Attention to detail at its finest. Great customer service. They treat your vehicle like its their own and thats what matters. We even had a mix up on my appointment and they went ahead and fit me in. Impressed.

I am a verified customer of this shop. I paid a large sum of money to have my trucks rocker panels Line-Xd with their top of the line color matched material. Upon pickup, the truck had overspray, PEELING line-x and it was paper thin in places. I thought ok I will give the shop a chance to make it right. And they did! The young lady I talked to took it back and they redid everything a few weeks later. I appreciated the care they took to wrap it into the wheel wells and behind the bumper. I was really satisfied at first...However, approximately 4 months later, the liner started delaminating in the same spots AGAIN. This is now holding water and dirt against the paint. When I called back this time I got some cranky older woman who said too bad, theres no warranty on rocker panels. I asked her to have the manager/owner call me back. Crickets. Nothing. Not a peep. Thats what this shop thinks of your business...The facts are that they do entire vehicles and the three year old tinted bedliner that was with Line-X at a different shop in TN hasnt peeled one single bit! So I know it can be done. So when the rockers are peeling twice in three months, the problem is the application. Not the truck. You can see they clearly didnt scuff the surface up to the edge. Thats just poor prep work. WATCH OUT and GO ELSEWHERE.

Great people to deal with. The staff took care of my bed liner requirements and went overboard to insure that it was exactly what I needed. This group far exceeded my expectations. The employees here are conscientious and strive to make everything right. The facility is clean and well organized. I am very pleased with my purchase experience.

Had running boards installed 2 months ago after purchasing a Ram 1500Amy was very helpful, polite and professional. Very reasonably priced and was completed on timeSo now decided to have spray liner put on. Made appointment, taken early and once again job was completed on time and the bed of the trick looks fantastic.Would highly recommend if need accessories for your vechile

Just very unsatisfied with my experience and would not recommend Line X of Murfreesboro. Poor communication and execution through the whole process.

They did what was ordered on my 2021 tundra with only 400 miles on it unfortunately they scratched my door and rudly refused to own up to there mistake.You can take the risk but if they scratch your vehicle dont expect them to have any integrity about that and that makes me think money is more important than Pride in there work.

Took truck in to have bed cover put on . Had to take back, not locking properly. And it’s still not installed correctly. Leaks in the back. And was out side when they brought my truck back and they were hauling toolbox’s in my truck. Not cool at all . If it’s not corrected I want my money back or I’ll reverse changes. And calling under cover to let them know how they install undercover products.

I brought my new Jeep Rubicon JL to get the interior sprayed. They did $700 worth of damage scratching my paint taking the top on/off. They offered to spray the scratched area, but wouldn’t offer to repair it as it was before. Very dishonest! Also, I had a chip within a week. Looks like my original review from April 2020 had gotten deleted. You can see the photos I’ve uploaded.

I recently had a 5th wheel hitch and rail kit installed. They said originally it would take nearly 4 hours but I think it was complete in less than 3 hours! Great work!! Definitely will return for more work in the future!

Great place. I came in to get some chips in my bed liner repaired and the ladies behind the desk were super helpful and got me taken care of right away. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because I have been waiting for over an hour and I am very impatient. Also I got the bed liner installed two months ago and I am a little irritated that I had to get it repaired so soon.

Priced me $900 for a ladder rack that drops down on one side. Once installed come to find out $900 later its a stationary rack. Also paid to have tow hitch and wiring installed to find they ran the wiring to the back of the van and left it. I had to run the wire pinched between the back doors of the van to use wiring. There was also suppose to be a 7 way installed just like our other van we had them do and now i am being told it cost additional 200 for special wiring. Remind you these vans are the same company vans.

If I could’ve left zero stars I would have. This has been the worst experience in trying to get a simple set of WeatherTec mats I could’ve ever imagined. Promised follow-up phone calls that I never received, I always had to call and check on my order. Then, today(day three) after being told they were supposed to be next day, I explained my disappointment to the lady answering the phones, she gave me attitude, then said she found them, and she hung up on me. I’ll order from the manufacturer next time. Will never darken this places doorstep again.

Fantastic place! I got my rails put on my Dodge Ram 1500 truck today and they were amazing with the customer service. I called just yesterday and they were able to get me in today. They did at the appt time and were done faster than expected. Excellent customer service!! I would definitely recommend them.

Best place in town to get tons of accessories for your truck. Each and every time I go there, they are extremely helpful at finding what I want. If they dont have it in stock they get it ordered usually next day. I am very pleased with the experience there.

