This place and the people are amazing! After trying many gyms, this is my sons absolute fave. And the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. We will be spending a lot of time here.

The owner is super friendly and a hard worker. He took the time to show our kids how to do all of the obstacles safely. They had a blast playing and we will for sure be back!

We love this place! My son has been taking classes here and its amazing at all the skills hes learned. Coach Dom is great with the kids and all of the other coaches are wonderful as well. Highly recommend!

Phamily Fun & Fitness is top notch. My kids have been taking classes here for months and will continue to as long as possible. The coaching and development is amazing and the obstacles and equipment are awesome too. All emails, questions, scheduling etc is always handled in a very timely manner, too. Highly recommend!

Started going to this place about 2 years ago, and I cant recommend a place more. The owner is great and fun, the coaches are fun to be around and good at what they do. Very accommodating and a ton to do. Wont go to another ninja gym.

The Best. The guy there (I think his name is Dominic) was very informative, friendly, and helpful. This place is fun for all ages. All the adults in our group had a blast. Some of the things were hard to do but fun nonetheless.

My 7 year old son just had his Birthday Party here and it was an absolute success. He adores American Ninja Warrior and so the moment we checked this place out he was in love and literally counted down the days for a month and a half. We got the package for 2 hours and my son and all his friends absolutely loved it. So awesome how the owner teaches the kids to use each obstacle correctly and is with them the whole time. Best place to have a party! My son is still reliving it two days later and went to school today in his Ninja Minion shirt. If your kids love Ninja, or are just natural monkeys, this is the best birthday party around!

Phenomenal! The owner is extremely nice and engaging as well as encouraging. The facility is not all that big but obstacles are more than capable of challenging the fittest yet capturing the first timers. My boys love it! And I enjoy it as well.

Best place for a full body workout! The place gets packed, and it is definitely worth waiting in line for entrance.

Dom, the owner, is great. My kids have a great time, get a good workout, and develop skills. I did the adult class and got a good solid workout and didnt feel intimidated and even did better than I thought I would.

We were in town to watch American Ninja Warrior filming when we decided to go looking for a local gym, and we were very lucky to find this place!First, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially the owner - they made us feel like regulars on our first visit.Second, the sheer volume of obstacles and challenges and lanes and....well, there was just a lot to do. No other way to say it. If youve got kids you need to wear out, or if youre an adult looking for a big kids playground, this is the place to go in OKC.I dont know when well be back this way, but next time we are, I know well be making a stop here.

My boy loves this place. Good exercise, builds confidence, challenging, some competitiveness, friendly atmosphere, and afordable/good value for our son.

What a fantastic experience this has been for my 7 year old boy! Dominic is so good with the kids and has an amazing ability to motivate and teach while keeping it fun at the same time. My kid can not wait to go to this class every week. Also included is open gym days every week. I would highly recommend Phamily Fun and Fitness to anyone looking to improve confidence, conditioning, balance, timing, coordination, and overall fitness for their child or themselves.

If you are looking for a great place to have a childrens party, look no further than Phamily Fun and Fitness. We had my 6 year olds party here and it was fantastic. Dominic was a great host and was wonderful with the kids. He made sure they were being safe but still having a blast. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great place to train or to have a party for your kids. My kids have been taking classes from Dom for over a year and we plan to do it for as long as we can. He does a great job developing and encouraging the kids!! Highly recommended!

This place is a lot of fun. The owner is very friendly, and has plenty of tips to help you refine your ninja skills. He really enjoys this stuff and it shows. Definitely would recommend, and plan on​ coming back again.

This place is an amazing place for any active people/family. I am a 41 year old man with two sons (12 and 7) and we all had a blast here at Phamily Fun and Fitness. The place is not that big but the obstacle courses and the workout challenges are way more that you can do in a day (properly at least). It has the easiest level for anyone (and any age) to the highest level for fitness experts, too. The great thing is that many obstacles are similar to the American Ninja Warrior show we watch on TV (NBC). And the most important thing is that the owner, Dominic Pham, is a genuinely kind and passionate owner, and also very able to do any of the obstacle himself, he is one American Ninja Warrior material easily. So we will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone who are active in any level. Hope you all enjoy it as much as we all did!

Had a great experience with my daughters birthday party. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful with kids that are not quite ninjas yet. The gym really gets kids moving and excited about conquering obstacles!

Dominic is incredible with the kids and parents. Great place for kids and adults to burn some energy and have a ton of fun.

Drove all the way from Norman to check this place out. I get there (its me and a friend) and walk in as 3 kids leave with their mom. He tells (owner) me that they are at max capacity, proceeds to tell me to come back in 2 hours. Is this a joke?

My granddaughter had her 6th bday party there recently. It. Was. AMAAAAAZING!!! The kids had soooo much fun and the adults were enthralled. The owner, Dominic Pham, was hands on and so great with the kids,helping them do things i would have NEVER imagined they would be able to achieve, while making sure they stayed safe. I can’t wait to be invited to another party!!
