The man who did my pedicure finished the whole thing and then realized one toe wasn’t perfect. He completely redid it - he really cared and wanted me to be happy with it. I was so impressed with his commitment to doing a good job! Very friendly and communicative. I’ll definitely be back!

The most relaxing, clean, and thorough pedicure Ive ever gotten. As a single mom, I never want to waste my time or money on a mediocre pedicure. Charming Nails had me so relaxed and Im very happy with how my toes came out.Its also SO CLEAN. Ive never treated myself to paraffin before, but decided to this time because the condition of everything is so beautiful. I highly recommend it. My feet and legs feel great and my toes look cute.

Charming Nails is hands down the best nail salon youll ever find! Dao and her whole staff are absolutely amazing, I refuse to go anywhere else to have my nails done now. The salon is smaller, but I think this is a bonus as its more personal and relaxing while having services done. They truly care about the product they give and arent just concerned about getting you out the door, like Ive experienced at most other salons.I was originally interested when I noticed Dao received many five star reviews for helping clients grow healthier nails, so I gave her a shot. She majorly exceeded my expectations! My nails used to be very frail and chipped frequently, now they literally will not break. Not to mention I always have the most flawless manicure! My gel manicures are always so smooth and shiny that my nails look like mirrors, they look just as good on day 14 as they do on day 1.

All employees are very nice! Dao did an awesome job with my nails. Make sure you call to confirm the location and your Appt. The nail salon is in the salon boutique building; once you enter, take a left and look for unit 24; the door has the nail salon’s name (charming nails and spa)😊! Highly recommend!

My manicure especially and my pedicure was of such poor quality, it appeared that a child could have done a better job. The quality of their work is not deserving of the prices they charge. Sloppy job. Did not put lotion on my hands. I didnt even get a top coat on my nails. I dont think I got the top quote on my toenails either. I didnt even get to wash my hands, only the tips of my fingers were put in plain water. I feel like a fool because I gave a $5 tip. What a waste of my $65. My feelings are so hurt. I feel as though my money should be refunded. I got robbed!!!

My nails were a mess and most places put pressure on to do powder or gel nails which make my nails so weak underneath. There was no pressure and my manicure looks great. I got practical tips to keep my natural nails healthy. I will definitely go back.

I am THRILLED to have finally found a nail spot! Went in today as a first time client with Dao and she exceeded my expectations, especially with an SNS ombre. She did a phenomenal job and I walked away with the best manicure Ive ever received. She took her time and I truly appreciated that. Im all set for my out of town business trip thanks to Dao. Dao is a true professional. She takes pride in what she does and it really shows in the quality of her work. She asks what you want and makes sure you are satisfied. She also cares about making sure your nails stay healthy. These are all things that I have not found in any other nail technicians. We went here because of all the 5 star ratings and it did not disappoint!!

Charming Nails by Dao is the best at what they do. I believe that it is the best kept secret in Phoenix/Scottsdale. They have a beautiful Suite within salon suites with plenty of ample parking. The building is very clean and inviting. The salon is pretty, comfortable and very clean. Dao and her staff are welcoming, kind and professional. They have beautiful colors to pick from as well as top of the like services and the best product out there for your nails. Dao is a true artist and her nail art is like no other. I have never had a better service for my nails or toes, and I have been having services for over 30 years. Dao is gentle and teaches you about the best way to care for good nails. Jason gave a beautiful pedicure and the best massage. Their massage chair is so relaxing. Booking was extremely easy to do. You can tell that this business works very hard to go above and beyond to care for their customers.

Absolutely amazing pedicure . This is the best pedicure I’ve had in a really long time . It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep and she was very gentle with my feet which I appreciate. I will definitely be only going to this nail salon from now on

Because of COVID, I wanted to find a nail salon I could go to and be confident that social distancing would be in place. I already go to Lacey Storm Skin Cafe in Salon Boutique @Arcadia so I checked for nail salons, read reviews and made an appointment. I was not disappointed! At all! I have found my new nail salon and felt that I was in a safe environment the entire time. And my feet feel AMAZING!!

Dao is the best in the valley! It took me over two years and about 10 nail salons after moving here to finally find someone who can give a good manicure and pedicure. She takes her time, has a great attention to detail and genuinely cares about her customers.

Dao is amazing. I have been a client for several years and would not trust my nails with anyone else. You will not be disappointed. Her salon is spotless and she does a beautiful job. She is also a lovely person who cares about her business and her clients. I go for a gel mani and a gel pedi and am always 100% satisfied! You will love Dao!

I am so pleased with my gel mani/gel pedi. Dao is meticulous — they are perfect! Her space is very clean. Everything is sterilized, which I appreciate as I work in the health care field. She uses quality products. My gel was OPI color. She was very friendly and also educated me on why she was doing things a certain way. Made me so confident and comfortable. Shop was easy to find. It is inside the Salon Boutique.
