As a guy I know we are pretty skeptical to get pedicures or manicures as I was at first, but I gotta say they are amazing here at Tiffanys! I get pedicures here on a regular basis by V and she takes very good care of my feet. Highly recommend it gentlemen!

If you can deal with rude staff, they do a pretty good job on manicures most of the time. You have to get one of the top three technicians otherwise the rest are just mediocre. But like I said, they are rude rude rude! Go there and youll see what I mean :)

I go to this place all the time But I will never go again ! I called to book an appointment for me and my niece They denied my 2 year old niece a pedicure because they said she wouldn’t sit still ! (They never did her before so they don’t even know how good she does) And she does very well at home and a nail salon they never gave her one so they wouldn’t know ! It’s all good I will take her somewhere else and never return

First of all. I got acrylic nails done 2 weeks ago and 2 already fell off by themselves. I would’ve thought this was a coincidence but it’s not I got them done on new years and once again they fell off extremely fast. that was the time when I thought it was something normal and just a coincidence but it’s not. they have some very cheap glue. the reason i’m mad is because I paid 40 dollars for these.

Well done nails! Always does a great study set for me and fills in the nails. Even look as usual and relaxed environment. Great for a lady on a budget who wants to leave feeling more relaxed and beautiful. Highly suggested

I got my nails done here in the beginning of the month for my cousins wedding and was so disappointed that later on I noticed the guy that did my nails did not paint them completely so they grew out fast. Within a week and half I had to go back to just get the artificial nails taken off because it didnt look good. I didnt have time to go back right away to tell them I need it fixed as they were all messed up and needed to be painted all the way to the base of the nail, as close to the cuticle as possible. I feel they do this on purpose so people would keep coming back. Well I am not! I got the nails removed today and even got a cut on my finger in the process. So definitely wont be returning. There are much better places out there that will take the time and do quality work on nails, paying attention to detail and being careful.

I love every one there. I had went in about 2 years ago with a friend to catch up and Ive been going there ever since. We have become good friends that I trust there every move I just give them my hands and let them work magic. (Now that is Trust)

If you can avoid the Man with glasses do so please. I asked him if I can get yellow tips instead of white he said no we dont do that here very defensively. I said you cant get a clear tip a paint it with nail polish he said no again I was like ok. Did the full nail yellow while he was filing he was being very aggressive hurting my hands. After he was done he went to another costumer and began doing her nails heard him clearly as he asked her does it hurt being very courteous. Mind you a full set colored cost 26 as I was hoing to pay he said it was 30 dollars I said for this and she said yes. Not coming here again.

Lynn is great, she does a good job and is very sweet and accommodating. She makes sure Im comfortable and does nail repairs when I need it.

I love this place! Theyre so friendly and make sure you feel comfortable. Im really shy and everyone was so nice. She also spent LONG time massaging my legs during my pedi. I almost fell asleep that how long and good it was. I will be going back!

I know the owners before they owned this place and worked at another salon. The owner (wife) does my eyebrows and does an excellent job. I have only been coming to her for the past almost 15 years to wax my eyebrows and she always does an exellemt job. Everybodys always nice and they all do a good job with pedicures an manicures.

The person that answers the phone, talks over me when Im trying to make an appointment, trying to make the phone call faster but cant hear what Im saying while doing so. And I requested a nail stylist and says there is no one by that name. But my friends go there all the time. Or just maybe couldnt hear what I was saying.

Service was wonderful. Very clean and the design turned out beautiful.

Gel polished wrinkled up in 2 days on 4 fingers, a day later another two finger nails went bad. I went back to fix it but the shop owner said they were too busy and reluctantly asked to come back. The attitude was awful and unwelcoming. They mess up and don’t care to fix it. I’d rather pay more but get a quality job done.

These people are very nice and patient, the customer service is impeccable. The owner, I believe her name is Theresa is very welcoming and she is great at shaping eyebrows, she is the only person I allow to touch my eyebrows in the phoenix area... there is this other guy in there as well, who is a real artist when it comes to nails, the location unfortunately is not the best but the service they provide is totally worth it !

I went in yesterday to get a gel manicure. This morning I noticed the gel had started peeling from my nails. After work I decided to stop at the salon to see if they could fix my nails. They redid the gel polish. I just got home and noticed the gel polish wrinkled and pitted. Gel polish, when done correctly, shouldnt do that. Im disappointed I spent my time and money at this establishment.

This location is under new management. Teresa and Don are the new owners and come from Anthony Lees located on 7th St and Bell. Don and Teresa have been doing both my nails and pedicures for years. They are the best.Sorry to Anthony Lees loss. Check them out. Do not let one persons BAD experience send you some place else. Give them a chance to progress in their new venture of owning their own company.

Horrible...made an appointment for a full set, fill,childs manacure and 3 pedicures..they told us on the phone to be there at 5:45...upon arrival they started the nails and we picked out colors for toes too...and told us after they could not do our pedicures...also just painted my daughters nails horribly was not even on all the nail and peeled off withim 2 hours...no top coat or anything...very disappointed...their customer service was aweful as well...almost bothered that we were there...the same guy did all of our nails in 1 hour...completely rushed...will never go there again...would have given 0 stars if i could

I will never come back here again the worst experience of my life I made an appointment yesterday for today at 2 oclock I waited for 15 minutes I asked the owner when I would be going back and he told me to come back at 3 oclock after I told them that I had made an appointment for 2 oclock he completely ignored me and walked away while I was talking to him. yes they do a good job but it doesnt make it it doesnt make a difference if you are going to be bad at customer service

They did a great job on the actual nails, however they didnt even get close to the edge of my nails, looks like theres 2 weeks growth and I just got them done. The guy also cut my fingers twice from not paying attention while filing the acrylics, he was watching soccer on his phone.
