My tech had relatively bad bed manners, but her ability as a nail tech far exceeded her mannerisms. She was quick and excellent. If she smiled it would have been a five star review. A tad rough with the file, but still excellent.

The only place that can do ombre gel nails... and she did a great job both times. Several other places refused to even try without trying to upsell me to acrylic nails. Would say expect to wait a while, even with making an appt. They have a lot of business, so even with an appt I had to wait 45 mins

Awful. If u are trying to have professional pedis and manis, dont go here. First off, the lady that started with my feet didnt listen to me when I said numerous times to NOT cut any of the side of my nails. Im a foot model so I know what I want but nope! She didnt listen to me, she just kept doing it. Granted she didnt speak English so their translator that they have, helped, looks to be late teens and boy was she rude. They ended up moving me to 3 different seats and where they did my nail polish was in a mani seat where I had to put my feet on this ladys legs! Not good for someone who has back issues! I ended up leaving before they did my mani because it was so bad and they took over an hour to even START my pedi nail polish. They still charged me for half a mani even tho they did nothing but mess them up. Take a look for yourself....2 pics of my supposed mani...and then pics of my toes where the lady shaped them horribly. Not to mention I had to clean up my cuticles myself and they screwed up the nail polish on my big toe.

My daughter got a nail infection when she got her nails done with gel nail polish. I am extremely mad and disappointed with this place. We went there right before Christmas (Dec.22 -Saturday around 1pm) we waited 2 hours before they even bothered to take us. They kept saying we were next . So we waited by the time we noticed it was 2 hours after.. I already reported this place. I hope they check how they are doing there jobs. My 13 year old daughter didnt had to suffer this.

They do a great job on my nails. Their prices are good....not bank breaking.

They always talk in their language and you don’t know if they are talking about you or not the cherry on top was that the granddaughter was yelling at the grandmother for something that she did with another customer not for nothing ;1 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL2 VERY RUDE3 I WOULD’VE WAITED UNTIL THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED4 IF MY KIDS OR MYSELF EVER SPOKE TO MY GRANDMOTHER THE WAY SHE HAD YELLED AT HER MY TEETH WOULD HAVE BEEN PUNCHED INI now go 1 hr away (and I live in Phoenix) to Chandler ( totally worth it) and love this place it is amazing they ALL speak ENGLISH They even have STARBUCKS COFFEE AND NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS THEY MASSAGE YOUR FEET THE PROPER WAY AND THEY EVEN MASSAGE YOUR HANDS EVEN WHEN YOU GET A FULL SET, OR FILL SET...Also when I got a pedicure one time I ended up with Athletes foot it was horrible never had that they are not cleaning those tubs properlyI’ve been going to the nail place in Chandler for about 8 months and I love worth the travel time and moneyThis was how I had my nails done for the Fourth of July and was featured on their website they did amazing JOB!!!!

I like the Cat Eye style. The only problem is that they dont always answer the phone and the owner has private phone conversations while working on a customer! She is speaking in her native language. Its impolite to her customer.

Good prices, good service (they listen to what you have to say if youre polite). may have to wait if you dont call ahead, but its worth the wait. not very fancy, but you get what you pay for. open 7 days a week!

I loved how my nails turned out, but the customer service was so poor it was beyond belief. The young lady named Sydney has a serious attitude problem which is sad because she honestly do a good job with your nails. Theyre going to miss out on a lot business and clientele with that type of attitude. Im not sure if stems from her feeling forced to do nails being her mother is the owner or she really that miserable. Either way you dont treat your customers that way. Luckily I found Jesus otherwise I would of had to bless her out if you know what I mean lol.

My experience with them has been great! They make time for walk-ins, I do the regular gel for $10!!! You cant beat that! And a pedicure for $17 with regular polish!! You cant beat those prices ladies! I see reviews stating they are rude, I dont feel that way at all about them! They are just busy doing their job and they do it well! I will be a loyal customer for sure!!

Lee and especially D are amazing...I been going to their shop since 2017 when I moved to phx ...Im very picky about everything but they always hook me up. My nails are done EXACTLY how I want them always

Busy place but worth the wait!

I have been going to Lee for over 5 years now. She has a ton of artistic experience she just doesnt advertise it. Her mom is excellent on the feet and Lees daughter Sandy just recently got her license and does really good work too.I cannot go anywhere else as Lee knows exactly what style I like and does such good work nobody can compare.

Customer service is terrible there. This is the 2nd time Ive gone in with an appointment and the first time it took me an hour and a halfto get in and today I went in they told me to come back at 3, i did waited 20 min then finally asked how much longer for my appointment they said shes working on one and another one is ahead of u. I left pissed. I have a baby that my niece was watching both times so that I could treat myself. It made me feel terrible that not once anyone even kept me updated on how much longer. I will never go again and Im pretty sure they dont care. Hopefully they see this post and work on their customer service.

It’s a really amazing place to go for Nails!!

I always sent here but on my last visit I feel costumer service was bad. Never greeted when going in. Waited 2 hours before my daughter even got her nails started. Then Lee goes in the back while Im still waiting. Told them ill pass on getting mine done. I was very upset. Its unfortunate this happened. So I wont be going back. And dont get your nails done by the guy there, they pop off after a few days.

Nail are amazing. There work is amazing and if there is a wait, it will be worth it.

Went there today for the first time after looking at the reviews. Not impressed with their customer service or the art display which kinda looked like a 12 year old did it. Prices could not be found anywhere. I waited about an hour an a half before I decide I had spent enough time there. I cant fault them for the time spent, but they could have acknowledged my presence and provided a time frame. Overall I dont know how well a job they do on nail as I wasnt able to get that far.

