I had a the most PERFECTIONIST barber Ive ever had.Super fresh cut, 3 compliments at the party I went to the same night lol.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Went in there to get a haircut and the lady was clearly not taught well because while she was blow drying my hair she burned me multiple times and when I got my haircut finished she left me with a bald spot because she rushed it. I ended up paying full price and I will never go there again.

I had kate cut my hairs and do beard Trim first time. She did great job. This lady who is finishing her 15 years today did terrible job. She didn’t line up correctly and trim wasn’t right. She wanted to be quick. Also, she charged me 10$ when on board it says price is 7$ for beard trim. She lined up and did beard trim.

This place is a definite bang for your buck place. The stylists are extremely nice and do a great job. Price for a cut is around $18 and thats with shampoo, cut, and shoulder massage. I highly recommend this place to any guy needing a haircut.

Normally I just go to a great clips or some place that doesnt require an appointment. After a pretty terrible haircut I decided to try this place to go get it fixed. It was nothing but a pleasent experience! The stylist fixed my hair and turned out to be one of the best haircuts I have ever had. The manager was my stylist by pure luck and she did an amazing job! Highly recommend this place to any guy looking for a quality cut. The wash and shoulder massage thats included in the price is a huge bonus as well, you just dont get at the walk in places! Great haircuts! Well worth the money.

Terrible. Granted my son went in for a mullet, but I had to take him back since only half of his hair was cut the first time. It ended up being better, but very uneven cut, like chunks of hair were chopped out of the party side of the mullet. It’s hard to do business in front and party in the back when half the party gets cut from the invite list!

Great all around experience. They fit me in on a last minute call. Gave me the haircut I wanted. Unexpected shampoo and quick shoulder massage (not complaining). The price was super cheap for what I received. The stylist who cut my hair was new to the shop and her trainer was readily available to answer her questions.

My son has autism and isnt a huge fan of getting his hair cut. Kat has cut his hair twice now and did a fantastic job both times.Shes nonjudgmental and really works with him moving around. If I could give more stars, I would.

I took my boys here today for hair cuts. The staff was so friendly and did an amazing job. Jodi went out of her way to make us all feel welcome. My boys loved their new hair cuts and they were so fast with an excellent price. I will totally recommend this place to my friends and family. We will definitely be back.

Will not be back....very poor customer service and bad haircut

Ive been hearing commercials on the radio for this new barbershop in Winona and it sounded like an experience I wanted to try. I have been shaving my own head/beard for the past 10+ years and decided it was time to get a professional cut again. I went in on Saturday morning right after they opened and it was not busy. I was greeted by a few friendly women. The atmosphere is definitely a hair salon for men as opposed to the Barbershop I was imagining. I asked for a basic fade and beard trim. Everything went really fast and the barber seemed to be rushing. The technique she used was unlike any other I had experienced in the past. Later that day, I was looking in the mirror and noticed some pretty significant missed areas on my cheek and neck. There was a very clear lack of attention to detail. My wife also pointed out an inconsistent area on the back of my head, but said it wasnt very noticeable. Thankfully I had my trimmer at home to clean it up. Also to note, I did not receive a neck and shoulder massage as they advertise. It wasnt offered to me either. Regardless, prices seemed fair. I feel disappointed in the overall experience, am regretting giving a generous tip, and will likely be finding an old-school barbershop next time.

The Barbershop is somewhat hit or miss. There are some really good girls there and there are some that need a lot more practice. Overall its still my favorite place to go the warm towels and massages are nice.

I have been going to this place since they opened not too long ago. I need very little hair cutting as I am mostly bald. MY beard takes longer to trim than my head. I made an appointment and as I was heading over when I got stopped by a train. Unfortunately this train was longer than most and I waited and waited. When it got to the time of my appointment I called and let them know my situation. I was literary a mile from the shop, but stuck due the train. That did not matter. They have a 5 minute late policy. I would have to wait almost an hour for the next appointment. They explained that letting people be late will cause others to be seated for their cuts late. I wouldnt have minded waiting until they could fit me in, but they didnt offer that. I dont need warm towels, a shampoo or shoulder massage which they offer with the cut. I even talked to the manager and she said that is their policy. I get it, but really? They couldnt find a way to fit my 5 minute cut into their schedule? I hate to say it but this type of service you get from a chain. I will look for other options.

