The job got done but it relied heavily on my personal effort. I should have just done this myself.I called because I had problems with a Windows 10 update that did not complete properly. I also suspected hard drive reliability issues. The problem was quickly diagnosed and In-A-Dash took my computer to replace the hard drive, to reinstall the operating system and to restore my data.The problems:-Technician arrived without identification. This is a security and safety issue.-Technician did not provide a clear invoice and receipt for the computer when it was taken nor did he provide his contact information. Again, a security issue.-The cost of the work was not really high but it was not especially low either.-The computer was returned on time but was only partially functional. The tech left before a full check was completed.- Unfortunately, the wrong data had been transferred and needed to be redone.- Additionally, Microsoft Office would not install on the newly configured computer. I spent an hour on the phone being told by In-A-Dash that the issue was with Microsoft and not the work that had been done. They refused to rectify the problem. I ultimately contacted MS who confirmed the Windows install problem and simply had me rebuild the computer again. I have had no problems since. I suspect some problem occurred during the original build.I would not use this company again. Disappointing.

I want to recommend In-A-Dash Computer Repair to anyone who has a problem with there computer and is not an expert. I know little about computer hardware. I called In-A-Dash and JD explained everything to me as to costs and what they could do. My tech, Jesse, arrived on time and did an exhaustive check on my computer. I ended up having a fried motherboard. I decided to purchase a new computer through them. They had me up and running with in a few days. Jesse came back out to my house and set everything up and explained what I needed to know. Again I had a very positive experience with In-A-Dash.

Thanks to great reviews I called these guys when by CPU failed. Jesse came out and checked everything and recommended a replacement laptop. His recommendation matched what I had already chosen which made me feel good too. they transferred all my files to the new laptop, came out and set me up on the internet and peripherals, and were there later when I had problems locating my bookmarks for setup.
