My BF and I went for a pedicure they did not start us at the same time and no one ever came. no explanation either. the lady who did my pedicure scraped my ankles. Does not seem like they ever intended to work on my bfs pedicure. Not friendly

Michelle is my nail tech and I absolutely love her but everyone in this shop are wonderful, never had any issues. Very professional and clean. They make sure you walk out happy.

The worst part about this review is that my nails are perfect.My issue is that I was told at the start of my appointment they would be able to do a certain effect for me, and at the end of the appointment (after my nails were done) they told me it wasn’t possible for them to do.When I expressed disappointment with this, Lee yelled at me in front of the entire salon. And told me he would pay me $100 if I could take a picture of his work to another salon, and have them recreate it.This is beyond unprofessional. It was flat out rude.They need to stop cutting off their customers, listen, and explain better.Half-way through my appointment (nails half done) I was told they didn’t have the pink color, and to choose another color.So I did.But there was NO mention about the magnetic effect I was looking for, not being available. And the effect has nothing to do with the color.Because he told me half way through my appointment they didn’t have the color, I was expected to understand that means I would be getting an entirely different style of nail? No.They’re lucky I paid. I was lied to, mislead, and then berated when the salon was full of people.Despite the perfect nails I have, I will never return. What a humiliating experience.

ASK FOR LINDA! She is so dope. Not only is she talented, shes such a fun time. She will make you laugh while youre getting your nails done. Her attention to detail is impressive. You give her a design for your nails and she will make it come to life!

This is the first and last time I will be going to this nail salon. I was treated very poorly by one of the guy nail techs. I told him I wanted coffin nails. As he started to shape the first nail I told him(very politely) that it was a little too narrow for my liking. (I like a thicker more subtle coffin) I even showed him a picture to make it easier. I figured since he was barely on the first nail and he hadn’t put any acrylic on yet that it shouldn’t be a problem. It’s not like I waited until he was half way done before I told him. He rolled his eyes at me and said “I’m not doing your nails” then he got his stuff, got up, and went to another client and started doing her nails. He didn’t even ask another employee to help me. He just left me there. I had to ask another man for help “I’m assuming he’s the owner” and he had me move to another seat and wait for another nail tech to help me. I’ve never been treated like that at any nail salon before. I’m still confused about why he acted that way, it makes absolutely no sense.That was completely rude, immature and unprofessional. When it was time for me to pay it was almost $100 for my nails and pedicure and what I got was very simple. Bad service and overpriced.

I’ve been in to the salon twice now. The first time was just for a quick eyebrow wax which I was able to get in very easily as a walk-in and my brows came out great so I was very happy with that. Then I was in today for a gel manicure and a pedicure and Bebe took wonderful care of me! I’m super happy with my nails and all of the staff is very nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

GO TO LINDA!!! By far the best one there! She took care of me after my previous set of nails that were done so horribly, she is full of life and character and always keeps the conversation going! 100/10 recommend this salon and requesting Linda!

I love how my pedicure turned out and I really liked how the acrylic nails my Best Friend got turned out.. it was so Beautiful 😍. My acrylic nails in the other hand turned out nice but since I got them powder there was a lot of missing spots where she missed that didnt coated right and comparing it to the person who my Best Friend got there is no comparison he took his time on her nails, shaped them, match it coated very beautifully. I loved his work and since Im OCD about everything my nails tuned out okay. My pedicure person did an amazing job I loved it!

When I first started going to this salon I was really impressed by the quality of nail technicians and their work. I quickly became a loyal customer. However, lately, service has been in rapid decline. For example, I’ve shown up to an appointment and have had to wait over an hour without any apology. The past 3/4 times that I’ve gotten my nails done at this shop I’ve felt that the job has been rushed through without any room for my feedback. Additionally, because I don’t normally speak up and am typically easygoing, it felt like they were okay having me wait longer for services, etc. There are a few amazing techs here (like Hannah and others), but it isn’t worth the gamble. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Great experience! Kevin is my nail tech and hes very knowledgeable and knows what hes doing! The salon is upscale and provides awesome hospitality! Definitely come check them out. I just get a fill for my overlay so Im not sure how they do on designs.

I will never go back to this place again. I was a first time client and the customer service was terrible after my terrible experience. The nail tech was way to aggressive and cut my fingers. At first I didnt think he had actually cut me because of the nail filings you couldn’t really tell. My finger did start bleeding though and the nail tech didn’t even apologize but did start to be more careful when he saw the open wound. After bringing it up to the business I was told that hopefully I would just come back and just try a different tech. Smh. This place is trash. Do not go there.

They would rather you sit there and wait for the person that did your nails to do them versus helping you out.. I say there for 20 mins just to get one nail fixed and no one helped. Yes they do great nails but they should treat people like they ar a priority and not push them off on the next person

Linda is the absolute best for full sets!!!! I encourage you to schedule an appointment with her because it gets pretty packed. Linda is so creative too.....I always let her do whatever she wants to my nails and we both have a fun time watching her art come to life. Best salon in Phx.

