Pinkys is the best nail salon in the area! I always have a good experience and this time was no exception. I do the dip nails on my hands and a pedicure every time. They do such a good job on the dip! Make sure you call to make an appointment. They are always very busy.

My appointment today was for a Deluxe pedicure that included parrafin, hot rocks, and a scrub. I’ve had pedicures done over the years and this one by far was the most enjoyable! Ivy really took the time to create a relaxing pedicure and I didnt feel at all rushed . I strongly recommend Ivy if you’re looking for an amazing pedicure!

Tracy is AWESOME! Just love her! She does my nails exactly as I want and even better than I expected!!

The work is decent and basic. They are bad at honoring appointment times. I’ve had polish bubble and completely peel off my nail within 24hrs of getting them done 7 out of the 8 times I’ve been there. They knew the problem why and the last time it lasted But had to remind them the simple step of putting base coat on. I kept going although unsatisfied because not much around here. I also wanted to try something new, basic technique, and they said no. ANYWAY- basic needs and in pinch you’ll get decent job and pay a lot of money.

I tried several different places near my home and was never as satisfied and happy as I am with Pinky Nails. They always do an amazing job. I highly recommend this salon! They are absolutely the best!

I always have such a great experience at Pinky’s. The only thing that I am frustrated about is that the price keeps going up each month I get my nails and pedicure done. I also don’t understand why the price of gel nail polish isn’t factored into the price of the pedicure. I mean getting your nails and a pedicure done, has really gone up in price as a whole these days. I think from now on before my nails and pedicure are completed, I am going to discuss a price upfront before my services are completed. Why give a tip anymore if the price for nail services are going to be super expensive.

Took my girlfriend here for some custom design acrylics. A little on the pricier side but the nail artist did an incredible job!

I love this place! Been going for a couple of years. Its a bit pricey but, every Nail Tech does a great job. If something does go wrong, Tommy is great about trying to solve the problem. Everyone is wearing mask (staff and customer) Hand sanitizer at every nail station and a hand washing station. Tall plastic barriers in between Nail Tech and customer because you are in very close proximity of the Nail Tech. Always clean and very pretty. Big TV with water scenery and slow music for relaxation. Pedicure toe nail stations are clean and sanitized. They aways use plastic bag barrier for the foot tub. Tools are always sanitized in between customers.

Ivy was so super sweet and attentive! I had a polish pedicure and a dip manicure and she was very gentle and did a great job!

I said to do the pink ones but in blue and they charged me $70 for these. She made my fingers bleed too. Her name was Tracy

Every time I go here, they ALL do quality work! Christina and Anna are the best! The young lady that did my pedicure today was also very good (her jacket said ‘Ni’ I believe). All of them are very kind and accommodating of my requests. Being in the hospitality business, I appreciate when a place doesn’t make me feel rushed and listens to what I’m asking for. Pricing was fair, especially considering the great work they do.

Every tech is AMAZING ( my 2 favs are Christina and Zen). I only do pedis and I am always impressed with the service. The place is always clean and friendly.

I went for a mani pedi and took my 9 year old daughter with me, she also got a mani pedi. Unfortunately when she moved to the drying table she hit her nails putting them under the light. The manicurist scoled her and swatted at her arm. My dughter was in tears. I talked to the owner but will never go back there.

Yikes, I had previously posted a 5 star review but after my recent experience I felt the need to edit it. After receiving a $200 gift voucher from my husband for Mothers Day I had gone in a few times all with extreme difficulty to even get services. I had a very sweet woman do my nails with a matte finish and designs (very expensive) for my birthday, within two days the finish was peeling. I went in to show them, fully expecting to pay for them to be repainted, the man at the front desk wouldnt even look at my nails he shood me away saying they didnt have time and I needed to make an appointment. I havent returned since even with money still left on my voucher. I found a great salon (VS nail Bar) that always has time and does work with the utmost care. My advice skip the long lines & rude owner- spend your money where they actually care.

I moved from the East Coast where I had a salon that I LOVED. This is that salon here. Lynn did my nails today and they are seriously the absolute cutest! Everyone who had done my nails/toes here does a fabulous job. The price is completely reasonable for the quality. Do yourself a favor and get pedicure #3 you won’t be able to go back.

