So happy I’ve found a place I can come back over and over again! I used to get acrylics all the time to get this length/shape and I can finally have my natural nails like this! Love Billy and his wife so much!!Update: these nails lasted me about a month with no chipping or anything! I only got them redone because I can’t do anything with long nails!

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a chance. Big and newly designed salon. Pedicure chairs were clean and offered massage. Husband and wife team with lots of experience. My pedicure was nicely done. Billy took the lead on my nails. He asked me just a few questions and evaluated my nails and knew exactly what to do. Even though it was his first time working on my nails, his experience and sharp eye far exceeded my expectations. The shape was perfect, the thickness was natural and the gel application balanced. Sorry if too specific, but I am very picky and extremely satisfied. Thanks Billy!

I was so excited to finally be able to set foot into an actual salon !! My bf and I showed up for a set and a pedicure and we were greeted w friendly faces and kind people . As soon as we walked in, they were very attentive and they offered us something to drink. There were other clients as well but they made sure each & every one of us was well taken care of. Definitely loved the outcome, the hardest part was picking a color!! Without a doubt, we will definitely be returning 🙂

This is the worst nail shop in North Phoenix. There is a gentleman and they are very skinny with tattoos who probably should not be working around women. Out of nowhere he starts yelling at me and then his wife the owner of the shop just sits there and once he walks away she apologizes for his behavior. You almost feel bad for her like she cant speak up because shes afraid. Youre doing the community injustice by supporting this business.

This was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They made me feel so welcomed, even took me in as a walk in late and stayed 30 minutes past closing. Which they didn’t have to do but I’m so grateful they did. I got a full set of acrylics and they are just gorgeous. The attention to detail they had was amazing! I’m usually having to tell the nail tech that somethings off or uneven but I didn’t have to say a single word. I cannot recommend this place enough they were so wonderful and kind. ❤️

Just moved here from Minnesota and quickly found out the owner, Billy who did my full set, is also from my home state. He put in so much extra time to ensure my nails looked perfect. Very professional and reasonable pricing. So happy to have found my new regular spot!

Wonderful service, clean, punctual, and a variety options for the right price. The staff had quality customer service and care. We have gotten many pedicures where care and time was not spent for a much higher price, but that was not the case here. Even for the standard pedicure, we were delighted with everything that was included. We will come again!

Let’s start off by saying the workers are very nice and helpful but their nail quality is horrible! I have never experience my nails breaking so fast!! He did such a good job on them but they were so thin my nails broke consecutively 3 days later! Wouldn’t recommend a fill or full set. Maybe stick to manicures here but idk personally if their manicures are even good. But definitely stay away from full sets!

This was my first time to this establishment. Billy was amazing. Everybody was very professional. They went above and beyond with waxing for me as I am disabled so they came to my pedicure chair to do the waxing. Thats never happened before. I was so happy with the work they provided, I will definitely be back.

The gel french manicure used a cloudy pink base, the guy left the thick white line on my fingers, and I had to remind him to turn the UV light on. It was all pretty disappointing but in the interest of keeping my schedule, I let it ride. It was better than nothing and I was headed out for business the next day.That night I noticed a chip in the corner of one, and upon investigation the whole thing peeled right off. This is unheard of for gel and why we pay more for it! It was too late to go back and to my surprise I was able to peel ALL of them off and replaced with a clear coat at home. The below picture was taken about 3 hours after the gel manicure.Upon return from my business trip, I called to ask for a refund. The week the manicure was needed had passed, and the nails never made it. Her husband didnt know what to say, and Lily asked that I stop by so she could verify that I was a legit customer. This seemed more than fair, so I did. Once there, she did remember me, but her husband was ready to play the bad guy and said gruffly No refunds on services!. This could have been expressed by phone before wasting my time. Lilly backed him up, told me I must have oily nails (what? and no...) and left it at that. I told her Id instead write a review... so as promised, my experience.

My friend recommended this nail salon to me and I’m so glad I went! I wanted a professional set and they used the number 71 powder that had glitter tones and I’m so happy with the color they chose for me!The salon was pretty with modern style and super clean! They were very nice (:

I wanted to like this place because it is so close to my house and had great reviews & awesome massage chairs, but sadly my experience was not great. First, I want to say that the owners are very nice & the place is clean. However, I went after lunch on the Friday after Christmas and there were only 3 employees working, including the 2 owners. Not sure if they have a problem with staff retention or they had let all the employees go on vacation that week, but there was a pretty long wait as customers were coming in and appointment customers received priority regardless of how long walk-ins had been waiting (almost 45 minutes). My pedicure was rushed and my sisters gel nail polish started coming off 3 days later. This business needs some improvement.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. I am from Indiana and had a emergency situation they took care of me right away and treated me like a regular. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Thanks again my nails and toes are beautiful.

I absolutely love this place!! The employees are so kind and fun to spend time with!! I had billy do a full set of SNS red nails and I love them! They look awesome and I will be going back when I need a fill! I highly recommend spending your time and money here because it’s an awesome environment! The salon is very clean and so peaceful!

After going to another nail salon in the area, and coming to this one to get 5he previous gel manicure off after only 1 and a half weeks, and do a new frenchie mani. I realized that this place is way better. First of all, the products they use here are higher quality than the previous place, the service was great, and the amount of effort and time they input into my nails was surprising. They do take their time to care for your nails, and have no issues doing it by bland if needed . Im definitely planning to keep coming here. Pretty happy with my frenchie man .
