I came to this place hoping to find a closer nail salon to home. I came to get a manicure and pedicure and at first the lady was nice she started to do my nails and first coat I didn’t liked it. Nail polish was touching my cuticle and I told her I don’t like when nail is touching my skin. She said she wasn’t done that she will remove it after she’s done. So I let her finish her work, after she was done I told her again that I didn’t liked it. Here’s a picture of the finish. She got offended and yell at me that I was rude to her that I had to pay now that she will not do my pedicure anymore since I didn’t liked her work. I told her that was okay I could wait for someone else. She then said that no that no one else wanted to do my pedicure because no one else wanted to work with me. I was this close to walk out! She said that she’ll removed the gel since I didn’t liked it. I was okay with that so I go back to her desk. While she was removing the gel instead of having a moment of silence she was still yelling and insulting me and I would respond calm and directly. She said to not come back because I was rude She also told me I should be nicer since I’m pregnant, and less of a “bissh” . Anyways I had enough with her pregnancy comment.. I had enough of her that I finally yelled her back and told her she was the rude one and this was my worst customer service experience. That she should stay quiet and not be nicer with her customers. I got up and when I was walking out I said well since I’m rude and a “bissh” here you go I thru some water on the floor and walked out.I know I shouldn’t acted that was but that lady had me in my last nerve. Never in my life will be coming to this place. And I hope you ladies safe your time in coming here.

I got a very good job done on my nail fill and 3 new ones put on. He made short like I wanted and it didnt cost me a lot of money.

This place is the worst place to get your nail done... customer service was the worst experience and the way they treated me very uncomfortably for a very high expensive full set for $70 for everything I did not want. The nail technician ruined my natural nails and did not even take off all the glued on nails. Very unprofessional placeIf you come to this place be very clear on what you want...! Worst mani/pedi Ive ever gotten. Messed up toenails by cutting too deep into the sides and the manicure was horrible. Couldnt even clean up the sides properly. Also did such a thick coat that it wouldnt dry properly.

Quick no wait for pedicure on a walk in basis as I did this afternoon. greeted as I walked in the front door. the gentleman who did my feet knew what he was doing and the job was quick and very well done. I always look for a pedicure place when I move to a new area, and sometimes it takes 2-3 tries to find a good one. not this time this place is great and inexpensive and I will return on a as needed basis. located inside the Christown Spectrum mall.

So I was scared to come here because of the ratings and the reviews but they were the only nail place open late on a Sunday and I was desperate! So me and my fiancé got a pedicure done and it went completely opposite of what we expected based on the reviews. An older woman and gentleman did our toe nails and they were fun and had us laughing. They did a great job they did not cut us at all (had to include based on reviews)! I was so scared of getting cut because the last salon I went to did cut my toe (horrible experience) ! I’m so ecstatic to say that they took their time on our nails ! We got gel pedi’s and they both look great ! We are so satisfied and would definitely come back again !

I tried doing a review with no stars but obviously thats not possible I went to have acrylics removed and get gel. The guy I had looked like he was upset didnt say hi or ask what i wanted i had to initiate the conversation. I told him what i wanted he proceeded to remove my nails with the grinder and nicked my finger, i thought ok that happens sometimes, he finished one hand no problem next hand did three of my nails and I thought I was going to lose a finger. He completely missed my entire nail and chopped the side skin. He completely chopped my finger, mind you I poring blood not once did he say sorry or get me a napkin to stop bleeding or anything he just looked at me like I was crazy so I walked out of there with a dripping and bleeding finger. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I used to go to them all the time and never had a problem. ..yes they are rude but that didnt bother me but now they must be using some cheap product because my nails break before the week is up ...I was opening the door my nail broke...I was putting in my sock and it broke...I dint even feel them breaking ...and they need to buy new nail polish too...the ones they have are old

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Didn’t scrub my feet AT ALL, polish is painted on poorly and it’s all over my toes. He got mad when I didn’t want a manicure anymore. If I could rate this place zero stars I would’ve.

