I took my team of 5 from work here and the majority of us were pretty disappointed. The spa pedicure costs $25 and includes your standard fair—soak, cuticle & cut, polish, massage, and hot stone massage. However, they should really label it an express pedicure. In 45 minutes Anna completed 3 pedicures. The three of us felt super gypt. I kid you not, I looked away and the hot stone massage was over. It was literally two quick strokes up and down each calf for each of—fortunately it was so ridiculous we could all laugh about it later.I was also concerned that I didn’t see them washing or replacing the supplies used in our pedicures. They also don’t use liners. It didn’t feel very sanitary. Maybe because we all knew each other they didn’t think it mattered?…but it definitely matters.The other 2 girls in our party each got 45 minute pedicures (which I feel is more standard) and although it wasn’t their best ever, they said they were pretty good.We won’t be back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Kenzie’s Salon just 2 miles NE is a much better salon—unfortunately they are closed Mondays or we would have gone there! Regardless of where you choose to go, if you value cleanliness this is not your salon.

Not even worth the one star. Ive never made a negative review in my life until today. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. The man who did my nails purposely made my thumb bleed. Didnt seem care that he was hurting me and continued to be rough with my hands. Ive only had my nails on for about 8hrs now and look like Ive had them on for 2 weeks. Will never come back to this shop again.

First time here and I love my nails...

I normally don’t like to give reviews unless they are in a positive light. However, I was not very happy with the quality of workmanship done on my nails here. I went in for a basic gel manicure about a week and a half ago. I left with four of my fingers/cuticles bleeding. The technician who did my nails was very nice and polite, but seemed rushed and was careless with the cuticle trimmer. It was over very fast, which was fine, but she also left gel nail polish on the skin around some of my nails as well. For $28 plus tip, I’ll go somewhere else next time.

As long as I’m in Phoenix I don’t go anywhere else. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and am more than pleased with the service every time. They always ask about my kids and are genuinely nice people. I highly recommend this place.

I agree what another review said, they have preferred customers. I started out liking this place because they were excepting customers after close which means they’re hard working, but after the quality I left with I was disappointed. I spent a lot of money here just to have the nail polish chip and come off completely within two days. It is obvious that they were talking about me as well because when I asked for another coat on my nails she said something in her language and they all stared at me. Don’t waste your time.

I went to Sienna for the first time yesterday and had Kim as my nail tech! Everyone in the salon was friendly and Kim did an AMAZING job on both my nails and toes! This salon is a hidden gem! I highly recommend it! Their prices are also slightly less than surrounding salons! 10/10!

Go somewhere else. They cant do nails very low budget. I let the manager see how bad the mani was and she got defensive and loud. Poor service. Poor quality.

Went in for a pedicure. They did a phenomenal job. It had been awhile since I had a pedicure, so the toes were looking pretty bad. But the lady that did my pedicure took her time and made my feet look great and feel even better. I would highly reccomend this place. The shop was nice and clean. BY FAR the best place Ive found. The staff is always super friendly and laughing and the salon is always very clean. Mark does the most AMAZING nails! He takes his time to make sure theyre just how I want them and its very much appreciated! Thank you!

3 nails broken after just a week of having them done. They will rush to do your nails, and then get bothered when you ask them to fix them. I have asked “I can come in another time” because I want to be satisfied and happy with my nails I am paying for. Not having my nails rushed just because of other customers coming in. They will say it’s okay, but still rush. They have preferred customers. You can see the difference in how they treat people. They don’t even measure your nails or see if they look at least, almost the same. I have given this place enough chances.

This review is long over due. I have been going to Sienna Nails for over 5 years and am extremely pleased with the services, pricing and customer service. They are kind, funny, patient and experts in their field. Their quality of work is superb and they never let me leave without having great nails. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Weve been coming here for years. Always wonderful, owner Tracy is super sweet and all of her girls (and guy!) Are good and treat you well.

Sienna Nails offers a semi-upscale environment with a quiet relaxing experience for clients. Most of the clientele are mature older individuals so loud vulgar irritating conversations and music definitely miss this establishment.. .definitely not a street shop.Ms. Tracie is the manager and does a great job keeping appts and walk-ins on track. Try them. But not on Sunday.

Their massage chairs are not very good. In addition the second she was done with my pedicure she flung up the arm rest and motioned to the front for me to pay. There was on one else waiting I’m not sure why they were in a rush for me to leave but I won’t be back.

