Very bad customer service I came to get a pedicure and dip powder from my understanding the lady said my toenail color was supposed to match my fingernails colors which I asked for. Then she applies the dip powder over and over and over until my nails are fat and lumpy with dip powder I didn’t say anything because I was there for over an hour already I paid 105 for the whole service plus a $10 tip being generous. Once I got home the whole bedazzle gem things she put on my toe was all the way off so I called and went right back up there but when I was at home I noticed my nails were glow in the dark I didn’t want glow in the dark I wanted a soft white which I didn’t get I asked him if you can remove them and I can get my money back and he said yes once the other lady started removing the nails they refuse to give me my money back and the guy said he would do them over I didn’t want my nails done over by them at all they kept pushing me to try and let them do my nails which I kept refusing.Once they realized I was not going to get my nails done by them ever again they said I can get my money back but I didn’t deserve to get the rest of my nails taken off so they left me with my nails looking horrible for the simple fact that I didn’t like the work the lady did nor did I ask for it.

I got my feet, hands, & LASHES done here. My feet were “okay”. My hands came out lovely. But let’s talk about my lashes ! She didn’t have any pictures to show me her work of a long hybrid so I just had to trust her. Below are my pictures of the longest hybrid she had and I LOVE IT. It only took her an hour!

Idk if the lady name Michelle is the owner, but she was not the business. I got my daughter a manicure and pedicure and my baby was not happy with her manicure. She cut her nails down too low and she had nail polish all over her hands and her arms. If you polishing hands why is it all over my baby arm. Plus she was being all rough with her. She had a bit of attitude that wasnt needed when I wasnt even talking to her. I dont think I will be back to this place.

LOVE THIS PLACE! If you have manners and treat the people with respect you will get the same treatment and more. Also, if you dont like waiting or youre an impatient person make an appointment. I go once a month for a mani/pedi/wax with my mother and we never have to wait and they treat us like family. I usually pay 120$ plus tip however you get what you pay for 😁 to each their own. However they have a loyal customer here, especially for pedis! ❤

Poor customer service and unwanted proposals. I went in to get a french tip manicure and mind you, (I cant get acrylics or any type of nail extensions because of my employer) its definitely not by choice. Anyway, I got my nails done by tony I believe. I told him what I wanted and he kept being persistent on getting acrylics or polygel. So my nails can grow stronger I told him that I just want a basic manicure. So he filed my nails down to almost thin paper and then puts gel polish on top. I wanted to just get up and walk out but gave him a real chance. A day later my nails were peeling off and so thin, It hurt to apply pressure to the nail beds. Worst mistake coming here. I wont be returning.

I didn’t have a good experience personally with this salon. I came in originally for dip nails, and one of the girls said my nails were “too short”. My nails are long already and I knew I could get them because my mom has the same size nails as me and she got to get dip. I did, however just let it slide and decided to get a fill. I decided to go with ombré and I asked the girl if she could do it and she said yes. She then switched me to a different girl. This is where it gets good. I let the new girl I got switched to know I wanted “ombré powdered nails” not gel. I’ve done ombré gel before, and I HATED how they came out. She said okay and proceeded to do me the nails. I then see that she starts taking out a liquidy type of gel, and I immediately ask her if she’s gonna do me the ombré nails (since I’ve gotten them done before, and I didn’t recognize that step with that kind of material) and she said “no”. I then immediately let her know that I asked for powder, not gel, and I feel like she knew that too and she knew she messed up. However, she ended up full out rolling her eyes at me. I didn’t tell her anything, luckily, just because I’m not the type of person to start problems, however, I was very mad. She got really lucky that I’m not problematic because I know people that get nasty with situations like that, and I wouldn’t blame them because she deserves it. I simply then just asked her to do me a basic gel manicure because she told me it was too “late” to do ombré powder. I cooperated and just let her do what she had to do. She ended up realizing that she messed up and kept apologizing for rolling her eyes at me, but it was too late. She didn’t do a bad job with my nails, but it definitely wasn’t what I asked for, and the attitude was super uncalled for. She also cut me on a finger but that’s the least of my problems. I usually leave a good tip, but for the first time today I didn’t leave anything because she really didn’t deserve it, and the employees knew I wasn’t happy with my nails so they took me some money off. Overall, I wouldn’t come here again but my mom was happy with her nails so it is what it is.

Not professional at all! The nail tech that did my nail did my nail completely incorrectly I showed her an exact picture of exactly what I wanted and she still messed up. And as she was still in the beginning stage of doing my nails. I told her that she was doing them incorrectly and I want her to start over she said she couldn’t start over and she was also over pricing as well. She told me the price was 75 for my nails and any other place I go to with $50. This nail technician was not nice at all she was rough I have a little cuts left on my fingers. And of course the others were talking mess in their own language about me in the situation. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE OF “BUSINESS “ AGAIN.

