I attended this nail salon for a manicure and pedicure arriving at 6:45pm. I had ask for a aqua neon color for pedicure and ask to match the same color for my finger nails. They seem to have done a good job on my toe nails. However when they worked on my toe nails they did not perform all the services that included on their basic package. It seemed that they were rushing in order for them to go home. When it came to my fullset manicure they lady did not seem to know what color to paint them even though I had mentioned i wanted the same exact color from my pedicure from the beginning. Horrible service as the attempt to make up their prices with out doing what you ask for. Bottom line colors did match, prices are very high for the type of quality work they offer and the customer service is terrible. If you want ugly, bumpy and uneven dis-match color nails come here! Otherwise save your money, go elsewhere where they offer the quality and service you deserve. If could put no star or negative stars i would. THATS HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS!!

What I received vs what I asked for.. then when I went in the next day for them to fix my nails or at least give me a refund the manger had a stank attitude told me I had to wait 2 hrs to get my nails fixed and yelled that they don’t do refunds mind you the manger has done my nails before terribly because she had an attitude and very obviously hates doing nails, anyways I kept it respectful and waited to get my nails fixed the lady who fixed my nails was very nice she was the same person who messed them up but she was t rude like the manager who lacks professionalism and gave alot of the customers nasty attitudes and made us uncomfortable I will never be getting my nails done again at this establishment!! Also beware they try andFinesse people by having an outdated brochure with there prices on display but when you refer to it they say it’s old.. so if it’s old why do u still have it up, they’re over priced one time I got nails that cost 45 & my sister went in the next day got the same exact ones and they charged her 65 it’s a very sketchy place with very negative energy girls save your coins and find somewhere else i promise you’ll regret going here!!

Waited over an hour for a pedicure, only one other girl getting a pedicure who might I add, arrived AFTER I did. So I’m waiting for my pedicure and every employee either sitting down or walking around. When I ask for a towel to dry my feet so I can leave they all of a sudden want to attend me. Still wanting to charge me $55 for the service I wanted after being told it would be $35 and not taking into consideration the time they are taking from people….if I could give negative stars, definitely would.

Ive been to this location a few times n never had a problem . This place is very nice inside. But the last person who helped me did not now how to paint my nails. And did my nails uneven. I had to tell her n show her my nails were uneven.

Bad customer service & really bad nail work! Never been to a nail salon until now that does such a bad job. They just care about getting to the next customer.

I had a bad in grown toe nail, sister recommended coming here. I got taken care of and feel much better got a leg massage and they even have nice massage chairs that helped with my back. I would definitely recommend coming here guy or girl if you want to have a good time.

Went in first time got a pedi and my nails done the lady who did my pedi filled it with gold water she took forever so did my nails text I wanted blue yes but exact design as they picture it didnt work out if how I wanted where they finger of them glitter she wanted to leave at where they texture was rough I told her no file it down to a smooth texture well she did went to pay 82 dollars gave her 60 in cash and the rest in card well they card machine didmt work so they told me can you go get them rest it walmart? You’ll wait 2 hrs for a basic pedicure… and please be careful when you’re charge. They will add their own 15$-20$ tip on top their charge which is very disappointing for their service. This has happened twice and it’s only my fault for not paying attention and being too nice to the elder ladies… wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all. They are super sketchy.

Would honestly give zero stars if I could. I left the salon in tears. I went to get my nails soaked off and instead Mary used a nail form to ripped my existing acrylics off. When the pain became to much I had to yank my hand away to make her stop because me crying and saying it was hurting wasn’t stopping her. My natural nails are ruined and I was left with bleeding nails. I have to push back my next nail appointment to let my nails grow back. And on top of that, I waited 45 minutes to even be seen. She didn’t say anything about her leaving my nails bloody or broken. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Which is a shame cause the actual salon is very nice, it’s just the workers inside.

