The place is always clean and very busy. But if u get an appointment before u walk in, u don’t have to wait for a long time. I really like this place. Close to home and gets done fast. I would give 5 stats but I personally think it lacks in the massage portion. Even though if u choose a pedi with massage the massage is not enough. I have tried one with massage and one without massage. Honestly there is no difference. Also if u ask them for extra they charge which is normal but if the pedi comes with one u shouldn’t be asking for one. But they do really lack in massage. I wish they train their technicians to give a little better massage if the pedi is WITH massage.

Cost of Services: $92 + $10 tip for a French/gel manicure and a French/gel pedicure with scrub, callous remover and massage.Pedicure lasted a relaxing, pleasurable hour. I was treated like a queen! The massage was one of the best Ive ever experienced. Loved the French/gel pedicure - perfect experience!The French/gel manicure, not so much. I feel he somewhat rushed through it - took less than 30 minutes. While he was gentle removing the previous nails, he only applied one coat of gel, which is insufficient and not indicative of a professional manicure. Two nails were not filed to a smooth finish - all the nails looked bulky, not delicate and feminine - more like a spatula as described by another reviewer. Id suggest that he slightly round the nail, not apply such a thick coat of the nail building powder, apply 2-3 coats of gel and spend more time to create nicer, more refined, nails.Ill go back for the pedicure experience, but not for a French manicure.

I felt like they were talking about me the whole time. Regardless, they did a good job and got it done exactly how I wanted. They are booked, so I recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. Many colors, diamonds, gels, etc. A pedicure is 35$.

My fiancee went here after not having nails for a few years, The first time she noticed a spot on the side of her thumb where we thought they had nicked her. She liked Henry so went back a few more times. On her fourth visit she went in to get a back fill and ended up getting a fungus due to dirty tools being used. She will not be returning. If you want nail fungus then this is the place for you!

I love this salon.... Henry is the best in the Phoenix area. He gets my money every time. I been out of town but time to get my nails looking right again. Time to call Henry!

They do good enough work here but they are very small and there is always a long wait. That is something that doesnt excite me. So I go to The one on Bell Rd

I went in for a full set and a pedicure about 2 days ago. My pedicure came out great! I was very relaxed, loved the color and the guy was very gentle and considerate yet took his time (: although the lady that did my full set was the complete opposite, she was rude and seemed like she didnt at all know what she was doing! She almost ripped my natural nail off and kept hurting me repeatedly when she was filing my nails. Its now two days later and a few of my nails are very fragile and weak and very painful. Also she kept wanting to charge me more for every little thing, like the shape and the length which irritated me quit a bit. I will never go back ! Bad service !!

Every month I challenge her with unique toenails and Im never dissatisfied
