Fitness 19 is a joke I called to cancel and they sent me an email to cancel myself (I never had to do it this way with any other gym ) so I followed the directions and canceled. I was still being billed a year later I called so many times and they still Wanted to bill me for the following month. Never had a hard time canceling anything. Also they didn’t want to give me the number to call and cancel (the one that was provided online was disconnected) by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Would not recommend. Pay $5-10 more for a better gym people please

Been here since they opened in October of 2018 and it’s been amazing David has done an amazing job at keeping this gym professional and clean, anytime there was any kind of dilemma whether big or small David and his team at fitness19 perris would handle with professionalism and kindness. Sadly I had to cancel my membership due to moving out of area but if I could I would drive back everyday just to come to this gym. Thanks again!

The Perris location is amazing! I appreciate David and the way he runs this location. He is friendly and ready to help. I also have Raymond as my personal trainer and I love my progress as well as his professionalism and attentiveness. When I first started the Latin Step Classes, I had no idea what i was getting into. I havent worked out that hard since my service in the military back in 2007. But, I got serious about it, and I was consistent with making it to the gym for my classes with Agustin. He was exactly what I was looking for, pushes us pass our limits, because we can. From October of 2020, up until now, with just being consistent going to these classes, have made such a dramatic change in my mental clarity as well as major physical results! No diets, stopped eating out, no sugary drinks, more water intake, and these classes alone works so good!!!! And Im a mom of 5! Thank you Agustin!! Yall need to get in here!

Fitness 19 is a clean gym, and the customer service is excellent!! every time I go to this gym I get motivated to work out better. I recommend this gym, I used to go to 24 hour fitness, but since they closed down, I started going to 19 fitness at first. I thought it was not going to be good but it was actually great.

Great place to workout. Friendly staff and members. Although the mirrors are always dirty, I know it’s from the fog machine but a little closer attention would do the customers a huge favor. To be honesty I believe their needs to be less elliptical and more circuit weights. Seems the ellipticals are always empty. Other than that I always recommend the place to friends and family. Still love going here and will continue to do so. Got my year membership. Keep up the great job. Wouldn’t be possible if it didn’t start at the management. Thanks again.

David the manager and staff here are super friendly. I had a bad experience at another Fitness 19 and called here. David stated he would help me get set up at this gym.He told me about his commitment to great service. I went in the day after and he was with a client. As I waited staff welcomed me. They offered me a ticket to try a class and were super friendly. I will now drive from Menifee just to go to this gym. Great Job to all of your staff David!!!

The gym is a big layout, which is nice, with a lot of equipment. The staff is friendly and people there are nice too. Only thing I’ve noticed is that the cleaning stations are often out of sanitary wipes. Maybe having multiple spray bottles with sanitation solution with rags would help ?? Either way I don’t understand why people complain about certain things in a gym, I mean it’s a gym, you’re gonna find sweat there! Over all I feel, in my opinion, that it’s a good gym.

Been going here for about a month. They regularly do sanitation clean up on the equipments. Front desk is always say hi to me when I walk in. Good gym, never too pack either. ( atleast in the mornings)

Honestly one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to. Staff is always cleaning, they greet me nicely, they make sure I feel comfortable, and overall it’s a great gym.

** Personal Training. DO IT!! you WONT regret it.!!This review is mainly for my experience with my trainer Agustin,lets start off by saying the bundle package is worth it. I signed up for 4 months training, at first I was hesitant being that I had never given personal training a chance.Im so glad I did! I have lost a total of 30+ lbs. Yaay for me! I love that when we train he is always hitting me with something new so its not the same repetitive work outs. He actually WANTS you to make PROGRESS.He pushes me and motivates me to keep going. You will be sore in muscles and places you didnt think could ever be sore . haha you will get a JUDGEMENT FREE vibe ( I noticed this from DAY 1.) so you feel comfortable huffing and puffing your way through the workout with him. Im a big girl, so this comfortable level was a must for me. I like that he reminds me that its okay not to be perfect and pushes me towards my weight loss personal goals.You wont get this with just any trainer. Its rare, so I feel lucky my first personal training experience was this awesome. #noregrets

I really like this gym but it’s way too over crowded for me.