I should of looked at the reviews before I came. The reviews do not lie! First of all, it took them 2 hours to finish my basic pedicure. The water was cold before they even started on my feet. I had to tell the tech multiple times what to do, couldn’t even perform the basic steps of a pedicure, skips so many steps. After she placed the whole UV light on top of my wet gel polish not once but twice, I asked out loud for another tech to finish my toes and everyone looked at me and did nothing, said nothing. I asked for a manager and they said they had no manager. They obviously don’t care about the service they’re providing. It was a waste of time and waste of money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! You will leave this place so disappointed and frustrated.

So I showed up today at the salon first time getting my nails done here very disappointed I normally request what I want so I showed the nail tech when I wanted a picture of what I wanted and this is what I got very very unhappy not the shape not the style not the color for sure because the one I want it was Matt and not shiny I’m very disappointed and that’s why I’m giving it such a low score when it comes to doing my acrylic nails as for the nail technician that did my pedicure loved it she was really professional really courteous yeah she did an awesome job don’t recommend

Super expensive($60 for the nails in the picture) for lumpy acrylics and ugly nail colors. They seat you right away in hopes that you won’t leave but you still have to wait a long time. Asked for gold glitter polishes, they insisted on a “gold” powder that looks yellow and horrendous. It feels as though they purposely leave the lighting in the salon dark so you don’t notice the terrible job they did until you’ve already paid and left the salon.

Horrible nail techs try to push you to designs and colors they want. they wouldnt do the color i asked. left me with no nails all ugly and burning skin all over my hands and white stuff that is hard to take off

I would NOT recommend this place. They make up there own prices every time and will say pricing in pamphlet are old and not updated. After today being charge $105 for a fill and full set No gel polish or nothing fancy Ill never step foot back in that place again. NO ⭐👎🏼

The owner really not nice at all!!! I know she can make very nice for French manicure, I wait for her for 30 minutes to do my nails and once she came she’s really not nice at all!! I will never ever come back to this place!!! Remember you are not the only one give service for nails in this town

Was excited to do my nails here since the place itself is very clean and beautiful. However, the quality of what you get vs what you pay for is TERRIBLE. I paid over $100 for a full set and a pedi. Pedi was okay, was just a little rushed. The full set is so thick and three of my nails are crooked. About 90% of the staff was moody/had an attitude. As most of these reviews say, go somewhere else.

When I first started going to Kelly D Nails, I had no issues. Last year they moved to the suite next door. I wanted to treat myself and got my nails done for my birthday. I got the dip nails, Im not sure what caused it but when I put my hand under the uv lamp to dry my nails, 1 of my nails started burning. The tech redid the nail and tried again, rinse repeat. Finally got to a point where I just wanted to go, it was good enough.Well, I figured after a year, they should be good now, right? I was so wrong. I took my daughter to treat us both to mani/pedis. She wanted a full set and I needed a fill. Maybe because I was doing a fill, I was directed to a table while my daughter went to get a pedicure and got her nails started at the same time. By the time her pedicure was done and she was getting her nails finished, I was still getting my fill. Lets review why....I had 1 nail that was coming off after having my nails for 4 weeks. My nail tech started trimming down the nail, get to the last portion, and rips the rest of the nail off, along with my natural nail which was half the length of the nail itself, ouch. When I snapped and told him what he did, his oy reply was a mumbled sorry, I should have stopped there but I was determined to enjoy my experience with my daughter. It just went down hill from there. I repeatedly had to call him on the length and sjape.of my nails, he repeatedly buffed my skin, he had a tendency not to polish the sides of my nails. Finally, a repeat of the year before, when u der the heat lamp, my nails on my left hand started burning, when I removed my hand and showed him, he tried to say that is how the nails are, small at bottom, wide at the top (big language barrier). He devided to redo all of my nails, and for some reason, some of nails needed more buffiing. During the next paint job, all of my nails became warped. He also did not clean them of the dust, noticed by the bump under the polish on my pinky. I quit, just wanted to be done.My pedicure, I was not asked it I was ok with temperature of the water before the hot hot water was added (thankfully I love hot water). I could have taken a nap her touch was so light. Was there a big issue, no. Could it have been better, yes. She didnt bother clipping my nails, the massage and rocks were light strokes, again, no check in on the rock temperature.Finally, my daughter told me she had the same issue with the lack of a proper pedicure. Her names have an interesting shape. When we got home, she realized 1 of her nails seemed to have a dent, she touched it and it moved. She che ked her nails and they were all the same, it appeared that 1 layer of polish did not dry before the next layer was added. She ended up peeling all of the polish off.I paid the full rate $153. I didnt want argue of the service, I just wanted to leave. However, for the 1st time, in i cant remember how long, I gave no tip.It took me 2wks to get around to this review because I knew it was going to be a doozy. Now, I have 1 nail that is chipped, and 1 nail that is coming off.I have NEVER has such a horrible salon experience and I will Never go back.