After another shop in the same mall denied myself & my granddaughter our previously made appt...we went to Nails U Luv....they received us with utmost professionalism & made her first pedicure experience fun & memorable. My gel manicure was done the right way (not like other shops...soaking them off with straight acetone & wrapping them in foil, which is terrible for. BOTH your hands & your nails.) Our day was turned around & for the professional job done excellent, it only cost us $5 more....totally worth it. Going back today😄

Worst pedicure of my life. Cold water. No filing no pushing back cuticle . Do not recommend this place. Somethings wrong when you see no refunds posted on wall. I think theyve had a lot. Maybe if they smiled and acted like they loved their job theyd get better reviews. Wish Id read them first. Lesson learned. Will be going tomorrow for another one. Oh and dont expect foot massage.

Me and my sister got our nails done here and my sister had prom. It started peeling before prom and it was only a week away. They left a sign out saying half off meaning it would only be 20 dollars for one person. Originally my sister was the only one getting them done but then I saw the sign and my dad decided to let me get mine done too. When we were done with our nails, they charged him original price meaning he had to pay 80 dollars instead of 40 dollars. We told them it should only be $40 and they still charged us 80 dollars for some crusty nails. I DO NOT suggest this place and you should go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was greeted at the front with “what do you want” by a male employee. That should have been a sign to turn around and leave. My gel manicure was so rushed I dont feel the female tech even took 10 minutes. She sanded at least three of my fingers because she was more concerned with watching soap operas on her phone instead of looking at what she was doing. Needless to say I won’t be back. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I love my friend who does my nails met her 3 yrs ago. She massages my hands and arms after my pedicures presses the pressure points in my hands almost fell asleep during it, soooo relaxing. The pedicures are the same too so awesome!!!

Worst service ever! The lady that did my nails used the same nails sander she used on my hands on her feet!!! They were very forcused on watching videos on their phone instead of doing my nails correctly! The polish only lasted about 2 days, too, so it’s not worth it! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I can’t even with this place! The lady who did my nails was so rough I thought I was about to lose an hour or two. She was so aggressive towards me and kept making little comments, she even coughed on my hand with out her face mask on. This is the last time I will ever come to the salon to do my nails. I like the way they do my toes but the past two times I’ve come in to do my nails they’ve been horrendous. they are rude people I don’t know how they are still in business after all these bad reviews. Got my nails done a week ago (literally) by the lady that sits in the first chair. She didnt listen when I said I wanted natural tip and gave me white tips even after I told her which ones I wanted. Im not from here and this is my second time coming and last time, Ive been in here for 30 minutes waiting for service, a white lady comes in and she gets service, this very sad and unprofessional on them, Im going to find a different salon that shows good customer service, and treats you like a human being Im very dissatisfied and think this place should be put out of business. As the receipt ays my price was $48 but as the screenshot shows they charged my card $57. When my phone gave me the alert and I saw the discrepancy all of a sudden no one in the building spoke English. On top of that they gave my wife a horrible mani-pedi. Stay away from these thieves.

PLEASE READ . I wish i could put zero stars because this nail salon is HORRIBLE! Okay so i went in and said full set . so after a while this guy is starting on my nails an mind you one of my fingers are a bit crooked and the guy proceeds to sit there and make fun of it in his language ( i dont want to be disrespectful because idk what he speaks ) but after a while like an hour hes finally done putting on the acrylic and he starts to paint them with gel and i start to see it become bumpy and when im done and he tells me to wash my hands i walk out and look at them and they are HORRIBLE completely TERRIBLE. so my nana takes me back in to get them fixed and we go in and he stars filing them and he cuts my fingers and there BLEEDING and he paints them and they come out the same but worse so i just come home. Also my cousin who got hers done were already lifting the next day and she also got a pedicure and the gel is already PEELING off. So PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!

