🥰 I called and asked if walk in were welcome the lady who answered the phone was super friendly and so politely asked when i be there. I told her hopefully before 5:30. Once I got here I was greeted. It wasnt long until I got into a chair 3 mins tops.Im always satisfied when I leave.

Very expensive paid $60 for this simple nails shape is not even the same some look square others looks round lady was trying to convince to get a gel color I said no clear she still got the gel color I had to tell her no again!

I used to come here few years ago and the staff was very rude and unfriendly... decided to come back and had my nails done twice now by Cindy and her work is just phenomenal.. she does an amazing job... she’s very sweet, professional and fast. Definitely recommend!! 10/10

I got a full set acrylic. They kept trying to convince me to get something I wasnt interested in getting. The tools used on me were not sanitized because she took them out of the package and was clearly not new and open. The lady that did them was lovely and very friendly. I did have to wait extra time for her to come which was fine. Umm.... But the final outcome.... Not to my liking nothing was flush with my cuticle in other words it looks like I am due a fill. The polish looks the same like I have been wearing it for a while. The under nail acrylic is rough. The polish is sloppy, its on my skin. I expect if I am paying $30+ for a service I should get what I paid for not a service that looks like a beginner for $15. I will not be back.

It was a long wait for the holiday so I was thankful that they were open. My nails on the other hand I paid 167 for my hands & Feet plus my sister the same thing except she got a fill. Our paint was gel of course and very basic.. well by the end of the day the gel was coming off. which I had witnessed someone else who returned from her earlier visit to get her nails repainted because her paint was off already. We were supposed to get 20% off according to the big banner outside because it was new management but we didnt. The staff were nice though and the lady who did my feet was sweet. I feel if. We pay the amount then we deserve high quality service.. I still tipped them both $20 each because of their service provided.

Horrible service went in with my daughter for a 2 pedi 2 manicurea no one spoke to me. We waited for 15 mins then a male customer walked in and they immediately took him to a chair. Very poor service me and my daughter just walked out. ALL money is green

Pretty expensive coming from houston texasno prob ended up changing my mind on afull powder set for $75.(remind you just moved out here & definitely on a budget)that’s when the lady called me a “cheap bum”....that was no need for that ....when people realize people live ona budget when moving she would definitely feel me lol.Very ignorant of her comment.God bless the old little lady🤞🏾

I was charged $60 for a fill in by the next day my nails already started to come off. Prices are WAY TOO HIGH... They use cheap nail material. If I could put 0 stars I would!! My friend went in for a Pedi and the next day her toes already started chipping.. Save your Money and go somewhere else..

They did SUCH a good job on my acrylics! Got a full set when I came in after I took a nail break due to a different salon doing horribly. Wanted to go a light color for Easter and they came out exactly how I wanted. I had Cindy and I recommend her highly because shes extraordinary. A few rude people came through while I was getting my nails done and the situations were handled gracefully by Cindy and the staff without disreupting any of the clients which is extremely important as the atmosphereis key. The staff was very lighthearted and carefree despite being super busy and Cindy got the job done fast!!! Check the place out! (:

I’ve come to this nail salon before my birthday in November on a Tuesday . The discount for 20% Monday & Tuesday was included . For my nails and toes, I’ve come today 12/21/2020 a Monday, and a customer had to pay full price, when I questioned that they said the discount doesn’t count until January, so my question is why is the sign up before January when I went before November? I used to love coming here with my friends but now me and my friends will be taking our business else where. They are load of liars. I’ll be going somewhere else. If they can’t read there own sign then I don’t know what nail salon this is.