I was very happy when I first walked inOne of the techs over heard me talking about wanting coffin nails. When it was my turn she said coffins nails right? So immediately I was happy to have someone who was paying attention. Evweyrhinf was well till the end. I got in my car to look close at my nails and lot of places where missing polish!

Quickest pedicure and eye browwax of my life. Got there at 1:00pm. Picked my Polish, then used the restroom finally sat down at about 1:10 and my pedicure was over and done and she was telling me to get up before my nails were even dry and I was walking out at 1:35pm. Wont be back!

I went for a full set and wanted ombre dip. Not even close to what I got. Still got acrylic then dip to make the ombre look,, it was applied like acrylic and she coninvced me it was right and would last longer. The service was rushed, the filing of my nails was horrible, glue and acrylic was left behind I had to clean off at home later. And within 3 days the nails were lifting. They are also ridiculously thick and uneven, my thumb nails arent even the same size! And I am pretty sure it was the owner who did my nails just rushing the job because they were busy. I had an appointment and they were rushing me out to take walk ins. I dont know where all these good reviews are coming from but it sure isnt from nail jobs like the one I got.

I went here for the first time a month or so ago and was very pleased with the results of both mine and my daughters manicure and pedicure. I made the mistake of going to a different place to have them filled and they did a terrible job. So I came back to these ladies and they removed them and re did them and I am very pleased once again. I have learned my lesson, and I will be sticking with them!

I got the plainest nails you can get just a simple french tip...guy said it would be 50 dollars!!! A bit high for french tip but whatever...he said it would be an extra 5 bucks for gel which usually comes with it....anyway I said fine 5 bucks isnt bad but then when I went to pay he say 100 bucks! He charged me an extra 50 bucks for a gel polish...Ive never spent that much on nails and this set wasnt even cute it was a plain french tip...dont go here they rip you off....

Bebe took care of me - I came in for a gel pedicure. Not only was my pedicure flawless but Bebe was so quick and efficient. I will definitely be returning to 16th street nails, loved the salon and service. I’m so happy I found a good salon close to my home.

Im from California and went down to Arizona to visit my parents ..the last day there i wanted to take my mom n daughters for a nice treat so i came across this nail salon ...we when n got are pedicure done so far everyones when well except mines ..the lady cut me in 2 of my toes n give me an infection in another one it was so painful very disappointed..but lesson learned usually i do my pedicure kus of situations like this..they need to be more careful...

I dont subscribe to No Chip, dip, acrylic products. Just my plan, simple nails. Yet, Kevins work is/was phenomenal. My service is two weeks old and still standing. Never have I experienced such a lasting basic nail service. Kevin has SKILLS! Versus the lamb excuses Ive gotten from some nail techs, who attempt to blame customers when the polish chips in 2-4 days, saying... You got basic, not no chip. This service with Kevin, proves that its techniques, not the types of polish choosen.

I went yesterday and this lady with like short hair and like burgundish hair color did myPedi she made small cuts on my skin it still hurts and burns so bad. I honestly recommend andys nails on 40th St and Thomas best nail place out there i just went to 16th st because my sister wanted to try it never going there again ever ! 0 stars

I came in and they made us feel very welcome, I went in with my 2 young daughters and they accommodated them like paying customers, not to mention Lee did my nails better than the picture I showed him.. ❤️ definitely recommend!

Good place to go

Went in to relax and unfortunately that did not happen. Pedicure was fine, just a little careless with the buff which scratched my toes. Manicure was started by a very nice girl who had me dip my hands in hot acetone which burned my hands leaving them puffy and dry. Hannah jumped in after and did her best but the burning acetone had already ruined the experience. The gentleman at checkout was not very kind or apologetic, stating thats simply how they do things there. This was my second visit, and on the first they did not do that. No discount was offered even though I was visibly distraught. Will not be coming back.

Came here to get a pedicure with my friend they were very nice they gave us water the work they did was excellent thesalon was nice neat and clean I love that they had protective barriers between customers and the workers where you sit down for your manicure it felt safe clean and secure. Best of all at the end of my pedicure they gave me a mask to wear out and about with their logo on it so thats awesome. Free stuff is always awesome free advertisements always awesome I dont mind wearing it and it works amazing. (I wore my own mask during the pedicure)

I had the full set acrylic SNS nails applied. Customer service was excellent because they communicated well both with each other and customers, have high expectations, are neat and tidy and ensure that you get what you came for. There are signs throughout reminding customers to ask about costs of services before it is rendered, which is smart. I appreciate the attention to detail, especially since I am quite particular about the way my nails look. English is both spoken and understood well.Due to COVID, customers are asked to wash their hands beforehand. Sanitizer and masks are also available should you forget a mask.The only thing I would prefer with SNS nails is for the dipping powder not to be communal but rather in a separate container for each customer for sanitation reasons.The other thing I noticed is the wall artwork. Its not the cheesy 80s style one would typically see in a nail salon but rather a tasteful collection.