I treated my neighbor and I to a mani/pedi day because we have both had a lot of stuff going on. For $146 we got the 1st Class pedicure (was amazing & our techs did well) and she got a full set and I got a fill-in with nail trim. My neighbors tech did both her mani and her pedi. She did an amazing job and was tipped accordingly. The lady who did my pedi did an amazing job and was also tipped accordingly. However, because of the very rude man that sits at station 7, they are only getting 3 stars from me. He was so rude that I left out of there crying and hating how my mani turned out. He didnt apologize for burning my finger as he was grinding down my tips to make them shorter. He never spoke a word. When I informed him that my nails were crooked and that they were rough, he was short with me and told me to just get out. I had to run to the bank because my card wouldnt work. I found out that there were a few fraudulent charges and so they had canceled my card and was in the process of sending me a new one. I was able to get a temp card and walk back to the salon to pay for services rendered. When I got back to the salon, the lady who did my neighbors nails motioned me to her station and she redid my mani. I still have a few bubbles and rough spots, but they look a lot better than what they did look like. If you do go, get anyone other than the man that sits at station 7.

I had a manicure yesterday and told the Lady that I had a broken nail that needed a patch. She went ahead and did the manicure and I told her again that I needed a nail patched and that it catches on everything and she just dropped a drop of nail glue on it and sent me on my way. Unfortunately I paid and gave her a tip believing her. When I got home I washed my hands and with the Terri cloth hand towel I dried my hands and the broken nail caught again. I was Really Angry. I called the Board Of Cosmetology and they told me to take a picture and send it to them, well, I cant take a picture because it has nail polish on it and doesnt show. POOR Nail JOB!

Worst place Ive ever been to. I get there and I tell the girl there that I would like to gel done on my nails. I had to explain it to her and what it was because she seemed confused. Keep in mind she works there and should already know what gel is. It gets worse. When she was trying to take the nail polish off she chipped one of my nails. Then I told her I didnt like how she was removing the nail polish and she started mumbling stuff in her languages while I was right in front of her !! By this time I was already mad beyond belief. Then after how rude and careless she was being she started apologizing because she saw how mad I was. She told me how she didnt want me to complain and how she would take the nail polish off differently next time. There will be no next time. That place is dirty and the employees are extremely rude. They also ruin your nails. Dont go there ! Theres a really nice place on 57 and bell rd next to Walmart. Thats always been a good place to go! The girls there are so nice. I went to this one just to try out a different place and I regret so much !!

This place is a JOKE! Expect to get horrible service, attitude and even cursed at. Let’s not forget body shaming and verbally attacking a 13 year while trying to grab her hand and cut the nails off! The dark skinned nail tech who did a full set of nails on my daughter was absolutely horrible! She completed her nails in less than 15 minutes and it was obvious as to why. They looked like an untrained child did them. The only thing that was nice about them was the color. I asked another nail tech to fix my daughter’s nails and was told I needed to have the lady that did them originally fix them. God forbid I asked her to rectify the horrible job she completed. She treated my daughter even worse and made sure she hurt her every step of the way. Stated I no mess up on your nail, it your cuticle that’s why. Are you kidding me??? Im not sure what nail school if ANY she went to, but everyone knows your cuticle is at the bottom of your nail and not on the side. When questioned again I got told, Oh not that a hang nail. Funny....shes never had a hang nail before and on every finger that I asked you fix?!?! Maybe if you completed your job correctly by applying the product and polish on the entire nail then a person wouldnt have these sudden issues with side cuticles and hang nails. This person obviously hates her job, could care less about her customers or what they want. Oh and let’s not forget is busy Face timing with someone while doing your nails. This place should be closed down FOREVER! When it came time to finally get out of there the $19.99 full set stated on the sign became a $40.00 horrible experience. The lady I was now dealing with (who I found out later was the Manager) told me the price on the sign is for short nails. Longer nails cost more. My daughter’s nails were of medium length, not long. And I even asked them to be cut down more and was told, oh no they are pretty like that, it a good length. I have never heard of something so ridiculous! And because they applied gel nail color it cost more. I told her I never told anyone to apply gel color. As a matter of fact the girls were looking at the polish colors on the back wall when the lady told them to sit down and look at the color they want while giving them a book with polish colors. At no time was it indicated they were gel colors and would cost more. During my discussion with the Manager she walked away from me and when into another room to do a wax. Before walking away she sent her guard dog to deal with me, the dark skinned nail tech who hates life. This person had the audacity to say, Oh you no have money to pay than just say so. Are you serious right now!!! It was not about being able to pay it was the principal of the matter. I wasnt going to pay double than the anticipated cost due to their decision to push products that cost more without communicating the additional cost all the while receiving horrible service and wishing you would of never stepped foot in this place. This woman is the most unprofessional, unethical, miserably person I have ever met. While being yelled and cursed at I asked for the Manager numerous times to finally be told I already spoke to her and she walked away from me. I asked again numerous times to speak to the Manager and to go get her for me. The lady refused. So, I went into the other room and attempted to discuss with her the situation. She completely ignored me. I left money on the table in the room she was in and proceeded to walk out. That was when I was met with this hostel, vile woman who continued to yell, curse at me and proceeded to body shame me. Along with another woman who wasn’t no involved at all decided to jump in and verbally attack my daughter and me! All I could do was laugh at the level of ridiculousness that took place. This so-called Manager allows the horrible work and service to go on in her place. Trust and believe I’m not the only person that had such a horrible experience here. Some toe nails were cut at an angle, the lady that did them was so impatient during, and then after she was done, she escorted me out while my toes were still wet. Really bad customer service and quality.

