This may be weird but one of my favorite things about this place is their daily color coordination (i.e., on Tuesday’s they wear blue). I don’t know why but I love the uniformity! Other than that, I never have complaints about my gel fill, pedi or eyebrow wax (my usual services). I would suggest making an appointment if you want to guarantee an timely & efficient experience.

Busy place. Not allowed to make appt. You just have to sit there and wait. My pedi felt rushed. Not what i wanted after a very stressful week. Nails look good though.

I love the service here Ive been coming for 3 years now. Tim did my nails today and I absolutely love them. He works fast and is a perfectionist.

Staff was incredibly friendly and patient. The work was affordable and detailed! I showed a photo and got exactly what I asked. I even went back to have them shortened (my bad judgement) and they sat me within five minutes and finished within 30! The work speaks for itself.

I love legacy, it has kind workers and their boss is well trained. I saw that there place was organized and treated me with care. Good service comng there next time!

Nina did my nails badly. She tried to upsale me gel nail and I refused so she did a tacky job. You can see that 1 day after my regular Manicure the polish was flaking off. The polish was too thick and she thinned it. How many times has that been done. My cuticles were also badly thrashed. She wanted to charge me to re-polish with my polish. Her manager re-did my polish

Went with my mom and sister to get pedicures and the service was mediocre. I requested a French tip and the entire pedicure was slow and sloppy from start to finish. I didn’t have time to complain for correction because it had been practically an hour to complete. Workers seem undertrained. My mom was asked if she wanted a clear top coat applied to her polish as if that’s not standard with any polish application. Long story short we won’t be back. There hasn’t been a time I’ve come here and was completely satisfied.Edit: after going home to FIX my French manicure I realized there’s a cut on the top of my big toe. If I could give less than one star I would. Never would have paid if I noticed ahead of time!

Watch them. They will upgrade your kids services without permission. They have quoted me incorrect wait times and wont take appointments. My nail shape is incorrect and nails are popping off.

Employees were very rude and charged extra for MEDIUM length. I didn’t walk out with the set they did, I had them taken off. The length of my nails were uneven and poorly shaped. My cuticles and nail beds are in awful shape after leaving here. I regret going here so much. There’s at least 3 other nail shops in a 1 mile radius with better quality and service. Red nails is across the street and they actually have great service and better quality.

I’ve never had a problem with this place until today. I went in for a pedicure, full set and wax. At the time of paying one of the ladies told me that my total was $118.00!!!! Somehow that didn’t seem right. So I asked her how much it was for each service. She started stumbling on her words and told me 28 for pedicure, 50 for full set and 17 for wax, I told her that’s only $95.00. She then very nervously apologized and told me sorry I did the math wrong and refund me the extra $23.00. I always somehow thought they overpriced some of the services. I never had a bad job done, so I never questioned until today. I feel like they do this all the time. They are good at what they do, but when you are about to pay I suggest you request an itemized bill and keep track of the services you get done. They like to overcharge! I mean over charging you $23 dollars it’s just wrong.

I love this place. Mike does a very thorough job every time. I highly recommend Mike.

After the service this weekend, or lack of i will not be returning. The lady i had did not acknowledge the design i wanted and instead did her own thing. After i said thats not what i wanted she started speaking in a foreign language to the other staff, i was then told my manager said no more, you go wait and talk to her ... so i went to the front waited for 15min for no one to come up to me and apologize, nothing - So i left, i went across the street to Red Nails And Spa and they were amazing. very friendly and able to finish what was done wrong. I do NOT recommend LEGACY AT ALL!!!

I WAS a 10 month customer. Paid $130 for nail and pedicure service. 12 hours later Gel broke on toenail and wants me to pay $7 more to get fixed. RUN from this place. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Does not use good products.

Worst experience they had never had a bad experience with me, until today. The manager made excuses for passing me on so many occasions today. Always have done a fantastic job. Employees however were rude to me today. One stood on her phone and ignored me. The experience was just blatantly rude. I don’t recommend anymore.

The worst nail shop ever! I went in yesterday to get a gel mani and the main lady (the owners wife) got upset that I asked her to file evenly. She threw the file at me, yelled that she HATED BLACK PEOPLE and that they complaining too much. She said I needed to pay $15 and leave. I told her that I wasnt going to pay anything because she didnt complete the service. Her husband, the owner, locked the door (I am not making this up!). They locked me in the store and called the police. I waited for the police and when they got there nothing happened besides me saying I will NEVER return and them saying they dont want me to. The racial slurs that the lady said I cant even repeat. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! This is a racist place!

