Absolutely the BEST nail salon I have been to in upstate NY. Their prices are great, and my nail tech did an amazing job. He didnt hurt me like some of the others when he was doing my nails, and they turned out beautiful! I will definitely be going back there!

They were super friendly and affordable but did not do a great job with my gel acrylic fill. It was bumpy and the coat was uneven. He also didn’t take care of the underside of my nails. I wouldn’t go here for anything other then a simple paint job.

Was in albany for my sons doctor. While i was waiting i looked up nail salons quick took a chance and this place was great. Gave me an apt quick got me in and did a great job on my nails.

I love Vogue nails. Every time I go they are so precise and thorough. I never leave unhappy or dissatisfied. It does get busy at times, so always call at least a day ahead to schedule. They’re usually able to accommodate even if you can’t remember to call ahead though. The owner is always pleasant and super courteous. I would highly recommend Vogue nails.

I got eyebrow services done yesterday.. I asked the worker not to wax my eyebrows thin and he proceeded to do what I asked him not to do ask I continued to cry and ask him why he literally laughed in my face like I was a joke.

I am from out of state and just went to the closest place to my hotel and they did a great job. I got a manicure and pedicure and I am satisfied with the service provided.

I went to Vogue Nails for the first time today. I am not originally from the area. I just moved here a couple weeks ago and they made for an amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and sweet. They do an EXCELLENT job at nails! I couldn’t be happier and plan on coming back!!

I went before X mas last year, the manager/owner first nail table when you walk in, was Amazing. I decided I’d give my nails a break and before you knew it Covid hit. Someone opened early in May and the first time she was great and the pedicure as well. I went back to them on central 10 days ago and they are awful some thick, ridges and dips on sides, pedicure was awful. Lesson learned! I will be going back to Vogue nailsCher

A little hole-in-the-wall place, tidy and cozy. I had a fill and a pedicure done by a nail tech named Zhang Meng, he took his time, he was very gentle and detail oriented. The nail art is beautiful, and the pedi was nice and relaxing. It took a good hour and a half, so give yourself lots of time. But it was worth it. Highly recommended.Not sure what all the negative reviews are on about.UPDATE: been going here regularly for 2 years. All the reviews saying that the staff are rude and they hurry - yeah, sometimes they hurry if you dont make an appointment and expect to be served right away, or roll in 10 minutes before closing and ask for a full set or something, or sit down and expect a 15 minute manicure. They take their time, they get it right. And if youre polite, the staff will reflect that.I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Nails are always on point, all the nail techs are excellent, if they make a mistake with your nails theyll do them again (only happened once over dozens of times!) Never had a broken nail that wasnt my fault (acrylic will crack and chip under normal wear, but yall should know this already.)And if Koko makes a suggestion, yall better listen to her. She knows what shes talking about. She and the other nail techs have actually saved me from my own bad design or color ideas a few times - shes never steered me wrong.

Coco is the master here, picks really pretty colors and makes the best shape. Been getting my nails here for a year now and my ANC has never fallen off or chipped, the most reliable place.

It’s small and usually very busy so I’ve learned to call ahead and make an appointment! My nails always come out very nicely and they’re quick and efficient.

Very kind ladies who work there. They were very patient and informative as I was choosing what nail type to get. Clean and small, nothing super fancy, but very comfortable. Also wasnt smelly with chemicals or anything, which is a huge plus. Ill definitely be going back.

Great place!! Went today. Got a mani and pedicure. The guy did it and he was fantastic. It is a work of art what they do There. Others were getting their nails done and it looked amazing.Was my first time there. My daughters wedding is Friday and i am feeling relaxed and wonderful thanks to my new look. Definetely going back. ..... Professional Artists is what they are. And prices are very reasonable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE COCO IS VERY VERY RUDE. I had a 3 o’clock appointment and it is now 4 o’clock almost. She told me don’t make an appointment next time. How unprofessional. I’m tired of the way she acts and wish sky had his own shop.

I went here recently for an eyelash appointment, first of all it took about an hour of me sitting there for me to actually get them done and start my appointment, second the place a disgusting and dirty and third the application was so awful all of my real lashes got pulled off along with the fake ones. Please never go here for your own sake, i’m not sure about how well they do nails but many other customers while I was in there seemed very dissatisfied as well.

Yes worth the eait but how ling of ine...after calling and making a one o clock appointment i had a grwat and beautiful peducure ...after that i was rushed to dry but not for 10 mins but for 40 mins while they took 3 walkinns and and random wanting her eye brows done ..the one girl got a pedicure after and and a full anc b4 me and i still waited it was now 230 when i decided to walk out the shop...like i pay my money just like everyonr else i made an appointmrnt and was treated horribly wiyh a you can leave no im sotry i should at least start you nothing....they all took and finished clients ...

Took my mom here to get pedicures ($25/each for basic spa pedi.) My only complaint was they didnt do a lot of scrubbing the calluses on the bottom of my feet. My feet still looked good though. One thing I really loved is not only did the Polish look absolutely perfect, but they made sure my toenails were perfectly symmetrical. I hate when you go to a place and your big toe nails dont look symmetrical. They were friendly and overall I would recommend this place. If you are going on a weekend you might want to make a appointment.

Place was disgusting for one. Needs a new paint job for sure defiantly random stains from god knows what. Wasnt crowded and now I know why. Will never be there again.

Went today, hoping they would have UPDATED their attitude and customer service habits ---- NOPEEEE!!!! Even though I clearly had an appointment and booked for a new customer also, they refused to service me -- so unprofessional!!!! Was told to take your $100 somewhere else!! Ok, no problem!! Along with my complaint to the BBB and my filing with the City of Albany. I tried to see if it got better! They definitely have no clue!Sign clearly says No appt. needed - I understand weekends are busy. However, Coco does her best to accommodate her caucasian customers, while ignoring the OTHERS who have been sitting for a while- with or without an appt. Shes rude and always rushing! Ive given her 3 strikes (2 too many). No longer will I pay her to disrespect me!! Then tells me I cant make an appointment a week ahead, when I am clearly a customer who she serves regularly. I will take my $100 every 2 weeks elsewhere!

Did not get exactly what I wanted because the person doing my pedicure had a difficult time understanding English. Also I was asked if I wanted manicure, I said yes, but then was told I needed an appointment.

I had a appointment for lashes got them done already thought something wasn’t right because he was done way to fast the next day I woke up half the eye lashes fell off went back the guy (named Guy) added more lashes SAME day eyelashes are falling off & not only mines that was falling off it was my sisters as well who also went back I spent $60 on POOR work & work that wasn’t even on my lash although I could say when the lady worker did my friend lashes who came with me that day hers was fine & none fell off .

Just Recently started going here and this is my new nail place. Everybody is very nice and welcoming. I always get ANC and Ive been to a couple popular places in the area. The wait is usually not bad, they take their time, they keep my hands clean of all the polish and chemicals and end every manicure with a hot towel and hand massage with lotion. Im usually pretty picky but they will make sure youre satisfied with your manicure and I always have been here. The ANC prices are average for places in the area as well. P.S I dont get my eyelashes done but everybody I know gets them done here and wont go anywhere else so I started coming based on recommendations. Very satisfied!