What I wanted vs what I got. I asked for coffin shape and it’s not. They are thick and bulky that they hurt. They are in such a rush that the quality of work is down the drain. He cut all my fingers and the Acrylic powder is all under my Cuticles. Never will I ever change nail techs again. I will keep paying my $120 for what I want than to go cheap again.

I asked for a basic perdicure for me and my two daughters and was charged $27 for each and was told an acrylic toe nail would be $1 each and was charged $10. I was over charged and still, gave a tip. When I asked why it was too much, they’re were different explanations for it. Not going back.

Waited forever people walking before with no and I talked to a few said that they didnt have an appt but left me there sitting.. the lady chase me out to say she was sorry for taking forever will never go there... and dnt recommends this place to anyone

We waited an hour for our nails and they started then left us start on another client and the other client was waiting there longer then us and i was getting acrylics and they didnt do it and the workers got up from their seats and started yelling at eachother and stopped wprking on their client to do our nails as soon as we were about to leave.

They were very nice,they did me and my daughters nails and toes,the woman doing my nails was a little harsh but that was ok, I loved the way they waxed by eyebrows. I give a 5

I’ve been here on several different occasions give the benefit of doubt. However, the service is terrible. Don’t listen (mainly the lady at front desk), try to overcharge you for things you didnt ask for, tripping over me getting a NAPKIN then expect you to tip them. Never going back!

This was my first time going to Superior nails, but it was amazing! I showed up around 6:30pm. I had left work around 6:00 and was looking for somewhere that was still open. I noticed they were open until 7:30pm and headed over. They got me right into a seat and got to work on one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Thank you Jenny! Henry did my gel manicure and it also turned out amazing. I felt so pampered and so happy that I decided to go after work and get my nails done.Update: Went for a second time today and caught them during a slow part of the day. They again did an amazing job. I have never liked a nail salon so much! Today Amy did my nails and she did amazing.

I went in for a pedicure and the girl doing it asked if I also wanted a manicure. I told her I did but since it was 6:30 and they close at 7:30, there wouldnt be enough time. She insisted that there would be. She did a great job with the pedicure. Then, a man started doing my full set. He was very aggressive and looked rushed (which was my fear). He slapped everything on. My nail beds were burning the whole time. The job is very sloppy and rushed with very uneven filing. He also filed very aggressively, to the point where it was painful and hot! My nail beds are still burning and I cant stand the pain of the nails and fingers. Everyone else was really professional and nice. However, I wished they took more pride in their work and not rush as much as they did. My sisters were with me and the doing my sisters nails cut her TWICE.

Never again I will come here! I came to get my nails and toes done. I waited for 3 hours waiting someone to take me but nobody did! People came after me got fast service! Most of them were walk in just like me! 30 mins before closing I finally got my nails done but she rushed and did it so horrible! And charged me $50 for a regular full set I didn’t like! And I didn’t get my toes done!! Will not be coming here ever again!

Ive recently made this place my go-to location to wax my eyebrows. The first time I was seen by Michelle and more recently it was Yvonne. The customer service was pleasant and pretty fast despite the number of customers. Each did a great job on my eyebrows.

Even with an appt the wait times can me a tad lomg depending on the day but the services are amazing and they don’t push you to get add on treatments. What you want is what you get!!!

Just love to go and get pampered, price is worth it!

I went here today AFTER reading all of these horrible reviews, because most of these are several years old. So Im here updating this, because I feel like this place doesnt get enough customers because people be salty.I went here to redo a poorly done gel set that I had done in Glendale two weeks prior. The guy who greeted me was super friendly. Most importantly, he did a wonderful job. He was really detail oriented and focused, yet still got the job done within an hour. All while keeping up a pretty funny conversation with me. My nails are smooth, there are no chips, no flakes, or imperfections, unlike my set that was done before. This set cost me half of what it did in Glendale, even with the $5 charge for removing my old color. So, Im definitely coming back here when I want my color changed.*Side note: Kindness is a virtue. Building a rapport with a person who is doing a job for you will definitely open them up to fixing any mistake they may have made, more so than throwing a tantrum online. Just saying.Also, having healthy nails makes their job a lot easier.

Amy was my tech and she did a great job. It was my first visit and I will return to see her again. I visited another spot down the street a few weeks prior (which was very impersonal and felt more like a sweat shop) and will not go back. Amy was 15 mins late for my appointment (I had a job interview and was on a tight schedule) which is the only reason why I didnt give 5 stars.

Horrible experience every time! Lisa was my go to person there because she did an amazing job. However, on days where she wasn’t there they Messed up my nails... bad! The lady DID NOT know how to do ombré and when I tried to get up and leave she wouldn’t let go of my hands. Not only did she have my hands soaking for over an hour that dried up my skin because of the strong liquid but the liquid was hot. She told me that she would try to fix my nails as best as possible because you do not want me to walk out with my nails all busted. She apologized but I ended up leaving with my nails looking so bad and I did not pay.

