The unfortunate aspect is the ladies at this salon are good at the nails they do, but when it comes to customer service, they are all rude and give attitude. On top of that, I now have this scar from getting my eyebrows waxed.

The ladies here very attentive and the work is impeccable. I always get liquid gel on my natural nails which lasts for almost a month. They have a wide selection of colors and the shop is beautiful inside and very clean. Covid-19 procedures are in place and they are very detailed in their work. Its always busy here so I highly recommend making an appointment first.

Renae was great; I really appreciated her attention to detail and how much my nails look like the picture I showed her. My girlfriends nails were also done really well my Lan! We’ll be back!

Went here with my daughter on a Thursday night about 30 minutes before they closed. Both of us wanted pedicures and a full set for myself because we had to leave for a trip in the morning. They quickly took us in and seated us to begin our pedicures and stated that they may not be able to do the full set, which I totally understand due to it being closing time. Julie decided to go ahead and do my nails for me and did the most amazing job! I can say that I am super picky with my nails and have been looking for a salon for quite some time to call my own. The staff was friendly and the service was great and my nails and toes looked amazing! Pretty Little Nails is my go to spot from now on! Thank you ladies!

Planned a pedicure for my daughter and myself. They were very friendly and they did such an amazing job with my daughter. Painted her nails and toes, put pretty designs. The work is wonderful. It’s not that I dislike the salon itself the nail techs were very friendly but yet their services are outlandishly hi $65 for a full set of acrylic gel nails I was absolutely a palled and left so back to the press sans good to go eight dollars

Very sweet people. Gentle treatment with great quality service. The massages are great. They even add a shoulder massage when you get a pedicure. I never had this happen in a nail salon. They know their customers by name so there must be a lot of repeat business. The only thing I didnt like was that they continued to chatter in their native tongue which I couldnt understand. I think that is rude around your customers. Other than that, all was good.

They were pushing customers through like cattle. The quality of work on my gels, reflected the same poor service attention to proper detail. My nails turned out bulky and crooked. The color was ok, but not much to choose from. Also, for $65 you would think the process for real gels would have been the procedure!! Instead, I was given opaque, acrylic glue-ons, with some gel powder over top. Then they charged $10 extra for gel polish!

I’ve actually been coming here for a few years now, and it’s felt like family since the beginning! Julie is a Nail Ninja and is constantly slaying everything!! After the recent remodel it’s a sleek and bright inviting environment. Being a massive germ freak trust me this place is CLEAN! Look no further you found your next nail place. No set prices! Every nail tech set their own prices. Then you try to explain and show how you want your nails to come out. But they totally come out the complete opposite!! 👎 I got over charged today. Tow weeks ago I went with a friend and got a simple full set and they charged me $25 but this time that I went they charged me $40 like whaaat the heck!! 🤬😡

Per google closing time states 5pm. I arrived at 330p and was told they didnt have time to do my nails. I live in Atlanta where you can walk in at closing and they still do your nails. Guess they make so much money they can spare business.

I came here looking to relax and get a nice design on my nails, I got a pedicure and it was okay however when I got home I noticed that the heart I asked for looked like a blob and my feet were rougher after the pedicure than when I arrived I honestly want my money back but I wont be going back.
