Very unprofessional!! Brian was cussing in front of my 15 year old daughter. He grabbed her arm aggressively and cut her without remorse. Daughter was not happy with the service and ended up leaving in tears. They basically threw her out because they were closing. Horrible and rushed job. Returned the next day and the Owner said that he didn’t hear or see anything. He apparently thinks his employees are completely justified on their actions. Asked for refund, he refused. He offered to redo the nails but my daughter is not comfortable being around Brian. Something additional must have been said or happened for my daughter to have this reaction.Keep away don’t visit or provide any money to this unprofessional and horrible establishment.

I got a great Pedi here and so did my friend. Im taking my husband in today, hes going to get the Executive Pedi. I want him to know how great it feels to have smooth feet 🤓

I had a pedicure at Novelle nail salon on 9/07/21. The man in front that answered the phone was very kind and helpful. The nail tech that did my pedicure was not friendly, he did not seem happy to be there. I got a basic pedicure with a French tip. It was the lowest quality pedicure I have ever had. I had to ask for 2 coats of clear polish which usually comes standard with a French tip. Yes The foot bath did not look clean and they did not put a plastic liner. I should have walked out right there, but I was in a pinch for time. I would not recommend this business and I will definitely not go back.

They got sooo much lotion into my moms watch and it broke. They cut me several times. And refused to do the nail design I wanted. We are NOT coming back. And do NOT come here. The only nice person is the owner.

Ive been going here for over 2 years. Tuesday morning I called & spoke to David (owner) to make an appointment. He scheduled me for 5:45. I arrived right on time, David wasnt there at the time. I sat & waited for 30 minutes & NO ONE came to tell me why I had to wait so long. I looked over at my girl & she was still working on her client. I finally walked out. I was furious. I went home & called the Salon & asked to speak with David. He was finally back. I told he what happened and he was very apologetic. He said I dont know what happened but I will get to the bottom of it. He said please give us another chance and I will take care of you. I went in today and got my nails done and my pedicure. When it was time to check out DAVID did not take care of me. He just lost four clients (Me, Husband, Sister, & my friend). Very disappointed!!!

Not professional insults regarding your feet and how bad they are while you are there getting service for that. Makes you feel terrible instead of happy to be getting it done

Ive been 3 times hoping it would get better as its close by my home. Simply average and technicians alway rush. A $33.00 spa pedicure in 20 minutes, start to finish. Get in, get out and get on with your life pedicure. Dead crickets all over the spa, too. 🤔🙄

Novelle Nail Salon is always great, I have been going there for a little over a year and I love it. Everyone is friendly, they always try to get you in with an appointment, and its refreshing to see the owners there nearly every day. Everyone is so concerned about you getting your nails done just the way you want them!

I decided to try this nail salon out since I was recommended by a family member who goes. My polish came out good but I had the WORST experience. For a basic pedicure and callus remover, the price came out to $30 for myself. I decided to pay $3 more and get the deluxe pedicure which included a sugar scrub, callus remover, hot towel, foot massage and hot stone. I felt like the nail tech was trying to hurry up and get me out of there. I was there a couple hours before they closed so I’m not sure what the rush was. The lady wasn’t pleasant. She started to cut the side of my nails and it hurt so bad. I did not get a foot massage or the hot stones that were included with this so called “deluxe pedicure”. She did not do a good job with the callus remover either. Once she was done, she wrote down how much the service was on the ticket and handed it to the owners at the front who were very nice when I FIRST got there. I saw she charged me $33 so I asked the owners what’s included in the deluxe pedicure. He started to read off everything that is included with that service and hot stones were supposed to be used. I did not complain or tell him that the lady did not give me a massage because maybe she forgot... but I did make him aware that I did not get the hot stones. He called her over to ask her if she used the hot stones. The nail tech looked straight at me and then said “Yes, I did use them”. The two owners looked at each other and did not know what to do. The man then proceeded to tell me that sometimes people don’t notice when they are receiving a hot stone massage. How does someone not notice hot stones on their body? I was paying attention to what she was doing the whole time. Not only did she lie, but the owners did nothing to try and make it right. I would never make something up to try and pay less for a service. I told him again I did not receive the hot stones but I would go ahead and pay. However, I will never go back. Horrible service!