I’ve been going to Pinky Nails ever since they opened their new location off of Dove Valley Rd. Hands down excellent service at a great price! Quality work that lasts and designs you will love! Our daughter has never had a manicure. The lady showed her really long nails and our daughter said I dont want them that long. They then proceed to paint her nails without putting on any dip power nails. Our daughter didnt realize what was happening and was afraid to say something. My wife tried to talk with them about the mix up and they didnt seem to care said didnt make any attempt to fix the problem. We realize part of this is on us but come on have some understanding. So, basically we paid $50 to have her nails painted. So much for taking care of the customer, we will go somewhere else next time.

This is a quick fix nail salon. Basically, the nail techs time your treatment with a stop watch and stick to the minute with massage and extras. Often overly crowded with all nail services happening in one large space. The plus side to this place is that they are quick and do a decent job in making your nails pretty.

Disappointed and will never return. I tried to make TWO appointments for different people at the same time online. It said the times were available. The first appointment I made got a text saying cancelled. The second one, for another person, was accepted. We arrived and I was very rudely told that the appointment was cancelled due to not having anyone available. But the other appointment I booked (10 min between booking online) was in. I’m confused on why you would show open and accept one but not the other. Then, when we arrived, I sat for almost 20 minutes waiting, but then sat another 35 minutes with aceton soaking my fingers. It burned my hands and destroyed my jewelery-you may want to have people take that off, it’s expensive. When I went up to ask how much longer because it was burning, the person at the desk was VERY rude and said it takes awhile. I said yep, I’ve been waiting for 35 min and it burns-she did nothing to help. My fingers are very red-I’ve had my nails soaked off plenty of times before but never had this happen. This is THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

Every time I come here I NEVER have a complaint. Very impressed being that I’ve been to about ten salons in the area and will not go back. Thao is my favorite! He does an awesome job. They do everything to accommodate you, they even have an atm in the salon. I’m 100% loyal to them. Been coming here for a year now, every two weeks, if not more often. I don’t have a single complaint.

Tommy always greets us the minute we walk in the door and they are all prompt. You can see anyone there and be super happy with the quality of any service. There are plenty of nail salons near me in the west valley but I drive 35 minutes to go here.

I have finally found the perfect spot for acrylics in AZ. I recently moved and have struggled finding somewhere that is consistent. The interior is nice, clean and the workers are genuinely nice.Consistent acrylic quality and pricing is cheaper than most by a few bucks.This will be my new go to.The owner even recommended someone specific for the nail design I was looking for.

Been going here now for several months after switching from another nail salon nearby. Pinkys is great! It can get crowded so appointments are recommended. I took off 1 star because they wont let you tip on a card so cash is needed and thats a bit inconvenient if you forget. Also, just like anywhere else, there are a few bad techs. I now know who to request to avoid bumpy and uneven dip nails. The prices are comparative to other salons and they actually time their pedicure massages which I think is great! Overall, a solid place to go for manicures and pedicures.

The best place for your manicure and pedicure in the North Phoenix. Very pleasant and helpful staff and what’s even more important great quality if service. My SNS powder nails done by my favorite technician Kadie last for weeks. This place is usually very busy, so appointments are recommended.

They do a great job on nails but the owners attitude is absolutely horrible. Once i called before hand to ask the price of a full set and he told me 50 but after my nails were done he charged me 70 which is pretty ridiculous. Keep in mind they don’t have prices listed and they just make up the prices on their own.

Daughter went in for acrylic nails, lady did a horrible job and then charged for gel polish, who puts gel on acrylic nails? Man at checkout pretended to not understand and let the charge stand. He was rude and irritated. Do not go here.

Only reason I didnt leave a 5 if because I had an appt and still had to wait 30 mins but my nails were bomb and the owner shared 3 people had called in sick! Pricy but was expected!

I love Christina! She is so sweet and a very good technician. Plus, she listens when I tell her to cut my nails super short and do not cut my cuticles. And she always cleans out my ingrown toenail. The only thing is the tools are not always clean. That’s gross and I wish they would take care of this.

Got a mani and pedi by Tia today and she did a beautiful job! They are taking many precautions for COVID-19 including mandatory masks and washing your hands for 20 seconds before a nail service and I do appreciate them taking it seriously! I’ll definitely be back!

My first time there was great. Vicky was amazing. This salon is brand new and very pretty. I would recommend making an appointment especially on weekends as they seem pretty busy. If you pay with cash they have a rewards program for points towards your next service. Worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon! The owner was rude and seemed extremely irritated by me when I asked him basic questions. I walked out of there feeling really disappointed. There are tons of nail salons in the area. Save your money and give it to an establishment that values your business. By the way, the prices that are listed, is not what you will be charged.

