Called in 5 mins before going in told the guy we wanted 2 full sets. First pic is what I showed him I wanted. The rest are what I got. Extremely rude and impatient. I’m not sure if he was just in a hurry to go but the work the man did was horrible. He even rushed us out the door.

I went there today on a whim...and was glad I did. They did a great job and the result was exactly what I wanted. No issues with shape or quality. Going with just a simple short set with gel worked well for me!

Im about to go into detail. (side note: It was my sister and I first time at an actual salon though were not strangers to this. Were more of do it at home while watching Netflix type.) Went in with my sister and my friend. My friend was telling us that its been a while since shes been here but the guy is nice and he knows what hes doing. I was skeptical because of the reviews it had but hearing her speak so highly of it made me give it a chance. We go in it starts off nice, it was only us as customers and two people working. So we sit down to get a pedicure. They get started on them and Im left waiting which is OK because its 3 of us 2 of them. It makes sense. The guys finishes my friend and after so much persistence he convinces her to get a manicure and takes her away. The lady finished my sister off and goes on to me she didnt sanitize or clean her tools in any way. Which makes us wonder if she did that at all before working on my sister. When she was about to paint my toes she literally yanks the FOAM toe separator from her feet and puts it on me. That threw me off but didnt say anything because its my sister. Once we were done with that we go over to my friend who was already at the end of getting her nails done. Again he sadly convinces us to get out nails done too and starts on me. AGAIN he didnt sanitize or wipe anything down and starts on me. I told him I wanted gel nails thats because I already had the length that I wanted. He gets his nail clippers out so I pull my hand back and told him I wanted gel. He pulls my hand back and said that he knows and immediately starts clipping them off. Then he starts buffering my nails down. When I say buffering I mean buffering, like if I was a car or something. He went at it for a while. He was rushing and being so rough that he cut my cuticles (the cuticles that he forgot to trim) on like a few fingers. He puts on tips and didnt even ask what shape I wanted. Then just started to square them off, when I noticed I let him know that I wanted almond shaped nails. He made a face and kept asking me if I was sure. After assuring him of what I wanted he then just clipped the sides. When he was done I literally had blood coming out and the nails were shaped a bit weird. He sends me to the lady which I assumed shed clean the work up a bit or at least send me to clean up my bloody nails. WRONG, She just starts painting them. She used so much gel that it just looked clumpy af. Now I am stuck with oddly shaped almond nails. That are as thick as an actual almond.

If I could of gave 0 stars that’s what I would of done We sit there for an hour and they didn’t even acknowledge my daughter they said nothing I asked if I had to make an appointment before I took her they said yes so I did and when I got there we waited 20 min before the took her to a chair then put water and left her sitting for an hour we’ll they took other people who walk in before her this is the worst place I’ve ever been too bad for them cuz I am a great tipper my daughter is only eight and that does not mean she is not as important as the other customers ridiculous

If I could give this place negative starts I would. The owner is such a pervert, he is very touchy-feely and messed up a simple gel mani, also the place is very outdated. The picture is 1 day after the mani and its already peeling and you can see how bad of a job he did!!! DONT COME HERE

First time coming here and I didnt like it at all even though the lady doing my pedicure was really nice but sadly she did a horrible job, my pedicure seemed very rushed and I think I could of done a better job on painting them myself instead . the tools being used for my pedicure didnt seem to be cleaned either 👎 saver your time and money .

Horrible experience nails are missing product n the filing is terrible. Called and was told to go inWhen I showed him the issue he stated he did his best. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I will be contacting my bank.

The guy was so rough with my nails that he cut me, and he seemed irritated when I’m the one paying $62 for the baddest nail job ever! The only reason I’m even giving the salon a two star is because the woman that painted my nails was sweet. But I’m typing this right now with hurting nails . 🙃 mmk bye

They do quality work! They catch any mistakes and correct them without you having to point them out. Everyone is super nice and they bend over backwards to do what they want, even staying open past closing to make sure you get all the services you want. I ❤ this place!

Horrible at doing nails!!!! The guy that did my nails (I got a fill) cut me on 6 fingers!!! And they are hurting bad!!!! Like how does that even happen, and when I stopped him and pointed it out, he acted like it was just some normal thing and blamed it on me using gel powder. When in actuality this happened because he did not shape the powder to my nails and around my cuticles when he put it on. Like why would you offer something that you don’t know how to use! Then to top it off, my nails turned out bumpy and lumpy!!!!!!! Probably from him just slopping the powder on my nails all fast then moving to the next nail, and not even taking the time out to shape them!!! And again he blamed it on my choice of design! I would not recommend this place, unless you like cut up fingers. The guy was very friendly but definitely doesn’t know how to do nails the right wayUpdate: It’s the day after getting my nails done here and I’m sooo irritated. The cuts on my cuticles are deep and hurting! And where the powder was placed (for a fill) is already pushing up! (From the powder being left on my skin)! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon!!! I’m going to try to file them down myself, but if that doesn’t work then I’ll have to go to another shop and have them fixed. $28 for a fill, down the drain!!!