Clean and new facility, extremely small. Extremely........ If there are 10 other people using weights youre pretty much out of luck. Definitely too busy for the size. Really nice staff, just not good to try if you want a good weight session.

I would have given it 4 stars because they do not have a pool or at least a sauna but it would be unfair since for being a relatively small gym it has everything you need and the staff strives to give you good service and they treat you as family. If there was a issue before with the cleaning, it is now a nitid gym. I have not had (yet) a problem finding available machines and the classes are very good but if you want something more intense Agustíns class is very good. Overall 19F Ftness is a good choice

Busy but a nice Gym! It would get five stars from me if the Restrooms would get more attention ( clean them more often / Faucets and showers).

My personal training with Dalia was hard work, but she gets you your best workout to fit your goals. Im really liking this gym. It is really a plus to have a tanning booths, massage chairs and other stuff available to members. I also think it so convenient that the gym app LFconnects can store all your workout results. Yay, Fitness19!!

I love Fitness 19 because it is safe to work out there. You can leave your bike in the lobby and no one will steal it. You dont have to worry about someone walking off with your gym bag because they have plenty of staff on site monitoring everyones workouts in a comfortable, sufficient way.They have comfortable Massage chairs for your convenience and even a Red Light Therapy room! You gotta love this gym!

The staff is often found chatting amongst themselves and not observing or helping clients. When I entered the facility at 7:15am on Monday, 9/9 I found several of the treadmill machines to be dirty with sweat(?) drops on foot rails and an orange can of power drink still in a cup holder. The Saturday and Sunday late start hours are discouraging. Otherwise, there is a good amount of equipment and variety, more than enough TVs (too many) and loud music.

Clean gym. Friendly staff. Small but great atmosphere. Plenty to do and good music playlists to enjoy a workout!

Really like this gym. Staff is friendly. Clean, but does not include a daycare for kids and no sauna. Really wish they would have included a sauna. Red light room many times you have to wait in line, there is only one. Sauna would have been able to accommodate more than one guest.

This gym is pretty good over all.One thing they need to do is add more cleaning stations around the gym.

My days at Planet Fitness 19 in Perris worked out for hour and a half or most of time and usually Im out by our but sometime I stay longer yeah its a nice atmosphere in in peace and staff is pretty good yeah very helpful I would recommend it I give it 4 stars I wont give it five cuz it might go to the peoples head thats the only reason okay Im going to LA Fitness 19 now because I moved to Riverside I just havent changed it over yet I will within the next couple of weeks thank you

I was skeptical when I first walked in. Having had plenty of bad experiences with other gyms trying to up-sell packages that I didnt need or want, I was expecting the same experience here. Boy was I wrong.As I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and given a tour of the place. This place has everything! Lots of dumbbells, a great bike room, water massager, and Red Light therapy machines. The manager that signed me up (Jose, I think?) was super friendly, and did not try to push me to get any plans that I didnt want. Fast sign-up experience and very clean gym.Catch me in the cycling classes!

Had a discrepancy with billing and cancellation and Jose called and helped fix the problem I had definitely changed my 1 star to 5 stars based on his customer service thank you Jose he’s very professional and really tries his best to help out people who come in!

The gym is nice, lots of free weights to toss around. Machines are always packed, as they only have 1 of each so expect to wait. It would be really nice if they had more grip attachments for the cable machines as Ive had to wait for one before. Also they only have straight bars for the weighted barbells and no hex bar for deadlifts. No one ever racks their plates and the staff dont check to put them back so you have to hunt sometimes

Its good for people who have kids they have 14$ charge monthly to put ur kids in the kids area and get a break from the kids ahaha and work out at the same time. Decided to take a personal trainer matt is great ive seen progress on my self so far.

