Wish I would have came and checked out the reviews first but at least I only wasted 20 bucks. The decor makes this place look nice but they do horrible manicures. Specifically Don. I told him I wasnt happy and he didnt fix anything. Please see attached pictures for reference. He then got really nervous and shaky and rushed me to pay and tried to stand over me to make me tip. He didnt even want to give.me time to let my nails dry.

Came here as a last minute stop, and glad I did!! She did an amazing job on my nails, and I am definitely going back!!Second time going back, and they are beautiful once again!!! Amy is amazing!

The owner is such a sweetheart. She gets you in quickly but takes just enough time with your nails to make sure theyre perfect. The six minute massage with the pedicure is amazing (yes it even comes with the basic pedi). The prices are incredibly reasonable. I cant believe I almost passed over this place. I will definitely be back here soon!

$35 for basic acrylic. The lady who did mine was very nice and did an EXCELLENT job shaping my stiletto style nails. I will definitely be going back to try all their services. They also do waxing, eyebrows and massage. Prices are great! Please make the drive down Camelback to get yourself pampered here, it worth fighting the construction traffic.

Did a nice job, but way too expensive. My daughter an I both got gel pedicures, and it is posted $37, but the charged $50 each, sorry $100 for 2 pedicures is too much, will not be returning!!! Update...my daughter just sent me a picture of her infected big toe, definitely not returning!!!

The technicians did not speak enough English to understand anything that I needed. They cut all my tips off and said I had to just re-do them, the so called manager was very rude speaking in her language, not professional. The lady next to me knew the language and what they were saying and advised me to not pay for the service. I will never come back here. I’d like a response from the owner. It was an absolute horrible experience.

I get my nails and feet done here always a good environment. I dont use any other nail polish but they do have a wide variety. Everyone is super friendly. Would recommend this to anyone.

As far as nails and eyebrow waxes go, this place is fine. Unfortunately, I walked in with my RayBan sunglasses and they didn’t make it back out. I sat my purse down in the waxing room, where I presume they fell out, and I never found them again after an employee went in there when I was done. I am 100% sure I walked in with them and this lady employee stole them. I searched the entire store before I left, and they’ve just disappeared. I left my name and number and gave it a day for someone to return them, but no luck. They somehow managed to disappear in the 40 minutes I was there, and overall I’m so disappointed that an employee would do that. I wish I’d been brave enough to challenge her and ask to check her bag, but I wasn’t. And now my $150 sunglasses are gone. I don’t live here, but if I did, I would make sure to never send any of my friends to this place.

The technician did not stop at all. He never gave me a break, never let me blow my nose or collect myself. I spent the remainder of my time in the chair (about 40 minutes) until he finished. He never let me get up to wash my hands or anything during any point of my visit. He even started to laugh when I was crying, I think it may have been a nervous laugh on his part, but then again I also think he might be a sadist, because he never stopped when I was clearly in pain. Like I said, my nails look great, but I doubt I’ll ever go back there.I also brought my husband to get a pedicure while they did my nails to kill some time, which I explained when I got there. They ended up finishing his pedicure before I even sat down, so he had to wait around for an hour and a half, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid.It doesn’t really seem like they listen or care about the customers requests, which is a shame for them because I usually tip a minimum of $20 per technician, and in this instance I only tipped 25% (which is still more than they deserved, but they would have had a much better tip had they even shown one iota of concern for me).

My fave nail place in uptown Phoenix. The salon is so clean and bright. All of the technicians are friendly and I love how the owner greets all of her customers. I’ve had a great experiences every time I’ve been in - gel manicure (that really last 2 weeks without peeling off) and regular pedicures that leave my feet so soft and relaxed from the massage. Will be bringing in friends for pedicure dates!

The massage chair I was in was better!As for the hot stones I opted for, she rubbed hot stones on my calves and feet for about 90 seconds.So most of the pedicure was her cutting my nails and poking and picking with various instruments, which I did appreciate the cleanliness; its also relevant this was my first pedicure so it wasnt until I explained my experience to my wife that she suggested maybe since I didnt opt for a bunch of the extras is why I got half massage with someone half trying.So Id love to give more stars, but between my lazy pedicure and my wifes torturous manicure, I cant justify any.

This place is not the same as it used to be. Their prices have gone up and the staff is rude. I really enjoyed this place but haven’t been back in a year or so. Sadly, it has changed for the worse. It USED to be the only place I trusted but, unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone to go here. Went in for a change of gel color and was told it would be $30. No fill, no cut, no new nails JUST color change. They were also extremely rude and pompous. It’s definitely not the same place it was before. I do not recommend at all.