My first visit and I was greeted nicely and Kim was the one to assist me. It’s a very modern/pretty, comfortable and newer nail salon. I didn’t have an appt and they had plenty of availability. Kim Assisted me and did a great job and went out of her way to find the right gel color that I was hoping for. She also gives a nice massage! Reasonable prices too.I think this will be my favorite salon from now on.

I take my tween daughter here for her gel acrylics and we see TRACY. She does such a good job from start to finish- perfect coffin shape, not thick and sloppy, gel polish is flawless, and they last almost 3 full weeks before we need a fill- but best of all- she can do whatever designs my daughter finds on Pinterest for her nails and they actually look like the picture ! She’s so sweet ! Def recommend Tracy for nails.

I tried this place for the first time last week and decided on the SNS dip powder for my nails. I had to pay extra for them to do a manicure (cuticle trim and hand massage). I paid $45. One week later and two of my nails have completely popped off as if I had press on nails. I find this odd as this has never happened when Ive gotten SNS in the past at other locations. Its my understanding that SNS is supposed to last longer, hence the reason you pay more. Im not sure the reason for this but I will likely not be back.

Had such a great experience here! I forget who did my nails but he explained at times what he was doing and why. This was the most intricate manicure Ive ever had and didnt take very long...even with SNS

Love this place. Always a good experience. The only place Ill go for my manicure and pedicure. Variety of options to choose from pending on how much you want to be pampered. I recommend if you decide to become a frequent flyer is to sign up for their rewards program.

I appreciated the Christian music playing to relax while having a mani and pedi and treating my daughter in law alongside. She had a very nice and pretty red Valentine themed nail set with hearts etc.i was visiting from Colorado and the lack of social distancing at the front as groups walked in and between chairs for mani pedi made me nervous as not covid precautions up front checking in one at a time with six feet social distancing followed. In Colorado the pedicures are every other chair to distance and a moveable shield on wheels in front of attendants for pedicures for covid safety.

Tony did my SNS nails and pedi. GREAT job and detail. My daughter got a full set and my son got a mani and both were great. Very clean and inviting. Will definitely go again.

Terrible service. Felt extremely rushed, and nail polish was not even done well. Had several chips in it. The people were extremely rude as well and made fun of my family. Got a foot infection right after visiting this place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Pinkys is wonderful. Im new to the area and this is the first place I tried and Im so glad. Theyre always able to fit me in and the facility is beautiful (and clean). Every time Ive gotten services from them, its always been a very positive experience no matter who the nail tech is. I will definitely remain a repeat customer.

This was my very first time getting a pedicure and a manicure. I got the deluxe pedicure and the SNS dipping powder nails. The lady I had was fabulous!! She took her time ensuring everything was perfect. The massage chairs for the pedicures are fabulous! They have a wide range of colors to choose from. They have nice relaxing music playing and the place is very pretty. Definitely coming back!

I used to live right by this place and started going to Michael and I moved away and now I drive 30 minutes and pass by probably 25 nail salons to go back here to get my nails done every two weeks. The salon is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly and precise and consistently do a wonderful job. I am very picky about my nails and always so different and creative things and Michael is amazing and such a perfectionist. I get stopped constantly for people to look at my nails and ask where I got them done. I just cant say enough good things about Michael and Pinky Nails in general!

I went to Pinky Nails for the first time to today to get a fill for my acrylic nails. I was greeted quickly and kindly and even though I didn’t have an appointment, Tracy was able to take care of me within 10 minutes of arriving! She was so efficient, fulfilled my requests perfectly like length, shape and thickness, and she even did an awesome design based on a picture I showed her! Good price, great service, and I LOVE my nails! I will be going back!

I love this place! So big and open with plenty of stations an many nail techs. They have a huge selection of nail colors and an array of services. Everything was super clean and there was no chemical odor at all! Probably the best pedicure Ive had, Bebe did a great job and my toes and feet look amazing! I have found my new regular place!

Came here for a manicure. Michael was awesome, super friendly and kind he did a really good job but unfortunately after my nails were done I sat on one of the empty pedicure chairs waiting for my friends and after a few looks at my toes the owner told a lady to ask me if I want a pedicure and I said no. The owner than said something and all the ladies started laughing. Felt horrible!!