Would like to have more Latin step classes but its great

Soooo since the pandemic hit ive been working out at home, and getting better results then the gym, im actually losing weight !!!. Ive tried canceling my account with them on the phone but they said I have to be in the gym to do that . However, they suggest I freeze my account with them for 6 months so im just gonna keep on doing that every 6 months and just see what happens (dont actually want to go to the location for fear of death). Still two stars for not allowing on phone cancelation.

I’ve been going to this particular location for 3 weeks now and it’s a good gym overall. New equipment, never too packed, helpful staff and an overall good environment.

Absolutely terrible. The Zumba class is always over packed. Kids that look like 5th graders who tag along always squeeze their way in and are a distraction. There are at least two guys in every class but, I dont mind them. Tonight was the last straw. My key tag wouldnt scan. Then, Jose couldnt find me in the computer system. He said, you have a Plus membership. You need a Premium membership to come here. I told him, Ive been coming for months, its NEVER been an issue, please check my scan in history. He then goes on to say, well, youve been lucky then. I told him NOT. Ive had my membership for over 4 years. I had been traveling to Moreno Valley because that was the closest one to me. I was TOLD BY THE MORENO VALLEY LOCATION REPEATEDLY THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO COME TO THE PERRIS LOCATION WHEN IT OPENED WITHOUT EXTRA FEES, I WAS LIED TO. They tried to get me to UPGRADE my membership to Premium. My current membership is 19.99 annually, and 19.00 per month. I get to bring a guest at EVERY visit. The new Premium membership is 19.99 per month, and 39.99 annually. However, you can only bring a guest Fri, Sat and Sun. Save your money! There is NOTHING Premium about this place. Jose promised he would have MARK THE GENERAL MANAGER CALL ME ABOUT MY CONCERNS. Mark never called. Figures. Lastly, the parking lot is a disaster! Just take a drive by, youll see. No spaces, and people parking in the middle street to block you in! I’m currently looking for a new Fitness Center for my WHOLE FAMILY!

The gym is beautiful. I like the more modern equipment and look, but They need more ab equipment and legs. They dont offer paper towels nor regular towels. And they allow children to climb and play all over the equipment. I dont mind maybe 15 years old and up but I see 10 years old in there just playing on the equipment. The place is crowded as is. And to start everything off my husband had a gym membership in Moreno valley and they type of membership the employees said he WILL be able to use it at the new fitness 19 in perris. We go in to try to use it and they said they lied to us just so we would get the certain package... then we had to sign him up at this gym and we have to go cancel at the other gym.

Nice clean great staff. The staff are very respectful always greet you with enjoy your work out. I would also like to acknowledge my trainer JUSTYCE, very patience and understanding. She will push you to get thur that next set but understanding that everyone has a limit.Justyce taught me so much about my pace, form and what areas that I was targeting, how to gain muscle and loose fat. If you are looking for a great trainer I recommend Justyce.

This gym is wack over crowded machines are broken ....Beware they will sign u up easy and fast but to cancel your membership they will send u through the ringer it is a big hassel to cancel your membership its just not rt they r out to get your money and keep u as a member ...classes are over crowded to many kids running around the gym machines are always taken ...most of all it is such an inconveinence to cancel your membership they mk u call a number and she directs u to a website to set up an account just to cancel ...oh hell no...cheap and thats what u get

One star because it use to be 24 hours 7 days a week . Now it sucks, please go back to being 24 hours 7 days a week or people are going to keep signing up too planet fitness cheaper and 24 hours .

Of all the gyms in Perris, this is the best one and the price is awesome. Not only are their hours super accessible but the gym is extremely clean and organized. I also prefer free weights and this gym offers a huge variety of free weights. Shout out to David and his management team for being super helpful. If you are indecisive about what gym you want to choose, give this location a try. I promise youll be happy.
