Theresa was amazing! Patient, talented and gave me exactly what I wanted! When I tell you I’m in LOVE with my nails, no exaggeration! She was the best! She took her time and made sure she listened to what vibe I was going for! Definitely recommend her! I’ve been getting so many compliments on her set!

My wife had a nail job and it looked terrible, lumpy dip nails. Tried to use a UV lamp to dry the dip!? And tried to use clippers to remove old dip by tearing off pieces.The person who helped her had literally no idea what tools to use. Its expensive. Do not go here

Left me in the chair for 30 min after I was done with the pedicure. They were busy so might try again and hope for a better result.

I’m in town for a visit and i broke a nail!! So i went in for a fill of my coffin shaped acrylic nails today and they look wonderful. They have a large selection of gel polishes and the woman who did my nails, whose name i cannot recall, was amazing and very friendly (all of the technicians were very friendly - they all were chit chatting away with the other customers) and paid very close attention to detail. My nails are really perfect.

They take greatcare of all your needs and wants and the place is always clean, they are even more diligent with cleainess of you them and the salon given Covid concerns. All around a nice group of people to be around never feel rushed no matter how busy they are or get while in the chair.

Had a wonderful experience as a call ahead/walk-in. I had a Moriahs Happy Feet Spa Pedicure and was so pleased by the quality of service and atmosphere.

So I come from California where the wait is forever but the quality is worth it. Here they are quick to help and rush right through, guess the quality is what you wait. I dont like the way they did my nails and it seemed to be very high priced. But the staff is amazing nice. And the wait was not long at all especially for how busy they were. I would probably go here again if I lived here. But I would definitely check around to see if anywhere else had better quality.

Went here about 9 days ago, nails are already coming off and alot of the diamonds fell off as well a couple days after getting them done. Staff was whatever, the whole total was pretty pricy considering the prices they supposedly offer. Took close to 3 hours to do them, would think they would at least last 🤦🏻‍♀️. Meh wouldn’t come here again honestly.

I live and work in Phoenix so decided to try this place out. I went in wanting a simple nail art design and after calling ahead to see if they are capable of nail art I was assured they would be able to handle it. I walked in and showed them a photo of a design (I have been able to accomplish this design myself at home) and they said they would be able to do and sat me down to do my nails. They quickly became confused as there were multiple colors I wanted to use. (Basically this design was a nude base with spring colorful tips but a different color for each tip). They couldn’t grasp the fact that I wanted a different color for each tip so not wanting to cause problems I said forget it and I would do just a solid dark purple color for each nail. Well she started painting my nails with a nude color so I assumed she finally understood what I wanted after showing her the photo mulitple times. She paints all my nails nude and doesn’t do anything else and rushes me out because multiple other people had walked in wanting something done in my time there. This is a turn and burn place. Don’t go in if you want quality customer service,

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. I went in for a basic dip manicure and they did a great job. Took between 35-45 minutes. There was no extra fluff and they were to the point, but I was okay with that. Ill definitely go back.

My fourth year going here and when you get to know the workers they are very sweet. I think people that set high expectations and expect that without saying anything, well they are the ones deeply disappointed. I have had my encounters with the very few but overall the staff has been doing a great job and deliver great service. I am picky too but they listen and always have a nice attitude. If you are nice then you will receive nice back.

I came to this shop after I had a bad experience in England where the nails fell off in a week but here they took care of my nails and they are amazing. The woman who did my nails was very nice and keep me company whilst doing my nails, she spoke to me and was very pleasant. When I come back to Arizona I will surely go back again!!!!!

My nails look terrible. The guy who did my polish didn’t even take off my old polish all the way first. I asked him to clean it up a bit and he still didn’t get it all the way. He just painted over the leftover edges.Don’t waste your time. I won’t ever be back.

I went there and the place looked so fancy, i asked to get my eyebrows done because hunny the needed some help. she took me in the room and she did a great job on my eyebrows. the people were really nice and i recommend going

I just left there, and Im extremely disappointed. I waited for a few minutes and then was asked to sit down in a dirty station right after another customer had left. I waited to see if she was going to clean it, but she didnt. When I asked her to at least get new towels she gave me attitude and disappeared in the back for several minutes. throughout the entire time that she did my nails she was very sharp and abrupt with all of her movements. She would aggressively pick up my fingers and almost tossed them down. The actual application of the nail polish is done extremely poorly. There are bubbles and its uneven all around my cuticles. I most definitely will not be going back.

So I came here to get a pedicure and a manicure after I got my pedicure done I was in the process of getting my manicure and then in the middle of getting my nails done my manicurist takes another client who I found out later on was told to come back twice this is ridiculous and while she was doing my nails she was doing 2 other people as well. They have to be more professional or hire one more person who can do nails

My go-to salon for about the last six months. They always do a perfect job on my nails and Theresa is amazing! Its the first place Ive gone that the nails have looked natural and had a perfect shape every single time. Plus she does such a great job that if I have to go a little longer than Id like between fills, my nails look amazing and dont break. Everyone Ive sent here has loved it as well!

Came in for a fill with regular polish (20$) and a polish change on my toes(10$). Took approx 1 hour for both and was pretty much flawless. Call beforehand for an appointment. I called around noon and scheduled for 5. Worked out perfectly. Thank you !