I own a small mobile coffee roasting company. The mobility of my company is completely thanks to the care, and expertise provided by the Line-X guys. They received my 350 pound coffee roaster and bolted it onto a bedslide and made it fit perfectly. My business works because after hours of calling companies about what I needed, they picked up and said That sounds weird and well do it! I have never worked with such a great company and if I ever need to outfit a fleet of trucks I know where Im going.

I got my floor mats at Line-X of Murfreesboro and Franklin when I went in there I wish that I had had more stuff to get because the accessories there are just amazing

Bought a new truck recently and have made several visits since to add LineX bedliner and a brush guard. Ive also ordered a custom truck cap that will arrive in the next few weeks.Staff has been great helping me find what I need. I liked that each time Ive been offered cheaper alternatives and feedback on how they liked each product and recommendations.

Review is way overdue...they have installed products on my 2013 F150 and also had the following installed on my new 2015 F150 last year:Mud flaps, Tonneau Cover, Rear Wheel Well inserts, Floor mats from Weathertech, and front/window deflectors. Brought my truck in around 7:30am on a Saturday and was out the door by 9:15. Bedliner looks great. Some of the other accessories seem a little high but maybe thats the price you pay for having them in installed by pros.

Used this place several times in the past with no issues and John always made everything right. However, recently went to get a goose neck hitch installed and was told it would take about 3 hours. Dropped the truck off and 2 hours and 45 minutes later I get a call thinking my truck was ready... NOT! They had already cut a large hole in the bed before they realized the hitch wouldnt fit because of previous modification and they didnt have the tools to remove the previous modification. So now I have a large gaping hole in my bed with no hitch installed. You would think someone would check to make sure something was going to fit before they start cutting metal on a customers vehicle, duh huh!

No good quality control they lady my inside door handle all dirty with the spray they used on my truck bed, and didnt bother to clean it up, next time I am going to Tullahoma to get my next truck sprayed! Also the bathrooms stunk when I used to wash my hand and the waiting area had a tv from the 90s, I didnt enjoy my hour and thirty minutes wait!

Line-x vendor and they are top notch. They carry a ton of truck add on parts.

We just had a new truck undercoated and a folding bed cover installed. They did the job in a timely manner and the quality of work is good.

I thought I had left comment on this before, but I cannot find it now. I am pretty sure I left comment on here, I left a comment about them on every site I could find to warn others. Since I cannot find my comment I will leave one now. If you look at Yelp you will see where it only took them 13 1/2 months to reply to that review. They picked the one post where I was limited on how much I could type, where I was unable to the tell the entire story. June of 2017 I had my bed sprayed at Linex of Murfreesboro. They over sprayed the entire truck. I didnt notice it when I first got it. On the way home I noticed things on my windshield. When I got home I noticed what appeared to be a dust all over. I took it to a car wash, nothing came off. I went back the next day and talked to the guy at the desk .I showed it to him. He kept saying it wasnt theirs because their product will not stick to glass. He had one of his guys used denatured alcohol to get it off. The black part of it came off, but left what felt like sandpaper. The guy there said that was all he would do. I went home and called Linex of Franklin. The lady there told me to bring it to them they were owned by the same people. I went there and they looked at it. They gave me the same story. One of the workers was telling me there is no way to get it on the cab because of a cloth they drape between the cab and bed. I showed him a picture I had taken of the truck prior to Murfreesboro location getting off all of the black substance. I said so there is no way for that to happen, he said let me get the manager. By the time I walked to the manager, he had told him. The Franklin manager told me to get it detailed to get it off. I found someone who would clay bar the truck. Franklin manager paid to get it detailed. I thought that was fair since his shop isnt the one that did it. I would recommend going somewhere else besides Franklin, Murfreesboro or any other location owned by the same owners as those. The owner wants to take over 13 months to respond to one review and make it sound like the Murfreesboro location took care of everything. That is nothing but a lie! Please go somewhere else it will save you headaches later.

Do not go here for anything. I took my truck in to get the bed sprayed. After telling the man at the counter that my truck had lights in the bed he said no problem we will tape them off. Almost 2 he went by and he brought my truck around and I noticed they sprayed the lights. I went in and told him. He took the truck around and come back in 20 min. I went and looked at it again and the lights were cleaned off. I noticed that all around the bed had over spray. I went back in and snapped at him. A guy from the back came around and took it. He used alcohol to get some of it off and left and left the rest. I told the the guy running the place that his quality control sucks and wouldnt be back. He turned and wentBack in with not a word said. Their was a guy inside said the scratched his truck putting some lights on. Stay away from here.
