I loved this place. Very relaxed not all covid scared or insistent on masks. Pam was my nail artist and she did an amazing job. Didnt rush through, but took her time and made sure that my nails werent too thick or too thin. They turned out just right. But you do have to specify to them that you want gel color otherwise they use regular nail polish. But Im definitely going back to Pam and next time I will get gel👌. I do highly recommend Pam.Thanks ladies!

Kind and friendly service! Great pedicure, opted for #4 from the menu. My feet look good even a couple days later! I will definitely be back-- and I dont live in Phoenix, but I will be sure to stop by now!

This place is great, they take their time, you get the hot towel & hot rocks with your pedicure. They listen & ask how you like your toes to look. My feet feel & look great! Oh & the prices are great pedicure starts at 20.

They arent following covid procedures. Theyre reusing files and buffers. They overcharged me too. It said 25 for pedicure with callus remover then next to it, it said $3. Is that 28? Or 31? I was charged 31. The topper was there was an employee who came out from the back picking her teeth and making these gross sucking noises, so there is apparently a break room, and proceeded to listen to a vietnamese podcast super loud. Not relaxing at all. It was so annoying, I just asked her for the cheap flops to put on so I could leave. I will never go back.

The lady took 2 hours for a simple sns dip. She made me bleed on two different fingers and made the sns go up into my cuticles so a few days later my nails started lifting. I went back in to get them fixed and they told me they would help me in a couple hours. I just went to a whole new salon. Definitely will not be back.

Been coming here for years. Ladies are so nice. They know all my kids, what I want, etc. My dad drives up from Tucson just to see Tee.Owner is amazing. Great family.oriented place

I paid extra for gel polish. 😕Unfortunately this is the worst polish job I’ve ever had. I’m going to remove it immediately and paint them myself. 💔

I never do reviews, but all i’m gonna remember is pain! omg i’m really nice about things but the lady that did my toes didn’t wear gloves had sharp nails such as her thumb, and she dug into my big toe 😟 she also scrubbed my feet soooo rough hahah i’m surprised i handled it without laughing + the hot towels/stones and paraffin wax were super super hot and i have a high pain tolerance! paid $55 for gel removal, and white gel toes. not too bad but kinda unsanitary and quality of how my toes were painted are... not the best.

Ive been going here for about a year. I usually get a lip wax and have only waited over 15-20 minutes once. That once was yesterday. A couple workers didnt come in and the AC was not working very well. So overall the service is good!

I have been going here for some time now and I will not go anywhere else. Salon is clean and pedicure sinks are individually wrapped. I see T every time and she does a amazing job on my pedicure and sns nails.

This place has great prices and EXCELLENT service! Wish I lived closer, because it would be my new regular spot.

Paulene Nails was my saving grace. I was so dissatisfied with the last two places I tried. I decided it couldnt get worse and called Pauline because it was close to my home. I found Ashley and I cannot begin to tell you how happy I have been. Within one appointment, she completely turned my hair catastrophe around. She is knowledgeable and hilarious which makes taking the time out of my schedule seem completely worth it.

There is an older lady who works here - I didnt catch her name. Very sweet and attentive. Had a great experience. Will definitely come back.

Quality, service and pricing is incomparable! These ladies are #1 in their class.While traveling between OH and AZ for work, I would wait to return to AZ to go to Paulenes for manicures, pedicures and acrylic nails.

I like and dislike this place. The girls are nice and remember you. But whenever i go here and get the same thing done the price is always different and i dont like that. You think its 1 thing then your paying more.

The ladies are super nice. The store is perfect the only reason I didnt give it more stars was I got my feet done ($25) and I got gel polish on my real nails and that was 45 dollars. I thought that was way to much i didnt even get nails i just painted total was 70 buck without a tip. I havent got my nails done in a while but still thought it was a bit much. But they were great not trying to take from the ladies. It was a great experience and they did great.. Thanks

Best full service mani/pedi I can ever recall! The prices are great and it wasnt too busy at all, I got immediate service after walking in and choosing a color. The color is perfect, the heels (which can get rough in the AZ summer) were immaculately filed, and i was able to doze a little while i was getting my acrylic overlay. Which, by the way, came out perfect also! I will never go anywhere else ever again after finding this perfectly hidden gem.

Have gone there three times now for my gel nails, about to make it a fourth later this week. They do great work, thin nails that last at least 3 weeks. So glad I found them, theyre now my go-to nail place in Phoenix!

Pam is the ONLY tech at Paulenes Nails i will ever let touch my nails again! The other tech.. Never again. But Pam did such an awesome job fixing them!! I will continue going to Paulenes, to see her!

Bad experience getting SNS powder dip nails here. They don’t soak your nails to soften your cuticles before trimming. They used an electric tool to “sand” off my cuticles, leaving them bleeding on almost every nail. They lady didn’t try to stop the bleeding, she continued to use the tools (and brushes to wipe away dust), which makes me think the whole operation is unsanitary...the dip powder looks messy/uneven, and it feels like the polish is wider than my actual nail.I would imagine getting any manicure, be it gel/shellac/regular, would be the same procedure to clean up cuticles. **I will not be returning, please be wary of getting your finger nails done here**

If only I could give NO stars. Moved to Phoenix and had to find a shop. I really liked one of the ladies here. I called one day to make an appt. I got off at 6 and asked for a 630. When I got there at 6:20, Pam Said you were supposed to be here at 6 the whole time that I was there which was 2 hours waiting because I had to work and had no time to come back in the Future Days, she continuously said you said 6 oclock there was no way I said 6 oclock when clearly I got off at 6. As she walked away she said, well shell just have to wait!! WOW!!!!!!!!!Finally at 8 oclock Pam took me. When she got done she wanted to charge me and I said that is crazy that you want to charge me and you had me wait for 2 hours then she got mad after I said Im not going to pay you after waiting that long she said I did a great job on your nails and I deserve to get paid. I have never had somebody do my nails so horrible!!!!!! For going there continuously, youd think they would take care of u. But like ALL of us they see $$$$ signs.....PERIOD! They have NO customer service one so ever!!!!!

They over charged me which i found out later by looking at the menu, and they tried to play me on my change. They are unprofessional and have bad attitudes. I see why this place is practically vacant. I would pass this place up.

I just so happen to show up about 6. Me and my daughter requested for mani&pedi. There was a few people so I thought we’d be okay. After we got our pedi, we had to wait a little to get a mani(after the lady forgot). A lady did my daughters nails with design, no problem she was satisfied . The tech Pam, stayed after closing for my mani! I was very satisfied!! She even gave me a message and made sure my coat was perfect. We talked about a lot. The ladies were really nice and welcoming.

Worst experience. Not only was no one available after I booked an appointment ahead of time, but the acrylic set I got were poorly done. The woman doing my nails was careless with her tools, got super glue all over my fingers, and made my cuticles bleed multiple times. While trimming the acrylic nail down, she nearly cut my thumb.

Good atmosphere and cleanthere are some techs that will butcher your cuticles, Ive bled before, thought it happend again and questioned the tech and she got really snippy, yacked to her co-workers - others are really good!! So you have to make an appt.