Went in for a fill. Had a picture of what I wanted. He was leaning towards a pink glitter so I picked a pretty pink color. He put the glitter on the wrong nail and ended up doing three coats of the pink so I said never mind on the design. I didnt have time to walk him through it. The three coats of gel polish made them really thick. He didnt get the polish down to the base, over painted on some sides, and under painted on other sides. There are bubbles in the polish and they just look sloppy. They look like I did them myself instead of paying $30 for someone else to do them. I had to get to a 2pm appointment and came back after, around 2:45pm. I walked in and explained that I didnt like them at all and wanted to know if they would charge me to fix them or just take them off completely. He kept saying how he had to do 3 coats because it was a light color and a new color. So Ill pick a different color. Then he said of course if I pick at them theyre going to chip. I told him they were not peeling because I picked at them theyre peeling because of how they were painted. He started to take the polish off one nail and then tells me that it will be $10 for the polish change! I told him to stop because if Im going to pay for them to be done again Im just going to go somewhere else. Ive never been to a nail salon that not only wont acknowledge that they could have done better, but will charge you to fix their mistakes.The place seems relatively clean. It is pretty inside. The prices are cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been here since it opened. I really like this place. I know there were new manager and there’s a lot of changes. But I feel welcome when I come here and I trust them. The first time, they did mine not that good. But the second times, they fix mine really well. I begin to come more often and turns out, my nails looks really really cool. They look so pretty and it is the same as I wanted. I guess this is the first time they ever manage a nail shops but they actually improve a lot. Now, I come to the Elixir every time I wanted a full set. I love this place. I hope people who read my comments like it and feel welcome when the people there did something wrong because anyone can make mistakes. 😊❤️

Good price & service

Came in to get my toes done which I love, but when I showed a picture and told the nail lady with the short blonde hair exactly what I wanted over and over again I left very dissatisfied and all she said was “I’m so sorry, I’m very tired but next time I’ll do what you want.” For someone to waste your time and not even care about how you feel about what you’re going to pay for us very poor work . Do not recommend.

I went for a pedicure and the service was great.

Jessica was very rude and unprofessional as soon as I walked in she gave me attitude, told her several times my nails were ready to just get popped off and she still ignored me until she cut me. Obviously I complained to her because she was hurting me, then she got up and went to the back saying that she didn’t like to do nails to people like me and left me there. So rude!!

It was an awful experience. The nail tech was too scared to take my old set off and made me soak in acetone for almost an hour. I decided to get a pedicure why waiting. She never asked which one I wanted which was strange. She never did any callus removal or scrubbing on my heels and my feet looked just as dry and cracked when i came in. She charged me 49 dollars for a 10 min pedicure and gel polish. I said but your basics is 24 bucks how is gel polish 25 bucks? My grand total for full set and pedi was over 130 bucks

Amazing! My nails came out beautifully and perfect! Great service too, the employees were super nice and made it a nice and friendly environment. I HIGHLY recommend Elixir Nails! I also highly recommend Sam, she did my nails amazingly and was really friendly.

My nails and my toes came out just as i wanted them too. The shape of my nails were perfect and my toes were perfect as well. They have a wide variety of gel nail polishes and the offer dip powders as well. I will definitely be coming back to get my nails and toes done and I highly recommend Elixir to anyone looking for a nail salon!!

The price is decent for gel nails. The music playing in back ground is nice & majority of staff is hospitable. However the gentleman that did my nails rushed through the process. A couple of my nails are on crooked. The acrylic doesnt cover my nail and neither does the polish. When he was finished it looked as if I needed a fill. I am not satisfied with finished product. My daughter got her nails from the same shop & they are flawless! I will go back but I wont allow the man to render me any services.

Today I decided to pamper myself but was highly disappointed. I started off getting my feet done. I couldnt use the massage chair becuase the lady said she could do my hands while doing my chair massage. The lady took for ever to do my nails. I am still waiting to finish my nails. I told them i will be back at 4pm.

My GO TO nail salon! They do GREAT work, they are fast when u need them to be and take their time when u want to relax. They always take great care of me and the prices are to DIE FOR! 😍 The staff is the best in the business and the nicest and they are so nice and friendly. The work is great the staff is great I go there every time I need my nails dine & I will NEVER go elsewhere 🥰 If there is bad reviews on here they must have just wanted free nails or some discount. Bad service, took almost 2 hours to do a basic pedicure which weren’t even painted right and put an older lady who didn’t know what she was doing. My husband also got his eyebrow done and they shaped them differently, first and last time I come.