Best nail salon! Not exaggerating. All employees were very sweet. I have been to many nail salons and this is by far the best experidnce. This beautiful women spent the TIME and DEDICATION on my euro pedicude. I am very pleased satisfied and happy to only say great things about this business. The prices are beyond good,Its a bargain. Please, if you feel satisfied as I am, dont be stingy show them some love and tip them good.

Was here for 2 1/2 hours to just get a gel polish change. Strictly told them I only wanted to get my gel changed. Wait an hour to even see someone and then they have the cotton and tinfoil on my nails for another 30-40 mins just helping every other person that comes in. Then once they finally come do my nails my gel polish looks horrible, my whole nail isn’t painted, she messed up on the paint job and just ignore it like i wouldn’t notice. Some of my nails aren’t even painted all the way! I ask for something to be fixed and it’s a huge deal! I normally always go there and it’s $10 for a color change and when I went to pay this time it’s $20! Sat there and argued with me saying I wanted a manicure when I specifically said I just wanted a color change. Dirty as h*** there, they make you wait forever before they even acknowledge you, terrible attitudes and change the prices whenever they want. Never will I go there again

Had the worst experience here yesterday!my boyfriends sent me out for some me time and im very unfamiliar with this area so i googled the closest nail shop.when i walked in they were pretty much empty and i asked for a mani and pedi. The woman told me to wait and an older white woman walks in behind me and she automatically seata her in a pedicure chair. I then ask why i have to wait and she responded that id b getting my nails done first which i wasnt too happy about,but accepted. She then sat me at a table and asjed me to wait and another young white woman entered and she sat down and started doing her nails immediately while i sat at an empty table and still waited.i called my boyfriend because at this point i was almost in tears and he advised me to just leave.i ended up going to pro nails on Peoria much nicer cleaner abd respectful. I honestly couldnt believe i was treared so poorly but i guess this is the world we live in 😔

I went for a pedicure and the technician acted like she didnt want to be there or touch my feet. I wouldnt send my worst enemies there..find a better place to go to!!!!

They are very rude here. I have been in a few times and every time my nails have turned out horrible; they are crooked, uneven, and bubbly. The people are very rude and unfriendly. I guess they dont understand how costumer service works. Also, dont make an appointment. They will say you can, but you will still end up waiting forever because they have only 3 people who do nails and 2 who do feet.

Went in and no one was there but one lady. Told her I needed a full set but she acted like that was inconvenient. I started looking at their color options. Lady walks in behind me and asks for a pedicure. Nail tech starts filling her tub and starting on her. After I chose my color I took a seat. After sitting for 15 mins while she did this other ladies toes she did not say one word to me or tell me it would be a wait. I left and am on my way to UK nails.. this place was a joke.

The young girl that does my nail is great, she has the freshest ideas for nails. I always go to her.

I walked into a damn near empty establishment with bad energy and the worst attitudes. I had a long week, just moved and just wanted a fill and pedicure without searching all of Phoenix for a new nail tech in my new area.My initial (non) contact was with the Nail Tech who sits by the door. She didnt acknowledge me walking in the door until I waited 20-25 minutes. Her first question was, What do you need?Me: *Pause out of shock that she was so rude*Hello, how are you?Nail Tech: *No eye contact*What do you need?Me: Laugh out of disbelief--I need a pedicure, fill.Nail Tech: Pick out your color *walks off*2nd Interaction with the young nail tech with ear gauges:Nail Tech: *points at bottle*Use Hand sanitizer *walks away, comes back to start my fill*Other patrons walked in and they were greeted with the same horrible attitude.When it came time to pay, I gave a $5 tip (and I was reluctant to give that). She seemed annoyed.Me: *direct eye contact* Change your attitude *Walked out*They did an awesome job on my nails and feet; however, I will NEVER return just based on their horrible attitudes. I can now understand why the shop was empty on a Saturday, mid day.

Ive been going here for years but after today I will not be back. Scheduled an appt for 5:30 for a full set with the owner Lee, arrived at 5:25 but was talked into a pedicure upon arrival. After my pedicure was completed by another person, I was told Lee was no longer available (Lee was in the back room) and told to come back another day.

I went a while ago but they were rude, they cut me,didnt give me what I wanted,the young lady was the rudest! Im never going again!

The owner & her daughter both are rude as ever. Anytime ivego e in she states she has appointments and can’t take you in. She needs to be an appointment only shop. Her daughter Sydney has the worst attitude every time I’ve gone in. Worst place for customer service

Great service and great artistic design. Most people thinks this place is bad, its because they are stupid and dont know how much stuff they have to do to take care of the customer.

They have good prices but sometimes they dont do a good job. I got stillettos done here and the manager didnt really do them like i told her to, she did them too thin too. The nails tend to lift after a week or 2. I usually go to 3d nails and spa by metro center and their prices are a little higher but they do a better job (the nails dont lift at all) . So you get what you pay for. On top of that they T and L nails are a little rude. when me and my mom in law went we saw they had this girl sitting in a chair already for her nails to be done and they didnt even tell her hold on one moment or anything and the manager was jist talking with one of her employees while she saw that the girl was waiting for her nails to be done. Their attittudes just arent the best. In my opinion the only good thing here is the pedicures and that their open 30 more minutes than my usual nail place.

Depends on the nail tech the mom did mine Im not sure about going again the pedicurist went to light on my nails with polish and the water wasnt warm it was clean and inviting but my toes and nails dont match the mom made my nail bed bleed the color is uneven never had my nails done by daughter but she had a lot of customers request her