The staff here are all really nice. I always get my nails done by Kim. Shes always so happy and pleasant and does a fantastic job. The owners are always there and are super friendly to not only the clients but also the staff. They remember you! This is the only nail salon Ive gone back to repeatedly. Prices are 👌 as well.

This nail salon has they best customer care in the area. The owners are a husband and wife team with English being their first language, I found it easy to have a conversation or explain my wishlist. The staff here are all extremely professional, ethical, and accommodating . I can only imagine how hard it is to keep a salon clean - this one wins the award for cleanliness! I was referred to them from a client of mine and it is now my go to place and the first place I recommend. Ive been to other salons that make the dip acrylic way to thick around the cuticle, or they break, crack or peel. I have never had that happen here.

They were friendly they were very prompt. I got my next appt made without hassles. I got to pick what type of pedicure I wanted and it was done very professionally. I really enjoyed my time at the Nail Salon.

I have been coming here for years. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. The owner is always present and makes sure everyone is good. All technicians are good. I go to Vickie and she is very creative.

The second time I went here I contracted nail fungi from my fill on my acrylic nails. I talked to the owner over the phone and they told me they could treat it and to come in the next day. I came in and the owner (woman) was sorely unprofessional, trying to convince me I contracted it from somewhere else, or perhaps the fungi on my nail was a bruise? All they did was paint over it and tell me it would grow out. Didn’t offer to pay for my medical treatment or anything. They clearly do not clean any of their equipment and the nail techs couldn’t give half a damn about how they treat their guests. Do not give this place your business. I suggest Herbal Nails and Spa off of I-17 and Happy Valley instead.

The ladies who do my nails are always nice and do a decent job. I stopped going because when I first started going I was quoted over the phone nail removal were free as long as I got a new set and so it was until the last time I went.. as I went to pay I noticed the jump in price and when I explained to the woman (Im sure is the owners wife) in the front what I had been quoted and her exact words were I guess they were just being nice to you and processed the payment. At which point I dont care about the price I care more about the lack of customer service she showed. I dont know about anyone else but I would rather give my money to a business that would be nice to me. I know this wont a stop most people from going, but will hopefully help with her being nice problem.

The staff was extremely friendly and I even got to meet the owners of the place. The owner actually scrubbed off my SNS gel while she waited for a nail tech to finish up with another customer. Not only is everyone extremely nice, but so are the prices! $25 for a gel manicure is just what I was looking for and my nails look great - Ive gotten two compliments already. I will definitely be back to this place!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just an awful experience all around. The nail technicians there are always fighting. Every time I go there, someone is fighting. Nail tech’s fighting with customers or nail tech’s fighting with each other and nail tech’s fighting with the boss! I’m talking about screaming and arguing in front of everyone. Just super unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable environment to be in. I’m trying to relax and have a nice experience and unwind but the entire time I’m in there it is unnerving and I desperately want to leave. I’ve tried to give this place plenty of chances but I regret going there every time! Their prices are slightly higher than average and the work on the nails is mediocre. I suggest go somewhere else, I know I will.

Sad to report.. I always bring my own polish color when getting my nails done. So I wanted to try this salon, very close to home... I handed her my polish, she said your polish ? Where base & top coat? I said, I use the salons base & top coat. She said, next time you bring base & top coat. Then proceeded to talk in her language to the nail tech next to her. I believe she was talking about me. I felt she was very rude to give me attitude about bringing my own polish. However the owners who were at the front desk were very nice.

I was recommended by a friend to go to either Heidi or Hannah, but when I went they were both full so I went to a man named Brian and he was very nice and did a very good job. Things were not awkward and he had much pride in his work and I was very happy with how my nails turned out. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish for $48 plus a tip.

Hands down my favorite nail saloon in Phoenix. I have never had a bad mani/pedi here. I have a crazy schedule and they always seem to squeeze me in. I’ve brought multiple friends/family here and now it is their favorite too!

Hannah is great! I went in and she was busy. Saw a man the re. Didnt give me the style of nails I wanted. They lifted in a week.