I just love this place. Once you show them your loyalty, they fit you in between appointments and really go out of their way to make you feel important. Will always give them my business.

There has only been one person (the eldest male) that did a good job. The two others I had were extremely incompetent! Neither one of the listened to my normal requests and both kept doing things that I asked them not to! The woman dug around my toe so deep during a pedicure that I was bleeding pretty bad. I kept telling her to stop and actually had to raise my voice to get her to stop! The younger man didnt know the difference between oval and pointed shaping. At first it was too square then when I asked him to take off a little, he ended up making them the pointed shape I had just told him I didnt want! I normally have my nails & toenails done to relax and feel pampered but this place stressed me out and left me extremely frustrated! I have been to many different salons in my life and have never felt the need to file a negative review but this place was so bad that I felt compelled to warn folks! I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure until now and hope that no one has to experience this. Both times, when I let the manager know, I was blown off and didnt even get an apology. (The only reason I went back after the last bad experience there was because I thought a different technician would be alright but boy was I wrong!) Even though they are the closest to my home...I wont be back!

My friend and I were recently first time customers. We each had a pedicure. Very nice, clean and friendly place of business. Enjoyed sea salt, hot wax, hot rock, lotion...etc. Feet feel like new again. Plan to go back again.

This has been the worst experience so far. I had been there for legs waxing and gel nails. She kept using the same wax strip again and again, also she used the wax so sparingly. She made me keep my feet on the newspaper just to keep her sheets tidy, which made the waxing even more flimsy. Not to mention, when I came home, I realized some areas jut completely undone.The gel nails did not even last for a week, it started peeling off . I had got them done for my holidays, and that is not something you want when you are on your vacation .Also, the manager was rude,, I have never heard that half leg waxing does not include knees !!Seriously, the quality of service is not worth the money you pay.Disappointed.

This nail salon is not worth visiting. Sanitation practices are beyond shoddy, workmanship leaves much to be desired, and they seem very disorganized. Theyre definitely overpriced for their mediocre services. There are so many other better nail salons within a mile or two of this one...go to those!

I thought this place was awesome.. until my acrylics started falling off and breaking my real nails. I had two and a half nails completely broken off, and all I asked for was for the acrylics to be taken off gently because they hurt. I didn’t ask for them to be clipped or filed down and they charged me $10 to take off 7 nails! On top of that, the nail technician continued to work on the hurt nails I repeatedly asked her not to. I left very unhappy and will never go back

Worst nail salon you could go to. The last couple of times I’ve gone there it was not pleasant. There was one nail tech that seemed to be still learning. She was messy, but did the nails right. What has really upset me is the nails I’ve had recently didn’t even last a week. The acrylic was so thin that they were falling off one by one. I’ve never been so disgusted and disappointed.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for about three months but will never return. I went in one day to get a re-fill with regular nail polish . I waited for about 20 mins before I was seated down. Right away the nail tech, suggested I get Gel Polish, I declined and said I preferred, the old fashion nail polish. She gave me attitude and said no good, gel better I once again said no Thank you! When she finished, I started to notice bumps and a bad fill I figured they were still wet and would look better once dry. The next morning, my nails looked just as bad if not worse. You could see all the bump and was not evened out correctly, they were also very thick. After work, I headed back to the nail shop to show them the bad work, the nail tech had done. Right away, the store manger was very rude and said where? whats wrong?, everything look good. When clearly they didnt. She then said what do you want? mhmm, maybe fix them. She began to speak in her language and the nail tech who did them came over and said whats wrong?, Nail look Pretty. I has asked for the lady who usually does my nails and store manger said No, Ill fix them. She was still giving me a really bad attitude. At this point I should have just got up and walked out but I stayed. I wasnt asking for a refund, I honestly just wanted my nails to be fixed and look nice. While fixing them, she had such a bad demeanor. It honestly made me feel unwelcome. She ended up smoothing them out and making them look pretty but it cost me another $18. Please, dont go to this nail shop, not every person is awfully rude in there but the manger is horrible at customer services. You get what you pay for and I would rather go else where and pay more. Then get treated poorly and pay less.

I usually always go here to get my eyebrows done they do pretty decent job. But I went in this past Saturday to get facial waxing for my upcoming wedding this Saturday. I had gotten it done there before with this one lady she did great and took her time. But this time I went in and the staff was really busy she had me go to the chair right away and so she started the waxing and by time she was done my whole face was covered in scratches. Yup she ripped my skin very much. I RECOMMEND NOT EVER GETTING WAXING DONE HERE LIKE EVER. And thanks to them I will be scarred up for my wedding day. So unhappy I will never go there again nor will I ever get facial waxing due to my awful experience.