I’ve had nail dipping before and hated it!!!! Just moved from Denver and went somewhere close taking a huge chance it would be ok. I went in wanting a rebase (acrylic refill) and left with dipped nails. The language barrier didn’t help however, she did a pretty good job. I’ll have to show them what I mean by clean sides that are smooth around the skin of the nail and shaped naturally.. otherwise I am pleased and will return.

The staff is very friendly, especially LuLu. Good customer service. I like the fact that I can call over the phone and have my name put down on the waiting list. No complaints so far.

This is my spot, Ive always gone here and the service is always great no matter what owners there were. But today must of been a bad day. Whenever you ask for something a tad out of the average nail they look at you all crazy and start talking in there language and laughing. Especially if you ask for long nails. They shouldnt be laughing when the longer you go the more money in there pocket? I dont understand? You do what YOUR customer wants, not what YOU want.

I waited over 1 hour, i had an appointment for my brows, the lady who does them was here, she wasnt busy at all, she saw me waiting and not once did she take me in. Theyre all over the place they dont know how to manage their time. Never coming here again.

I have been going to this place for years and today I just had the worst experience. I waited for a pedicure for about 30 min and it was fine I waited, but someone walked in and as soon as she sat down they got her a chair to get her pedicure and someone to already start helping her. It was completely unfair to skip someone when in reality they should’ve been first

First time there and was very disappointed. Got my nails done full set. I told Michelle I wanted square but she kept saying coffin will look better. I also wanted them long but unfortunately she cut them really short and did coffin shape talking abt it look good it look good. Then another man finished and cut me trying to file them. Then when I showed him the design I wanted he said he was unable to do that. Total cost was 40 dollars and the nails were uneven and shape was ugly!!!

Ive went here for the first time today 8-18-16, the woman who did my nails was great, it was all done very fast she advised me on the best things to do to take care of my nails, and they came out looking better than I expected. Anything that I didnt like she took care of right away. I also took my sister and mom, they got pedicures and were taken care of. The staff is friendly and joked around with us. I would go all the time

I have gone here several times and it seems like they have either gotten rid of the workers that used to be there or they quit...I used to love going there and had did a review for them before and it was great. I went yesterday for a full set and a pedicure and the lady hurt my toe so bad I didnt even get my full set done and almost waalked out of my pedicure. She was digging into my toe so bad and ripped off a piece of my skin and made it bleed all over and then wanted to tell me it was a hangnail. She was so preoccupied the whole time w what everyone else was doing that she wasnt even paying attention to what she was doing. She finally painted my toes and kept fighting e me about the color and then still ending doing it wrong....needless to say...I wont EVER be back.

I really enjoyed the experience I had today. I will definitely come back.

So Ive been going to this nail shop for almost 2 yrs. Ive had several different nail techs do my manis and pedis and unfortunately not all were good experiences. The best tech imho is Lulu! She is very nice, listens to what you want and speaks and understands English very well. I now only go to her.

I have been going to this place for 3 months. Each time Ive received good service except for this weekend. I called a day before to get a price on removing my nails and getting them redone. I was told the price would be $35. I went in and it was a bit busy. They assisted 2 other customers first that had signed in after I did. When I got my nails done I noticed that one of my nails was evidently crooked. The lady insisted that it was not and it was my finger that looked crooked. Another one of my nails was very sloppy and a piece of something stuck in the polish. I did not want to keep arguing with this lady so I decided to leave it alone. I was charged $45 instead of the $35 they advised of and the job was extremely poor. Very unsatisfied!!

😢 The lady that sits in the front cut my finger. She was in a hurry and very distracted and filed away too hard,then she glued the wound shut with the nail glue. I should have got up and left but I need my vday nails. Hoping I dont get a infection & also I didnt see her thrown away the tools she cut me with. Very unsanitary.

Very nice staff, but my nails look so uneven, some are skinny and some fatter some longer and the nail gel polish got all over my cuticles not cute and Im to nice to say anything but honestly I was not happy with my nails at all. Anyone know of any good nail places in west valley?

My mother went to get her nails done her and the front lady was very rude to her.She wanted to fix her nails and the lady was being extremely disrespectful and talking back to her. My mom agreed she would never come back. You should never take it out on a customer.

Dont get your nails done by Peter, he does them nice but he cuts you with the nail filer and says stuff like your finger/nail not my problem like who says that!? And he would also say $15 extra if you dont talk to me Im just there to get my nails done not to have a life story conversation. I went with my mother in law and it took her 2 hours to get a mani and pedi, people would walk in after her and grab those people before her. And she kept telling Peter who is gonna do her nails and he kept pushing it off and made her wait. And she asked one of the other guys how long it take for a mani and pedi and he said an hour we spent almost 3 hours there because Peter just wanted to run his mouth with nonsense. Never going back again

Walked in last 10 min before closing & they still seated me with great kindness. Great customer service. Will be going back to them.
