Charles and the others are always prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional. They do excellent work and always finish the job faster than expected. I have never had a problem with Data Doctors.

They repaired my computer promptly and gave me good advice about my hard drive.

I was initially told that my fan replacement would take one day after dropping it off an Thursday evening. I heard nothing and called on Monday to see what has happened. They hadn’t even looked at it yet. They called back later and said that there were some other issues and they would get back to me with an update the following day. They didn’t. I called again on Friday after hearing nothing. And they said it would be availed to pick up later that day. Once I picked it up and got home I realized they hadn’t given me back the power supply cord. (I proctor should have checked that, but they should have given to me together.) When I called on Saturday they didn’t know what happened to the cord and said they would call me back, which they, again, didn’t do. Finally on Monday I called and was told I could get the cord. I was frustrated with every step of this process other than the last person I talked to, which actually seemed to know what he was doing. I will no go back.

This place is the best! The staff Ive dealt with, Charles and Ryan are amazing and were tentative to my needs. As well I met both Michael and Kevin, they were also extremely knowledgeable and understanding with the issues my wife and I were having. Again highly recommend this location and Data Doctors for anyone who needs help with their computers!

First, I never give five stars and in no way is that a reflection on the service I received from Data Doctors. Charles are Ryan are excellent techs, they both explained my options and did give me a great diagnosis. I would strongly recommend their services. I received my PC back on the date promised, and honestly was cheaper that expected. These are good guys that take pride in their work.

We purchased a new computer and they transferred the old files and pictures from our old computer. They installed the most current version of Carbonite. They did this in 2 days. We are very happy with the results.

I have used Data Doctors many years ago, and thus far they have met my expectations for an overall PC tune-up and clean-up. My PC works much better and I even signed up for their service plan, as I am working from home.

The company is not very honest, I dropped off computer Saturday paid 59.99 and was told the amount would go towards repair. I called Tuesday issue was the following hard drive was no good. Nate said it needed to be replaced I asked for quote before the work was started. He said the repair would be 220. Plus parts. When I picked up computer he said the 59.99 went towards repair which was 220. I asked him why he didn’t tell me this when I Initially called (he was not honest). My computer has a big scratch on top left hand corner was covered with scotch tape and a toggle when Nate brought it out .. when he took it off I noticed it. I asked him about it and he said I will ask the guy who worked on it! Seriously what is the guy that worked on it gonna say...oh I did it .he will never admit it. ..Instead of giving me his mangers name to follow up. Don’t use them! Dishonest and not professional. There is so much more don’t use them warning too expensive and dishonest

I hope no one ever lets in a cyber criminal, but I did and they erased my laptop. The only good thing was finding Data Doctors. I am so grateful to Data Doctors who helped me remotely after I broke my hip. This way I didnt have to do any lifting to bring my computer in. I had been having major problems accessing my email and with it being spammed and hacked into. Data Doctors cleared up the situation in short order and it gave me much needed peace of mind.

Worse service ever. Tech seemed to be bothered by each question i asked as I bought a NEW computer from them and he did settings. Havent been able to use Outlook since i got the computer. Dont know how to do much of anything on it. Monthly fee is worthless. Left voice messages and no one returned my calls. No follow-up check on how the new computer was, no customer service email survey -- NOTHING after they recd my money. Just cancelled monthly service fee - useless. Would not give any stars, but have to give one in order to post.

Horrible business practice. They take about 5 minutes of work with no special equipment and will lie to you about the services rendered. Know of an incident where they did this to a woman over pictures of her dead child - extorting thousands of dollars

Simple process that is blown out of preportion to the customer, who is then gutted finacially for their perported service. They atremped to tell a friend it would cost nearly 2k to get back pictures of a deceased child. Absolute monsters.
