Outstanding school with top notch facilities. They offer several different teams to be a part of as students advance in their skills such as demo team, elite team, etc. This place is very welcoming to people of all skill and fitness levels. They also have a great workout area for the parents while the kids are in class.

Golden Dragon Taekwondo is amazing. My wife, two daughters and I have earned our Black Belts with this school. The Masters and Instructors are great, friendly and personal. The best part of Golden Dragon Taekwondo is that its associated with Kukkiwon University in South Korea, which is the Worlds Headquarters for taekwondo. Since we earned our Black Belts with them, we are Black Belts for life! If my kids want to take a break and restart later in life, all they have to do is find a Kukkiwon associated school and they will be black belts instead of having to start over. Highly recommend this school!!

I joined the Golden Dragon Family 2 months ago. I can’t say enough about them. Master Seo is in a league of his own. If you’re looking to get in shape, he is definitely your person. He doesn’t just tell you what to do, he stands with you, often working out beside you. The difference in the way I look and feel is amazing. His entire staff is fun and friendly and also are always walking around giving words of encouragement to all of the students and clients. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

This place is seriously awesome! Putting my oldest son in here was one of the best decisions my wife and I have made. He is getting World Class teaching from very knowledgeable and experienced instructors who place no judgement on anyone and strive to always help the students improve their skill and confidence. We enjoy socializing with all the other parents and staff members as well. This place has such a strong sense of community. When you walk in the door you just feel welcome and accepted. Eventually, I became so impressed by the skill that my son was learning that I too have decided to join classes and although I havent been going long, I can already see vast improvement. Adult class is so fun and the other students are amazing. This place is an absolute gem for the people of the greater Tulsa area. We plan to enroll our youngest son next year! Tremendous martial arts school. Professional instructors who have worked in the martial arts field for their entire lives and understand how to teach each individual to reach his or her highest level possible. I would note the highest level possible is frequently much higher than a student thinks he or she can achieve. Great fun working out and watching the progress I and other students make. My time at Golden Dragon Taekwondo is the highlight of my week.

Golden Dragon Taekwondo has been an awesome experience for our family. Our 5 year old son is in Little Dragons classes. His behavior has improved significantly after attending classes. He was in very expensive OT lessons and this has replaced those lessons and are much more effective. After seeing the positive improvement with my son, I also joined and am taking lessons with Master Seo. He is the best trainer I have ever had. He knows just how much to push me to make me be my best. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life.

My kids started attending taekwondo late June/ early July. Im not going to lie I made my kids do this so they wouldnt lay around all summer playing video games/ watching TV. I wanted them to get some type of exercise. My ten-year-old daughter hated it at first, she would cry and would want to give up. However the masters helped her not to give up and now she loves it. As for my son he loved it after his 1st class, he wants to give up all other sports and become a black belt. All the Masters are very kind and playful with the students. My children have been learning respect, discipline, and the importance of exercise and you can really see that the masters care about the kids that are attending their classes.

Master Seo, the other masters and instructors, and the entire Golden Dragon family have had a huge impact on our girls and our family. At the beginning, we were just looking for an outlet for the girls to get some exercise. We ended up with much more than that. Our girls are learning life lessons about perseverance and determination. They have learned how to handle new situations with confidence and poise. We are proud they are building the foundation to become strong, successful young women. This is a great Taekwondo school and the classes are conducted by master and instructors who are passionate with Taekwondo martial art. My son and I have been taking classes here for almost three years. My sons Taekwondo skills have grown so much and become competitive. I love the ladies class! I have been looking for somewhere to work out where I dont feel judged. The ladies class has been awesome! The women in the class are so encouraging and motivating. I can not say enough good things about Golden Dragon Taekwondo. I have two sons who have been members for over two years and tonight they learned an invaluable lesson at such a young age. My son forgot his belt at home and was beside himself upset and refused to go in to practice. I watched as Master Seo and Master Brian stepped aside from the class and were patient teaching my son first hand what the 7 pillars of taekwondo are. Having worked 45 hours at a desk with no exercise to speak of, I was so out of shape that I did not expect to accomplish much. Master Seo and Master Sohn changed my life for the better. I started training at Golden Dragon over 8 years ago. Honestly, I really didn’t have a desire to seek out a martial arts school, my friend told me about Master Seo and that he taught a really hard class. Once I started training there, I was hooked. Master Seo pushed me harder than any other trainer I have had and showed me what I am truly capable of. After earning my first-degree black belt, my husband and I relocated to California. I continued Taekwondo at a new school and had a much different experience there. I soon learned how special Golden Dragon is and how blessed I was to have been trained by Master Seo. I love this place! I was looking for a place that was knowledgeable in the current kukkiwon forms and this place is it. Master Seo knows the current requirements of the kukkiwon forms and is an amazing coach. The other masters who teach under him are great. Master Son teaches the womens morning class and is also great. It is great to be a part of a class where everyone is encouraging and welcoming. If you are looking for a place not just to work out but to be part of something, this place has it.