I love this place! I get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done here for over a year. The one time I didnt like my nail they fixed it. I tell everyone about this place. For those who didnt get what they want, maybe you should learn how to talk to people, or relay your preference a little better. Hands down my favorite place (and Ive tried many until I found this one)

They said because they were about to close I go there at 6 two hours before closing the ladys excuse to not doing them how I wanted was because she wanted to go home I wanted them chrome and the lady said no dont do that thats to ugly no one uses it anymore and that it took to longThere was like two workers the other lady wasnt doing anything joe was in a hurry attending like six people he was going back and forward hes really nice he just shaped my nails but the other lady painted mine and she only went over my nail like once left it all ugly with bubbles they have no colors they open them with some tool because theyre that old I kept pointing out there mistakes and the lady would like make a face at me they dont fill your nail up to the point they left the sides of my nails unpainted I paid 35 for some nails I didnt like I will never go back I read the reviews before going and most were good but dont recommend

Horrible! Got there and everyone was so damn rude! Got chrome nails and they look horrible. They don’t clean up the nail when done. Super super rough! Left a couple cuts on my fingers. They switched nail techs like 20 times. She messed up my nails horribly about 2 times and I made her redo them. Still left them bubbly. Don’t come here. Horrible customer service and horrible prices!

Terrible experience. Went for nail and gel fill and pedicure. The gel colors didn’t match regular color and I told the guy that the color was not the same color I chose them when they put the color on my toes it was the color that I wanted I told them they needed to find the correct color for my fingers and they yelled at me and said that it was not their problem that the vendor sent them the wrong color and I have to deal with so of course I said buyers remorse and the woman got really nasty I told her I was going to write a review on yelp and Google and so she decided to go ahead and change the colors after threatening calling the police send just a mess anyway I would never go back here very very rude the man was nice I went ahead and I tipped him for doing my nails because he really was nice probably the husbandOf the woman but I will never deal with that place again already five

The quality is decent. Went I on a Friday night and they took about an hour and a half to do my nails. Full set acrylic with polish. They did not shape my nails nicely and the polish when I came home had bubbles all in it then on Sunday night my index nail broke off, they did fix it free of charge but the quality was not good. I would not go here again.the people were super nice and the customer service was pretty good but the quality of the work was not there.

I havent broken a nail in 4 years and the first time I go here my nails broke less than a week later. I dont do manual labor so theres no reason for this other than poor work.

They are disgustingly rude !!They basically filed my nails and when I was cleaning my hand and one of the workers decided to go into my bubble and wash their hands with me !!! Who does that ?! They dont steralize any of the tools. The whole shop was disgustingly dirty . Also when they were doing my nails cut my damn finger . And when I misunderstood one of the workers they proceeded to be mad at me because I did not understand what they were saying . I have no idea how the shop is still open with all these bad reviews this bad customer service and on top of that still getting an attitude when you complain . HR will definitely be hearing about this because I am on happy with the cut finger and on top of that I got yelled at. I do not recommend anybody getting their nails done here and no wonder they are open late because all the good places close early .

My nails are uneven. I walked in and the guy quickly sat me down. I was the only one in there and the guy was rushing to do them. Instead of taking his time on them. Never going there again. Also the pedicure, the last who was doing mine did it all fast too. And a other lady who was doing another girls was taking her time. Wouldnt recomend to no one.

I got there at 510pm on a Sunday and they were nice enough to do my nails even though they were closed. For some reason their hours were wrong on Google and clients kept arriving but they were all declined. Before leaving they gave me a card which clearly states their hours and I already suggested the change.Mon-Sat 9:30am 8pm Sun 11am-5pm

Joe was so sweet and nice.. but my nails are shaped so weirdly.. its uneven, not filed correctly, and didnt use correct size tips for my nails. When I look at my nails from the side its so thick and like one big bubble. I regret coming here.. I only went because I decided to do last minute nails and he was the only one that would do it. DONT DO IT GO ANYWHERE ELSE

The workers were really sweet they helped me and my friend even after closing and they did an amazing job on both of our manicures and an amazing job on my friends pedicure I recommend this place

Worst nail place Ive ever been too. My nails look like crap!!! Im so disappointed. The only reason I paid full price which I think I was charged for is because the guy was really nice. However, the nail design I asked for is ridiculously horrible. All my nails are slanted and uneven. My pedicure was really expensive but halfed as*! I will never go back there. I should of just waited till Monday to get my nails done now Im out of 75 dollars for a trash job. This place should be disappointed on the job they did.