Disgusted with the service. They don’t respect making appointments ahead of time, they kept us waiting. The lady didn’t even due what I asked for and was yanking my hand around and twisting me arm. The shape was wrong, the color was wrong. So unsatisfied and angry. I’m never coming back. Don’t waste your money.

Worst nail spa EVER been too, the lady that attended me seemed as if she was tweaking. She obviously did not value my time it took her an hour and 30 minutes just to clean my feet and since I had to go my nails were not done. They also kept using same tools for every customer with out even sterilizing them. First and LAST time i will ever come to this place again.

I’ve been several times and the pedicures are pretty decent. The nails are AWFUL! Great place to go if you want to pay for everything you don’t want. Waited for an hour before I ever saw anyone. It took an hour to “do” my nails which would be fine if I didn’t have to come home and completely redo them. All in all spent 3 hours at the salon and left with at least an hour to fix their horrible nails. I would have stayed and made them fix it but they were closing and frankly I didn’t want to spend another hour telling them how to do their job. Now I remember why I started doing my SNS dip nails at home. Mine are much better and I know what round versus square means.

Im a regular customer and I always call ahead of time to schedule my appointment. But every time I go in Im waiting 1 to 2 hours even upon making appointment. No one even approaches you upon arriving. I scheduled for my lunch and now I didnt eat or get my nails done. Poor attention to customer.

The salon is beautiful and very tranquil inside. Staff was very helpful and polite. Took my kids (7&5) to get their nails done for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. 10/10 for all areas and definitely recommending to others.

Please save your time. This “spa” is highly unprofessional showing no courtesy to their customers. Checked-in and waited 40 minutes for a simple removal until I finally left.. When I advocated for myself on why other walk-ins are being serviced before me I was ignored multiple times. I understand you have to be patient at salons however it is highly unprofessional to ignore customers and take walk ins who arrived 5 minutes ago before you did. Save yourself the time! There’s a reason why they have low ratings.

I went in there at 6 PM and had called ahead of time to make sure that they can do my pedicure. When I got there someone was leaving upset about her pedicure and I should’ve took that as a sign as the lady left The host approached me and said they were closed. The worst!

I always come to this place for my pedicures and they always do a great job! The ladies are really nice and friendly and my feet feel so soft every time!

Ive given this place two chances. The first time my nails were fine. The second time I went in to get a fill and change the design walked out with NOTHING like what I asked for. Im not one to make someone feel bad for their effort. Otherwise I wouldnt have left this unsatisfied. I will not be returning.

You should have your nails done the way you want them .my nail are uneven. Some are short, some long. Tried telling the girl. But she started putting her stuff away and was getting mad. I just let her do her thing. When I got up to pay, she said $45.00 dollars, I said no $18 for fill $5 for gel thats $23.00. She got all mad. I do not mind paying for good service. Place is nice and clean but that’s all they have going for them. The main receptionist lady that sits at the first booth behind the desk “Jennifer” is very rude and unprofessional. She barks at you if you do not know exactly what you want, talks under her breath and throws tantrums in front of guests. She got up and walked away numerous times while doing my nails, every time she got up she threw my hand down on the table and while she was away, everyone that was sitting around me told me she is always rude to customers and STILL expects a tip.

