I was impressed with their patience with my 4 year old. I appreciated them and every other person in there dealing with my crazy wild child, who had to eventually be picked up by dad for my sanity. He now knows not to let me take her and why I didnt want to. The manicure and pedicure were great. Pricing is extremely reasonable and Ill be returning in the future. They took me and my mom in as walk ins. Were very professional and the quality is pretty amazing. I let my nail tech pick what to do and he chose white and pink powder. It came out really nice. The tech who did my pedicure took her time and it was very relaxing. We will definitely be coming back!

First time there, and I must say the staff was very pleasant and did a great job... I have a medical condition that causes me to twitch from time to time and the nail tech was super patient and they were very kind about me spilling my coffee everywhere... I would definitely recommend them

Love this place ambiance. Best customer satisfaction over 4 different visits by myself and Daughters. Each of us felt treated with the most concern and felt like they really made us want to return there to relax in the near future!Also gotta mention the point system that accrues after each visit for money off any service of your choice is a plus!

There’s a wait but that’s only because they do so well, I’ve only been twice now but my pedicurist is always so gentle they remove the ingrowns and calluses and paint so precisely! I never have to complain about shaping! It’s quiet and peaceful even when it’s super busy! I’ll have to get my hands done soon!

Ive gone to a lot of nail places in the West Phoenix area and this one is my regular one that I go to now. Ive always got good service, friendly staff, they have good nail color selection They have good nail designs. I feel its a bit more pricier than the other salons but only by maybe $10. They offer a lot of services and better quality products. they have great pedicure technicians and manicure technicians. They usually have a lot of people working so your wait times are not that long at all. Ive only come across one that I did not like her work But Im still going to give it five stars for the quality of work and service Ive received from there.

Gf and I got matching nails :-)Danny did hers, Nancy did mine but the design on both were different people that didn’t give us their names. Pretty fast to get us in and had good precautions with covid.It gets busy but there’s a lot of workers there, plastic shields between the worker and customer and required hand washing before service providedonly complaint is my gf’s nails were rushed toward the end because someone was waiting for the worker doing hers and they didn’t clean her nails very well and missed a few tiny spots.

The sttaff was nice on my visit. I really liked my nails overall other than a few details only because I pay close attention to detail. Thanks to Tony who was really nice n made sure it was how I wanted. It was my first time here, it wasnt a long wait at all and they were busy. The only downside was it took some time to get them done approx 11/2-2hrs. The bottom side of the nails were left a little sharp which is kinda irritating.

I would never recommend this place to anybody ever in my life. This is my first time going to this establishment which I will be contacting the licensing department because of this experience. I have got my real nails done previously no issues when I went here they asked me if I wanted my nails cut .which I said yes expecting her to ask what length and to check where my nails are even though these are my real nails. That is what every nail tech does but instead she cut it my real nail all the way down which my nails are over a Inch long. Not to mention if you’re trying to come in and out of this place it’s not gonna happen here they do everything half way and what I mean by that is one person is doing feet only and then the person who does your nails only does nails.

First time going & I finally found my go to ! Philip had done my acrylics & Holly did my pedi. Highly recommend both ! Philip was very gentle & sweet, I loved how precise he was. Holly was very kind & gentle as well❤️. Customer service was amazing & so well at rotating everyone. The only down side is that both my Diamonds on my index fingers came off after just going there yesterday 😑

So at first I had rated this nail salon 5 stars because the man who first did my nails did such a good job. But I went back and got a fill. This time I had a woman tech. Who honestly seemed annoyed that she was doing my nails. She rushed the whole way through not even cleaning up my cuticles the way the first man did... Well a week later I notice a dark greenish black spot under my acrylic in the area she filled. I looked it up and read it was a bacterial infection, which can be cause by nail techs using dirty tools. Needless to say a day after the first spot appeared I noticed another spot on my other hand on different nail and then another spot appeared on another nail. I am so disappointed. 3 of my nails had this issue. Smh I spent over 85 dollars both times I went and to be left with nasty green spots on my nails because of a lazy tech not cleaning or using new tools is really upsetting.

They knew exactly what I needed my design dont look like what I wanted but it still came out nice. I got a overlay on my short nails. It’s kinda thick. They charged me 50 I think I was better off with getting a full set🤷🏾‍♀️

Went in to do a foot Pedicure since Im a guy but just the basics nails getting clipped which were not done right, dead skin on foot was alright, message was actually bad lol but overall felt like I was being rushed. I picked the number 5 which was $55 for the service, it felt like a $15 service if anything. Would I come here again as a guy.... Na.... Im good

So at First I wanted to rate them 4-5 stars because the guy was very nice and took his time but he did leave what seemed like “bubbles” in the nails. I paid $50 for french tip, after the first 2 days my nails started turning yellow and not even a week has passed and 3 nails fell off already. Not broke but they literally just snapped off. Very upsetting, won’t be going back again.