Honestly, I never feel the need to write bad review about anything and this is the first one im about to write. I went here around 6 months ago because the nail salon near by I usually go to was too packed. The lady that did my nails was FACETIMING someone while doing my nails! She wasnt paying attention and made my nails super long and painted them super sloppy. Im shy so I didnt say anything and just paid and left. A couple weeks ago, my nail salon was packed again and I was in a rush. This nail salon was my only option and I decided to just give them another chance. I got the SAME lady and again she was on her phone watching a video while doing my nails. The nails came out all uneven and the gel was sloppy again. I really feel like they dont care about their work at all, they just try to get everyone out the door. I wouldnt go here if I were you. (The nail salon in walmart at christown is BOMBBBB go there!!!)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Decided to go there because my usual salon was close and I needed pedi and mani asap. Worst service ever. The lady that attended me kept pushing my foot. She let me choose a color and then said it was ugly so she took it away and I had to get a new one. Definitely not going back ever again.

Went in to get a nail repair and my nails curve an the tech put on a straight nail when I went back to tell her she had her feet prop up I do straight I said all my nails are curved ok lol ok no see can do I will not return

This place is great... theres a large variety of nail designs and the pricea are great!! I always ask for same guy i believe his name is bob??? Havent went for awhile so not sure..but he always has a dvd player on his station!! I love this place and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

It was my First time here never again the nail tech had attitude and did my nails horrible had to go to new place to get fixed. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone bad experience.

Not a very friendly service, rushed and didn’t want to help with testing coluurs. Outcome was terrible, the wonkiest nails I have ever had. Also, no proper nail dryers.Awkwardly asked for tip after everything!

Politely told the woman I wanted pointed nails.. She did not ask me what shape I wanted!.. When critiqued about the shape she said she would fix (did not fix!) proceeded to apply acrylic. Then, I speak up about 1 crooked nail & then am asked to pay (when only acrlic was on) My nails were not to desired shape so when I rebuttal saying My service is not complete & why would I pay before its over, she grabs the nail I asked to be fixed & cuts the nail off! I say no u didnt have to do that.. and before I could finish my sentence she cuts off all my nails & kicks me out!!! She cuts my nails off under my nail bed!!! Almost cutting me!! Wasnt til after I realized Id been assaulted!!! Do not give them ur money! (luckily they saved me the bill!) other salon wouldnt touch me!! DO NOT Go here!!

They charged me $20 for a refill! They mest up my nails the color is coming off and its my first time here.

DIDNT EVEN DO MY REFILL RIGHT! THERES ACRYLIC STABBING INTO MY SKIN BECAUSE SHE DIDNT EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN IT UP! WORST ATTITUDE & PLACE EVER! NOT MUCH COLOR CHOICES EITHER, THEYRE POLISH IS DRIED OUT AS WELL.

Horrible service and the quality of the nails are bad, nails come out bulky. DONT COME HERE

Service is Bad!! The older guy pretends to do his job but really doesnt even clips your nails... He used dry nail polish and they get mad if you say anything.I paid for the service but was very very disappointed !!