Went to get a full set of coffins nails & the nail technician was still learning or something, she cut the side of my other finger with the scissors, when she was cutting them down & didn’t bother to ask if I was okay just said “oh your fine” & continued on doing my nails. First I left it because I was talking to my friend & I didn’t want to get her in trouble, luckily she just made a scratch but didn’t make me bleed. However when it came down to doing the coffin tips she made them very clawish & when I corrected her she acted like she didn’t understand me & continued. I corrected her again & she told me that’s how there suppose to look then she called her boss. She had to take the nail off to redo the whole shape.. twice. Afterwards I noticed that one of my nails didn’t look the same shape bc one was more sharp than the other. When I informed the boss she claimed that it was fingers that weren’t the same. I told her to just fix it so they both look the same, I guess they just don’t like to be wrong. I won’t be coming back here just because there rude, they don’t talk to you & some of them don’t know what there doing. Oh and there always in a rush so expect to have something wrong. You guys should try AK NAILS they are a upgrade, about the same price range & very friendly. 🙂

Dont know if she was having a bad day or what but I took my friend for the first time and she was shocked! She needs to check her atitude.

I found this place after my old place closed down. They have always been great to me! Teasing me when I get too busy to come by (which I love) and always accomidating whatever unusual request I come up with for my toenail art! These ladies (and a few men) are awesome.. if you have a bad experience, try them again, and explain what went wrong. Yes, theres a language barrier but Ive never seen or heard them be rude to anyone! I love this place

Very rude. They get upset when you ask for a certain style that youre paying for and then they speak in their language and make it obvious that theyre talking about you. I always think theyll be better each time but no always rude. I always leave unsatisfied!!!

25$ for reg polish 35$ for gel full set! At these prices i expected A+ nails. Not thick and pokey on the corners nails. I wanted a dark maroon color base and gold lines. I got dark pink base with gold lines and $10 more for the gold lines to be added. Customer service was awful! Lady doing my nails smh... Even when she answered the phone she sucked. Grabing my hands rough, slapping my hand to switch hands, tryna raise her voice to me. Do you know how hard it is to keep calm with service like that! Finally asked why am i so tense i simply replied Im getting irritated, your attitude suck she stayed quiet but continued to the point where my sister was getting mad at how rude and unprofessional she was. Putting up with all that only to still not like my nails... $78 on just me and my sister full set! I could have gotten a pedi and fullset for this price at the location i usually go to... Im so pissed. Dont waist ur time or money. I do not know how this place got as many stars as it did but no.👎

I have been going to this salon for several months, and they appear to be getting ruder everytime I come in. They talk Vietnamese among themselves and laugh and you have no idea what they are talking about, me? Their work is fairly good, but yesterday when I went in I was sniffling because of allergies and they made a nasty remark about that. While Kevin was massaging my legs he would look up every few seconds and give me a really weird look, spooky is the word that comes to mind.When he was working on my heels, after a minute he looked at me and gave a big sigh and shook his hand like it was tiring and was a lot of work.I have always tipped well, $5-$10 for pedi and manicure so that it not the problem. They just always appear like they are looking you over, its creepy.I will be looking for another salon., Anyone have a suggestion?

Very rude workers.I was just in there for about five minutes ago. I was waiting for my aunt to get called up. While waiting for her I had a Starbucks iced coffee, and it spilled. And you know or as we all know accidents happen.The workers there got angry,started yelling, and making faces at me. My mother is a janitor, and she gets called right up to put a sign and to get it cleaned up. Well these ladies decided to throw the towels that were already used from the ladies pedicures. I had realised it when I was about to begin cleaning up the spill that I had made. I saw the ladies cuticles on the towels and all of the things that the workers place on the towel when they have cleaned up a ladies toe nails. I left the towels right on top of the spill, and headed out. When I was about 10 steps away I realised my hands were dirty, so I obviously went back and washed my hands. When I was walking out once again one of the workers decided to keep throwing the towels at me. After all, all I can say is that they are rude and disrespectful ladies & gentleman that work here.

I like that Cindy is quick and polite. I dont like when they ask u personal questions. I just want to go in and get service. They do talk amongst themselves in their own language. If it were me. I wouldnt. I would include my guests so they can feel comfy. Some of the staff is a bit rude and socially in appt.I dont like the dirty looksand non friendliness
