removed the license plate and offered to help with the personal items.In summary, the employees of Holly Oak towing provided us with an exceptional level of service during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend if you need a towing service.

I have been getting my Jeep repaired here for the last several years. Service is usually 1 day and prices are fair. I have had no complaints about the work and I live close enough to walk here which is a big plus.

Ridiculous prices !! My Daughter got hit by a drunk driver on new years eve. First of all thank God that she was fine but the Explorer is totalled. The car got there around ten p.m. The next day which was new years day they were closed. Understandable. The next morning I was there when they opened and I had my own driver to take it to my body shop. They changed me 3 days of storage. Lol. Almost 400 bucks. I dont see how you charge for a full day when Im there at 8 in the morning. They changed me for a day they were closed and they changed me a whole day when the Explorer didnt even get there till ten at night !! I wish troop1 still had their contract with Jack Smith. This guy at Holly Oak is trying to get rich and retire. Lol.

These guys were absolutely amazing! I am a local business owner, I own a garage door company after being fed misinformation from a local supplier of mine on the size and weight of a part for a very high profile customer job. I had to find other means to transport this massively heavy part. I did get a few quotes from other companies that were exponentially high and completely unacceptable as this was not part of the original quote to the customer. I came across Holly towing, they were customer service oriented, the price was reasonable, and more importantly they got it done to day. As I had no other option other than to day to do this job due to hundreds of residents who would not be able to use their garage door to their parking garage. Although I personally was not on site for the delivery apparently the driver was extremely helpful and resourceful during the off loading of this part from his truck. He even offered to stick around a couple minutes in case my guys needed some help. Needless to say Holly towing and service has been the locked in all of our phones and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

My dad came from out of town and had an accident. His car was towed here. I called spoke with Rob and he told me everything i needed on behalf of my dad once they received confirmation from the insurance company for payment. Long story short i received great customer service from them and they were the friendliest tow company. Thank you for such an awesome experience while dealing with such a bad situation.

I had to contact the police regarding the tow truck driver at this business. Using a big diesel tow truck to bully women in their own neighborhood demonstrates the character of this company. It is certainly not the same local family business that Mr. Mummert spent decades building. How interesting that another reviewer mentioned a ‘creepy’ tow truck driver. I wouldnt feel safe calling these people at any time of the day.

Just bought a truck in New Jersey to use in my pest control business in Mississippi. Broke a tie rod on I-95 heading south and the state trooper (who was super nice and very helpful) had it towed to these guys. Happened late Saturday afternoon and stranded me. Their tow truck driver, David took great care of my truck. He could not have been better!! When I showed up at 7:45 am on Monday morning, they had already started repairs . Super nice folks, helpful. Justin, the mechanic explained everything and gave me some good advice on things to watch in the future. Alycia and Rob were great!!!!!!! If i could give one star i would... these people suck! they towed my car after an accident (dont know why they were called instead of first state), and when i went to clean out my car they told me i had to pay for the tow... cool, ok so $175 later, i get my stuff.. they then tell me i owe $425 to the state for the tow??? and that everyday my car sits is an additional $50 to the $425. They then decided to tell my mom that i can turn in my title and the amount can be written off.. when my mom asked why they didnt me he replied back i dont know. literally theyre scammers, and frauds. if a holly oak truck pulls up to tow your car REFUSE THEM (yes you can do this), theyre definitely not worth it. I would give 1000 middle fingers if i could.
