Extra small no large machines

Tuesday, I lost my wallet card holder attached with my keys possibly when I was at the laundry because I had it still when I was putting my clothes in the washer. On Wednesday, I went back to the laundry. The attendant said her manager is running late. I asked her to write a note to have her manager look at the footage and to contact me if she finds it or if she doesnt. Wednesday afternoon, I had a missed call. When I called back.. it was the manager. I kindly ask if she can watch the cameras when she can because I wanted to know if I did drop it at the laundry. The manager said she cant because shes too busy with peoples laundry and shes not going to stop every second looking through the footage. That was unhelpful and rude. Today, I went to the laundry to see if it was found. Unfortunately, no hope but however, the manager lied to me in person. She said she did look through the footage and found nothing. She also said she gave me a call yesterday which she didnt. So for those of you who do laundry here. Dont expect the owners to help if you need anything.I used to work at Walmart and my phone got stolen. The manager was able to let me look at the footage and found a gentleman who stole my phone. I was able to get my phone back and I thought it was weird the laundry manager wouldnt.

Always packed. Several machines broken. But always pleasant staff. And always clean!! Would give 5 stars had it not been the machines been broke for a while....

24 hours on weekends. Free dry... Decent price on washers, I continue to go here because I like to go at 1 or 2 am.. when no one else is there

Good place to do laundry. But the workers need to do something about having the dryers to be emptied out when clothes are done and just sitting there. While we wait for that machine to be cleared.

Not the fanciest, but it gets to the job done. I like that they have huge 9-load washers. Since I hate doing laundry so much, I tend to let it pile up for two weeks.

Only because of pandemic we are have going on. the workers allow ppl to come in with out a mask to do their laundry i dont find it right for the ones who are wearing one and trying to keep safe for their health it should be no mask no service and let them know if they got no mask they should be in the building.not

Its always clean, tons of washers and dryers. Also dryers are free, which is a huge plus!

Very upset that about a little before midnight a customer came in to do her laundry with no mask on and the attendant on duty said nothing to her. I go late because I am considered high risk to catch Covid.

Friendly staff excellent service perfectly done laundry smells great ; I just had a comforter and sleeping bag rated for -20 washed theyre both like brand new 💚

The girl behind the counter needs a attitude adjustment i had put my card in the car for covid reasons. She could have easily started it for me but made me go through the trouble of taking all the cloths out to use another washer, when ⁰bbrought it to her attention she could have easily used her card on the free washer to get it started for me because she was standing doing nothing, she got offended I would even ask such a thing andthreatened to call the cops because she didnt like the truth

Hate coming in here people are always taking all the dryers or will leave the clothes to dry and let it sit there for hours... staff is very nice but I think there would be a limit on how many dryers a person should use

They charge slightly more than my old drop off service but its well worth it. The clothes come back smelling great. The bleach you whites for free if you request it. They also hang your dress clothes free of charge. Great job. I will use their services from now on.

The staff was helpful. There 3 different size Washers Small 5$ Medium 6.50$ Think Large 11$ Staff help me pick right one and showed me how to use it.I hadnt used machines like that in years. I used a medium washer and everything fit.The Dryers there are Free to use and I only had to wait 5-10 min for One during one of the busy times. The Dryers work Great.

This place is very busy. Go at night. Free dryers. Excellent owner and is a genuinely nice guy. Hell show you how to use the machines. Place is clean. Do your laundry here.

When you wash clothes on site, use of dryers are free. Only drawback, no WiFi.

Terrific place. The very kind owner assists the citys homeless folks by offering laundry cards through Hearts of Hope. Cant get any kinder than that. Scott Nanfelt of Delken ought to try a bit of similar kindness...in my personal opinion.

Prices start at 5.50, 7.00, 9.50 and 12.00 Free Dry. Evening washing is better, less packed

Washer is broken. I absolutely hate goin but have no choice. Not to happy with the washers. Afta spending almost $10.00 on 1 semi large washer it never seems to spin out enough. Bring it home to dry and it takes much longer to dry then it should.

You can get your laundry done here, and that’s all you should need. Vending machines present. Washing machines malfunction occasionally, on any visit there will usually be at least one out of commission. Clerks are understanding and helpful. Wifi password is laundry1

Well this place is great nice big area alot of machines to use they also work great good prices great bonus cause they let you dry all your clothing no matter how much its FREE so you pay to wash but you dry for free you cant beat that and also open 24 hours that is so very convenient

I love this place

This laundry was good before, but now it’s disgusting. The employee is so rude to me. I just ask that there is a cloth in laundry. When I say that, she was angry and talk rude to me, and she said me that I can complain to the manager. I don’t know whom she fought before. But, she has no right to yell at me

Need more machine and low price

Today I was racially profiled i was accused of stealing a workers phone and she threaten to call the cops on me. I went to the bathroom after she cleaned it. I came out and she asked me if I seen her phone I told her no. I went outside to bring my clothes to the car. While I was at the car loading my clothes, She told my fiancee that she was going to call the cops on me because I was the last person in the bathroom. Then i told her i would call the cops and let them look in my car she still didnt believe me. She looked around the laundry mat and found her phone sitting on a washer in the laundry mat where someone could have really stole it then she tired to apologize to me. She said i was the last person in the bathroom when infact i was not. Never going there again.
