The owner, Du, is absolutely amazing! He’s always very accommodating and does an excellent job on my acrylic nails. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I wouldn’t do my nails anywhere else!

STAY AWAY. Terrible sense of customer service. No attention to detail. New set of Dip nails started chipping the very next day, eventually causing two of my newly grown out natural nails to break. I saw the tech rushing through the steps, not putting enough primer on but what did I know? She was the alleged expert. WRONG. When I went in to have them fixed, they only wanted to repair the obviously broken nails -- not all the nails with hairline fractures or better yet the whole set since their shoddy work was everywhere and caused my own nails to break! The manager said shed have to charge me to replace the set because it wasnt fair to her employee. They have no concern for customers. Take your business elsewhere; I sure did!

Terrible customer service. Denied my service because i asked for any pictures of previous waxing. Pretty sure racist. I came in by myself and ask about brow waxing or had any pictures because i was new. She said it was $12 and no pictures. I joked about how having bad brows can ruin your life temporarily and a local there agreed & joked about how long they grow back. She took a call as she said well then i wont do. ??? I wanted until she got off the phone & asked if she was denying my service because I asked questions and SHE SAID YES. I was shocked everybody was. She said i dont want to do them & risk u not paying 😰 there was no sign or intention to ever not pay. Why would she assume that? WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SAVE YOUR MONEY

The staff has the worst customer service ever. They obviously dont actually want to do nails, unlike their name suggests. Very rude, and when you ask to see the manager, because they ruined a manicure, they act like they dont know English. I feel sorry for the owner, probably doesnt even know the business is doomed because of his staff.

Not a good job! Would never come back! They don’t like when you tell them something is not right! They do a dirty job un even paint and one chipped right away and it was gel nails like how can gel chip with in seconds

I love this nail shop! Tracey is the best at natural short nails. She always is on point and polite. She never disappointed me on her services. I will be a long time customer.

Du is a terrific nail technician and runs a good business. Everyone on the staff is pleasant and kind. I make appts in advance and rarely have to wait.

TC at Du Nails is a great pedicure technician. Since I have gone to her, now for several years, I no longer suffer from ingrown toe nails. She has others who come to her for this reason. I am so grateful I found her.

Ive been going to Du Nails for years and I dont have a bad thing to say about the place. The staff is always professional and courteous. Initially I started with gel but have opted more recently for acrylic and they do a fantastic job on both. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going here for awhile and the people there are so sweet. But the nails themselves aren’t good. My mom likes their gel, and if you want that I haven’t heard her say anything negative but I get acrylics and I’ve had them break on me just days into having them. This time it was even worse, I got them done yesterday at about 2:30 PM. my nail has since broken and I’ve only had the acrylics for 32 hours. And of course, like always it broke while the shop wasn’t open and when I have classes in the morning. Even though the people are nice, the service you go there for sucks and I won’t be coming back again. EDIT: It’s Thursday, I got my nails done on Sunday. The first one broke money and a second one broke today. I went in Tuesday to get it fixed, he did it wrong and a second one broke while having my hand in my pocket. He refuses to fix unless I pay him. I haven’t even had my nails done for two weeks and they’re already breaking and I am not rough with my hands and I’ve only had this happen once before when I went to him. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO FIX A CUSTOMERS NAILS THAT HAVE BROKEN IN LESS THAN A WEEK DO NOT HAVE A NAIL SALON. period.

This shop does a great job with all services provided . They are a simple shop in a small strip mall with affordable prices. The owner DU and all of his staff take great pride in the services provided and are all very friendly.

One of the few places I really feel comfortable getting a pedicure. They dont size shame me, they dont change extra for my weight, and they still accommodate my needs.

If I could give no stars I would. Ive never had a more disappointing experience. We called ahead to see if we needed an appointment but were told they were not busy at all. When we entered and were eventually asked if we made an appointment, we explained why we had not. The woman sneered, turned and yelled at the staff and disregarded us. Several minutes later a woman came and said she would take one of us. We were selecting our colors when she barked at us several times in under 1 minute that she was ready *Now!I sent my daughter back. They ignored me and sat several walk ins that came after me. I asked different I could sit near my daughter and was told no. My nail tech did a horrible job on my fingers and a fair job on my toes. My daughter had her toes done okay but had to wait over 30 more minutes to get her fingers done and they were very badly done. Its the first time in my life that I did not leave a large tip. So upsetting!!! I could have done a better job myself...wasted money, wasted time.

Had an appointment set for an ombré fill and after an hour of trying and wasting my time, the lady finally told me she couldn’t do what I wanted even though they advertise the service. When she could’ve told me from the beginning she didn’t know how to do that... I would’ve been so much more understanding. Then they tell me to come back when someone else was there to do them or in 2 weeks for a fill LOL, yeah right.... why would I make an appointment just to wait longer?? not to mention when she finally said she wouldn’t be able to do an ombré it was already 630 and all the nails shops were closing. What a waste of time.

I was getting my nails done here by Rosie. She did a great job the first time but the second time I went back for fils she wasn’t available. The guy there did the fills and did a sub par job. He was also rude to a customer and kept nagging her about being on time. I think he needs to understand nobody has to go there at all. The next time I went in I scheduled an appointment with Rosie and had taken all my nails off by that time since I wasn’t able to come in to 3 weeks later. She did a good job still not as good as first time though but I let it slide. She did a pedicure for me as well and I tipped her well for everything. A week later my feet were already feeling rough again and so I decided not to get a pedicure there again. I went back for fills again the following week and called to make an appointment. I asked for 1 pm but I was told could do r 12:30. I rushed there as it was 12:15 and ended up waiting 5 mins extra. They’re click is 5 mins ahead. Anyway, i requested color for my nails this time instead of pink and white. As welll as I told Rosie I needed glue added to my left middle finger as it was separating from my real nail. She completely disregarded this and when I asked her about it she said it did not need it. I was extremely aggravated but I and mentioned it again. I mean what is so hard about it. Just do what customer asks, then I ask told to her lady time I had this color my nails were more shaped oval and I loved them but do you think she bothered to say or ask me if I wanted them reshaped that way??? Noooo. Again disregarded. I went home and had to reshape my own nails. Then two days later which is today I get home from work and start changing clothes. Well what do you know the same fingernail that I told Rosie to put glue on separates from my natural nail again. First off I’m upset for having told her in the first place what it needed and second that now I had to take time to go back to the salon and have the nail fixed in rush hour traffic. Yes it was an emergency as my nails are long and any kind of activity could have tore or broke the rest of the nail offf and would have hurt, I didn’t want to risk it. So I go back and Rosie is not there. Instead it’s this guy did my fills after the first time, who tells me I needed to come back after I explained to him that my nail needed to be fixed and I had told Rosie that on Sunday. I told him no I needed my nail fixed today and then he told me I needed to wait 45 mins and I said no I was not going to wait. He handled me the nail glue and I told me I needed to talk to Rosie about it. I said no you are going to talk to Rosie about it because I’m not coming back here. I disputed the charge through my bank and I am strongly considering reporting to better business bureau. Don’t waste your money here.