Pedicure great, full sets not so great depending on who does it. Mary did mine, she was not very nice, did not speak when I approached her work table. Rushed through my nails and did a poor job. She put the gel top coat over the dust left on my nails. She also left acrylic all over my hands, not once did she ask me to wash my hands. Mary needs to find a different profession or improve her customer service skills, I will never get a full set from there again!! I paid $92 for both, she must have overcharged for my full set which came out cloudy, should have been ombre. I normally tip, but did not this time!

You sign in when you arrive but they take higher dollar work first and do not honor the waiting list!! I waited over an hour and watched person after person going in before me because they were getting pedicures, full sets etc… my patience ran out so I questioned the manager/ owner?? Who proceeded to try and argue with me when all I was asking is why have people sign in on waiting list if they aren’t going to honor it anyway… this lady tells me she is busy,not to talk to her anymore and if I don’t like it then I can leave!!!

Most terrible service I have ever received since moving to Arizona. When you walk in you’d think you are going to get great service, but all I received was extreme attitude and the manager kept changing the pricing of my nails increasing the price.Wish I could say something genteel but I wish I could give less than 1star honestly. Very poor quality nails. Acrylic was left all over my fingers. I was cut about 4 or 5 times. Twice on the same finger. Polish was so poor quality it came out looking very clumpy. Air bubbles in the nail polish. Not a clean application. Very unacceptable for the amount I paid. Would not recommend going in for a new set of nail. Pedicures are great if done by someone with experience.

I spent 63$ on my nails and they had a red with the clear acrylic and she didn’t bother to take it off she just left it, she didn’t clean off the Acylic from around my nails when she was done so it dried on the outside of my nails she didn’t even put top coat over all my nails. It was like she was rushing... I do recommend this place with certain people doing your nails not my nail artist

As soon as I walked in I was surprised at how big it was. It is very beautiful inside. My husband and I came in for pedicures (it was my husbands first pedicure) they did such a great job. They took about an hour and they did the best pedicure Ive ever had. I totally recommend this place. It was a great experience Im going here every time! They were professional, detailed and convenient!

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. This is my 2nd day of having my nails. 1 on my other hand already broke . i went back to get it fixed and waited 20 minutes. Then a big fanily came in. They jumped straight on them. I asked how long i would have to wait for my 1 nail to be fixed and they said 40 minutes. They were all rude and ignoring me. Worst customer service id ever received. I would not recommend ANYBODY to go there. Just TERRIBLE. you all should be ASHAMED.

Jenny is hilarious, professional,and honest. If you got calluses ...SHE GON TELL YOU! (AND SHE GETS THEM OFF 🤣Ive never enjoyed myself so much at any nail salon. non stop laughter!

Absolutely horrible business. The lady at the front who Im assuming is the owner did my nails and as she was finishing I kept pointing out there were air bubbles in my nails. To which she kept saying no no theres not and the bubbles would go away with a top coat. I asked her to redo the color since ALL my nails had bubbles in them she got an attitude started the first two over and pushed my hand away. She repeated again I dont see any bubbles, I told her again they were clear to see and I would pay her to redo the color. But she threw the biggest fit threatened to cut off the nails I sat almost two hours for. This is absolutely horrible business and I will definitely not be going back.

The owner Kelly D is very mean and rude . Customers go in there wanting good service and when you tell them what you want they always have to do it their way they never want to please the customer . Not professional at all . It seems like these people don’t even want to provide good quality service . Quick to take the money but unappreciative and uncommunicative . It seems no matter how much you try to be nice they will do their best to ignore you . They don’t deserve any customers ! Go somewhere else . Plus the product is very cheap and the work is sloppy !!