I really like this place. First of all they allow you to make appointments and are about 2 bucks cheaper than Fantastic Sams. Very convenient to do business with.

They did a great job cutting my boy’s hair. The boys are 1 1/2 and 3. They made them feel comfortable, let them watch cartoons, entertained them and gave them both a very stylish haircut. Good place for kids haircuts. We will be going back!

My first experience here was great as I’m not a fan of some of the other salons in the area, I was excited to have found a new one. However, since then it’s been difficult to even schedule an appointment since the phone is often not answered during business hours. When I finally had an appointment scheduled I walked in just to be told that they can’t cut my hair because “someone else called right after and moved their appointment up”. Sorry but that’s not how business should be handled.

The smoked ribs were great! Dressings for salads are made in house, fresh and tasty. Excellent evening, we will be looking for an excuse to be back!!

They really did a good job, was really pleased with how everything turned out, the back massage and hot towel was a nice bonus, definitely will be back.

Excellent haircut

Kat did an amazing job giving my son a fade. My son is 5 and has autism so getting his hair cut was always dreaded but she did a great job of getting him involved and making sure he was ok with everything she did.

Usually a very good experience for a good price. There is one hairstylist though that I hope to try to avoid in the future. She gives a good haircut but fails to do a few of the added benefits that are supposed to be included.

I went to many different hair places went to the barber shop for men in Rochester, Mn and nevrr went anywhere else. Now that the one in Winona opened I go there since its closer. The staff is always so friendly, the cuts always great, and its very inexpensive.

For women with short hair this is a place that knows their way around a razor cut! Great people and music too!

They were nice but my hair dresser rushed through my hair cut. She cut the lines around my ears super uneven and i had to ask her to cut the hairs she missed becuase of her lack of professionalism. Definitely regret leaving a tip and will not be back.

Definitely suffering from price creep, I believe it started out at $12 cash which is reasonable for a basic haircut that might need some home touch up. I saw a sign in the window listing $15 as the new price, not sure why they need to increase the price 25%, the quality and service has not increased along with the price.

Best hair cut Ive got in along time

Had an appointment. Arrived and checked in. Two others walked in a few moments later and were seated before me. 25 minutes after my appointment time I walked out. They have a notice from the owner hanging on the wall asking customers to value their time and show up for appointments or call to cancel. My experience would indicate that they do not value the time of their customers with appointments. I wont be going back.

Been here twice now. First time wasn’t exactly what I asked for but I decided to go back. The second time I told them what I wanted done with my hair and it’s like I got the complete opposite. I usually get a fade on the sides and it looks like she just used the same razor all around. I also keep the top longer but she decided to go against what I like and cut it extremely short after I said to leave it how it is. Not happy.

Me and my friend went there expecting a actual barber shop not another fantastic Sams or a cost cutters. The atmosphere was spot on but the employees were lack luster in there skills and profession.

Showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, the haircut I got doesn’t even resemble the style I showed the stylist. Whilst I explained what I wanted I was talked over with blatant disregard. Worst haircut I have ever had. Uneven, unprofessional, not happy. I can’t wait to get my haircut elsewhere.

Horrible haircut. Like one of the reviewed here said, looks like they took a razor and shaved my side and left a blob of hair at the top. After telling her that she messed up she had the audacity to tell me that I came in with my hair like this. After that she suggested that we should stop my haircut halfway and let it grow back out. Not once did she apologize throughout the haircut. Do not go to them if you need a haircut.

Ive had my last few haircuts here and theyve all been excellent! Having African american hair, its always a struggle finding a place that does it well :)