I wouldnt go anywhere else. Legacy Nails is the best salon in Laveen. I live in north Phoenix and travel 45+minutes during rush hour to come here. I will continue to come here for The amazing pedicures and flawless nails!

They will do whatever you want and accommodate you. My nail artist was a little rough. But they do a great job.

I have looked all over the valley and even when I travel and Mike at Legacy Nail and Spa id truly the best nail tech I have come across. He does an amazing job on my sns nails and I wouldnt go to anyone else.

Did a terrible job! Nails came out bumpy and left looking a hot mess. Also asked the nail tech to clean off my nails because fuzzy things got stuck to my nails in between putting the gel on and instead of stopping and fixing them she continued to polish OVER them! Which you can clearly see because I had clear polish. Very disappointed with the outcome would never go back and waste of 60$ .

I had a great eyebrows waxing experience, it was fast,easy and painless! I recommend going at lest 30 minutes after they open so its not too crowded.

I used to frequent this salon. But after my recent experience I will not go back. One of the worst pedicures and manicures I have ever had. The massages usually included with these services were a swipe over the skin with a dab of lotion. The massage is a very important part of the spa experience, without it why bother. Polish left on cuticles, both feet and hands. Very poor job. I have never written a review before but this was a very unpleasant experience for the cost.

Mediocre at best! I went it for a manicure and a gel polish. I wish I could post a picture here. Cuticles were all ragged looking, and gel was peeling on couple of fingers. Just overall a poor job. I went back for them to fix it, they agreed. Never going back there again. The front office lady was very nice about it, but the technician still did a bad job. I didn’t say anything the second time, but definitely not coming back.

The nail tech gave me exactly what I asked for. So much friendlier than some other places

Awful customer service...my family and I made appointments the day before for 12pm and when we showed up at 11:57am were told to wait behind 6 other people. Not to mention the nail techs were rude and we got no greeting when we walked in. Definitely dodged a bullet after leaving right away...

My niece & I walked in for full sets. They made sure we would be taken care of-to wait about 20mins. After 40mins of waiting they then decided to say they will not have time for us because it’s getting late. For reassurance I did ask if they’re not going to provide any service to us after waiting so long—they stated correct. They were not apologetic. They didn’t offer to perhaps make an appt at a later date, nothing. It was my first time visiting this salon and I did not feel they handled the situation well. Quite frankly it did piss me off. I will not return.

At least four different Legacy nail techs have done the dip process on my nails and all have been excellent. They use a good product and it really lasts.

Very good experience, the ladies in there were nice, and did a excellent job. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what the picture looked like, highly recommend!

Here trying to get my nails done, was told it would be 30 mins so I advised I am going to the store and will be back before 30 mins. Tried sns and loved it BUT when it came time to pay, the cashier kept the merchant receipt. She never asked me to sign the merchant copy and gave me the customer copy. The merchant copy was left blank and unsigned for them to fill in whatever they wanted. Very displeased at the attempt to steal from me

Place is great but I distinctively asked the nail tech if he can put enough acrylic on my nails due to my work profession, he said ok nonchalantly and preceded to do my nails. My nails didnt even last an hour before my middle nail broke off (and mind you I was only driving) Im so dissatisfied 👎👎👎

Had my nails done 2 times already, they do a good job but so hard to even get in there because its ALWAYS so packed!!!! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Had lots of negative reviews about service and staff being rude to customers. So I chose not to go here even though it is very close to my new home.

Its ok but i didnt want tips glued on to mine i would have liked it formed using the paper they use to make the nail. Mine look like they want to come apart and are really wide. Its hard to say what you want when they go ahead and do what they want.

Just got new chairs! New decor! Looks very nice.I get my nails done by Mike. He does an excellent job, an Im really picky.

Very rude!!! Don’t recommend this place to anybody. Asked for manicure shot nails and they went off on there own and did what I did not asked for. And they got mad and left me waiting for an hour till I decided to leave. And still came after me saying “another person would help me he’s almost done”.

Decent place, but a tad overpriced. The gel light was dirty. Glad it was a UV light.After only 1 week, the polish chipped and is lifting. Very sad for gel. 😢

Love this place, Mike is so fast ! Good quality and last longer then most places . Not pricey either. They always can do whatever new trend there is . I am a cosmetologist and Im so picky but here i dont need to because they are very clean and accurate with there service .