Set up very well to deal with Covid 19 and keep us safe. Atmosphere is wonderful. Beautiful and comfortable. I will be there every 2 weeks.

They offered me a bottle of water when I first arrived. Very Warm and welcoming.. Didnt have to wait, plenty of staff available. They gave me a Menu & a recommendation. Very clean and pretty atmosphere, if not Beautiful! The decor is very palatial and you feel like Royalty as youre being served like A QUEEN! ! !

I thought I would give this place another chance after my first two bad experiences. NEVER AGAIN!! It has been many years since I have done acrylic nails so I am unfamiliar with the new colored acrylic. The first time, I wanted an ombre look. They used a colored acrylic and did not inform me that if I wanted to change the look I would have to pay for removal, and new set. The second time I called ahead and made two appointments. One for me and one for my boyfriend to get pedi. They took him right away and made me wait 30 min. By the time he was done they started mine. He had to wait an hour. Today, I walked in and no one acknowledged me. I waited 30 min and someone else walked in asking for mani, pedi. No apt. They took them right back. Again POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Asked for gel nail, they did the curing gel light but it was regular nail polish. I am assuming here but I believe because it was a manicure and clear coat they assumed I wouldn’t noticed. Also asked for the hot wax manicure and they dismissed me on it. On my pedicure the lady was being pushy about getting color since I wanted clear. She was supposed to do my manicure too but because someone else who was sitting next to me asked her to please do her nails she pond me off to someone else for manicure. I asked someone else if I may use the restroom and she said “yea whatever go ahead. “ And did a hand gesture completely dismissing me. Lady next to me laughed and said “wow how rude” I understand everyone has bad days but if you can’t put aside you’re issues to attend someone who is trying to unwind from every day life, it is very unprofessional. One goes to have a pleasant time and pays to get a service that makes one feel amazing specially when being a single mother of three and to receive this kind of treatment, very disappointing.

This place is horrible! The people there are not professional. I went to get a pedicure, couple days later my nail starting hurting and I called to make an appointment and the owner hung up on me ! Had to write this review. Ive been going to Kelly D Nails on 35th Ave & Bethany Home for years. Always received outstanding service (manicures and pedicures). My nail technician was also name Jennifer (different spelling), who is no longer there. After being unable to visit the salon for a couple months due to schedule conflicts, my husband took me there this morning as he was tired of my alligator feet. To our utter surprise, the entire salon had been remodeled! IT IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Beautiful diamond chandeliers, bigger flat screen TVs, bigger waiting area, double the pedicure and manicure stations, new snack bar and outstanding concierge service. Kelly also expanded her services and now offer lashes, etc. Also, she increased her staff (receptionist, housekeeping, concierge and technicians). I was completely blown away (and still got an outstanding pedicure while there). Grand re-opening was Aug 8. I came just in time! :)

While our nails look good, my friend had the WORST customer service experience!!! She went in and showed Mimi Nguyen a picture of the nails she wanted and Mimi said she would ask another one of the employees how much it would be. (All she was wanting was 5 different colors, no design). Mimi said that it would be $38. My friend was confused because she only wanted regular polish. She expressed that to Mimi and Mimi responded and said, “Oh, because gel already is $28 and the 5 extra colors is going to be $10 extra.” (I got 5 different colors and mine was only $5 extra.) And she told her that she only wanted regular polish and Mimi looked at her and said “Oh...okay, that’s going to take like an hour to dry though.” And my friend said she didn’t mind waiting so Mimi said okay. Throughout the time of her getting her nails done, Mimi asked 4 different times if she wanted gel and each time my friend said no. Then, I saw the GCU student discount ad on the TV so I texted my friend and told her to ask about it. She asked Mimi and Mimi said she wasn’t sure if they’re still doing that so she’d go ask her boss in the back. She came back and said that you guys aren’t doing discounts right now because GCU students aren’t in school right now. My friend expressed that we are in classes right now (we are going into our third week), and Mimi just kept saying that her boss said no so my friend agreed. When I went up to pay I asked for the student discount and they were about to give it to me but then Mimi walked up and said they aren’t doing the discount right now. The receptionist and all the other employees were confused because they thought they were doing discounts. Mimi just kept saying no and said that she asked Kelly and that Kelly said no, so I did not get a discount either. However we did overhear that Kelly was napping in the back (we were there from 11:15-12:30) so she straight lied to us about going to ask her and everyone could tell. Terrible customer service!!!

