My original 5 star review is now 1 star. I have been coming here for months and thought I finally found a nail studio to call home...but after today I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I spend A LOT of money here plus (I Tip very well) to have experience what I did today.I came in seeking to get a style completely different than my usual. I arrived and I was the only customer in the store. I got the worst pedicure I have ever received in my life. There were gaps all in between the base of my nail and the polish. It was completely rushed for there to have been absolutely no one in the store at the time.Then came my nails, the experience went from bad to HORRIBLE. The color I picked for my toes was suppose to be incorporated into the style I selected for my nails. I showed the artist a picture of what I wanted, which included a marble design. He told me he could do it and to pick out any color, which is what I did. It was only AFTER my toes were done that Bebe let me know the style I was looking to have accomplished, could not be done. AND the color I had selected for my toes, did not have a matching color in the dip powder. Crunched for time, I asked for help to find a dip color that would be similar to my toes. A color was selected and Bebe finished off my dipped manicure. Just like my pedicure, the service was rushed. My cuticles were not even touched. To make matters worse, Bebe and Sophie began to argue with me back and forth about the service I requested and their ability to do it, the entire time I sat for my manicure. It was so bad, another customer in the store, who was only having her dipped manicure removed, came to me and gave me a recommendation for another nail salon to attend because she too experienced a similar situation.Long story short I walked out today with two COMPLETELY different color pinks on my hands and feet. Along with a dull, plain dipped manicure that already looks weeks old. SMH

3.5 weeks and 2 vacations later these gel nails are the best I’ve ever had! I’m blown away there’s no peeling, lifting, or chips. Great work! I’ll be back!

I had the best experience today! Will definitely be back. I work and commute a lot and have a hard time relaxing. Henry and John are THE BEST. I felt like a queen today as John did my pedicure and Henry did my manicure. I almost fell asleep. I couldnt thank them enough. I highly recommend Dip Nail Bar - bybebe! Youll love it. Incredibly disappointed. Ive been here 3 times now and the service continues to get worse and I will never come back again.1. Know they do not respect appointment times. You will call and make an appointment thinking when you show up you will be sat down in a short period of time, well, that definitely is not the case. The first time I went I waited 1 hour for them to get started which included them having me soak my feet for that amount of time which was not pleasant whatsoever.2. They get really really busy and it is evident they are all working as quick as possible to get you in and out leading to poor quality of work3. During this last experience I was very displeased with how my nails looked. I respectfully let the manicurist know and she instantly got frustrated to the point where she stormed away to go grab something. I was shocked. Ive never had such poor service or have someone treat me that way and for that reason I will never be returning.4. Stick to the basic offerings. When you upgrade youre told you will get a longer massage and it just doesnt happen. Again theyre in a hurry to get you in and out.Really bummed this didnt work out because I literally live right around the corner and while I understand some manicurist are better than others, what I will not accept is terrible and rude service.

I was so excited to try this place out. I got a pink and white fill and a basic manicure and the cost was $113! For that type of money you’d think it would be the best work ever not it was actually pretty average. The environment was nice because it’s pretty new place but the prices are ridiculous. They even charge extra to shape your nails if you get any shape other than square. Never ever again.

I used to come here all the time and loved it (all the staff other than bebe are amazing) I got my nails done by bebe for the first time a week ago. She cut my finger before she even started putting dip on my nails, she got up several times in the middle of my service to converse with other customers.. She put more dip on one hand than she did on the other and I left with horribly misshapen nails of all different sizes and lengths. I confronted her about my negative experience before paying, she got an attitude and offered me $5 off of nails that I shouldnt have paid a dime for. I called this morning hoping to get some clarity because I dont want to take my business elsewhere, she then blamed me for my nails breaking even though I had mentioned Im there all the time and have gotten dip several times and never had I ever experienced so many hang nails, nails lifting or breaks within a WEEK of getting them done. I would expect these things around week 2 when I would usually get them redone again. Super unprofessional, if you go here do NOT go to Bebe.

Great service! This place is clean and the staff was very professional and welcoming. When I went there I got a manicure, pedicure and full nail set (gel) and it was great!! Just relaxing and perfect. The price was reasonable as well. I will be returning.

Eyebrow waxing or other facial waxing - not recommended. She is rough on your face snd tells you that you need extra things and makes you feel bad. Then fuses about cleaning up the job. Doesn’t automatically put aloe or anything and when we asked it was hastily put on our faces. They have prices posted and hope you don’t know math, because the will overcharge you. When you ask About it they say they have new pricing menus coming in, which is a lie. Horrible service, brows not done well, lying about prices to scam people.

Amazing service and speed. They gave me advice to make my nails the best they could be. Instead of pushing me into something more expensive, she let me know I could use the nail length I already have with dip and it would make them healthier in the future. Thank you!

They were able to get me in last minute which I was so thankful for! My nail tech was very nice and professional. They had a big selection of colors for SNS! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Wow! Ive been having my nails done for years. My experience here has been outstanding from making the appointment.. Henry was able to get me in right away. He did a very detailed and thorough job with my dip nails. He is also friendly and engages in conversation (nice). He ended my manicure with lotion and a massage and this less expensive than any place Ive been to in the area. The shop is new,, beautiful and clean.. I made my next appointment before I left.

First visit to this establishment, I asked for a ombre gel manicure and showed them a picture. They said they could do it. It didnt look very good. I understand that usually ombre manicures are done with the dip technique. They should have told me that it wouldnt look right.

First off let me start off with bebe who I believe was the owner she was rude she didn’t honor the 30 % off that was promised all over her fb it was an uncomfortable experience i felt like her employees where on eggshells and scared of her and when asked about the discount she had an attitude acted offended that customers to ask for what she promised ! I never disliked a place more 😡
