Love this place. Only been there 3 times total, and Ill admit Ive had a different barber each time, but each time every barber has done a great job. Love the decorations, the set up and the location. A little pricey for what guys could be used to paying in Pittsburgh. Be prepared to spend at least a minimum of $30. Id also advise making an appointment. The employees really know what theyre doing though and you definitely get what you pay for. Ive tried a lot of barbershops around Pittsburgh and always find myself coming back to Grahams. After the most recent haircut I got thus past weekend, Grahams will be my permanent place I get a haircut from.

Absolutely excellent experience. I got a haircut from Ryan here a little while ago and just received one from Michael today as well. Both of these barbers are absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend this place enough. These people really take care of you and do a great job! 10/10

I am very happy with my haircut with Alyssa and will seek her from now on when I go to Grahams!Not a good place for Asian hair. I can tell the barbers are skilled, but they are not experienced with barbering Asian hair. I tried multiple different barbers over the past 3-4 years, and they always cut my hair poorly. I even show pictures of an Asian barber haircut, but somehow it always ends up differently. Asian hair is thick and straight, so they flow nicely when theyre medium-long but stick out when cut too short. Grahams tends to cut too much and they dont know how to shape Asian cuts into flattering styles. They simply dont know how to deal with springy, straight hair. I will be returning to my usual barber once he reopens his shop.

Mike is the man, definitely glad I decided to switch it up from my usual Supercuts trips to make it to a legit barber shop. Everyone in there was super friendly, very chill atmosphere, and Mike really took his time with my cut and even trimmed up the goatee and brows. Definitely will be back.

Always clean and friendly. Still practices clean laundered capes after every cut. Rudy double checked everything exactly how I wanted it before he took a single snip. Came out as exactly what I asked for!

Top notch shop. I hadnt had a hair cut in far too long due to the pandemic and Michael took great care of me. Highly recommended, especially if youre a guy like me (early 30s with a receding hairline and balding up top). This is my go to shop going forward.

I was a bit nervous when they said she was new. But I have to tell you Rachel was one of the best barbers that I have ever met. If you’re new to the area or just looking for a new barber, check out Graham’s. They were the first place I went to when I moved to Pittsburgh and the only I’ll go to now. I bounce around between barbers within Graham’s like Allison, Drew, and Mike, and they’re all great. I’ve never seen such a consistent crew! The only downside is how busy this place gets. You should plan on booking at least one week in advance, but it’s well worth it!

Love this place. Graham is hands down one if the best babers in Pittsburgh if not the best. Je is quick, efficient and professional. You get a cold towel around your head and neck when you get there to cool you off and he gives you a little fan, because it can get hot really quick with a beard and a mask. Good conversation but doesnt talk your ear off. Just a great experience.

Whoever leaves less than 5 stars in out of their mind. The environment is exactly what youd expect from a high end barber shop. The prices are beyond reasonable for the service that you get. Ryan is always fantastic and he always makes sure his customers leave happy as do all of the workers there. If you live in the Pittsburgh area break it off with your current barber and give these folks a go.

Great place, walked in and waited about 3 minutes for a hair cut and beard trim. Had my hair and beard cut for a wedding I was attending. Very happy with everything, great price for a great cut! Will definitely be going there again and will be bringing my son.

Mike did my beard for my wedding day. He took extra time to make sure it was as perfect as humanly possible. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their beard trimmed. He is very professional. The barber shop has a very vintage ambiance which is refreshing.

Best barbers in town. Jordan did a great job for my son and probably gave me one of the best haircuts I ever had. The shop is cool, with plenty of books, magazines, and products to choose from. The vibe is also pretty relaxed with good conversations going on. The location is also very convenient, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques.

My go to barbershop in Pittsburgh. They always do a great job and take their time with your cut, never feel rushed. Also be sure to look around while you are there, the shop has a ton of cool memorabilia, games and little bits of entertainment scattered about. Make sure you schedule online beforehand as they are usually booked (most good barbershops are) also they are cash only but no worries, there is in ATM in the back of the shop.

Had the pleasure of getting a cut here with the titular Ryan Graham. He has cultivated a relaxed and welcoming vibe in his shop and I felt that he really cared about giving me the cut that I wanted. Can’t recommend this place more. The vibe, the care, the price...all excellent!

Do not go here for a beard trim if you have a big beard!! All I wanted was a little trimmed off the bottom of my big beard to square up underneath the beard. Offered to show a picture of what I wanted done and stylist said not neccessary. After explaining what I wanted done the barber proceeds to cut and cut and cut and cut until more than half my beard is gone without showing me what hes doing. I guess he wanted to cut it to what he thought looked good.. 5 months of growth ruined in 5 minutes. They might be good for short beard lineups but really who cant just do that at home. Go here for haircuts not beard trims

I’m not going to lie, I booked my appointment here by accident. When I first moved here I had a cut done by another barbershop on Butler, and when booking my recent appointment I mixed up the other shop with Graham’s. Best whoops of my life, folks.I arrived early and got to enjoy two hits of complimentary bourbon. By the time Mike called my name I was toasty and not as nervous after realizing my mistake. All there is to say, really, is that Mike is a master. I have never had a barber showcase such attention to detail. He knew exactly what and how to ask to get just enough input to work with.The conclusion: Mike is sharp and pays attention. It’s cheesy, yes, but he is an artist. He analyzed my canvas of mutant locks and could see what was needed to make something people would want to look at.Thank you, Mike.