Nails came out very pretty and my lady was gentle and really nice. On the other hand, the lady at the front counter was rude. I asked for change and she gave me so much attitude just to tell me she didn’t have change.

Horrible! Long waits. I got burned with paraffin wax my first time. Got talked out of full set. My nails were thick and popping off next day. Im working and couldnt get in within 3 days..on 4th day i get no discount no sorry nothing. They dont listen or understand whats being asked for. Waste of money!

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here and their equipment is cleaned well, the facilities have impeccable upkeep and staff is friendly. And the work they do is good quality for a great value. I drive quite a distance to come to this salon and will keep doing so.

I went and the time they took was very little didn’t take their time and my nails are so ugly! I feel bad for the man who did them bc I told him I liked the nails but I didn’t. He was really rough and some of my cuticles are red and they hurt :/ they came out lumpy and not painted well DONT GO HERE

I made an appointment to fix one nail and when I went in they said they didn’t have my appointment and the wait was going to be more then 30 minutes which I had to ask her multiple times for her to answer me she was very rude from the moment I stepped in did not let me explain the situation and walked away and ignored me ended up leaving and don’t expect to go back

Avoid this place at all costs. Worst experience ever. All I wanted was white tips w/ pink and white powder. Every tech knows how to do this. They were 3 times too thick, there was acrylic extending past my nails onto the corner of my fingers, clumps of white acrylic under my nails which she did not remove. The white tips were to small for nails and sisnt cover my whole natural nail. The lady doing my nails acted like she did not want to be doing my nails at all. I went to another place a week later had them removed and redone the right way. I caution anyone considering go there to go somewhere else. Here is what I walked out with. Look closely and decide for yourself.

Terrible place!! Do not go here!! Save your money!! Super unprofessional and rude. Does not care about customers. Do not sanitize. The older guy that did my nails cut me multiple times and left my nails horrendous.

Horrible place my mom got her nails done today and the lady did a horrible job one of her fingers the lady didn’t even put enough glue and it lifted up and it looked like the fake nail wasn’t glued went back so she can fix it or the owner can fix it and the owner didn’t want nothing to do with her didn’t even want to give her at less half of wat she payed and we payed like 300 never recommending everyone to this places

I will NEVER go back again! I went to try this place with my sister & just asked for a pedi so as I was getting a pedi I noticed the lady was digging and scraping the side of one of my toes and I told her it hurts so she went on and did the same to the other side of the same toe! Went home assuming my toe was sore and it would go away, WRONG for weeks my toe was hurting and now it is so infected and red!

I got COVID19 from this place (positive covid19 test from the doctor)! They wont social distance even if you ask. They arent sanitizing the chairs at all much less in between customers. Dont go to this place. I feel bad for the people who have to work there!

They put the nails on your fingers the fake ones too tight they leave rings on your real nails underneath not a good place

Worst place ever, I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my nails and I told her I wanted it exactly how it was in the picture and she said it was going to be $65, Well it was my turn and this lady was already putting them on and she wanted to put me cheap material (like ugly cheap glitter and the diamonds all ugly and fake) and I told her that I didn’t want that type of material and she told me that she don’t have the type of material.... when in the beginning she told me that she did !!!!!! and I told her to take the nails off and she wanted to charge me 65 dollars (when she was doing a poor job) plus 5 dollars more to take them off. So I told her to do something simple on me and this lady was literally giving me attitude the whole time and it’s been less than a week and my nails wanna come off already !!!!!!