I live in Anthem and about 4 months ago I walked into Novelle and have never left. Love the atmosphere, the owners are always there directing, helping and engaged. I now make appts and keep them. The equipment is new and clean, and service is wonderful. Location is great. I highly recommend over all other Anthem Nail Salons!

David and Kyle, the owners, REALLY know how to cater to their clients. Not a joke, not a lie, been going there for 11 years. Will never leave. Top quality product!

Ive tried numerous nail salons in Anthem and love the new owners of Novelle Nails & Spa! They are always friendly and try to get you in as soon as possible. The staff is attentive and consistent. Not a lot of turnover at all, so that is good. It is clean and well stocked with products.

They had good massage chairs. After, 60 second I often end up with hot towels and polish. The staffs are attentive and professionals. From start to finish, always I was extremely impressed with this salon. I found my new spot!

After 6 years I can say this salon is the very BEST there is! Heidi is fantastic and wont consider going anywhere else!

Best nail salon on this side of town. The owners are on site & are the best. I go every two weeks & Hannah gives the best pedicures. I was in the nail industry for 10 years & can honestly say they do great acrylics, gel manicures, & pedicures.

I went to get a repair on my acrylic nail and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price! Since I originally got them done somewhere else I was worried the repaired nail wouldnt match the others but it does! Would definitely recommend and go back again!

The salon is very nice and clean & the pricing was fair. The services i recieved were good but the sparkly black polish looks grey rather than black. Either needed more coats or a bottom coat of black, which i didnt feel comfortable asking for. This was my first time coming here.

Always leave here feeling like a million bucks. The staff was very fun and friendly. I always feel so relaxed while Im here, love it here.

I came in for a full set of PLAIN ACRYLIC NAILS and not going to lie they look great and the lady did a fabulous job. Im rating this poorly because she ripped me off. She charged me for a full set of SHELLAC acrylics! She took advantage of my hardship understanding her accent. Unfortunately, I dont know her name(she never told me it). Not my first bad experience in here, but who would have thought I would have two bad experiences in a row!

My last experience was the absolute worse. My nail tech was rushing and not removing all of my acrylic off my nail. When I asked him to complete remove the acrylic he instantly was upset and started pushing my hand away and got up and suggested someone else to do my nails. Everyone just walking pass me, the owner had no remorse and told me she doesn’t know who’s going to do my nails. I sat there while she watched me removed what the nail tech had left on my hands . (I am paying for it to be removed) I think this is the saddest thing when it comes to business and the paying customers should never feel the way I do right now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE take your money to people who cares how the customers walking out of their salon.

Felt really super rushed. He was too impatient to soak my gel off & used the electric sander. Didnt trim my nails or clean under the nail. It felt like he couldnt wait to get me in & out as fast as possible. Ill try a new place next time.

I guess I look different than most the customers the owners serve . I felt the owners are not welcoming me as a customer there and treated the girls working there with little respect. Definitely not going back to that place. Make me sick.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a few years, and have always had EXCELLENT customer service!!!! I always call ahead to make an appointment with Kim for a gel manicure and deluxe spa pedi. The attn to detail, and know how that Kim has is by far the best I have ever experienced and I have been getting my nails done for almost 20 years. The gel mani usually lasts about a month or so, which is nice because I use a computer allllll day at work, and I never have any problems with the polish chipping, peeling, etc.... The pedis are a real treat because Kim is very personable and a joy to chat with, until she puts you to sleep with a most relaxing foot/leg massage 😉. The owners,Kyle and David, are also really friendly always there to greet you with a hello and some Alabama football chat. I really enjoy the environment and the people there at Novelle, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!

Went in for a mani pedi and left with a really bad infection that spread up my leg, it was so bad I had to go to the hospital and I couldn’t walk.

Not impressed! Worst pedicure ever. He asked me to up grade from the basic package and when I said no, he couldnt get me out fast enough. Very poor job... There is nail polish all over the ends of my toes😠. Will not go back!

The store is kind of dirty, the service is horrible; the owners, the husband and wife were rude, disrespectful. The workers are not professional at all, they were not good at what they were doing.

I always feel welcomed and have always gotten great service!