They dont do appointments. Very inconvenient. Wait time was 30-40mins. I brought a picture of what I wanted & asked the technician if he could do it. He said, yes. It took almost another 45mins for them to match the color, getting frustrated because they couldnt & then asking me to do it. I chose 10 different colors that they happen to Not have. Needless to say, my nails look Nothing like the picture & are very sloppy! So extremely disappointed! On top of it all, charged me $62! So not worth my time or money!!

I wont say that this place is cheap because it is not but my nails are done WELL every visit. I love their pedis. So many options. Well worth the cost.

When you go in ask for sandy, she did such a good job!! It went by so quick and with ease! Everyone there is really good at helping with any suggestions. The color and design selection is very good! And all the services they offer are amazing!

Cindy the nail technician did an AMAZING job on my acrylic nails. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she nailed it ! The nails were sharp and beautiful! She took her time and was very polite. I am very happy with the results and with definitely be back to see her again.

Wow...my 4 year old nephew could have done better. I knew something was wrong when the first coat of this gel manicure went on and the woman doing by nails kept yanking my hand back when I tried to look at my hand. When I found mistakes after the first coat, I asked her to fix it. By the final coat, this is how the nails turned out. Not one single nail was done correctly or adequately to justify $28.

I’ve been here for almost 6 years and never see any receptionist that really polite and nice like the new girl. I waited more than 2hours to get my nails done by Vivi today. The girl kept communicating to make sure I’m not getting any anger cause of the wait and gave cares to anyone that been sitting outside for too long like me. I saw her going back and forth to help other customers on the chair with their color. Anyway, recommend Vivian to anyone want to get nails done!

This place is the most disgusting place ever the owner is rude and doesn’t care about you or the service provided all she cares about is overcharging people and being rude. This is the second time on the row the receptionist lies to us over wait time we waited over 3 hours because of a request but then time goes by and I told her whoever is first available can do our service because the wait time is exaggerated. She still jumps us and takes new clients in the door . I confront her and the owner jumps in and yells and said we can sit down and wait or leave . Its sad because we been clients for years we drive all the way from tolleson because of our loyalty . However owner doesnt care jumps into the conversation without even knowing what the receptionist did and she starts yelling at us in-front of everyone. Most of the time they are just in a rush to do the job and get your money we pay over $50 for a pedicure each and they treat us like the service is free of charge . I really hope this place shuts down because they dont even follow covid rules they font requiere a mask and they dont even wash the tools or sanitize each chair before handling the next customer im going to send my complain to the state and the better business bureau . ***TALKSPA should be closed down or managed by a better person*******

Always pleased with my nails and toes. They do not lift and they last for weeks. They do not take appointments but are very aware of who is waiting and communicate where you are in line. Techs are friendly and hard working.

I got my gel overlay filled in, curved all my nails that needed it, rounded all my nails & repsired one nail. Thr best reason why I LOVE THIS SHOP? No one cares that Im a man & likes waering my nails long. All they care about if you like the work they did?, can you pay them & give a good tip. Thats that way a nail & spa shop should be. Yes folks come on down & get your nails done without feeling like someones talking about in another language. LOVE THEM!

Im not sure which tech helped me but overall it was good. The nails are a little thicker than I wouldve preferred but I really liked the fact that when I asked for coffin shape the actual nail she glued on is already manufactured in that shape she just cut it to the right length.

Cashier was very rude and dishonest. She told me they operated by appointment only then two people that came after me was seated first.Then she was walking around collecting payment. I asked her if I can pay once my service is done (which in usually do) . She threatened me they will stop the service until I pay and leave a tip. I request to pay once me service was completed ( my nail fell off after a week) . She said no my service will be stopped. Smh !!!! I come here often !!! But lately it’s been getting worst !!

So they charged me 90 dollars for my nails they were very pretty but only pretty he put my middle finger on crooked ive had them for 4 days and 4 have fell off I don’t understand why I paid 90 dollars for nails to just slip off like I didn’t break them on anything they literally slid off also they didn’t put a top coat on after she glued on my diamonds all the diamonds are off now I’m so upset

Talk Nails Spa has exceptional experienced Techs and only use high quality products. I drive from the far west valley to get my services done here. I’ve gone 3 weeks without a fill and all my nails where still in tact. That’s tells you that the product and skill is amazing. They give the best pedicures as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Asia takes her business and customer service serious she is always concerned about your comfort and satisfaction! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Super clean, nice customer service. I tend to be a picky person with my nails and out of the 2 times Ive been here I have been beyond satisfied. 10/10 recommend. The prices are also very reasonable. For example I paid 48 (tip not included) for a simple pedi and gel nails and a design.