OMG stay away from this place. The owner Kelly is rude and picks and chooses which client is seen first. They move you from chair to chair. Take forever

I’m so bummed because this is close to work and I really wanted to have a good experience. I only had a gel manicure and it does look good. However, going to get my nails done is a luxury and I don’t do it often so I want to relax and enjoy it. Unfortunately, they had 4 TVs on the same channel where the sound was not synced up. Each were a half second off making it sound like a constant echo. It was like nails on a chalkboard. I mentioned this to the woman doing my nails and she did not say anything. About ten minutes later I thought maybe she didn’t understand me and I asked if they could turn all but one TV on mute. Again I was ignored. After the manicure I was asked how I liked it and told them my nails look great, but I wont be coming back. I left irritated with a headache when I just wanted some time to relax after a long week.

This place is TERRIBLE. Mimi did my nails, i asked for a VERY simple design. She butchered my acrylic. it is bumpy and acrylic on my cuticles. they colors are terrible and the design is uneven and lopsided. each finger is a completely different shape. I came in close to closing when i got off work. they made me pay before they did the acrylic, my first mistake was doing that. when it came time to do the design, she had to do it 3 times then call someone else to do it. Since i was the last person in I didn’t want to make her stay super late to fix them, plus there was no one else there to fix them as it was only us. The next day I called and no one was willing to fix my nails, which was all i wanted. i did not want a refund. Mimi eventually was put on the phone due to language barriers. She said the owner wasn’t in so “no one is going to help you, even if you came in”. I asked when the owner would be back and she said “probably next month but we aren’t doing anything about it” and hung up.

Horrible experience charged 50 bucks for my daughter who’s 7yrs old for regular foot soak no gel and pedicure. Didn’t tell me they was gonna charge that much to the end. I’ll never go back

My nails were amazing lasted a month almost more and they got every detail I wanted and made me feel great love this place will always go back 💯❤️

Zero stars if it would allow me to select that. A truly classless establishment. My girlfriend went to this salon to get her nails done last week, and a gentleman there worked on her nails. Throughout the manicure, she was persistently hit on by the individual working on her nails. He continued to ask her questions about herself throughout the entire manicure, and he wrote his number down on their Kelly D business card and gave it to her, while telling her to Call me if you want to hang out when the manicure was finished.Not only was this aspect blatantly unprofessional and grotesque, but so was the quality of the $45 manicure itself. She complained about it when she got home, and has said it has even gotten significantly worse in the days since. Coming from someone who hardly knows the slightest thing in regards to nails, I myself could even notice how extremely poor the quality (and effort) was.My girlfriend was very upset about this, and I called on her behalf to discuss this abhorrent display of professionalism. A lady answered, and I asked very politely to speak with the manager (if there was one currently working). She spoke two words to me the entire 5-second conversation saying, No manager and hung up on me. I proceeded to call back two more times, in which both cases I was hung up on immediately, unable to even speak a single word.Never in my life have I witnessed such a disgraceful display of professionalism displayed by a business, and individuals, and a complete lack of any sense of the word morality.

First time going there and they did an okay job

They gave me a very nice, professional manicure, and took her time doing it. I dont get fake ones just my own, and I have gotten multiple compliments on how nice they look! Thank you, I will see you next week, and I really appreciate the good service!

Poor customer servicePoor quality in productsVery rude lady in the front as well as the techs I had .My SNS dip nails I first got done with them, the top coat peeled the next day.The second pair I got done with them I got SNS dip again and they left my nails lumpy and one broke off in 3 days .Went back to get that one nail fixed and they said they were too busy to fix it..... no longer coming back.

Horrible! Didnt fix what was done wrong. Nails looks thick and ugly. Do not recommend.