Finally a place that I would literally drive the distance for. Ive tried so many nail places and I just happened to agree to going to the salon with a friend. I was just going to hang out with her and watch her get her nails done, as I had honestly lost most faith in nail salons. Long story short, I decided to go for it and I cant believe how happy I am. I got my nails done Saturday morning and its now Tuesday night and I havent stopped looking at them cents. My nail technician Took her time with my gel manicure and made sure it was perfect. She even asked me if I wanted another coat of gel on my nails and was not hesitant or reluctant to give me another coat when I asked for it. She was really sweet and made sure that everything was cleaned up, the edges of my nails and cuticles look so clean and cared for! Another huge pro to this place is how amazingly cute it is! You already feel pampered just walking in and taking in all the cute decor!I went back on Sunday to treat my boyfriend to his first pedicure ever and although my experience wasnt quite as amazing as my first, its not enough to deter me from this place. My boyfriends pedicurist took her time with him and made sure to clean his feet, cut his toenails and give him such an amazing and well deserved massage. He loved his experience. My pedicure was not the worst, but Ive definitely had better before. The woman that worked on me was a bit more middle-aged and she seemed kind of rushed. When she was filing my toenails, she was filing with a big square file and she was in such a rush and not paying attention that she was actually filing my skin along with my nails. Notttttt the best feeling. I also chose just a regular nail polish for my toes and she put the coats on quite quickly because the previous coats hadnt dried and it messed up the coat she had just laid down. When my nails were done, I saw a couple of air bubbles in my toenails. So pedicure not the best, manicure the best!!My only regret is that I didnt get the name of the girl who worked on my manicure. But I will get it soon and shes the only person I will go to!! Everyone at the salon is very friendly and sweet. Overall, I had a great experience!

Made an appointment...waited 15 minutes longer...seemed to take everyone that walked in and said pick a color, no time frame. The tech had to be new.! She barely trimmed my nails and didn’t want to cut the sides of my toe nails...lead tech stated ‘We don’t do that, go to the doctor’! When I made the appointment I informed her my issue...in it for the money obviously...Never will come or refer anyone here. Very rushed job :(

I’m new to midtown and was worried because there were lots of neverhappies on the reviews. This was the very best pedi with sugar scrub to the max and a long massage with my beautiful gel polish job. I feel like I left a Biltmore salon but the price was very fair. I am extremely impressed and happy to say that I have found my new salon! No reason to go anywhere else! Give them a try and you won’t be sorry!

Do not recommend I took my niece and the guy was rude she was askING for the nails that she wanted and they star talking in their language and the owner end up doing the nails becouse he cut my niece nails too short and he got mad when my niece told him why was he cutting it like tha.. at the end her nails were bubbleling N short and ugly.

The lady took her time with me and gave me a great massage, even though it was right before closing, and I was her last customer on Easter. Thank you for taking me! 😊 Loved their OPI color selection, and the lady was so sweet—she told me I picked a cute color lol very nicely organized and clean place. Their UV lights are built into their manicure tables, which I thought was innovative and something I hadn’t seen before. Either they had a fabulous renovation recently or they’re still new because the entire store just looked very nice. All their tools were wrapped, and their pedicure spa was wrapped. Even their massage chair was super comfy. Very positive professional vibes, and all their staff members seemed to be laughing and joking around even at the end of a long Sunday. Will definitely be back! 🙂

Use to love this nail salon.Has really gone down hill. Tried a new place and my SNS dip nails lasted three weeks!! At Annas I would barely make it twoweeks!!....Poor products and poor service.

My friend and I decided to go here because its around the corner from the nutrition club we work at(best life nutrition). It was also my first Mani-Pedi ever so I didnt know what to expect. First impression they were very welcoming! The gentleman helped me pick out my tip color for gel, he did a good job on my manicure, very pretty. My pedicure was so relaxing, I got the same tip color for my toes but regular no gel. I will return; recommend it!!

I think I found my new nail salon!! Everyone is super friendly and careful.There was a bit of a wait but boy was it worth it. I was able to get a short full set. (Which I typically have trouble with)The nail tech left my nails just at the perfect length! She treated me so good I decided to get a pedi as well.The nail tech who did my pedi was great too! She took her time, did not rush and had great attention to detail.I went in because I was waiting for my car to get serviced but I think I’m making the drive up there because it’s worth it!

The owners are wonderful, theyre always so welcoming and sweet. I have plenty of other nails places around my house but I drive here because its the best experience Ive had. Very nice and clean location and they do excellent work. This is always my go-to place! I would highly recommend!

They do good job with polishing,and shape however since Ive been going there a nail chips/or falls within the week. And they are over priced if I wanted 8 nails the same color and say my 2 index finger another color they charge an EXTRA $5 like I could see if its a design but it litterly another color no polish is being waisted or used more of.Basic Short gel nails start at $45!