I have been here twice. After a mediocre experience the first time, I have been hesitation to go back. I went today during my lunch, the salon is conveniently located. Overall my experience was disappointing. The tech was rude and rushed. There is nail polish all over my hands, the cashier tried to help me remove some of it before I left, since the tech was too busy to do it. I also have lots of hard, glue under my nail tips, which I will have to remove also. I asked to have my nails filed down, as they are too long. He did not do this. He filed the shape, but did not file them down and when I tried to ask about it, he was rude.I think you miss the big picture. It is not hard to pain our own nails, we go to nail salons to be pampered. When the service/manicurist is messy, gets chemicals everywhere, is rough and rude the entire experience is not worth the money. Your prices are a little higher than most, but your customer services is very poor.

My favorite place. Like my second home. Best to call ahead to get an idea of what time and day will work place for you and the salon. They are always so friendly. Always make my daughter, my friends and myself feel so comfortable.

Came in only an hour before closing. Got a pedicure with all the works. Felt great, did a lovely job, and the staff was fantastic. Everyone there seemed to be really happy with the work and seemed quite pleased. If I am in the area I will def go back next time!

I have being going here for almost 5 years and they always do a good job! Lee, Theresa, and Angelica always make sure I get taken care of! I go so often I ask them to choose what to do and they’re so creative!

My nails actually looks good, but when I left the place, one of my toes hurt pretty bad. I had a pedicure and the guy there pulled my toes (I don’t know why). I went to the doctor and apparently he broke my 3. toe on the left foot. Unlucky as I now can’t work out or walk normally for 3-6 weeks.

Thought it was strange to get eye waxed where you get nails done and not in a room. But ok a little thin. Will have to get use to it thank good they will grow back

Worst pedicure Ive ever gotten. I dont think she gave me a top coat, started chipping the next day....looks like I didnt even get a pedicure.The gel manicure I got was fine and I appreciated the gentleman giving me 3 coats as it was a glitter polish.But seriously the girl that did my toes gave me I think 2 coats, no top coat, and they look horrible....:-(. Overpriced and overrated. They have a list of fancy pedicures however what you dont know is when you pick the higher priced pedicure they do basic job and services like the lower priced option. They also overcoat the powder gel nail technique. Gel popped off my nails in a few days very disappointed!!! I will never go back to this place.

Super disappointed with their customer service. I took my best friend in for her nails for her wedding. One of the techs painted her toenails with gel polish and didnt realize her mistake so of course when my friend got home, the polish came right off. She thought it would be easy to return and have this fixed. Nope. Totally wrong on that. They fought with her about making it right and do not seem to understand the concept that the customer is always right. We will never come back. They are also overpriced! We looked past that last night since we were already there but never again.

They dont really listen to your needs (nails were tinder and the guy rushed, skipped steps and was rough... Even told me to relaxxxx when I winced from pain) and theyre pushy in selling additional services... I told the lady I wanted a pedicure #2, even pointed to it on the list... During the pedicure she decided to start doing the services that were additional, scrub and stone, when I looked in protest she said just $5 extra smiled and kept going. Salon suites with individual nail techs are the way to go. Places like this are out dated, have cheap products, too expensive, old techniques and honestly the overall experience just isnt worth it.

Sloppy job... I cant make a rating or comment unless I click on a star, but definitely NO star for this place...The guys comment was why didnt you get gel and you wouldnt have a problem Ive had my nails done with just polish and never had as much problems or attitude...especially from 2 of them....😤

They make your acrylics extremely thick here. If you like that this is the place to go!

Use to come here a lot. I went today and got a gel mani and a regular pedi. My mani is ok but the surface of the nail is not smooth, there are some weird divets. My feet are awful. Theyre shaped weird and I absolutely hate them. I really want to just remove the polish. Not only that, but one of the women who did my nails chased me down in the parking lot, claiming that I didnt pay, when in fact I just didnt tip her. Definitely never coming here again.

I went there intending on spending a great deal of money. I got the essential pedicure and standard mani. The lady practically yanked my cuticles off and filed my nails over my pants getting nail dust everywhere. The callous scrub was done terribly with no kind of buffing or oil, My feet felt rough afterwards. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want quality THIS ISNT THE PLACE. If you’re short on time and don’t care how your nails look, this is the place for you. Pedicure was rushed as well as the mani, not worth the money!

My nail tech did not say a word. I waited for twenty minutes when there was people doing nothing. When someone finally shows up he cut my cuticles and got nail polish remover in the cuts after I informed him that he had cut them. Then over all the result was not good. Wouldn’t recommend

Horrible. I made an appointment showed up early so I could have time to pick out my colors. Soon as i walked through the door they right away pushed me to a chair. I said Im early to pick out colors. They pushed me to the chair to pick out a color while working on my fingernails. With one hand i picked through the basket. Blindly hoping there would be a matching foot color. I asked the guy doing my nails his answer was he was bad at matching colors and someone else would help me. He rushed through my service and did my full priced pedicure in under 20 mins. I felt so rushed here!! Like i was apart of an assembly line. They werent even busy on a Wed late morning. He then pushed me off to a woman who did my shellac manicure. While doing my manicure she asked me if i wanted to get my Arm hair waxed....???? Not only am i leaving extremely disappointed but also offended!

I went in to get my eyebrows done and the lady messed up the shape. One of the eyebrows is unequal from the other and she didnt fully clear them like I asked. Nails are good but I recommend a different place for eyebrows.

Horrible customer service, horrible experience! I got a regular manicure and the lady was rushing through and left my nails bumpy with glitter specs that I did not want! It was very clear she was in a bad mood by the way she was grabbing my hands, and was overall rough with my hands!

The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommended this salon to anyone who is looking for nail services.

Friend and I received bad pedicures. No attention to detail. The techs dont seem too concerned with cleanliness. To top it all off, my friend and I were both charged extra for a service that the techs never completed.
