Ok initially but it never lasts longer than a week to 10 days. I get the dipping powder that is supposed to be the best stuff. I went elsewhere for the same price and am quite satisfied.

Went to get a manicure and pedicure today and the pedicure was ok but the women that did my manicure was really rude and did a lousy job. She didn’t trim my cuticles at all, didn’t have me wash my hands at after applying my acrylic nails (which made for very bubbly gel nails), and had a bad attitude when I asked her if she could make my nails more round. Wouldnt recommend…

I went to get a pedicure today. The office was clean and very attractive. I loved the wonderful massage and beautiful nail polish. Rosie was So caring and gentle I had a wonderful experience.

I usually enjoy a good Mani/Pedi but since 2018 it isnt so enjoyable here. Heaven forbid you have a baby with you, some will help and make them smile while others make you feel uncomfortable. Sometimes its all a mom can do, bring the baby, for a little pampering.They had a holiday party the day before and there was still food in the pedicure tub... That they filled and had me use. I did inform the manager and she apologized then said sometimes the girls dont pay much attention. She doesnt offer a discount good the disgusting disturbance. The food is hard to see in the picture, but I promise its there as it was all around the faucet.

Attentive, hygenic, thorough. Second time back, just as pleased as the first. Consistent service thus far. A win.

Every time I go to Polish Room, they k is exactly what I need. I love to let the nail technicians get creative, and occasionally I’ll throw my n a color suggestion and let them take it from there. They never disappoint! Highly recommend.

Diane did an amazing job! It only took a little over an hour. She wasnt rough at all and she made sure they were perfectly even. I really love them! They were 38 with regular polish.

I went to get an almond shaped acrylic set as usual and I was told that they reason why the messed up so badly was because my fingers were too big. I always get that shape. Made me bleed and the nails are lumpy. I tried explaining what I would like to have fixed and it still wasn’t fixed. Very upset.

I usually ask for Cindy. She was able to fix a train wreck of a big toenail that I keep banging. No one would ever know it is purple underneath and probably ready to fall off. She does a great job. Rosie is good too.

This salon us clean and very well put together. That being said, my gel manicure started chipping 2 days after I got it and now, 4 days after, it is completely peeled off.. this was a $30 manicure with a $10 tip... not a very good first impression.

Believe I had Tom, the younger man. Hes rough, fast, and quiet but oh God is he good at what he does. I got stiletto nails that took over an hour and Im so impressed.

I’m visiting from out of town and went here on a whim. I had a mani, pedi and waxing done. The lady that completed my brows did a horrible job. I have tons of strays around my brows and in between my eyes. She also did not trim my brows. I would not recommend them for anyone wanting a relaxing experience. The salon was so busy they had people sitting on ottomans while doing their nails and rushing other clients out of their chairs the second they were finished. I understand that it is a Saturday and the high schools are in prom season but I honestly I do not believe that my treatment was that of an $80 price tag. When I’m in town next time I will be finding a different nail salon.

Ive gone to this salon on multiple occasions and have been very unhappy the past several times I have gone. The first and only time I have gotten gel from them was for my graduation ceremony and it peeled off within a few days! The man doing the gel, was rushing through and didnt let them finish drying before the next coat. He also, cut my cuteicles till they bled. This past time, I got just a regular manicure and the lady rushed through as if her next client was her priority and not me. She didnt file all my nails, only a few, the paint turned out sloppy, bubbled, and leaving extra polish on the skin around the nails. I pay too much to have them look as if I painted my own nails. Im very disappointed with how my manicure turned out. I will be finding another salon.

This takes everything in me not to cry .Called a few places the reason I choose this place was because the lady at the front desk was super kind, and understanding. I havent gotten my nails done in years I wanted a intricate design with coffin shape but sns dip. My natural nails were pretty long. Had a chip in my left ring finger wanted to get them done to protect that nail from breaking. While im sitting down talking to the girl from the counter showing her pictures of what I wanted the nail tech doing my nails CUT my natural nail. Proceded to argue with me about how I cant do sns dip . WELL CLEARLY YOU JUST CUT MY NAILS. argued with me about the color suggesting I should do red instead of green and ombre it. With black Asked 3 times about red so i gave in. The lady sitting next to me even asked her tech if he was new 😠 .bottom line my ACRYLICS are rough on the sides .some are thicker than others some arnt even coffin shapped never wanted acrylics in the first place feel rushed ontop of they pushed my appointment back 15 mins like on no big deal. The only good thing that came out was the design.

Went in while my car was being fixed next door. The place was busy and I was just looking to have gel put on my nails. Nothing to take off just put on. The 2 ladies in front were very rude as I didnt have an appointment but the one who did my nails was very fast and efficient.

Been a regular customer for about a year but the last few times Ive been in, Ive gotten bad service. Julie always offers a bad attitude so beware if shes working on your nails. The other ladies and gentlemen are wonderful but I will no longer give Julie my business.

Im not going back to this place anymore because all the nail techs are sloppy. A nail tech used to work there that I adored but she moved onto a different place because there was too much drama, its such a small salon and the women are rude.I went to get my nails done for a Halloween party and the nail tech I preferred wasnt working. I chose a different tech (ROSIE)and boy, was THAT a mistake.She took 30 mins to do an SNS coat (sped through it), she didnt push my cuticles down so she painted over my cuticles DYING them a shade of blue, she made the color ombre (lighter towards my cuticle which means she didnt put enough coats down), she kept messing up one of my nails so she buffed the living hell out of it and left a sore, and when she asked how short you want it? She clipped my nail all the way down and I said, not that short...A few hours later, the top coat had COMPLETELY come off. I called to schedule my nail tech to fix it, I explained to the manager LANA what was wrong and when my nail tech fixed the mess, Lana BLAMED my nail tech for this situation instead of Rosie for her sloppy work. And THATS why my nail tech ended up leaving. These women are nasty, rude and sloppy.I followed my nail tech to her new salon and its so much nicer and the staff are wonderful!Best Nails and Spa is my home now!😊

I paid $50 for just an average full set on Saturday. No glitz only normal polish! My thumb nail broke off 2 days later! Worst set of nails Ive ever got! Extremely over priced and the waiting area is way tosmall and crouded! 2 thumbs down!

I received a gift card for the Holidays. Tried them this time for eyebrows. Horrible. She made tbem too short and never tried to shape them. When she was finished and asked if how are they, i said you didnt shaoe them. So what did she do, shortened them again. So now Ill be filling in with a pencil until they grow back. Ill just have to find a better place that cares and doesnt just want to pump you through as fast as possible.

The menu is not clear about pricing. i asked for coffin shaped w gel and was given square w regular polish on my accrylics. my pedicure was terribly done and rushed and the polish was smudged completely but not fixed. i hadn’t noticed til after. i went back in bc my nails were bumpy and she took them off and redid them blaming me for not being careful. luckily i went in the next day and was helped by lana who is very kind and precise. my nails are fixed now but the front desk lady was not clear. i asked why i was charged a certain amount and she confused me. when i came back in they explained how they messed up cjarging me. overall, i am not sure i will be returning unless i’m helped by lana

The worst pedicure Ive ever had. What a waste of 30.00! First of all one nail tech started my pedicure then got pulled away for another client while I sat there and wait for another person, 10 min. The most unprofessional thing Ive ever seen in a salon. The girl who finished my feet, rush through it and my heels are still tough and dry! Im so pissed I could spit😡👹.You have lost 3 clients today and I will tell anyone I can how crappy this salon is.