But today I feel like I have to after I witnessed a customer threaten to write a bad review if the nail tech dont offer her discount on her nails. I just want to said dont let those bad reviews deter you. Come in and try them for yourself. My family and friends get their nails done here too and they never have any problems with their nails.

Won’t be going again or recommending anyone. I got my nails done a week ago and they have lifted off my nail. So I decided to go back and they fixed the 2 nails that started lifted. Yesterday one nail Completely came off without me knowing. I’ve never had nails come off so fast. Didn’t even last a week. Not to mention the nail tech just rushed through.

The the new owners are horrible. They had an excuse for everything wrong they did. The last was extremely rough, she filed me my finger along with my nail and filed my skin pretty bad. Still charged us full price and was charged extra for length for medium short nails ...

I had gotten my nails done at a different location & hated them. I stopped into Elixir to see if they could do anything to fix it. Michael smoothed out all the issues & stayed late to get me something I love! On top of that, the other staff was friendly & the salon was very clean. Ill definitely be back. Thank you!

I went in there to get a simple cute nail set with some flowers added to them and they were terrible. The whole one they were arguing about not knowing how to put the flower on since they were real. The girl next to me wanted the same set as me and they were terrible. They’re too over priced. The place is welcoming and clean and their pedicures are good, but overpriced. Definitely not going there again.

Nope. Do not. Go here. I read the reviews first and thought how could you mess up a basic pedicure🤔. Somehow the girl pulled a horrible job off. What should have cost me 25 dollars ended up costing me forty because I had to leave straight from there to another to get it fixed. Neva eva.

Little expensive for a full set

This is the best nail salon I have found in Phoenix. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants their nails and toes looking great. The older lady that work on the weekend did a wonder job on my pedicure. I am really picky when I get coffin shape nails but the guy that sit in front did an amazing job on my coffin shape nails.

My nail tech was excellent! The shop is clean & doesnt smell like most shops Ive been to with harsh chemicals. The atmosphere is casual & lacks personalization for a place opened for over a year. On the day I went, the tv was set to 80s music. Not the worst or best place Ive been to, but Ill be back. The cost is competitive with other nail places.

I love this place! I went Saturday for the first time for a full set, and they took their time and made my nails perfect . Customer service was excellent as well. Oh and the best part is they understand english! So if you have a nail preference, or a question they will be able to answer it without being confused.

I been there 3 times they do your nails to quick not nice. For a fill very short and square gel at 35.00 not good. Overpriced for a sloppy job she even left gel paint on my skin and told me it was going to wash out or she could file it off my skin. I got of and quickly removed the gel from my skin when I washed of my hands. The nails are think uneven. After 3 weeks I took the nails off and two nails turned BLACK. Please do not go their they are nasty.

By far this is the best nail shop I have experienced! The prices are fair to cheap for the amount of work that is put in. The staff is also friendly and quick at what they can do! I am a very picky person when it comes to nails so for me to say my nails came out perfect as can be is saying a lot. Most definitely going to be seeing me there every time I need my nails done with the girls!

During the hole time he was doing my nails I kept telling him I did not like the way he was already doing them. I kept pointing out what I didnt like. He kept telling me not to worry about it that he knew what he was doing bt clearly he didnt knw what he was doing. My nails came out uneven and every fat n bulky. Super upset with how my nails came out. Wont be going back.

Everyone who works there is so nice and makes you feel totally comfortable. They do an amazing job and take their time when doing your nails, which is great because good work takes time and my nails always look beautiful.

This place was great before the new owners. The lady was really rough I went with 5 ppl and 2 ppl were injured with the roughness. And 1 apparently has a crooked finger. Will not return. It was my favorite spot not anymore.

A male service person did a really bad job for my nails and he mad them really thick for me and he couldnt fix my nails he left a lot of powder dip on my fingers . He got mad and called me names because I needed him to fix them. He was very rude. Not good service wouldnt recommend this place.
