Went here this morning in a pinch since this other salon I wanted to try across the street was unexpectedly closed. I was not disappointed. The tech was wonderful I wish I would’ve got her name( I think Nancy) She asked me multiple times if the shape was ok and was very careful. I have tiny nails because I bite them and she made them look so pretty 🥺 she recommended me an hombre look for an interview and I love it. I will not be going anywhere else!! She’s amazing

I’ve been going for a year now and it’s always an enjoyable experience. They are very nice and do a great job. The nails are very beautiful and last quite a while if handled properly. The pedicures are relaxing and your feet feel great afterwards. All of the workers are very professional and do their job amazingly.

I use to come here but I moved far away and started going to a more expensive nail salon so my acrylics and gel last longer but I finally moved back to the area and this is the best price with great costumer service and fast perfect nails!

Nancy did a great job on my nails and toes. Got exactly what I wanted.

I rarely give bad reviews. However, this one was a nightmare and I need to share. Service was horrible. They changed price half way through nail work. Instead of dip powder they did acrylic (I had to google that one). They called it wet powder??!! I had to reshape them when I got home as they were all uneven. Its been 10 days and my nails are still tender from rough treatmant. My nails are long and natural. To destroy them like this is wrong and not what relaxed spa nail treatment should be about.

Best place in North Phoenix beyond a doubt. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise! Nancy the owner is perhaps the best manicurist in the country! I’ve had the manliest construction workers pause and tell me I have the best manicure they’ve ever seen. They really take pride in their work and make and effort to build lasting relationships with their clients. I won’t go anywhere else.

Unprofessional and dont listen to your needs! For this price you could get a very professional service. Cant speak for all the ladies there but we had a horrible experience with the lady that did our nails. She was so rude to us and kept arguing whenever we asked her to adjust the shape/polish of our nails. She used a rough nail file that left our nails uneven and ripped up. There were pieces of nail/cuticle sticking out from underneath my nail beds. My acrylic was too thick and I asked to thin it out but she only did it on one finger and left all of my nails looking uneven. If youre looking for professional nails or an enjoyable experience, dont go here.

Best Mani/Pedi in town, by far. They take a lot of pride in their work. Very reasonable prices and clean facility. Highly recommend.

Nancy and team are amazing. Anyone rating below a 4 are exaggerating and expect instant gratification, sorry you have to wait while a customer is wrapping up their relaxing / pampered experience. Going to this salon is relaxing, affordable and if you dont like this type of amazing atmosphere - take your stuck up tail somewhere else. That leaves more time for others who appreciate Nancy and team. Thanks for always making a girl feel welcome!

I asked for dip nails... As someone who rarely gets her nails done I didnt realize the the woman put acrylic nails on until after I got home.. My daughter said these are acrylic!Also, when the woman took the dremul she burned my skin getting the lumps off...And last but not least.. my nails were square not oval as I requested AND they were all different lengths.Last but not least.. She was chomping on gum the entire timeWearing flip flops and cut off shorts.Very unprofessionalOver all it was a horrible experienceWill Never go back

Ive only had a pedicure done, but I was so pleased! Chau is gentle and does a wonderful job. Who wants to get hurt having a relaxing pedicure? Chau goes to great lengths to make sure youre not! The pedi was beautiful. Definitely coming back!

They took their time to do an excellent, detailed job. I had a gel manicure and spa pedicure and both ladies were very gentle and thorough. Ive been looking for a new place and Ill definitely come back!

I called around looking for prices and availability for 3 ladies, the first 6 nail salons I called, and I’m not exaggerating, the people that answered sounded impatient and rude and then I call this nail salon and the woman that answered was very sweet and helpful with all the questions I asked her. She even waited for me when I called to tell her I’d be late.I’m very OCD and picky about my nails and I’ve never been able to get them EXACTLY how I wanted them so I explained my frustrations with the lady and she did an absolutely wonderful job! I’m so happy that I’ve finally found a place that can give me what I want, it’s only a few blocks away!Thank you ladies!

Besides the fact that these ladies were extremely nice & lovely people, I wont be going back here. I got a gel polish on my own nails YESTERDAY and I have a finger nail that is already CHIPPED and PEELING off. Ive never see anything like it. I dont know if the nail polish is poor quality or what, but the nail place I went to before (they were booked so I tried this place) didnt chip until week three. I also feel they didnt do a great job clipping my cuticles or getting the nail polish close to my cuticles. I had to tell the lady to get closer while she was two coats deep. Like I said, lovely people, but my nails are not holding up well already, so I doubt theyll stay nice for any reputable amount of time. The place was also extremely hot, had no fans, and had fluorescent lighting to make for not so calming atmosphere.

The filed my nails so much that they turned bright red and then asked “why are they red? The last person must have been ruff”. She didn’t fill them all the way back and she didn’t color one of the nails all the way, there’s just a clear patch on the side. I didn’t notice that until I got home. My pinky nail is still burning and hurts SO bad. Decided to give them a try instead of my usual place because they were closer. I won’t make that mistake again. Never going back there.

I walked in a felt so welcomed. They treated me so well. They offered me ice cream and treats!!! Victor did an amzing jon and prices are cheap too. Nail polish lasted three weeks. Love them

Love this place! I live further away now and still come to this place whenever I need my nails done. Chau and Nancy are the best, Chau usually gives me pedis and Nancy does manis. They are very sweet and my nails always look beautiful when done by them. The gel nails last about 3 weeks or longer.

Nancy and her daughter were very prompt and professional. They made sure that our needs were. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Got in fast, staff was very nice and friendly, i got a full set and they have lasted very well and i am really hard on my nails. other places they always break .. my kids get a manicure when they go with me and they always do a great job and are good with them. quick place to get in and out with good service..

Worst acrylic nails ever !!Nancy was the manicurist halfway doing my nails when I was getting a pedicure couldnt even concentrate on the comfort of that because shes ripping out my hands right and left. Finally finished it at the manicure table nails bumpy and lumpy and misshapen I asked her many times to redo . acrylic not even in The corners of some nails had to be redone . I got home and looked at them even more carefully their flat theres no shape to him worst ever and to think I had to pay for this terrible nail job. I would never recommend this place files were old metal tools were not sanitized reused the toenail clipper on the acrylic nails until I said stop. Awful awful experience! Theres no sanitation in there that I saw.

OK price, service below average. Their massage was a joke, no effort what so ever. We went for a couples pedicure for deluxe pedicure w/ sea salt $25. 3 stars for the price but would give 2 stars for the services. both ladies continue to talk to each other in their language without having any conversations with us.

Terrible experiance.Messed up my nails not once or twice,three times. I will never go to this so called perfect nails. Their customer service was horrific. They guy even cut my thumb. Wouldnt recommend going here.