LOVE this place!My son has been doing Tae Kwon-Do here for a while, and I just started the Ladies Only classes on Tuesday & Thursday mornings. The ladies class in Owasso is challenging, flexible, diverse, & accommodating. Highly recommend. Im new & all the ladies & instructor was very kind. My 4 year old with a sensory processing disorder goes to the 4-5 year old class in Owasso & has thrived in the smaller class. Very individualized & the instructor is very kind with the little ones. Im impressed with the organization. You wont be disappointed by trying any of the classes out for yourself, your child, or your family.

Golden Dragon TKD 🥋 is an “AWESOME” school. My son started as a Little Dragon when he was 5yrs old, and is now in the regular older kids class. I have made many friends at Golden Dragon, and we have fun training together. Master Seo pushes me to be better in everything I do.

I switched to Golden Dragon after 4 years of doing taekwondo at a different school. It was by far one of the best decision I ever made. The overall effect on my life was dramatic. I not only stepped up to a higher level of quality training, but my life also became happier. The workouts combined with a joyful, encouraging atmosphere created by Master Seo, accommodated in stress relief and an overall lift in spirit. Master Seo gave me the confidence to believe I can do anything. The character he helped me build still influences my life on a daily basis. If there is one thing I recommend, it is to go see Master Seo at Golden Dragon!

Master Seo was the second to none for Taekwondo in Korea when he was young.I have not go Golden Dragon Taekwondo but he probably the best in US also.

My son and I have attended Golden Dragon in Owasso since 2012. We have now achieved the rank of black belt. Master Sohn and Master Seo have been very supportive of our journey with Taekwondo. Golden Dragon provides a fun atmosphere to focus on improving your level of fitness, and skill in taekwondo. Golden Dragon is very family friendly. Its the only place I know where parents and children can take classes together, improving and encouraging each other along the way.

I have known Master Seo for about 10 years now and he is the most kind and warm hearted person I know. Master Seo is passionate about his school and treats people at this place with respect. He does so well with kids of all ages. Not only will you learn about the art of Tae Kwon Do at this place, but you will also gain a tremendous amount of self-confidence, self-control, self-defense, etc. There is trial lessons to just try out classes to see if you or your children like it.

After my youngest was born, I planned to get back into shape with cardio videos or simply by going to the gym. Master Seo had recently started a ladies class, so I thought I would try it one time. One time... plus eight years later, now Im an Instructor, State and National level competitor, a certified Referee and Judge. Im thankful for what Golden Dragon has allowed me to accomplish, through motivational and challenging training. Not only did the baby weight come off, but I also gained muscle, agility, confidence and a passion for an age-old art form. I love that Master Seo is from the birth country of Tae Kwon Do and that he educates his students with the latest techniques and rules, straight from Seoul, Korea. I love knowing that Golden Dragon is uniquely set apart as an Olympic Certified Martial Arts School in Tulsa. I highly recommend Golden Dragon to (almost) any age, male or female!

Passionate Master. Taekwondo has become a way of life for my family thanks to Golden Dragon, a second family.

My son started with Master Sohn at the Owasso school in June. At first I was hesitant because he had just been diagnosed with Epilepsy and Aortic Stenosis (with an aortic insufficiency), but after watching him for a week in class I knew he was in great hands. In November 2015 after being seizure free for 11 months, John suffered a seizure in the shower on a Saturday morning before he was supposed to test for his yellow belt at Golden Dragon. We were able to get a hold of the school and let them know what was going on. They told us not to worry about missing testing that he would be able to make it up and Master Sohn sent me a personal message via facebook to check on John that afternoon. The heart of this school is incredible, its unparalleled in the world today! John, thanks to his speech disorder, epilepsy, and heart condition, had self-confidence issues and self-esteem issues (as many children with disabilities do), but after just 2 months with Master Sohn even the school saw a difference in John. I seriously cant say enough about how wonderful this school is for everyone, but especially for kids who are different! Our whole family is now enrolled here! Do yourself and your family a favor and go check them out! You wont be disappointed!