The nail tech name was Joe and he stayed open two hours later just so he could finish myself and my sister with good conversation skills it was awesome

Worst Hombre job ever on my nails, they started chipping, and lifting from the bottom in less than a week. I was also cut on my cuticles, and the nails were lumpy all over. The shape was not even coffin, which was what I asked for.

I could really cry right now im so upset. so i came here before & had no problems but today is my last time i put that in everything. they guy doing my nails was rough drilling on my skin & got upset every time i made a little squeak . then we get to the pedicure where the lady rushed through it so fast & i get what i actually came for because he says “ shes sick “ then had the audacity to over charge me after he shortened the nails in the beginning . normally for new set & pedi w/ callus remover would have been $58 before tip but somehow today i ended up paying $65 for a half done pedi & sore uneven nails. this place gets a huge F from me . i cant keep giving chance after chance if im paying my money

Price is good but yes they do try to switch nail tech on you. You have to stick with Joe he is so sweet and great! I tell him off the back IM WITH YOU! Lol hes good.

Never go here. Always read the reviews, they are always correct. I posted pictures on their listing.. so go see the terrible job yourself. My nails are so ugly and uneven. Joe did a skimpy job, they toss you back and forth to different techs. They dont file it down how they should. Inexperienced nail techs, for sure. I went here because it was the only place open after 7 that I saw. ALWAYS wait. This is the worst place to ever get your nails done. I cannot express that enough. I got there at 6:40 and left at 8:38. Almost 2 hrs for just a full. DONT GO THERE EVER. $38 dollars wasted. No tip.

This place doesnt even deserve a star! The only reaaon why I had to do so was for the review. My experience was bad! I go in to get my nails done & the tech doing my nails was filing my nails & i told him to be gentle, he ignores me and continues to do so. Ok that was that, long story short, he was doing a gel color which usually comes 2 polishes after him being done with me he is putting away his stuff he puts one of the polishes in his drawer & has the nerve to say I took it. I repeatedly told him it was in his drawer and he just opens it and says no its not here. I get upset!! He says maybe it was an accident amd you put ot in your purse by mistake, you know . so I check. And said no theres nothing. He grabs my purse and just goea through it .I asked can I look thru your drawer??? He just gives a smirk. And says no. He says my polish needs to appear give it back. He goes sits down opens his drawer & TADA!!!!! THE POLISH IS THERE!!!! That was so uncool! Very unproffesional, maybe double check before you start accusing!!

Seriously, what a crappy business! I called a few hours beforehand to ask them when they took their last walk in. They said they are open until 8 and happy to take anyone. I leave work early just to get my nails done with enough time before they close just to get there and the same guy I talked to said there was no one there that could help me. Mind you, Im walking in when theres only one woman finishing up her pedicure. Not only did he talk to me with an attitude but as im getting back into my car, another woman walks in and he directs her to pick out nail polish and gets her seated for her pedicure! Just so incredibly rude. Im in awe right now. 1st time potential customer and definitely never giving this place a second thought.

Worst service ever joe is nice and all but he left my nails with missing acrylic in some places in others left bumps .... i asked for coffin nails instead i got uneven and crooket nails then .. change me to another tech to do my polish who didnt do a clean job and missed so many spots overall will not recommend to anyone

THE WORST... No plastic covers for the pedi I looked at the little (LITTLE) bit of color samples they had and when I chose they said thats only for gel 35$+ ok I asked about regular colors 18$ they said to get up and look for a color NO DAM SELECTIONS AND THE FEW ARE OLD CRUSTY POLISHES... 2 miserable Coats of paint and off I was 30 mins later my gumpy polish scratched off GREAT!! FML lol I pay 15-20 for a lot of selection and polish I struggle to remove my self weeks later BUT TO MY LUCK THIS WAS THE ONLY PLACE OPEN /:

Me and my sister got our nail done Sunday and my nails are coming off by Tuesday I lost diamonds and a nail by Wednesday 2 nails started separating from my nail by Thursday the two nails came off and one is bleeding if I could give them no stars I would I’ve never had this issue with my nails when I get acrylic it’s ridiculous

The worst nails I have ever had! I ordered coffin nails and they left me all crooked, some coffin and others square ... The man who put them on me cut my cuticle and not satisfied with that he charged me $ 37 and that was refil ... I do not recommend this place to anyone! Dont waste your money here ... Aside from being expensive its a horrible job ... You dont know how to nail!