Been here twice now after cutting my own hair for 15 years. Ill never cut my own hair again.They do amazing work and are incredibly attentive to your preferences. Theyll also do what they think is best when you let them make the decisions. This is the best my beard/hair has ever looked.

Ive now been to Grahams for three cuts since I moved out to Pittsburgh for college. Every time I get a great cut from Jordan and have an overall pleasant experience in the tastefully classic ambience of this shop. Personally, I dont like to have a full on conversation with my barber other than about what theyre doing with my hair. They are great at accommodating this at Grahams, it seems like each customer can have as much or as little conversation as they wish.There is also a great coffee shop right down the road called Espresso a Mano which I recommend.

Matt is fantastic. I showed him something I wanted to try with my hair and he was able to do it with ease. Ive never had a barber quite like him before; great conversation, as well. The online reservations are much easier -- and exist -- than other barbershops in Lawrenceville. Grahams is the only way to go. I cant recommend them enough. Much better than local competitors.

This place requires you to use a website or an app to schedule appointments. And when you try and set-up an appointment it makes you save your credit card in their database and it wont even work at that. Ive tried calling and even walking in to schedule an appointment, but they keep directing me to their broken website. I shouldnt need to try 3-4 times to schedule one appointment. You should be able to walk-in and wait for your turn like any other barber shop. Avoid if you have other options.

I just went yesterday and finally got a proper haircut from a barber by the name Jordan. I highly recommend going here. Awesome atmosphere was offered a beer and was completely satisfied with the haircut.

The more I go here the less I like it. The guys up front always talk about the patrons right after they leave, so you know theyre going to do the same thing to you. Plus its cash only with an ATM that charges a surcharge.I had been going to Ali and she was great but my last experience was with someone else and they pretty much ignored what I said, didnt ask if the length on top was OK before starting to blow dry, argued a bit when I asked to cut it a bit shorter, then kept checking his watch and sighing despite me getting in 15min early for my appointment.No plans to go back.

I booked an appt through the booksy app for a cut and shave, I received a confirmation email, and then a reminder which was nice. I have been after a good fade, line up on the beard, and symmetrical haircut, Grahams delivered all on accounts! They were also very knowledgeable on mens styling products (they carry quite a few) and were able to recommend one that works with my hairstyle and wont weigh it down. It was a great experience, a great haircut from a real barber, I highly recommend the shop, and Ryan Graham.

This is what a barber shop suppose to be. I make it a point to stop by every other week. Ive handled conference calls and business in the back waiting room while I wait to get a fresh cut. Highly recommend, great staff, good music and great way to network with other young professionals.

Went twice. First time was pretty good, second was not good. They use a scheduling app but somehow use a piece of paper as their source of reference... I had an appointment but wasnt on the paper apparently, so I got in 30 minutes after that time and was very much rushed through while they seemed to think I never had an appointment in the first place. The end haircut was a 5/10 with little regard for what I asked for. Ill stick with G&G. Same price but they get you a drink, wash your hair, its run more smoothly, and the vibe is more talkative and fun. But their wait time can be 2 weeks and Grahams can be same day so depends on urgency.

No he made me waiting 20 minutes then he said your appointment is 11:00 AM !!!!???? I will not say his name but he is disrespect guy than I was trying to leave but there is guy told me I can fit you in he sent me to trying guy who is missed up with my hair I wish I have access to post picture of my hair overall bad experience I will not recommend for anyone

I took my boyfriends 17 year old son Isacc to Grahams for a haircut. Ive always brought him to a random salon up the street, but recently hes been saying he would like to have his hair cut somewhere else. Ive passed Grahams while walking in Lawrenceville before and since they have such stellar reviews I figured Id try it out. Isacc was very excited all week prior to get what he was calling a real haircut. When we walked in I was instantly impressed with the decor, lighting and general feel of the shop, it was very clear that the owner takes cleanliness and aesthetic very seriously. I walked up the steps to sign in and Ryan, the owner, greeted us and offered something to drink. We waited only a moment and Todd came out to greet us and took us back to his office. He was warm and welcoming. Isacc is a bit shy but Todd treated him like a friend which made him feel at ease. Isacc has not had his hair cut in months, his hair was long and hanging in his face and he was worried his hair wasnt the right consistency or his face wasnt right for the type of cut he wanted. he showed Todd some pictures he had saved and Todd went to work. Todd took his time and was very precise. Once he was finished I couldnt even believe the transformation! I was admittedly teary eyed. It was exactly what he wanted and you could see the happiness in his face. Todd finished up the cut by giving him tips and teaching him how to get the same look every day and what products he should use. He paid for the cut with his own work money and when we walked out he said Well, I guess we found the place Im getting my haircut forever now, this is the best cut Ive ever had!. I am SO happy we found Grahams and I can say 100% that they just gained a lifelong client in Isacc.

Not GoodI had to go back to have them fix a poor job they did a week and a half prior. I made an appt on their app. Also got a confirmation email and when I go in the app changed me to 10 days later and they couldnt see me. I took a day off of work and was willing to pay to fix the last guys mistake cuz he seemed new. Dont go here!