Edited my original post from 2 years ago... Pretty disappointed with Anna’s Nails. I’ve been coming here for the past two years and was told FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER that if I decide to switch from gel to regular nail polish it’s an additional $7 charge. I asked if this was new because it was the first time anyone made me aware of this. Fortunate that one person told me this because I switch between gel and regular nail polish regularly since gel makes my nails thinner. Amy, the owner, told me I must have forgotten and blamed me for this. Nope, I didn’t forget because this was the first I was told about this additional charge. Amy, the owner, gave me a $2 coupon off - oh boy. Additionally, I was given the thumbs up that my nails were dry, they weren’t and now they look like garbage. Probably won’t return as they don’t seem to care about their repeat customers. I posted pictures of my garbage nails.

Nails looked great, however the customer service is EXTREMELY lacking. I sit in the chair, the lady tells me she will be doing my nails, first of all, she checked her phone (texts) multiple times, and also took a 5 minute phone call while in the middle of doing my nails, she literally just stopped doing my nails and had a full conversation on her personal cell phone. Then shortly after, the same lady let me sit there for 10 mins as she bought fruits and vegetables from a random person who walked in, while in the middle of doing my nails! That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I told her I was getting married in 2 days, so obviously I have other things I can be doing to prepare for my big day, so to be forced to wait as she handles personal business is unprofessional. What couldve been done in 1 1/2 hours took over 2 hrs.

Came for a fill in for myself and nail polish for my 6yo. They worked quickly but not to rush. The quality of the work is good and I will be coming back for follow up.

First time going there and I wanted to get SNS on my nails, as soon as I went in they sat me down with this young girl which seemed like she was new or just learning but I still gave her the chance to do my nails, she filed them and I told her that I needed a tip on two nails, she only placed a tip on one of them and then let my nails soak on the foils, later on another woman came in and she looked like she was the manager or owner not sure but she checked my nails and continue with filing them, then after that another girl came in and started doing the SNS powder and took her time which I didn’t mind but having three girls do my nails, I just didn’t liked that.I tried this place and not going back again

There is a genuine sense of community at Annas that makes the experience of going there feel like an outing with friends. The service is always first-rate, and the quality of the pedicures is, from my experience, of the highest order. I never feel rushed or like Im not being given focused attention. Give Annas a try!

If I could this place a half a star I would. I called a day in advance, from out of town to get a mani pedi. I requested their second most expensive pedicure and she didn’t do the parafin wax. It’s been two hours and we have not even started on my manicure. She did not even do a decent callus removal. And the entire staff was very disrespectful and was not aware I had studied Vietnamese. I will never come to this establishment. Please do not waste your money.

I came here for my first pedicure because of all the good reviews. I had a horibble experience and was even made to leave the store. Yes the other workers were nice and the salon was beautiful. The person that worked on my nails was impatient and did a really lazy job. She was working fast and messed up on my nails, but she didnt even bother to fix her mistakes. Next, I went to dry my nails next to another woman that had been there longer than me. The worker came over to me and turned off the little fan in front of me and told me to leave. Basically she was making me leave the salon. Keep in mind that there was another woman who was sitting there before I even sat there. She did not make the other woman leave. Never going back to this place again. The service was horrible and extremely rude.

I really enjoy coming to this spot. The techs are always friendly and do great work. Good music to listen to while getting my nails done. Always entertaining conversation and I think I have found my new favorite place to get my mani and pedis.

I paid 119! For a gel pedicure and a gel full set. The girl rushed and I ended up coming back the next day bc they looked very bad. This is my second time trying this nailshop I grew up down the street and nothing has changed. Ill take the trip and drive to DDs from now on.

They are very friendly. I am actually going to say they handle rude customers very professionally. One thing i was surprised by was they only accepted cash tips which disappointed me because i didnt have any cash on me and ended up going to atm. I took my 4 year old niece and they treated her very kindly. Either way excellent service.

My nails were done by a man there, i think his name was Jason but i could be wrong. He did such an awesome job, my almond shaped nails were so symmetrical to my hands, and the gel finish was perfect. They stayed on for like a month untill i finally decided to remove them. Also just a side note, it was mothers day and crazy busy. I appreciate the service thanks. - edit- ive been going here for a while but recently learned about MMA vs EMA acrylic, and now i know why these nails are virtually impossible to remove... Love tha straight talent but ive been paying top dollar for for a struggle at the end every time.

I used to come here regularly and for about 3x in a row a nail would ALWAYS fall off. The last time, I decided not to go back because literally my nail fell when I was doing literally nothing lol. Maybe they were using cheap product or something but never coming here again.
