These guys just fixed my hp laptop that was really acting up by not letting me have administrative access and some more bull@#$%.. but they had it ready the next day with reasonable prices, and it works great. Super nice people that genuinely care. Will definitely stick to these guys moving forward!

I was lucky to discover GeekForce nearly 20 years ago. They built my first PC and its replacement 10 years later. Paying for the annual service (which includes security updates) has kept my stress level down for all these years. I call them and someone either comes to my home or fixes the problem remotely. So It had been difficult to use my PC desktop because of a problem I created with my graphics card. Bush from GeekForce picked up my Desktop on a Friday afternoon. It was a free pickup! I live in Laveen, and GeekForce is in Peoria; 14 miles away! Bush was super Friendly! Anyway, I for a call next day from, oh gosh, I think his name was Adam. The technician was very nice and explained the issue and offered multiple solutions. He was honest about the state of my PC and didnt try and Upsell like many places do, when you dont fully understand the issue your having. We decided on a plan and what I thought was a fair price. Two days later on Monday afternoon, Bush dropped of my PC. Ive used it for about a week and it is better than when I first bought it! This company was great all around, including Paul, who handled my first email, to Annie, who took my payment. I would definitely recommend GeekForce.biz for your PC needs! I have been using these guys for 14 years. Their computer security is spectacular. I havent had as computer problems as long as I have used them for my computer security needs.

It is fantastic; I once visited this location for my desktop issues. There is an experienced tech. And are reliable.I was happy to get my computer back as soon as possible and fixed.

Do not use them! Owner is extremely unprofessional! Paid $500 to have computers repaired less then 1 month later same problem, owner said I should have used his anti-virus which would have been fine if the original guy offered it to me. He has no sense of customer service and only cares about making a buck whether he properly has things fixed is a crap shoot. Basically keep looking, using this business will only further your computer issues not resolve them...plus it will be your fault if you have further issues.I dont think an owner should be yelling at a customer when I called him with my concerns. To say he is a dirt bag is an understatement.