Please do not waste your money !! I asked for coffin shape nails and this is what I got and he did not want to fix them. The nail tech had an attitude the whole time he was doing my nails and the lady that did my eyebrows did them totally uneven.

I went into to get a gel manicure Sunday, it is now Tuesday and they have peeled off. I am disappointed because they were super cute but done very poorly. I would not go back for a gel manicure again.

Horrible, slow, and rude. The owner usually does my eyebrows well, but I guess she felt lazy today. I used to get my nails done at this place as well, but I stopped because they popped off in 3 days. No stars. Save your money. They overcharge for their services too!

Horrible customer service, I called before they’re about to close and one of the ladies specifically said “ We’re too busy we can’t help nobody“ that is bad customer service and I do not recommend this place at all and especially because they have a 3.7 rating.

WHEN SHE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THEM AND WHEN SHE SAID SHE DIDNT LIKE IT THEY CONTINUED TO STILL DO HER NAILS. SHES TO THE POINT WHERE SHE IS ABOUT TO CRY. SHE IS PAYING MONEY FOR EVERYTHING SHE DID NOT ASK FOR EXCEPT FOR THE COLOR. I AM HIGHLY UPSET AND IRRITATED. I WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP COMPLAINING AND GO DOWN THERE UNTIL THEY GIVE HER A DISCOUNT. REDO THEM FOR FREE OR HOW ABOUT DO WHAT SHE WANTED?

Have been coming here for years! Love it, they are so nice and friendly and give the best mani and pedi. Also they have a big selection of colors.

Had attendant Judy, who was engrossed in a conversation with Susan (in Vietnamese) the whole time. Had to ask her anything. Job was professional; anything related to my names got a break in her conversation w/ her colleague to answer me. Funny how the Asian culture is though, I sensed she got offended when I got my $2 back FM the $35 I handed to her. Bill was $33 for Mani/pendi. It is about relationship with the client also. How you make them feel when they visit your shop for the first time. For me at least. I dont tip out of habit but for $ervice!

Just got my nails done. Color is pretty purple and asked for matte soft purple gel full set. The taller guy forgot his name attempted the matte but failed. Made him redo my nails, they were uneven and lumpy. Even after the fix still alot of flaws still tried to charge for the matte he had to remove. Lol no sirrrrrr Sorry 2 stars from me. Never again.

This is the second time i will be returning in 3 days because the nail tech refuse to do my nails the way i tell him! Im a hairstylist and i need them to be thicker plus everyday hustle and bustle being that im a mother and i have alot of things to do! My nails are just popping off when doing everyday small duties like folding clothes and washing my body in the shower! Absolutely ridiculous! I would never recommend them to any of my 350 clients because they suck! They will fix this nail though tomorrow!

This place is horrible! Rushed job on my feet and my nails need a fill already, it hasn’t even been over a week.

Impatient and short tempered staff. I went there to get my nails done for a wedding Im going to and told them I want them narrow once and they got upset and said they werent finish yet but I was only telling them in advance so that theyd get it right the first time. Next thing you know theyre clipping my nails right off saying they cant do it cause I dont know what I want... they need to be shut down

My experience here was absolutely awful. The man who was aplying my acrilic nails was not even paying attention. He ended up grinding the skin on my fingers. When it was time to paint my naild, there was lines and layers showing all around the nail. I will never return to this place.

Never going back ! Use to be one of my favorite nail shops till I went last Friday to be told after I got my nails done the price went up . I went for a fill on gell acrylic within days my nail polish started to fade and come off . Would not recommend

They use false advertising, they said they will give me a pedicure including polish for my feet and they only did it for my NAILS for 15 dlls and gel for another 15 dlls in my feet and their EXPRESS pedicure means they will only cut your nails and polishing them for 15 dlls, thing that they have to do to put gel in your feet, but since they use water to loosen up my cuticle, that for them means PEDICURE. they fooled me.

This place over charged my wife and could not explain why it was so expensive due to a bad language barrier. They charged her 45 dollars for a French tip on her orginal nails no set. Dont recommend this place

This is the absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Extremely unprofessional. The man who did my nails had an attitude the entire time and they are way too overpriced to not even carry OPI Gel Polish. Never again.
