I called to ask a few questions about prices and availability and they completely blew me off and hung up the phone... Why have a phone if you don’t want to be called?

Fair price, great cuts, no unnecessary chatter so I can relax and close my eyes and enjoy the experience. People complain he is gruff but do you think the people that are physically there waiting in the chair or getting their hair cut dont take more priority than some rando calling on the phone? Get over yourself. Hah

Matt gives you a great hair cut at a very fair price. It always seems like Im in and out of the chair in no time. This is no knock on the place, but a result of the engaging conversation I have every time I go. Matt is very well read across many interests, so 10 years after first patronizing, we never run out of things to talk about.

Wolf gives amazing haircuts for a very fair price. This is not sports clips, this is not great clips where you get charged $25-30 to have your hair cut very poorly by a 20 year old girl fresh out of beauty school. He knows what he is doing and it shows. I cant say enough about this place.

This is a great barber shop. Matt knows how to cut hair. Period. The folks who are rating this place a 1 star should go to Great Clips and have some 18 year old girl stoke their ego why giving them a terrible hair cut. Wolfs Den is a barber shop NOT AN EGO BOOST. Its a darn good barber shop at that.

Consummate Professional. A no-nonsense grown up barber shop. Offered a complimentary touch up if using product changed the look that I wanted.

I had my hair cut at Wolfs Den today. I will return. The barber did a very good cut and he had a great personality. I was getting my hair cut due to chemo and he could not have been more kind. The shop was clean, well lite, and located in a pleasant area. It was a pleasure to visit the shop.

Worst customer service! I called to see what their hours were and the man who answered was so rude to me and hung up on me! I guess they dont realize that customer service is the most important part of operating a business. We would rather go to Super Cuts and not give them our business. Good luck!

Terrible. The guy cutting has the personality of a piece of paper. Horrible with a straight razor!! More concerned about getting me out of the chair than doing a quality job. Ill never go back. Total hack!!

My only experience here started off badly when the owner was bothered by me asking for change for a dollar to pay a parking meter before getting a haircut. There is no free parking in front of his business, but he said he doesnt carry change.Then when I tried to pay for my haircut with a credit card, he rudely quipped that he is cash only (which was not posted anywhere in his tiny storefront), as if he were tired of repeatedly telling customers.An average haircut from a frustrated owner makes this place not worth a return visit.

Didnt even get in the door. Called to ask a question about the business and the owner specifically said I dont have time to chit chat, i have customers. Congratulations you lost new clientele and received a bad rating. So thanks for being rude i will b sure to stear people away from this business!

Dont ever try to call this place they are unprofessional and rude they need to work on the customer service learn your job you just dont cut hair its customer service in person AND over the phone!

From the initial call to check if he had an opening, to walking out after he berated me, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a barber. He was rude. He was condescending. He was unprofessional. I walked out after three unbearable minutes with him. Why would a business owner purposely try to make his customer feel stupid? Don’t go here.

His style is like his pitch and his psyche, and he knows using mousse, but he is so rude.
